I am a resident of Ambala city. On 31st May 2015 I bought Tata Nano Lx from Metro Motor, Yamunanagar car number HR 02 AB 5174, considering that the quality of car was assured by Tata assure, I bought the car. . .
Mr. Deepak was the sale representative.I am quite unhappy with your sale executive . Till the time I had not bought the car Mr Deepak was taking keen interest, after I bought it his attitude totally changed. These are the issues which I have been facing.
1)First time when I was shown the car it had Amron battery (green colour) . After purchase when I checked the battery it was of some other brand and did not even have clamp.When I questioned him, he replied that he had changed it and it was of Alto car .
2)There was the problem of alignment at the time of delivery. He said today is Sunday we will correct it by your next visit in our Ambala’s workshop.
3)I went for first service in Ambala Metro motor which was at 1500 Km from purchase km. They did the alignment and said its okay. During the same service when they lifted the car to check they found that Oil sump was damaged. Once again I contacted Mr. Deepak & I was shocked with his reply. He said you have driven the car and it has been damaged by you. I paid the money to change the same.
4)During my driving I noticed that its front wheels are wearing out. I went for second service which was after 5000km from purchase and asked for the reason. They said its front wheel assembly is damaged and you have to visit to body shop division for repair. When I asked if it cover in warranty. They said no & I have to pay for this.
This created doubt in my mind. I checked for History of car. It again gave me a shock as I found out it is a Accidental car.
I got it checked from out side & came to know that its one side is fully repainted.
Mr. Deepak did not tell me anything, when I asked the same from him he started quarrelling with me.
This is a sheer example of customer dissatification and their approach towards Customer happiness.
I am already having one more car Maruti Ritz . I travel 85Kms daily. I bought this car, because I always had a liking for Nano.
I was getting the same car with same model in near about Rs 70, 000 . And I bought this Car in 1, 02, 000 Rs. (98000 for car + 4000 for papers) pays 32, 000 extra only because of Name Tata Assure.
I am also forced to think about the quality of assurance Tata is giving. This also means Tata Assure did not check the quality of car completely. With such big name like Tata assuring the quality of car being delivered, such issues are surely not expected nor acceptable.
The level o[censored]nhappiness I have with your representative & service can’t be explained.
Kindly look in to this matter .

Complaint marked as Resolved Tata Motor Assure have corrected the front wheel assembly. They have also changed the front wheel's tyre with new one for free. I also got repaired the dent mark from front fender.
I would like to reopen this complaint as nothing has been done from TATA motors except lip service. We were complaining for excess noise and vehicle was inspected by your service centre and we were told that there is no issue with vehicle. Later which resulted AC compressor jamm and we were forced to spend close to INR 17-18K to get that replaced. If you guys would have paid due attention to our complaint we would have not faced this situation. Also i did not understand how come AC compressor got affected within less than 9000 KM running. Is it of poor quality parts which Tata Motors is using in its cars? We understand your warranty conditions, but you should also understand that customers get fed-up with poor quality products and services.
Lastly just want to ask you that why should we get penalized (INR 17K-18K) because of your poor product or service. You would agree with me either your product was of poor quality or your service was not up to mark, else this issues wouldn't had came up.
We are not considering this complaint as closed. Also want to thank you guys for your courtesy to respond on complaints.
