I have been very disappointed the way Nano TS07EK1587 repairing and servicing. On 15th Sep, I have realised that rain water coming into the car at the glass at the back. On 16th I went to the bodyshop at Pandit Automotive, Sahakarnagar, Pune and had a talk to one of your representative, Pratik. They have inspected the car and provided following details, which shows when car was with Tejaswini motors, Hitex City, Hyderabad was not handled and cared properly. Tejaswini motors Hyd has received the amount of around 95k from insurance but work was not done well. I would like the Tejaswini motors to pay the amount occured as they dint do the work properly and so I am coming across this expense of around 70k on rework from Pandit automotive Pune. When in Feb15 after the indica vista banged on my car and it toppled up, Tejawini motors at hitex city hyderabad has taken a time from mid feb to 25th May till I was about to leave hydrabad so I had to be ther and sit for 5 hours to get the work done. Prior to which I called them around 100 times in 3.5 months. #Why did they not do it properly? and someone from Pune says this is not been done properly. Its all Tata for us and I would lke to ask them to pay the amount accured because of rework. I have been always preferred TATA as a brand but looking at unprofessionalism I am unhappy and I would like you to intervene to help me out from huge monitory problem. Now I will not be able to pay anything and asking for your help to sort this out. I would like TATA AIG Insurance people to pay for this expense occured becase of them. Regards, Amruta +[protected]

    Hi. I own a Tata Zest Car (MH02-DS-1248) for last 1 year i.e. from 07.10.2014. I had bought this car from M/s Wasan Motors Pvt Ltd (Authorised dealer of Tata Motors) – Kandivali (east). While taking delivery dealer had committed that RC book will reach my residence address within 1-2 months, however even after 1 year I have not yet received RC Book. I have been following up with Wasan Motors Pvt Ltd – Kandivali (Tel no – [protected], email id – [protected]@wasanonline.com / [protected]@wasanonline.com ) and also put complaints to Tata customer service team ( Mr. Anirudh Singh, Territory Manager, Mob number [protected]) but it was ineffective. I am really pissed off with false commitments from Wasan motors P Ltd and Customer service team of Tata motors since last 4 months hence I had escalated issue to Mr. Sreeraman (Sr. General Manager – Head Customer care of Tata motors Ltd email id [protected]@tatamotors.com) but as of now no reply from his office. This is really frustrating and annoying that such large organization worldwide and with great ethical values of Mr. Tata and families, we are getting such worst experiences from Tata motors & its dealers. This is a legal offense to take my car on road without Registration Certificate and I have been doing it for last one year (6500 kms travelled) due to false commitments and promises from Wasan Motors P Ltd and Customer service team of Tata motors. Every time I have to carry all documents along with communication proofs with Tata motors to provide it to RTO Officer while traveling on raod which is really a shameful act. I am looking for immediate action and expecting RC Book in next 5 working days. Also I am here claiming Rs. 200, 000/- towards such huge damages and mental trauma to me and my family due to false promises and delay in actions from Tata motors Ltd and Wasan Motors Pvt Ltd. This is really unbearable now and need immediate solution with claimed penalty from me. To safeguard me and my family for any damages due to non availability of RC Book as mentioned above, I am also now compelled to register complaint with Local Police Station. I am seeking for justice to the damages to me and my family towards mental trauma we are going though last 1 year immediately.     I do not know who and when my complaint resolved. I have not yet recd my RC book nor compensation value which is demanded towards loss due to mental trauma due to delay in RC book delivery.

      Hi, This is Bhaskar Arora, Principal IITT college of Engineering, KALA Amb, Distt-Sirmour(H.P).I had Buyed TATa Indica Vista For my personal use, and done the proper sevice on time.But when on My last service Employees of tata motors had given me Gold Amc. After my service i had drived 1500 km but the front tyre of left side was fully ruined due to inproper allignment done by the people of tata motors. Now they are telling that we had proper allingment and becouse of my driving sense it was gone out.           I purchased Tata indigo-cs GLX HR29 W 7985 in September-2009. In December 2010 on the vechile lot of body have been rusted. When I complaint to Tata customer care or dealer. There is no satisfactory reply. I suggest no one will buy TATA vechiles due to bad services / spares un qualified customer care. Spares are so costly. if some one like to see vechile condition, please contact at [protected]@yahoo.com

            #Tata# #Zest# #Appauling# #Service# This message is for anyone and everyone who owns or wants to own a #TATA# #ZEST# My car went to the safe mode on its own yesterday 2:30pm, made a complaint wit #TataMotors# 24x7 emergency breakdown at 2:43pm on 27sep2015, its more 21hours the car has not been fixed, all its needs is a mechanic to connect a laptop and take the car out of safe mode and its taken more than 21hrs still waiting.. Customer service just aplogizes, I managed to contact the service center myself and request a mechanic to be sent immediately, hopefully within the next two hrs my car will get going. THE CAR CAN GO TO THE SAFE MODE ANYTIME JUST BE CAREFUL, I AM JUST TRYING TO HELP EVERYONE IN HUMAN INTEREST SO THAT NO ONE ELSE IS STUCK WITH AN IMMOBILE CAR..COS TATA'S EMERGENCY BREAKDOWN DOES NOT HELP..

              It is to inform you that two customer care executives Saddam and Kaushal are calling from their personal numbers and talking to me in a rude and derogatory manner which is against the dignity of human being. They were not even addressing my concern when I called on the tata customer care toll free number. Without even listening to me they are terming my call as a prank call. I want a proper apology from them.The numbers from which they are calling are [protected] and [protected]. I can't endure any more of their calls. They are not even letting me sleep. I hope that you will do justice to my complaint as soon as possible and proper action should be taken against them.

                  I have a Tata Nano CX (June 2012 model) with following specs : Location : Bangalore Registration Number : KA 01 MJ 1921 Chasis No : MAT612227CKB17287 Engine No : 27MPF104BXYK17789 Just to give few facts, since past 4 weeks, I am facing persistent issue due to overheating and engine malfunctioning of my car. Till date I taken my car to KHT Motors twice and Concorde Motors thrice but the issue is still un-resolved. In these 5 visits they have changed Assembly Condenser, Radiator Subassembly, Ignition Coil and Radiator Hose but end result is same. Overall, my car was in these 2 workshops for 20 full days (and still counting). Right now my car is at Concorde Motors - Silk Board (Bangalore) Service Center. Given the service from dealer is not at par I have raised complaint with Tata Motors as well (Complaint Number - 1-[protected]). However, support from Tata Motors is also pathetic. This car is in warranty till June 2016 and has run around 34, 000 KM only. Additionally I have taken a two years extended AMC last week itself. Still, I have paid ~ 5000 INR to KHT and Concorde till date for multiple repairs they have attempted to get this issue resolved. In my current job, I have around 40-50 KM travel daily. I am depended on this car heavily. This prolonged outage has become a serious in-convenience. Requesting your help to get this issue resolved.                       Hello I have tata zest which is in warranty, few days back my car was not starting so i complain in road side assistance after that my car was towed to Autopoint dealer, where they said there is starter problem (water come in starter) and they charged my battery, after seven day same problem occur and i call shreeji motor and they towed my car, after service they told that my car battery is not same which was given during my car purchase, and neither autopoint nor shreeji are ready to accept who change my battery. My car is in warranty, i have never given my car to any other local place to service, my car is regularly service in authorized service station only. i have also purchased gold service pack from company. Please resolve my issue my car is in company from seven days, i want new good battery, it is your responsibility to do.                         Hi All, We had purchased Tata Indica Vista Safire 90 (Petrol Car) (UP 32 EH 2577) in June 2012. This model has on and off problems with something or the other. Recently vehicle was making noise while driving and my brother visited TATA Motors Service Station (SRM Motors in Lucknow) and they said there is no problem with vehicle. Post that one day AC Compressor got jammed and this has happened due to excessive heating. The SRM Motors inspected the car and provided the estimates of close to INR 22K. This vehicle has ran almost 9000 KM and we dont expect such poor quality from TATA's. Now I feel that we made big mistake when i bought TATA Car that to Indica Vista Petrol Version.
                        Hi All,

                        I would like to reopen this complaint as nothing has been done from TATA motors except lip service. We were complaining for excess noise and vehicle was inspected by your service centre and we were told that there is no issue with vehicle. Later which resulted AC compressor jamm and we were forced to spend close to INR 17-18K to get that replaced. If you guys would have paid due attention to our complaint we would have not faced this situation. Also i did not understand how come AC compressor got affected within less than 9000 KM running. Is it of poor quality parts which Tata Motors is using in its cars? We understand your warranty conditions, but you should also understand that customers get fed-up with poor quality products and services.

                        Lastly just want to ask you that why should we get penalized (INR 17K-18K) because of your poor product or service. You would agree with me either your product was of poor quality or your service was not up to mark, else this issues wouldn't had came up.

                        We are not considering this complaint as closed. Also want to thank you guys for your courtesy to respond on complaints.

                          This is to inform you that I bought a new tata nano twist car in march 2015 from the authorised showroom on malad link road. I wanted to buy an AMT version of the car but it was not launched and the sales rep assured me that he will exchange as the AMT version is launched. But now the sales rep is not ready to do the same.

                            Hello Team, I have bought the Zest on July 3rd 2015, but I am not happy with the car as so many problems I have faced in this car. I have raised this concern with Tata Motors and not a single reply I got from them, everytime they send a mechanic who does nothing except talking and drive away. Last time they were suppose to take my car to the workshop but they came, wasted my time and went off. I wrote a mail to Tata Motors as below which I got no reply. Please help me out. "Hello Team, The worst decision I have taken so far in life I guess by buying Zest. Now the next round of issues are... 1. Brake Noise problem. 2.Fuel Lid opening problem 3.Lighter charging point not working 4.Reverse parking sensors not working when the car is on rolling reverse condition. 5.Sometime gear lever becomes so hard, forgot whether its a car or a truck. 6.Vibration. 7.Absolutely poor mileage.(11.5 - Max 13.5 without A.c) Now tell me if you would have bought a car with 8L rupees and within 2 months under 2000Kms facing these kind of issues, what you will ask for? I am asking to take this car back... and return my money ... otherwise I will go to the consumer court ..that will not be a image building factor for you. Even I am warning you guys that I will put these to all the portals as well so that other people should not waste their hard earn money in buying this top to bottom faulty car. P.S - Engineer checked the problems which I reported and acknowledged. Please get in touch with Mr.Kumar for more details."                                 I purchased TATA NANO LX MODEL Having registration No. GJ1 KM-7355 in the year 2011 end from ASPI MOTORS AHMEDABAD and within 3 years battery has gone. Last month got repaired from ASPI motors first they said that battery needs to replace and then they charged the battery and said this battery is working. Every time when there is break down they charge Rs 400 for towing the vehicle/ Really fed up with TATA NANO for frequent problem of break down and we have to pay towing charges repeatedly. Vehile is lying at my home with battery down again. Request tata nano company to replace new battery free of cost.

                                    1. I manoj kumar nair with great respect want to put across few lines for your kind consideration and favorable immediate action. At the foremost I am grateful that you always supported me whenever it was required by me. I am having my car Indigo CS with Regn number CH04 J 3073. I am an Indian Army Officer who travels throughout the country, hence I do use the service of Tata motors everywhere. Presently I am in Kozhikode kerala, wherein I gave my vehicle at Marino Motors for repair after an accident in the month of june, during which the service station is suppose to check the vehicle completely and do the repair, but sorry to mention that the service was not upto the mark as the Tata motors do always in rest of the country, even they missed out to check the serviceability of front axial. Now once again in the month of Sep 2015 I gave my car for repair and cleaning, but this time also the car was washed twice and still it was not cleaned properly, during delivery of the car it was dirty, this I mentioned in the feedback form I deposited with the customer service officer at Marino motors. When the road worthiness was asked it was informed that the front axial is having problem costing Rs 7200/- which might be occurred during my previous accident and the same is not checked during that repair and would have been replaced in insurance cover. 2. I have approached to the customer service manager ([protected]) at marino motors but did not received any fruitful reply or action. Thereafter I approached the customer service head ([protected]) in Kozhikode, kerala about the same along with the complete details and my feedback form duly signed by the CSO was also forwarded. 3. When I asked the Marino motors at 1600hrs on 07 Sep 15 about the readiness of my car, this time I came with a new explanation that the front axial which till yesterday was costing Rs 7200/- after the technician checked is now costing Rs10200/-. Now it’s difficult to believe that what is correct and what is incorrect. 4. This way of repair and technical proficiency in the Tata motors at Marino motors Kozhikode kerala is not only creating inconvenience to the customer as a whole but it is damaging the elite name of TATA.                                       Hi, I ordered car (TATA BOLT) in Sayar Tata motors PVT LTD. I really had worst experience with them. Service is very poor. I received invoice, bill everything but they are not delivering the car on correct time. they are not picking the call and response also very poor.

                                        On date 25/08/2015 i serviced my new tata vehicle car zest xt desial from R.R.moters satna m.p. . i booked my appointment on line on tata site and got registered no. which is given below Service Booking No: SR-RRAuto/RP[protected] Registration No: MP17CB2340 Preferred Booking Date/Time: 25-Aug-2015 10:15 am Residing City: SATNA Dealer Contact No: [protected] Booking Status: New in this booking i mentioned so many problem which i facing in my new vehicle but when i went in r.r.moter satna i am shocked to see that at my appointment time service center was closed, after 30 minutes they open the service center and again after 30 min. they open the job card for my vehicle . after opened the job card when i told Mr. so and so about the vehicles problem they only mention one problem in my job card that is AC not working and free first service and not mentioned any other complaint in my job card . after few mint they started work on vehicle, they change AC discharge pipe which was broken ( manufacturing defect in zest ) and then clean the air filter . after that they inspect my vehicle in jack machine . they not done anything except this . after all that my vehicle gone for wash . they done top wash after my request they wash my vehicle from below side. in all the procedure they take almost 6 hours when i was the fist costumer in service station. they not vacuum clean my vehicle internally and also not polish my plastic parts internally when i asked for this they told me that was not a tata moters policy and not from delar side also. really its a very bad experience why tata give us free services and in that check points in this free services. but that was also the height when there is no customers lounge there was no AC, and also R.R. moters satna not provided even a cup of tea/coffee in that 6 hours . can tata moters can take action against R.R.moters
