1. I manoj kumar nair with great respect want to put across few lines for your kind consideration and favorable immediate action. At the foremost I am grateful that you always supported me whenever it was required by me. I am having my car Indigo CS with Regn number CH04 J 3073. I am an Indian Army Officer who travels throughout the country, hence I do use the service of Tata motors everywhere. Presently I am in Kozhikode kerala, wherein I gave my vehicle at Marino Motors for repair after an accident in the month of june, during which the service station is suppose to check the vehicle completely and do the repair, but sorry to mention that the service was not upto the mark as the Tata motors do always in rest of the country, even they missed out to check the serviceability of front axial. Now once again in the month of Sep 2015 I gave my car for repair and cleaning, but this time also the car was washed twice and still it was not cleaned properly, during delivery of the car it was dirty, this I mentioned in the feedback form I deposited with the customer service officer at Marino motors. When the road worthiness was asked it was informed that the front axial is having problem costing Rs 7200/- which might be occurred during my previous accident and the same is not checked during that repair and would have been replaced in insurance cover. 2. I have approached to the customer service manager ([protected]) at marino motors but did not received any fruitful reply or action. Thereafter I approached the customer service head ([protected]) in Kozhikode, kerala about the same along with the complete details and my feedback form duly signed by the CSO was also forwarded. 3. When I asked the Marino motors at 1600hrs on 07 Sep 15 about the readiness of my car, this time I came with a new explanation that the front axial which till yesterday was costing Rs 7200/- after the technician checked is now costing Rs10200/-. Now it’s difficult to believe that what is correct and what is incorrect. 4. This way of repair and technical proficiency in the Tata motors at Marino motors Kozhikode kerala is not only creating inconvenience to the customer as a whole but it is damaging the elite name of TATA.     Hi, I ordered car (TATA BOLT) in Sayar Tata motors PVT LTD. I really had worst experience with them. Service is very poor. I received invoice, bill everything but they are not delivering the car on correct time. they are not picking the call and response also very poor.

      On date 25/08/2015 i serviced my new tata vehicle car zest xt desial from R.R.moters satna m.p. . i booked my appointment on line on tata site and got registered no. which is given below Service Booking No: SR-RRAuto/RP[protected] Registration No: MP17CB2340 Preferred Booking Date/Time: 25-Aug-2015 10:15 am Residing City: SATNA Dealer Contact No: [protected] Booking Status: New in this booking i mentioned so many problem which i facing in my new vehicle but when i went in r.r.moter satna i am shocked to see that at my appointment time service center was closed, after 30 minutes they open the service center and again after 30 min. they open the job card for my vehicle . after opened the job card when i told Mr. so and so about the vehicles problem they only mention one problem in my job card that is AC not working and free first service and not mentioned any other complaint in my job card . after few mint they started work on vehicle, they change AC discharge pipe which was broken ( manufacturing defect in zest ) and then clean the air filter . after that they inspect my vehicle in jack machine . they not done anything except this . after all that my vehicle gone for wash . they done top wash after my request they wash my vehicle from below side. in all the procedure they take almost 6 hours when i was the fist costumer in service station. they not vacuum clean my vehicle internally and also not polish my plastic parts internally when i asked for this they told me that was not a tata moters policy and not from delar side also. really its a very bad experience why tata give us free services and in that check points in this free services. but that was also the height when there is no customers lounge there was no AC, and also R.R. moters satna not provided even a cup of tea/coffee in that 6 hours . can tata moters can take action against R.R.moters

Your code number – TML-013.You are in group one. We are informing you that your resume had been online selected in our annual direct selection of candidates through our direct interview in TML. " And saying to deposite the 9550/- Rs. in bank. "You have to deposit an refundable security amount by Cash Rs 9, 550 /- 03/09/2015 into The ( Bank of India, Corporation Bank And Andhra Bank ) The Job profile and salary offered by Company will be mention in your call letter. Your call latter and Air Ticket will dispatch very shortly after receiving your confirmation of security deposited in to the Bank. The security amount paid by the candidate. This is a refundable amount. And this is compulsory because this is company process.             Dear Sir, I am a resident of Ambala city. On 31st May 2015 I bought Tata Nano Lx from Metro Motor, Yamunanagar car number HR 02 AB 5174, considering that the quality of car was assured by Tata assure, I bought the car. . . Mr. Deepak was the sale representative.I am quite unhappy with your sale executive . Till the time I had not bought the car Mr Deepak was taking keen interest, after I bought it his attitude totally changed. These are the issues which I have been facing. 1)First time when I was shown the car it had Amron battery (green colour) . After purchase when I checked the battery it was of some other brand and did not even have clamp.When I questioned him, he replied that he had changed it and it was of Alto car . 2)There was the problem of alignment at the time of delivery. He said today is Sunday we will correct it by your next visit in our Ambala’s workshop. 3)I went for first service in Ambala Metro motor which was at 1500 Km from purchase km. They did the alignment and said its okay. During the same service when they lifted the car to check they found that Oil sump was damaged. Once again I contacted Mr. Deepak & I was shocked with his reply. He said you have driven the car and it has been damaged by you. I paid the money to change the same. 4)During my driving I noticed that its front wheels are wearing out. I went for second service which was after 5000km from purchase and asked for the reason. They said its front wheel assembly is damaged and you have to visit to body shop division for repair. When I asked if it cover in warranty. They said no & I have to pay for this. This created doubt in my mind. I checked for History of car. It again gave me a shock as I found out it is a Accidental car. I got it checked from out side & came to know that its one side is fully repainted. Mr. Deepak did not tell me anything, when I asked the same from him he started quarrelling with me. This is a sheer example of customer dissatification and their approach towards Customer happiness. I am already having one more car Maruti Ritz . I travel 85Kms daily. I bought this car, because I always had a liking for Nano. I was getting the same car with same model in near about Rs 70, 000 . And I bought this Car in 1, 02, 000 Rs. (98000 for car + 4000 for papers) pays 32, 000 extra only because of Name Tata Assure. I am also forced to think about the quality of assurance Tata is giving. This also means Tata Assure did not check the quality of car completely. With such big name like Tata assuring the quality of car being delivered, such issues are surely not expected nor acceptable.             Tata Motor Assure have corrected the front wheel assembly. They have also changed the front wheel's tyre with new one for free. I also got repaired the dent mark from front fender.

              Tata motors is a cheater company and sold a product tata magic commercial vehicle having a capacity of 6 passengers and one driver and one calender with average of 12 km per liter. Co sold this product through tata motors finance. At the time sale co promises that its a commercial vehicle and earn rs 40000 per month. But in the field vehicle is commercially failed. and co have no policy of recovering of vehicles and makes fool to unemployed youth. kindly take the matter urgently

                I purchased new Tata Zest XM diesel variant on 25.25.12. 2014, within few months ththere was fault in Dicky lock as it could not be opened with the key, when I complained about this, I was assured that this will be replaced as vehicle is in warranty period. But now they are dodging and I am feeling cheated. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and get it resolved.

                  I received a SMS on my informing that my resume has been shortlisted . when I clicked the link they have attached, it opened an image of the letter saying I am shortlisted for an interview on 18th sept. 2015 in mumbai, registered office and head office, bombay house 24, homi mody street, fort mumbai-400001. They asked me to deposit rs . 9550 as security deposit through bank of India, corporation bank, andhra bank on today only i.e[protected]. The name of hrd official is anuj rastogi with contact no. - [protected]. They have also asked to submit my latest resume with the registered code they given which is TML-013 at [protected]@tatamotorslimitedhr.com . they also asked not to visit the office before interview date.

                  Same here, I too received the same. It could probably fake job scam in the name of a genuine HR official. Try and get the account number, through which the mule involved could be nabbed.

                    Reference Letter :- 001/26/08/2015 From, Arun V.R Vettiyil Velloor 686501 To, TATA Motors, Sub:- Complaint regarding TATA Zest. Dear Sir, I had recently purchased a TATA Zest on the 17th of July 2015. The process of purchase has put me into utter distress and disgrace and has made the words that my friends had told me about TATA vehicles come true. I am a user of TATA vehicles for the past 15 years (KL-05-L-4816 inica v2, KL-05-AA-8371 indica vista)and now my latest purchase has made me to think twice. Problems that I am facing after the purchase are as follows. 1. I was told that the vehicle comes with a NAV Map system that can be associated with my phone and that the vehicle has a MP4 Playback option. These features are not available on the vehicle I have purchased. Upon approaching the sales team they told me to update the system. For this I had visited the service centre on 12/08/2015 and tried updating the system but nothing has changed . The service team told me that the vehicle had an old system and that the update on the system was dated[protected]. 2. There is mud flowing into the engine compartment. 3. The vehicle rolls on even after applying the handbrake. 4. The instrument cluster shows only 13.5KMPL average mileage . 5. The glass on the vehicle is dated 2014 manufacturing. This I checked because of the software date. Please note that I have raised a complaint to MK Motors Kottayam who had sold the vehicle to me. I asked them to give me a clarification on the date of manufacturing but they have not provided any details.I have not been given a receipt or even a breakup of my transaction from the company. I have called the TATA office Ernakulum Kerala on[protected] dated 12/08/2015 -2PM, The issue was also been informed to the Ernakulum office . They informed me that they will follow up a call for the same in an Hours’ time and nothing has happened ever since. I have not yet registered the vehicle. My vehicle details are as follows: Chassis Number : MAT624051ELP33692 Engine Number : 101A[protected] I have also called the customer care no :[protected] and registered the complaint twice bearing reference nos: 1. 1-[protected] Dated 12/08/2015 -6 PM 2. 1-[protected] Dated 14/08/2015- 8.40 PM The MK Motors customer relationship manager just took the pain to send a apology letter for Ref. No. 1-[protected] on[protected]. and nothing more has happened ever since. It is the right of a customer to know all the details of the purchase of the vehicle which has been denied by MK Motors Kottayam. Please do the needful to make these details and make necessary arrangements to get the vehicle repaired at the earliest. I really need to know if I have been fooled by buying a 2014 Model vehicle instead of a 2015 Model vehicle. Kindly make arrangements to resolve these issues at the earliest.                       Hi, I have indigo ecs emax. My vehicle number is MH05 CA 2271. Vehicle is faulty and does not shift from CNG to petrol. Its been 1.5 years I am regularly visiting Wasan motors chembur and contacted Tata ppl (Manish and team )also. Nobody is responding and repairing it. They have took lots of additional money from me for solving the problem which is there manufacturing fault. But yet they have not solved the complaint. I have all the written records and proofs of whatever I have written above and want to take legal action against Tata Motors.

                        I have bought tata indigo ecs cr4 sedan car in last year.its having valid warrenty as well I have done amc.I m always servicing my car with authoried service centre regularly.Recently I had visited bhatti motors nerul on 31/07/2015 for clutch clutch chekup and gear shifting problem.during this period monsoon checkup camp was running. I had visited bhatti motors specially to show clutch and gear shifting problem.They have checked my car and handoved me checklist of monsoon check up item.When I asked them that I specially come for clutch and gear shifting problem purrpose.They told me that we will check issue that u are specially come for as well as monsoon check up is alsowill ddo.Afterservicing the vehicle 15 days have been passed and around 500 kms done after servicing the cars clutch plate is damaged.Now companys authoried service centre is asking for the bill of Rs.7500 for car repair ing and denying that u have not told us to check clutch but we have checked as per camp parameters.vehicle has done only 37000 kms as on date.

He Informed this car (E Series) was supposed to recalled by the company. It was not supposed to be sold to customer. He apologised for the inconvenience caused & to resolve the issue offered following: Replacement of this car with new car - CNG version Replacement of this car with Diesel version paying difference of amount Offering TATA voucher of Rs.40000/- Awaiting immediate response.                               This is Anjaneya Prasad Rao I have bought an New Zest XT one month ago Unfortunately it had met with an accident recently I have given the car for recovery to JASPER MOTORS, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. They had done the billing assuring me that they have commensed new parts which have been damaged in the accident but actually they have not replaced the damaged once. The Manager of the workshop as well as the workers are irresponsible with this incident. I am facing troubles with the vehicle due to their negligence and they are not at all feeling responsible for their mistake. No. UP21AJ4222 vide Invoice No. VSB110253 dated 03, Jun, 2011. • That within a month of its purchase, Shockers were not working properly & was very troublesome, Folding seat on 2nd row was not working properly, AC of the car had developed some problem & stopped working properly there was earthing in electrical parts of the vehicle, car also had a dent at the time of delivery & meter reading of the vehicle at the time of delivery was 600 K.M. • That these problems were reported to the authorized dealer viz. Commercial motors & R.A. Motors for several times through written communication dated 28.7.2011, 20.7.2013, 11.11.2013, 7.1.2014, 18.1.2014, 29.4.2014, 21.5.2014, 23.6.2014 & through emails dt. 21.2.15, 12.6.2015, 30.6.2015, 1.7.2015. • That despite repairs undertaken by the Commercial Motors & R.A. Motors the problem persisted and never rectified completely. In view of the above, we hope that will appreciate our feelings of distress and disgust and request you to please intervene and suitably instruct your dealer M/s Commercial Motors, Bareilly to put the car in right serviceable condition or replace the same.                                     I Madan Lal Goel am owner of TATA Manza vehicle no. DL8CX9122, Chasis No MAT613040 CLDO8131. On 26.11.2014 I purchased AMC vide Customer No. [protected], Invoice No.[protected], AMC Start Date 26.11.2014 to 25.11.2014. I paid Rs. 6500/0 for this AMC. I was told that two major service will be carried out by Malwa Automobiles, Jahangirpuri for this payment. The one service was got done on 26.11.2014. This was valid for one year bwetwen 30000 Kms. to 48000 Kms. After that I approached that said Tata Motors after 4 months and to my utter surprise they have not given me any service. On further taking up the matter with them it was given to understand that only one major service is to be done and that is over. They are thus depriving me of the valid opportunity to customer. Tata Motors is not giving any answer. The last mail sent to them is enclosed. "Dear Mr. Sant Kumar, Further to your mail I had spoken to you and desired clarification on your reply because your reply was not apt. You had promised to call back but not given any response. As a matter of fact, nowhere on the AMC booklet it is written that TATA will give only one service. As per terms and conditions of the AMC this is valid for one year and any number of services can be availed as per schedule given in the booklet. I had approached your Workshop within due time but you had refused to give me service thereby caring little for the customer which they are entitled for. I had a problem from your workshop from the very beginning i.e. your workshop do not care for the customer and rather are adamant in your rules etc. which you do not interpret correctly. Anyway I am entitled for the service during AMC period. Please get it clarified from TATA and then give the reply. I am going to file a legal case for not honoring the AMC conditions and taken money from me. The fact of the case is that on 26.11.2014 I had paid Rs. 6500/- for the AMC and was told very clearly that two such major services will be given and that's why I had taken the AMC. Actually expenditure incurred for TATA (see your Invoice No. MalPlt-UP[protected] Rs. 1748.88 for parts + Major Servicwe + Wheel Alignment + Wheel Balancing + Fitment Charges Insurence Dry Clean (Dry clean was not done by you). Therefore, there is still a balance from the overall payment made. Are customer fools to pay more for AMC if it is for one time only as compared to marginal expenditure on regular basis. Please clarify these at the earliest. I still have not done the Servicing and any damage done to the vehicle will be claimed under AMC from TATA and from Malwa Workshops."
