2. no of connection -3
3. no 1 set top box recharge has been done on 24 oct 2016 but in report details on login id it is shown validity date is 10 dec 2016.
4. for accounting procedure we need to take a print out of exact validity date of no 1 set top box.
5. no 2 & no 3 set top box are being recharge on monthly basis. the details shown are correct.
6. so request to the correct validity date so as to enable us to take the print out for our accounting purpose.
7. an early action is requested.

      My recorder was not recording properly in august, hence on complaining, it was replaced, and rs 900 were charged. however, the problem persisted, and it was replaced multiple times (3-4 times) from sept to oct, but the recorder was still not working. then the box stopped working all together on 26th oct, and was finally replaced on 31st oct at 7 pm.
      My problem is that - (1) the technicians would not try to solve the problem, but just replaced the box and left (2) there is no record with tata sky about the number of times i have called, and hence they blame me for not complaining on time, and have no record of the number of times it has been changed (3) rs 900 have again been deducted from my account today - why should i pay for being stuck with defective pieces? (4) why should i pay for subscription charges for the period when tata sky delayed to respond to my complaint? (5) the customer care department is the worst ever - they lack the ability to understand a problem, and have no training in how to have a conversation, they just parrot out their rules to me. also, the technicians have no respect for time - they make you wait endlessly and then dont even turn up at the designated time, and only know how to install/ remove devices.

      I have complained on phone, email, but i am still being harassed.

        My registered mobile number is [protected]. i was tata sky subscriber in 2007-08. then i was transferred to other location.in 2016 i was offered by tata sky to upgrade to hd and relocation with rs 590/- in total. i was asked to deposit old set top box and remote. i accepted the offer. then they started demanding more amount by saying that relocation charges were extra. i complained and they resolved the complaint by confirming that there will be not further charges and installed the system on 18th oct 2016. on 26th oct they deducted rs 300/- as relocation charges. when i contacted the customer care they declined to reimburse the charges. i told them to refer the previous communication and commitment made but they remain adamant. i have already told the whole story around 10 times to different executives, but all in vein. my compliant has be marked as resolved and i am not getting any status update. it happened two time. when i asked them to escalate, they refused to do so.in website there is not escalation matrix or the contact number of email id to whom i can refer the complaint. what a pathetic customer service!

        I have purchased new set top box before 1 year and this is third instance that set top box stops working. And tata sky representative says that I have to change set top box and need to pay again for set top box. They have low quality set to boxes so its stops working within few months. Totally disappointed.

          After using tata sky for more than 10 years why i am being harassed. You people are just sitting to loot customers money. Customer care people are absolutely rude and dumb. From yesterday i. E[protected] i have spoken to call centre executives, managers regarding my issue but have not got any help. Instead i have been tortured by you people. Yesterday i called your call centre to know the amount to recharge my tata sky connection. I have one primary and 1 secondary. The lady informed me for my current package the amount for annual subscription is rs 10230 for both the connection. She also advised me to take hd package which has more channels for which she confirmed the amount rs 11530. I asked her that i would like to go ahead with hd package. I recharged the account with rs 11530 and called the customer care to activate my hd package. For which i was informed that i have buy a hd box for the same. Why i was not informed earlier, i would not have gone ahead and recharged the hd package. Today morning when i switched on my tv again the message came stating that i have zero balance the connection has been deactivated. When i called the customer care they said my amount has been reversed hence the connection got deactivated. First of all who gave the permission to reverse the amount. Secondly i have charged rs 297 for reversal fees. For tata skys mistake why i should pay the fine. They are saying that it is the procedure they follow for looting customers. Please help in getting justice.

            Dear Tata sky,

            i have made online recharge of tatasky id [protected] on 29.10.16 of Rs. 400 through mVisa of HDFC payZapp.(attached is the screenshot of payment transaction details from Payzapp).

            The payment was sucessful & this was accepted by tata sky executive on dt. 29.10.16 that its sucessful & will get reflected into the account in within 2 days. After this She (tata sky executive) given me 2 days of credit until then payment is reflected.

            Till now payment is not reflecting in tatasky account.
            i have spoken to your customer care on 29.10.16 & 31.10.16 with Swati, mahender & abdul murtaza khan..

            my tatasky is currently deactivated due to no balance.

            plz do the needful.

                Good day,
                This is to inform that a very poor service and lack of cooperation from Tata sky, DTH service has been experiencing past 2 months. Earlier there was issue with setup box, which has been replaced, again the new one had problem in 2 days which again replaced, after paying 1200 rupees extra. This month subscription expired due to the HD channels subscription which i never requested to be on.
                Finally after trying to customer care several times there is no positive response from the Tata sky service.

                  Hi all,

                  I have recharged my tatasky account of rupees 355/ — via hdfc payzap application (mvisa) on 17th august 2016.

                  The issue is still not resolved my tatasky, they pretend to act that they did not receive the amount 355/- from my hdfc account.

                  Hdfc bank customer care and hdfc payzap customer care have provided me couple of transaction id (one txn-id from each end) and arn number to cross check with tatasky.

                  Tatasky is not responding or commenting on the transaction id's i have shared with them they just keeping saying transaction to my tatasky account on 17th august 2016 was unsuccessful.

                  I know that recharge was unsuccessful and that is the reason i am raising a dispute but as per back amount was credited to merchant account (tatasky) so i have asked tatasky to check their bank account transaction details using the transaction id's i have shared with them but they are helpless.

                  I tried escalating internally however getting the same response.

                  This is forgery. tatasky is trying to rob 355/- from me. please help!

                      I have requested Tata Sky customer care for relocation which involves de-installation and current location and installation at new location. I requested them to perform de-installation on 29/Oct/2016 @ 11AM and the lady on the other side of chat asked me further details such as new location address and confirmation of existing location which I furnished all.
                      After I was told that the request has been taken, I started to receive calls from new location for installation which doesn't make sense at all. I kept on receiving call after call to perform installation which made me wondered what sort of request did they really take. I immediately called upon the customer care (wish I could have done that at the first time) and explained them clearly about the situation and what my actual requirement is. Again, the customer care lady took the details, said she updated my request and that I will get de-installation done on 29/Oct/2016 @ 11AM
                      I stopped receiving calls and I thought that everything is fine. When the day arrived i.e. on 29/Oct/2016, no one from TataSky visited my place even past my given time. I called the customer care @ 11:30AM and when enquired about it, I was told that the request is scheduled on 02/Nov/2016, which surprised me and tried explaining them that the original schedule is 29/Oct/2016 @ 11AM and as usual they said sorry and said within an hour I will get the technician to perform de-installation. I waited for an hour and I haven't received any call nor anyone visited my place. I called the customer care again and this time I was told that it is scheduled for 31/Oct/2016. Why wouldn't one be frustrated if they hear something like that after calling them thrice and explaining everything. I've given them my piece of mind and told them that I need the technician right now as there is packing going on at my home and is scheduled to leave by evening and asked to transfer the call to a superior and spoke to the supervisor. I was promised that I will receive a callback within an hour and my request will be fulfilled. I waited for next hour and called the customer care back and this time I was told the same story that my request is schedule for 31/Oct/2016. I really didn't understand what kind of fools are working as customer care executives in TataSky and why would TataSky employ such senseless and illiterate people. Again, I asked to transfer the call to a supervisor and this dude was so rude that he started arguing with me and telling me all nonsensical stuff and said that my request cannot be completed. He blabbered about a lot of stuff and that person doesn't have any customer empathy nor has sense of fulfilling their duties which they promised to and are getting paid for
                      I have heard lot of negative things about TataSky's customer service but I never thought I would get into one
                      And, most importantly I never received a call nor any technician visited either on 29/Oct/2016 nor on 31/Oct/2016. TataSky's customer service is so pathetic and worst of all. I wouldn't be taking their service again

                          Really PATHETIC service from TATA sky.

                          I opted a connection from TATA SKY DTH for my home use on 19th Oct by paying 9300 Rs. While taking the connection, It was promised that I will be getting 1 month of free channels and if I dislike the service I can discontinue the service and my amount will be paid back.
                          Now from yesterday onwards, cable TV at home is not working and when I call the customer server they say that the backend team will call me (which till now never happened). Yesterday they cancelled my account without any confirmation(they are even bluffing me by trying to give a miss call to my mobile and counting as number of calls). Now they are asking to recharge the account to activate (I'm suppose to get 1 month free channels). I asked for the cancellation only if the amount is paid back. Nether I have the cable connection now nor the money.
                          Till now I would have called the customer service about 20+ times, and each time different person will pick up the call and I have to explain the whole story to them. No tracking of customer queries/questions. Some names I spoke to were - Kavya, Thulasidas, Ravi ...
                          Not sure whom to reach out now for this. Am really frustrated by the service TATA SKY provide. HORRIBLE service!!!
                          Please get me my money back and I would happily surrender the DTH connection.

                                I just recharged a wrong account no.[protected] with rs.50/- by net banking payment which i am not using. i have only two account on my name i. e. "shamshir pardawala" namley 1) no.[protected] and 2) [protected]

                                The account which was wrongly recharged (no.[protected]) does not belong to me and hence you are requested to credit my account no."[protected]" and by debiting wrongly recharged account.

                                Silly management of tatsky that they are not able to handle complaints since last one month One of the two set top boxes not able to view service since 1 month. complaint has been lodged, but their website does not give any complaint no .I need compensation for subscription wasted

                                  अपनी गलतियो सुधार ने की जगा tata sky invaild वजह बताके ग्राहकों पेरशान करते, company का ये दावा हे के वोह लेह लद्दाक में अपनी service देती है, जब की मुंबई( ठाणे) के सिटी डोम्बिवली ऐरिया में अपनी service देन योग्य नहीं हे, ना ही उनके पास टेक्नीश हे और ना कोई दूसरा options.

                                    I have been using tata sky for about 2. Years now and and have 3 connections .
                                    Ever since I have purchased the box, the signal level has been incostintent, especially the hd channels.
                                    Every time I call the customer care, they give the usual false promises and send their so called technician . They in turn charge 200 bucks for a visit plus the cost for whatever they replace .
                                    So I have had techniciansvisit my place almost every month, which means every month I am spending 200 bucks plus whatever he is replacing . Till date the problem remains the same.
                                    Tata sky are cheating customers and if they have an iota of shame left, call me back and sort this out instead of just making money .

                                      Its more than 5 years i am using tata sky.

                                      1. I called up tata sky to purchase multi connection, but their executive was very rude on call so i asked him to transfer my call to other executive (Vijaya), she told me about a package then i said ok and i purchased that.

                                      2. After buying other connection of tata sky i called them again because one of the channel was not running and there is a very special thing about this package is i asked that executive for that channel more than 3 times on call. Apart from this other executive told me that the package due to which i bought multi connection of tata sky is inactive from last 7-8 months.

                                      3. Within 3 days i have called them 16 times but no resolution, infact they put my complaint on high priority but still no solution.

                                      4. I called them again but instead of providing solution they put my call on ivr without telling me which is non compliance according to a call center standards and it happened 2 times (Team leaders & senior executives used to do this). This is tata sky team.

                                      5. One more executive from complaint department (Faiza khan), she called me & i told her about my complaint, she said after listening the call she will call me and immediately she disconnected my call and i was about to say something but call was disconnected from their side.
                                      Again non compliance followed by their executive from camplaint department, executives cannot disconnect any call from their end before 3 seconds. It shows that tata sky executives are not interested in entertaining their customers because customers for them are fool. Its more than 30 hours and i guess still she busy in listening my call.

                                      6. "isko laga dala to life jhinga lala" seriously? But in which sense?

                                      7. This is the level of my frustration that i am getting from tata sky.

                                      8. They record each and every call for quality and training purpose but i don't think they follow this.

                                        I recharged for my 2 TVs for Rs 5480 on 22/7/16 exactly as per demanded then. I was told my next renewal date would be 21/1/17. But for the last 3 days services on my main TV have been discontinued.. It is extremely frustrating as that is my main TV and my husband is sick and watching TV is only his pass time. Call and complaining at your Toll free no has not soved my issue. I would like to move to another service provider if you cannot solve my issue.
