Tata Sky — Due to the recharge problem

My tats sky's recharge is getting over very soon and it is not over 1 month and the message is say that "it is going to be over very soon I want only recharge of Rs 170 "that is of hd channel "and of 99 thatis"mera pack".please take action upon that and if I have not seen changes in that I don't want your settop box and I want refund of that I am sorry say that form tata sky videocon is better from u .

I have continue training to call on tool free no but not success. they are always say after 24 hour we will come back with you.
Chanel is not working from last 10 days. and not getting positive response the same.

Tata sky service is not upto the mark. Started looting money from consumers. Whenever the service person comes they ask for charges and deduct from tata sky account. First told me that the current package of your TV will work than they told no and keep asking for more recharges. Getting sick day by day.
You can try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve the due date discrepancy you are facing.
