TataSky is a Cheater….

I gave missed call on [protected] number from website on 29th Aug, 2016 and got call back from your sales person. I asked for an yearly package and he gave ne two options
1 – 4500 + 950 rs (for HD) for one year, Including installation and set-top box price
2 – 8050 rs for which will have all channels provided by TataSky including HD channels, again including installation and set-top box price (same is called ULTRA PLUS in website and price is 8350)
I accepted for 2nd offer and he took my request for a COD (case on delivery), later in 2 hours your technician came and did the installation. I GAVE HIM 8050 IN CASE.
For whole ONE day I was not able to watch any of the HD channels and when I called call-center they said I have only Ultra package in my account. When I chased on 2nd day with your backend team (who did the installation) and call center person, I got HD channels only. There was no Active services and I had chased for that too.
Your representative recharged my package to SD and I was not able to see any HD channel for one day, after following-up many times, later your representative recharged my package to Ultra (5300)+HD(950)+installation/activation(800)+set-top box price (1000) = 8050.
Since then I have talked 50+ times with your call-center persons and I am still waiting for my ULTRA PLUS package.
You are a CHEATER, TataSky!!!
Finally after five days, I got call from your backend team, they are simple denying that sales person told me fir this only. When I asked for that sales person contact or if they can listen the recorded call, they are not ready for any of them.
Now, I am fed-up by calling your executives and wasting my time, SO decided to call off your services, Thus I want my money back 8050 asap.
Also I want to talk to that sales PIG who gave me offer and person who did my 1st recharge as ULTRA (I don’t know wrongly or knowingly)
You TataSky, same ULTRA PLUS is 8370 at your site and ULTRA is 7520, am I fool, I will pay 8050 for ULTRA when I can see its less at site, use your common sense!!!
