    I am residing in Kolkata Kestopur location and a customer of Tatasky. Every Tatasky customer in my location is getting no signal in tatasky. But when we tried to launch a compliant against it the tatasky customer care said that there is no issue at tatasky end and if i still insist for a assistance then the technical person visiting my location will charge Rs. 200 from me. I tried to escalate the issue to Nodal Officer through email but didn't get a response.

        TataSky is a Cheater….

        My Subscriber ID is [protected].

        I gave missed call on [protected] number from website on 29th Aug, 2016 and got call back from your sales person. I asked for an yearly package and he gave ne two options

        1 – 4500 + 950 rs (for HD) for one year, Including installation and set-top box price
        2 – 8050 rs for which will have all channels provided by TataSky including HD channels, again including installation and set-top box price (same is called ULTRA PLUS in website and price is 8350)

        I accepted for 2nd offer and he took my request for a COD (case on delivery), later in 2 hours your technician came and did the installation. I GAVE HIM 8050 IN CASE.

        For whole ONE day I was not able to watch any of the HD channels and when I called call-center they said I have only Ultra package in my account. When I chased on 2nd day with your backend team (who did the installation) and call center person, I got HD channels only. There was no Active services and I had chased for that too.

        Your representative recharged my package to SD and I was not able to see any HD channel for one day, after following-up many times, later your representative recharged my package to Ultra (5300)+HD(950)+installation/activation(800)+set-top box price (1000) = 8050.

        Since then I have talked 50+ times with your call-center persons and I am still waiting for my ULTRA PLUS package.

        You are a CHEATER, TataSky!!!

        Finally after five days, I got call from your backend team, they are simple denying that sales person told me fir this only. When I asked for that sales person contact or if they can listen the recorded call, they are not ready for any of them.

        Now, I am fed-up by calling your executives and wasting my time, SO decided to call off your services, Thus I want my money back 8050 asap.

        Also I want to talk to that sales PIG who gave me offer and person who did my 1st recharge as ULTRA (I don’t know wrongly or knowingly)

        You TataSky, same ULTRA PLUS is 8370 at your site and ULTRA is 7520, am I fool, I will pay 8050 for ULTRA when I can see its less at site, use your common sense!!!

          My Name is Gagan Malhotra. My Customer Id is [protected]. Based at Adipur Plot NO. 340, 3-B, Adiput -GujaratiIndia. I am not getting the proper signal in one of the two set up boxes. Earlier there was complaint for both set up box ( coonections) but after several complaint, one of the set up box and picture got corrected and in second one the issue of still picture and signal is still persist. Have lodged and complaint with coustomer care and they assured that will be getting attended today without any visit charges. However this morning got a call from the service centre No. [protected] claiming that the issue is with our internal line and they will attend the call only on PAID service only. Have told them that as per company policy it is under warrenty so there should not be any charges for visit and requested him to get the set up box checked. But that fellow refused and says will be charged for visit . How come an service centre present their condition against the company policy. Please get the suitable instruction to be passed on the service center and get the issue resolved of transmission

            From last 1 month my tata sky box is not working I have complaint to customer care there name Mohamed/nrendra / Dilip had a conversation as they told me with in 2 hours technician will come to site no one visited and get update the status of building under construction is this type of service you give to the customer the best is dish tv they provide online resolution for error also send the technician in 12 hours call me on [protected] my rmn

              Myself Touqeer and I'm subscribed customer of Tata Sky DTH service with ID: [protected], My package is of 420(metropack).
              But in the month of july i got message saying it is 615 and my connection got disconnected way before the expiry date. So i made call to customer support to disconnect all the extra packages which was activated by God(because neither we activated nor by Tata Sky) and i was asked to recharge 440 first before calling again.
              I recharged the amount asked and contacted Customer support. Associate said it is deactivate and then i ordered new remote. Very next day my new remote was delivered and after proper service my serivce was disconnected. Again i was asked to recharge 615.
              After 10days of no connection, Today 03/09/2016 I recharged for 440 and i made call to support team asking for all the package related details and it was provided to me very politely but when i started complaining about the packages activated by God, there was no response from the customer associate i waited for 5mins but no response. Thinking it as network issue i disconnected and called again asked the customer associate to provide me the details to escalate the issue but again same issue no response at all and i waited and said "hello" as many times as i can, no response at all and i know this time it was deliberately done. So i disconnected the call and again i called up. Again associated confirmed my name and i politely said 'yes'. Then i said this is the third call of mine to them and to my surprised again no response. This is rude behaviour shows they are fraudsters.

                Just purchased new tata sky vide sub id [protected] in march 2016 ..but having problem with channel nos[protected] as lots of noise & disturbances occur while playing these channels especially.within 6 months i lodged complaints 3 or 4 times bt problem is still persisting the same..

                  मैंने टाटा स्काई का एक कनेक्शन दिनांक 18-08-16/20-08-16 को लगवाया जिसमे दो digicom लगे हैं मगर बड़े कष्ट की बात है कि जिस दिन से आपका कनेक्शन लगवाया है सिग्नल नहीं आ रहे और अगर आते हैं तो पिक्चर अटक जाती है.
                  शुरू से मै आपके कस्टमर केयर नम्बर पे लगातार फ़ोन कर रहा हूँ मगर कुछ समाधान नहीं हो रहा है, कह देते है आज हो जायेगा मगर आज 15 दिन हो गए कुछ नहीं हो पाया है.और ना ही हम टाटा स्काई देख पा रहे हैं जबकि रूपये रोज़ कट रहे हैं.
                  कल आपके किसी सक्षम अधिकारी से बात हुई तो वो बोलते हैं के टेकनिसियन कि कमी कि वजह से आपकी दिकत दूर नहीं हो रही.कितने कमाल कि बात है के आपके पास टेकनिसियन कम हैं और आप कनेक्शन दिए जा रहे हैं.और बिना सर्विस दिए आप मेरे अकाउंट से डेली रूपये काट रहे हैं.
                  अगर आप मेरे कनेक्शन को सही नहीं चलवा सकते तो करप्या मेरे रूपये वापस कर दीजिये और अपना सामान वापस ले लीजिये.
                  15 दिन से बहुत मानसिक तनाव है.

                  अब मुझे समझ नहीं आ रहा मैं क्या कहूँ और क्या करूँ।
                  आखिर क्या वजह है कि आप लगातार मुझे बेवकूफ बना रहे हैं और मेरी दिक्कत दूर नहीं कर रहे हैं।
                  रोज़ विजिट बताते है मगर कोई नहीं आता।साफ़ साफ़ बता दीजिए अगर सर्विस नहीं दे पाएंगे तो।
                  पिछले 15 दिनों से इतना मानसिक तनाव दे रखा हे आपकी घटिया सर्विस ने।
                  आपके उच्च अधिकारियों से बात करी, नोडल अफसर को मेल करी, हेल्प पर मेल करी, बार 2 कस्टमर केयर पे कॉल कर्री मगर नतीजा कुछ नहीं निकला।

                  अब किसको मेल करूँ, किसको कहूँ।

                  अगर आप मेरे कनेक्शन का रिफण्ड करा दें तो मेहरबानी होगी जिससे मैं किसी और कंपनी का कनेक्शन ले सकूँ।
                  डेली आप कह देते हैं आज हो जायेगा मगर 15 दिनों से कुछ नहीं हुआ।
                  कम से कम इतना कर दीजिए के मेरे जो रूपये लगे है वो वापस करा दीजिये और अपने कनेक्शन और सामान वापस ले लीजिए।
                  पिछले 15 दिनों से प्रोग्राम कुछ देख नहीं पा रहे ऊपर से आप डेली के रुपया भी चार्ज कर रहे हैं।

                  आशा करता हूँ आप मेरे रुपए वापस करा के मुझे मानसिक तनाव से मुक्त करा देंगे।

                      In Allahabad Tata sky is into malpractices, with dirty tricks i recharged addon pack with 22 new news channels but received only three, on discussion with completly dull customer support team they sent one technical guy who didnot able to solve anything and left stating that will come again with some measuring equipment, and never came on top of it what i observe these tata sky fellow deducted 200 from my pack. Quite unethical, i think either complete staff has to be sacked for this trick or some kind of tough action is required against them. This is very unfortunate if i had been manager i could have sacked this entire team.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                        We had received a call from Tata sky offer department on 14th May 2016 regarding Tata sky annual grand sports pack in the subs. ID - [protected] on the name of Mr. Nitin Kumar Tata sky executive explained me that if you will recharge Rs.2600 on Primary box rest Rs 1300 for secondary box then we had recharged total amount was Rs. 6500 (Primary + 3 Secondary) for 4 boxes on 15th May 2016 and call to customer care for upgrade the pack on this id next day the annual pack was upgrade on 1+2 boxes only rest 1 box was going on monthly basis again we had talk with offer department with the help of complaint department then they had confirmed to us that annual pack had activated on the pending 1 box which was monthly but this box was again not having grand sports annual pack. this type of many conversations done in between myself, complaint and customer care department but we don't have any permanent solution (grand sports annual pack is not yet activate on this secondary box). Now we are much frustrating because we had paid more money and we have no avail to this facility which were committed with us. If you want you can get the voice call recording (conversations) details from Tata Sky company.

                        If my problems will not resolve within one week then we have bound to go another department/agency to get our rights.

                          मेरे पास टाटा स्काई के 2 कनेक्शन विपिन कुमार लालवानी के नाम से इसके अतिरिक्त मेरे पास कोई दूसरा कनेक्शन नहीं है जिसमे मेरा ये मोबाइल नंबर [protected] इसके बावजूद भी मेरे पास पूजा मोहनानी के नाम से टाटा स्काई से हर 5 दिन में कॉल आती है इस बाबत मैंने कई बार आपके अधिकारियो से निवेदन किया है की मेरा नंबर यदि tatasky के अन्य किसी कनेक्शन में रजिस्टर्ड है तो उसे डिलीट कर दीजिए मैं रोज रोज के इन कॉल्स से परेशान हो गया हूँ इनसे मुझे मानसिक तनाव होने लगा है Pls इन कॉल्स को बंद करवा दे और मेरा नंबर पूजा मोहनानी के कनेक्शन से हटा देवे।

                              My tata sky id - [protected] and faced no signal issue on many channel, tata sky have very bad service and no time line to resolve customer complain.

                              We are not able to view many channel as per my package and showing error message "setup box not receiving signal" from more than month and already inform many time to tata sky customer care reference id is 0000jabpgtm6kppw dated 30/07/2016. Again raise complaint reference number is r2tuzke dated 24/08/16 to, still service not available and there is no progress on complain.

                              First all hindi news channel - aajtak, abp, zeenew, etc channel service not available again after 15 days all entertainment channel as star plus, sony, colors, life ok, etc channel not available now only few movie channel coming. We are fed up with tata sky service and raise complaint and ask to stop subscription reference number r2tuzke and refund everyday subscription amount deduction from my account.

                              Tata sky didn't resolve my complain and did't stop my connection and daily deducting amount from my account without any service.

                                      We have a Tata Sky connection for many years now. Ours is an old building due to which we have leakage problem on the top floors. To address this, every year before the rain starts an temporary roofing is erected on the terrace. This gave no problem to ours or any other DTH network in our building for these many years. Now all of a sudden two days back, the dish stopped working without any reason. There is no signal to the DTH. We contacted the customer care for which a technician was sent. The technician came and started saying that because of the roof we can never get signal and the Tata sky will start working only when the roof is removed. We called another technician who again says that the antenna is rusted and that we can never get signal again. I need to understand how does a working connection stop suddenly and how can the technicians say that we would never get a signal with the roof of top since it was working even on that morning and why are the technicians not able to fix it? There was absolutely no problem with the connection even with the roof on the terrace. Also, there are many other Dish networks like Airtel, Videocon, Dish TV installed on the terrace and no others seem to have any complaints and are all working fine. Please guide on what is to be done as we cannot keep calling the customer care and lodging complaints. This kind of poor service is not expected from a brand like TATA.

                                        I haven't got any reply from your side for my problem .You are least bothered as customer has paid you for the new set top box by making fool or I say by cheat you convinced me for me to take a new set top box and it has same problem as the previous set top box had.
                                        From today's morning I have done master reset in system settings for receiving signals atleast 10 times.

                                        Please explain how many times I have to do master reset for getting set top signal.

                                        I am totally harassed by your services, I want my money back for the new set top box I. e. Rs 1500 and I don't want to continue with tata sky connection.

                                        And do reply and I will definitely go to consumer Forum, if my money is not returned .
