I bring to your kind notice that i am n old privileged customer of tatasky and has shifted my residence (31 mar 16) to gurgaon from moti bagh in delhi. I paid to the tune of approx 12000/- for various items such as cable, lmp, splitter, boaster etc in order to have my tatasky going. Stange that a fresh connection (4 nos) have an annual charge to approx rs 9500/- incl installation all inclusive but here shifting was more expensive. Never the less soon after a period of one month the reception started giving problems and the complaint was lodged and an enginner from tata sky visited and i was again charged addl amount in changing switches and lmp. Recently once again tata sky receptions were bad and i called the customer care who deputed an engineer who once again said your lmp needs replacement, along with switch and connectors for which i was once again charged rs 2700/- for lmp, and rs 500/- for spiltter. No reciet given, when i told the engineer that i shall lodge a complaint with tatasky for frequent breakdown and regular charging i was requested by the engineer that pse dont lodge report call me i will rectify free of cost. My point is that i have landed paying around rs 20000/- in frequent repairs, its either tatasky is providing sub standard equipment or there is a nexus by your employees in this. Yesterday again my hd channels were freezing and i complaint to hear from the service engineer that his area has changed . I humbly request the top management to kindly look into this matter else i will have no option than to go to media on tatasky way of fleecing money from customers. My registered mob no is [protected]
