My tata sky ID No. [protected] i had made a complain regarding above said subject. fro your side on service person turn up change the SET TOP BOX and say's now your problem is solved. again same problem starts again i make complain. again service person turns up check the SET TOP BOX and change the LNB ron dish and it will work fine. i asked if why i n first time LNB is changed / replaced against SET TOP BOX ( that mean my set top box was fine there was LNB issue ) he was rude say go and ask tata shy people, i told him not to check service code no. but forcefully he has taken the number.

1. I JUST WANT TO UNDERSTAND WHY I HAVE TO PAY TWICE SERVICE CHARGES .
2. WHY THE PERON WHO TURNED FIRST HAS NOT CHECKED LNB INSTATED OF REPLACING THE SET TOP BOX
3. I HAVE REVIVED CALL NOREFUND WILL BE GIVEN
4. CAN SOME SENIOR PERSON CAN REVERT TO ME

    I have been using tata sky dth services since last 10-11 years and as i live on rental properties so i had to shift to various locations. During last 10-11 years after getting the connection of tata sky i had shifted third time only.in every relocation the technician wanted to change any of the part of the equipment like lnb, cable, dish etc.
    But this time i am really fed up with the kind of technicians and services as the technicians are behaving very rudely, badly with the females and kids and tying to change all the things forcefully, if they are not allowed and asked to come when any male member is present then they never come and talk like in uncivilized manner. My first complaint this time was around 12-13 days back but till date problem is not resolved.
    1st complaint made was for the channels not coming, for that tech visited and told to change the dish, it was agreed but on changing the dish the channel coming before the 1st complaint were lost and the tech came told that cable will have to be changed and this process is going on and my money from my account balance is deducting on daily basis but there is no one in this company to check and resolve the problem.
    This is the company where these undisciplined technical peoples are the boss and the managers of the company.
    This was the last and final complaint rooted through this medium and was the last payment done to tata sky. Finally decided to switch over to videocone.

    And one thing more i will not ask for any refund type of thing

      Recharged my tata sky on 07.08.2016 & 12.08.2016 of rupees 400 which was got failure but amount debited from the account.I am calling to Tata Sky about these unsuccessful recharges & asked for the refund. They told you will get refund in 7 working days. But still not getting the refund.
      I have submitted all the details to them they were asked like bank statement trasaction history etc but still they are not able to resolve the issue or they do not want to resolve it.

          We have two HD set top box now it is showing no signal msg from last one week we already call customer care and request for service, once the person visit but he do not had the part required so the issue was not solved...after that day we contact he many times but he is not cmg we again contact customer care but still waiting for problem solution...plz send your technician.

            I have lodged request regarding new installation at new place on 26.08.2016 and one message recieved about visit of tata sky person on 28.08.2016 and today one another message recieved for visiting on 29.08 2016 and not today. I have talked many times from your helpdesk but they all are very irresponsible and rude while talking, one executive mr ayan was saying to send technician on 28.06.2016 but againd changed the schedule.
            I request you to pls arrange the technician on today itself.
            I am really very disappointed from your services.
            Pls take it on high priority.

              My set up box has power issue for which I raised complaint on 25th Aug. On 26th Aug Tat sky technician came and told that this set up box needs to be replaced. To this I told that what will be the charges for replacement that will be deducted from my account. To this he confirmed with his senior and told me that it will be FREE OF COST, NO CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I myself confirmed with his senior this. He changed my set up box and went.
              Today on 28th Aug, at 8 AM i got a call that Rs 700 has been deducted from my account and at 10 am my Tata Sky was deactivated due to insufficient balance.
              I AM RAISING THIS COMPLAINT BECAUSE WHY FALSE COMMITMENT WAS MADE THAT IT IS FREE AT THE TIME OF CHANGING MY SET UP BOX. PLEASE VERIFY MY POINTS, I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR THIS MISCOMMUNICATION.
              I WILL CHANGE THE SERVICE PROVIDER IF MY PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED BY TATA SKY AT EARLIEST.

                  Hello,
                  My name is S M Agarwal and I am a Tata Sky Customer. Actually I have opted for a base package and some add on packages of Tata Sky. But today I tried to drop my add on package but was unable to do that because for this Tata Sky has given two options either through customer care number or through online portal. I tried online but the site was not working and then I tried customer care number. After trying so many times my call get connected but I didn't get the solution and my call get disconnected so I tried again but every time when I selected the drop package option during the call at that particular moment each time my call get disconnected. Then I tried to communicate with customer care representative and it was informed that it will take 10 minutes to connect with our executive but after waiting for more than 20 minutes my call automatically got disconnected and another and the most important thing is that Tata Sky has no Toll Free number and they are charging Rs. 2.40 per minute for the calls and always keep their customer on hold and charged money without giving the solution and I was also charged almost more than Rs. 40 for this one call and that too without any result because after putting me on hold for so much of time my call was disconnected automatically. This happened thrice with me and each time I have lost my money and also the valuable time and again since I was not able to drop my pack so they were charging me for that also without my consent. It became the habit of Tata Sky to make their customer fool and charged money with them and also without any solution.

                  Please take my issue on priority and try to help me out from this. I WILL BE THANKFUL TO YOU FOR THIS.

                      मे कल से ईमेल पर शिलयत कर रहा हूँ और आज भी दो बार की लेकिन कोई जबाब नहीं आया। आगरा लोकल सेंटर पर फोने पर सिबह बात की बोले शाम को आएंगे लेकिन अभी तक नहीं आये। एक साल का किराया एडवांस दिया हुआ है फिर भी कोई सुनवाई नहीं।मेरा रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल[protected]है। हेल्प लाइन नंबर पर पैसे लग गए है लेकिन बात कोई सुनता नहीं है।क्या मेरी किसी अधिकारी से बात हो सकती है

                        I register the complaint for above to TAT SKY custome care their technical team visited my house 4 times without equipped with required part .
                        we shocked to see new faces every time and start explain the problem every time without solution
                        Their has to be any system of reporting the customer issues to the report back to TATA office and come back with final solution / equipment.
                        we are seriously thinking of switching the operator.

                          Previously I was using set-top box with my TV but I was facing problem due to many time breakage of wires so, I have decided to buy any Dish to remove this problem. After consulting many peoples I have decide to go with TATA Sky. Finally I have purchased Tata Sky but Many time I was complaining about disturbance in signals but as per them this was due to cloudy weather but now the weather is absolutely clear then still I was facing same problem.
                          I was registered complaint to Customer Care on [protected] many time and many executives came to my home for investigations and many numbers we have collected from them (The Mobile Nos. are - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) after all contact and investigations finally my TV is now not showing anything.

                                Hello, since Tuesday (22/08/16), there is signal problem in tata sky. we called tata sky operator, they visited us on 24/08/16 and found that there is no problem from our side. the problem is from company's part.

                                After talking to company customer care yesterday, they assured us of rectifying the problem but still nothing has been done.

                                service is not good and they haven't provided the complaint number.

                                  I am a subscriber frm last 7 yr nw but i regret to be associated with this co.
                                  They send you unwanted sms daily regardin promotion and recharge due date. I hv made complaint to their customer cr and they r nt wise enough to handle rather they gv stupid excuses.
                                  nw they hv startd calling on my no.too which isnt registerd mb no.

                                  plz stop this torture otherwise i wil get it disconnectd

                                    I called up to tata sky call centre for new hd connection at 9am (26/8/16) and they politely accept my request for installation between 12:30 -1:30 pm on same day, but unfortunately tat has been passed and i didn't get any call, anyhow i called to particular dealer who called me for tat, he said we will install it till 5 pm, again i called him at 6pm and he said we are not free now we will install it tomorrow, when i said sir now this is the condition what can i expect after installation he said "ok sir if you want i can cancel your installation" which is weird thing from such a big brand, requesting stake holders to pplease help!!

                                        I bring to your kind notice that i am n old privileged customer of tatasky and has shifted my residence (31 mar 16) to gurgaon from moti bagh in delhi. I paid to the tune of approx 12000/- for various items such as cable, lmp, splitter, boaster etc in order to have my tatasky going. Stange that a fresh connection (4 nos) have an annual charge to approx rs 9500/- incl installation all inclusive but here shifting was more expensive. Never the less soon after a period of one month the reception started giving problems and the complaint was lodged and an enginner from tata sky visited and i was again charged addl amount in changing switches and lmp. Recently once again tata sky receptions were bad and i called the customer care who deputed an engineer who once again said your lmp needs replacement, along with switch and connectors for which i was once again charged rs 2700/- for lmp, and rs 500/- for spiltter. No reciet given, when i told the engineer that i shall lodge a complaint with tatasky for frequent breakdown and regular charging i was requested by the engineer that pse dont lodge report call me i will rectify free of cost. My point is that i have landed paying around rs 20000/- in frequent repairs, its either tatasky is providing sub standard equipment or there is a nexus by your employees in this. Yesterday again my hd channels were freezing and i complaint to hear from the service engineer that his area has changed . I humbly request the top management to kindly look into this matter else i will have no option than to go to media on tatasky way of fleecing money from customers. My registered mob no is [protected]
