Tata Tele Services — cheat & Fraud (mental & harrasmnet)

I am writing this letter to inform you that, I bought Tata Photon Postpaid connection from Shop No G-42, Aggarwal Millenium Plaza, Main Netaji Subash Place, Near Bitto Tikki Wala, Delhi - 110034 on dated 25/12/2014.. But Store Staff cheated & fraud with me login my case with forgery, and shared the wrong information about the Network coverage and speed, before purchased i enquire about the Network coverage & services and tariff plan from store staff. When they assured me Tata Photon is best in services. And I trust the store staff because that’s a company owned store And I directly deal with Tata Teleservices limited..After that I said give me the 10 GB plan and gave my ID and Address proof & Passport Size Photograph, After that store staff asked some Details like : Mobile Number/Landmark.. I also asked the store staff, where is my signature required. He said don’t worry for that, Even I can’t fill the form.. And store staff doesn’t show the tariff plan sheet and do the fake signature in all the forms... (CAF + Tariff Plan Sheet+ ID Proof + Address Proof and issued me a 30 GB Plan instead of 10 GB) I don’t fill the CAF Form and other forms which is required for postpaid connection..I have also recording of store staff conversation and he accepted the mistakes. I repeat again I have not filled and signed, and Tata store staff/ Login centre involved in this. And i have an doubt they misuse my documents.. I also filled a FIR against tata Teleservices. Due to this they play with emotions and I miss several opportunities, and I jobless. From 28 th to till today I suffering from lots of pains and there are lot of direct and indirect losses are involved.. I have skype interviews and I also missed out these opportunities.. Store Staff, Just of sale the forge connection with fake signature and misused the ID and Address proof and harassed and torture the customers.. Note: Connection Number: [protected] I also file a complaint in telecom ministry, consumer affairs, prime minister and delhi police, Because it’s a serious crime and I want compensation of rupees 10 lacs of my losses.. Even I took a home and every month I pad 16000 rupees to the bank, but due to this I missed out the opportunities In future my ID and address proof found in negative areas so Tata teleservices will be responsible for this..
