Had booked through snapdeal for Tata Value homes compact ahmedabad..later went for site visit..found out reality the site is in far fetched location far away from ahmedabad city in some remote village moti bhyan which falls under gandhinagar, gandhinagar and ahmedabad are two different districts..these are no where related..so had cancelled the order now they are refudning it...this is serious fraud under the name of Tata's..since the day Ratan Tata has left the company the Trust has also gone away with him...peopl are being cheated by Tata's everywhere..Tatahomes are selling homes by misleading people amdmake false claims about the location of properties..Tata home mumbai is atcually no where in mumbai...oneis in Boisar which comes under Palghar district and other one Kalyan and Vasind all fall under different ditricts Thane so no where related to mumbai still they are promoting it as in mumbai ..this is seriosu fraud going on..this should be stopped..I want my money back..

Have booked a unit Optima in Tata New Haven in Bengaluru Online. Have not visited the site yet. Meanwhile, on receipt of Agreement papers, have queried on certain points therein but have not received any reply/clarification in 4 months. Have now sent a Registered letter seeking clarification. Unless satisfied with the clarifications, Agreement is not to be signed.

    Hi...I had booked an apartment via snap deal on the day the registrations opened up. I paid Rs 30, 000 as booking amount. Later due to hospitalization of a relative, requested for refund. Refund of booking amount was denied in spite of providing Hospital records of relative. Reason given was only immediate family persons records will be accepted. How can the sales officers determine the bond between a close relative and a distant relative. Relative is a very subjective term and cannot be used to differentiate between levels. Although the relative can be a distant relative, my bonding with the relative is strong and hence I requested for refund of amount to aid her in her hospitalization charges. But, the claim was not considered and refund was denied. I had to forfeit Rs 30 K for booking it online.

    How can the sales officers determine the bond between a close relative and a distant relative. Relative is a very subjective term and cannot be used to differentiate between levels.       Hi All, I booked 2BHK flat on 15th Oct-2014 in to consider balcony facing (main gate side) low rise houses. I've booked in phase-2 (Pune-La Montana Talegaon project) on 15th Oct-2014 to get flat balcony facing at Phase-3 low rise side so that I can get Sun light and unblock view now they are saying there high rise will come while they are showing low rise phase-3 in brochure and at their side. In their EOI doc mentioned this below point (EOI received after booking): >>>J.In case it is learnt that the Applicant has misrepresented any fact or information such applications will be summarily terminated and said payment shall stand forfeited. While they are taking booking by just misrepresenting project facts/details!!! I’ve sent 3 mails (at [protected]@tatavaluehomes.com, [protected]@tatavaluehomes.com, [protected]@tatahousing.com) but no response from their side. Please let me know if know any other email id to inform them. And before email I’ve talked to their executive Mr. Kunal Shah (and he has provided me [protected]@tatahousing.com email id to write there) and Mr. Mukherji from Pune office and raised my concern and asked for money back. I’ve informed them this concern multiple times and asked to return my booking amount as according the their policy within 45 days we can get our money back if we are not satisfied or if they misrepresented any details. They didn’t reply any of my mail and now when I’m asking (from last 2 week) to refund then they are saying in their EID doc they have mentioned its non-refundable. I can’t accept this as they are misrepresenting project details. We are booking by trusting TATA name and TATA value homes doing same thing as other non reputed builder do no transparency. Please don’t book without visiting site and take everything in written. They are making fools to innocent people in the name of TATA and taking online booking by misrepresenting project details.       Hi, I have also gone through similar kind of experience while purchasing an apartment from Tata Housing, after going through your complaint I think their sales team is in habit of telling lies to customers in order to sell the property to customer and making huge commissions from the company and their Customer care team is covering up their deeds, all in all this company is not standing anymore on the ethics laid by the Ancestors of TATA’s and is more likely to collapse soon if they keep on fooling people like this.

        WE HAD PURCHASED ONLINE New Haven Compact Ahmedabad 1BHK FROM SNAPDEAL ONLINE ORDER NO. [protected] DATED 28.08.2014 The listing on SNAPDEAL SITE for above product is incomplete and TATA people have hidden important facts to sell the property which you can even check till date(on the product listed on snapdeal)No Physical inspection of the site/property was carried out by us. We relied on the brand and goodwill of TATA AND SNAPDEAL The aforementioned site and project are suffering from the following defects:- First and foremost the site is not placed at Ahmedabad. It is on the outskirts of Ahmedabad District, off the SG Highway and in fact it is based in Gandhi Nagar district. Nowhere in your product brochure, they have mentioned that the property is based in Gandhi Nagar On our site visit by us on 27th September, we were utterly disappointed with the site projections and details mentioned on the website. The information provided by you is misleading and incomplete. The following facts have been misreported by you: The property is based in Gandhi Nagar and not Ahmedabad as stated everywhere in your brochure and Snap Deal.com.Prices of property in AHMEDABAD AND GANDHINAGAR are different. We have purchased the property for our personal use .But the site is very far from city and is for investment purpose only with time horizon of minimum 4-5 years(as told by TATA team) We are being asked to pay almost 80% of the total consideration by November'2014 with no basic amenities as mentioned above, no water supply, no roads, undeveloped site. In the listing on SNAPDEAL Payment cycle was different based on CONSTRUCTION(20%+20%+20%+20%+15%+5%)Nowhere it was mentioned that flats are completed and we need to make around 80% payment in next 6 months despite site in undercontructed with no amenities till date(not even a sample flat, no roads, no street light)

        Lousy maintenance and post purchase service. Tata Housing has not assisted in electricity connection transfer to my name. I had to run around myself in ugvcl office. All developers are providing this service to flat buyers except Tata Housing.

            Subh Grah Boisar M-27 F-205 Water leakage in bed room and complete wall wet shown to the Tata Housing site officers 1 month back they accepted that there is leakage and we will do the water proofing earliest not done till now they are waiting to end of raining season after that they are asking where is leakage, poor finishing, nothing work done by him all these things note down by the site officer of Tata Housing kitchen slab two pices joint shown the same but not changed till now, Not proper slob of Trace Raining water blockages due to improper slope on trace no body to check it and take necessary action.             I am considering to buy at their new project 'New Haven' at Boisar. After having read your experience, I am now having second thoughts. Was your problem solved.
            NO Response from tata housing location team for arresting leakage till now as on[protected] and i have not received my flat possession till now after saveral time discussion with tata housing team member tata customer care team or team leader MR. Karan Jindal, Mr. NAROJ no positive reply till now
            my flat owner name changed by the tata housing staff in last year in 2014 i followed for name correction from last one year no conformation latter received till That the owner name correction done by tata housing they said it has been changed but no Conformation letter received till now as on 1/11/2015 they are saying we will send you a conformation letter with in a week but not received till now,
            No one varied about the customer pbm. tata housing staff onely harassing the customer and no one come for word to face customer when we call customer care talk to the subh grah team reply from executive are bussy in meeting we will call you back but no one call i ask for seniors mobile no. they said it not allowed i ask for meating time with seniors officers not given till now i ask for appointment from last two years i dont know what i can do to take my flat possession or compansation of my loss money time and my owner name correction,

            kindly do needful to solve my pbm earliest

              Hi I have booked a flat in TATA Housing's Lamontana project in dec 2010. I have already gone into agreement with the company and have already paid 60% of the amount. The project is substantially delayed by more than 2 years and now I am chasing to Tata housing from last 10 months to let me know the payment schedule and delivery schedule, have personally visited the site office a dozen of times but not seeing any response from them. I have only got a letter from them in this period where they intend to raise the price.

                The worst construction company TATA Housing. Delayed possession for more then 4 years now. They took entire payment more then 4 years back leaving 5% possession money and they are now denying to pay interest on our money neither paying compensation for this pro-loooooong delay. Over an above they are asking for unreasonable money against following items mentioned below, before taking possession Water and Electric supply and connection - Rs.32400 : Which is extremely very-very high. 6 months advance maintenance deposit+12 months maintenance deposit : Is TATA trying to fool people taking deposit over deposit?? Share money : Share are issued by Society formed by residents staying in, so why TATA is asking this money and for a piece of paper to print (Share certificate) Rs. 600 is not at all reasonable. Legal cost and expenses : this cost was already included in the main cost of the flat then why TATA is charging DOUBLE cost. Expense towards deed of conveyance : when already are charging "legal and expense", then why this is separately charged this fee which is a part of "Legal and Expense". Consultant / Retainer Fee and charge : this cost is irrelevant to customers and TATA has already included this cost in the main cost. TATA is making it look like as if they have charges customers only for cost of construction materials (Brick, Cement, iron rod ect...) and balance being charged separately. Charge / Texas towards betterment/development : this cost is unreasonable as this is TATA's responsibility to facilitate with what they have promised. The WORST EXPERIANCE of my life dealing with TATA.

                    Beware when you deal with these unprofessional people, I am one of their client who had booked a flat in western India 4 years back, they took all the money except the final payment and still the hand over is not done, project is already delayed by more than 1 1/2 years, when we send them an email they never reply, they never give you a clear picture of the project, I have even mailed their vice president but still they don't bother to reply, you can imagine by now how unprofessional and bad they are at what they do, I and many like me got fooled by the name TATA or else would never have invested with them. I am still waiting for them to reply...the wait goes on...

                      How much does Tata Housing care for its customers? If you want the answer, simply go to their website, www.tatahousing.in, and click on the "Customer Corner" link. Nothing happens. There is no Customer Corner in Tata Housing's heart. I am a multiple investor in their projects Inora Park (Pune) and New Haven (Boisar). Over the past four years, they have lied about delivery schedules, they have lied about payment schedules, they have lied about costs, and they continue to do so. Calls to their Call Centre elicit the response that the call centre is only for pre-sales, that my complaint will be passed on to the person concerned, and that I will receive a response within 2 working days. Nothing happens. Calls to their regional office in Pune elicit promises about emailing the necessary details, calling back within a specified time. Nothing happens. Calls to their registered office in Mumbai (to the General Manager's office) are answered by his assistant/secretary, who promises that the person concerned will respond to me within a specified time frame. Nothing happens. Tata Housing escalates costs as and when they please. One example: They asked for a payment for cost escalation on a water pipeline, because they changed the specifications of the pipeline mid-way through the project. Tata Housing charges 18% interest on payments delayed by the customer. But the customer has no reciprocal payment of interest on possession delayed by Tata Housing. The reason is always "beyond their control". Clearly, this is an extremely shoddily managed company that cannot even plan the components, costs and construction schedules of its projects. But what is worse is that it is extremely prompt in recovering, from the customer, all the costs of its own inefficiencies. This is the lowest level of ethics. And it comes from a company that trumpets all kinds of "community initiatives", "schools sanitation initiatives", etc. on its public website. And, finally, we come full circle to customer service. The bottom line is: No one at Tata Housing is willing to listen to the customer. And this really makes me laugh, because that is the fastest and most efficient way of losing customers. I wonder if this company will even exist 10 years from now. What a shame!

                      Hey. I am not sure I feel that strongly about them. I have been living in one of their projects since the past 5 years. Sure, there was a delay in giving possession but at the end of it, they delivered everything that was promised. I also have not faced much issues in the Customer Service department. Maybe it is an one-off thing.

                      I agree with you 100% I had exact same experience, it matches line to line and word to word. I have been searching for people like me who are fooled by Tata Housing, I have a flat in la montana which is still not delivered to me and they are sending letters that these these charges are increased etc.

                        I bought flat in this project looking at brand TATA, but the shameful unprofessionalism that i am facing here is of riduculous proportions.
                        Booked flat on March 2010, still awaiting possession. Instead of possession letter, after so many years, they have sent me ineterest on delayed payments. Guess whose fault is for delay? You guys read further and decide: here is the process---
                        TATA HOUSING sends demand letter to customer--> customer sends to bank--> Bank does checking for completion of slab-->Bank releases cheque-->customer pays to TATA HOUSING.

                        Now, bank would not release payment unless, slabs construction is complete. The party responsible for construction is TATA HOUSING, they delay construction and put penalty for delayed payment on customer.

                        My advice stay away from any construction by TATA HOUSING, i regret my selection.

                        Need suggestion, how to fight this legally. We all can file a class action lawsuit against TATA HOUSING and claim damages.

                          Dear Concerned,


                          This is w.r.t the flat purchased by us in your project New Haven, Boisar. The flat no is A7-A-03-013.


                          We have made an initial payment in Nov 2009 & till May 17th 2011 we have paid an amount of Rs. 23, 63997/-.

                          There was one installment for which the payment was delayed from our side by a few days for which you were prompt enough to

                          charge us interest @ 18%. The same was also paid by us which amounted to Rs.13, 586.


                          The project was scheduled for possession in Dec 2011. However we received a communication stating that the project has been delayed & the balance payment would be requested from us at a later stage.


                          After a lapse of 2 years 5 months we have recd the above demand letter from your end which includes an interest amounting to

                          Rs.82219.


                          On inquiry, we are being informed by Joycee from your customer care helpline that this interest is charged on account of delays which would have occurred for delay in the installment payments in 2011. On stating that we have not received any communication from Tata housing intimating that there is an interest due from our end, I’m being informed blatantly that we (TATA) do not send any such communication & it is informed only at the time of possession.


                          On inquiry that the project has been delayed for 2.5 years now & that TATA has kept our money amounting to Rs.23.63 lakhs at their end without compensating us for the delay, the callous response is that the project was delayed for reasons beyond TATA’s control & hence is justified.


                          A simple interest calculation of our hard-earned money that TATA has kept for 2 & a half years now, at the same rate of 18% at which TATA fleeces its clients, yields that TATA needs to be reimburse an amount of Rs. 10 lakhs to us.

                          However, while TATA reserves with itself the right to fleece it’s customers foolish enough to invest their money in TATA’s housing project, by placing TRUST in the RATAN TATA’s name, it puts the delay at their end to a simple ‘BEYOND OUR CONTROL’ run-of-the-mill response.


                          What truly adds insult to injury is that post delay of 2.5 years, we have now recd a letter demanding interest from us. Moreso the letter states that the payments needs to be made within 30 days from the date of the letter & not from the date when the customer receive the letter.


                          In effect a period of around 28 days within which if the poor client is not able to arrange for funds, TATA will again start their TIMER on for interest calculation. Never Mind the 29 month delay at their end… We are now being asked to conjure funds amounting to Rs.8.6 lakhs within 28 days..

                          a very sizeable amount for any middle income group person to put together in such a short time


                          We did not think that TATA would use such unfair means to extort money from it’s unsuspecting customers & are flabbergasted by being treated in such a shoddy manner by one of India’s top business houses…


                          Our experience with TATA Housing has been horrendous to say the least & for sure our last association with the business house. However, we are sure one disgruntled client does not matter to TATA…


                          Our expectation from TATA is as simple as below

                          · Compensate us for the delay by reimbursing us with interest payment

                          · Waive this absurd interest amount charged to us

                          · Provide us with a reasonable amount of time to be able to make the last payment


                          We really look forward to your reply on this & will pursue matters further on receipt of your reply.

                            Advertised
                            For 6.3 acre project, actually limited to below 3.0 acre. Advertised in jan/
                            Feb’2010, as per the agreement the possession was to be given by 31 oct’2012,
                            Remains incomplete even to date.


                            2.
                            After
                            The application form was filled and the booking amount paid for flats of 976
                            Sq. Ft in feb’2010 the saleable area was revised upwards to 1010 sq ft, without
                            Any increase in the carpet area & the building plans and the buyers were
                            Forced to pay up & sign the acceptance letter.


                            3.
                            “offer
                            Of possession” letter issued on 04/01/2014 without oc (Occupancy certificate),
                            A copy of the partly completion certificate was sent stating “on completion of
                            The project final oc must be obtained by thdcl (Tata housing development co.
                            Ltd.). Thdcl officials threatened & coerce the buyers to take possession of
                            The flat even though basic necessity such as drinking and washing water is not
                            Being supplied. Inora park is dependent on tanker water and 20 ltr cans of
                            Drinking water, how long…???


                            4.
                            Thdcl
                            Claims: there are 5 bore wells pumping water which is treated by the wtp (Water
                            Treatment plant) and is being supplied. On inspecting the bore wells and the
                            Wtp it is found that of nthe 5 bore wells drilled only 3 had some water and
                            These too went dry in jan/ feb 2014, with the result as of today none of the
                            Bore wells are operational as there is no water, in fact there is no water in
                            Undri area as such... Wtp is nonfunctional as the water treatment chemicals and
                            Some components are supplied by the manufacturer, also there is no water to be
                            Treated and there is no electrical connection for the borewells and also the
                            Wtp. Absolute lies.


                            5.
                            Thdcl
                            Refuses to provide water analysis report of the bore well water and the output
                            Analysis report of the wtp water, because there is no water at all. Though the
                            Written request was forwarded to the company through registered letter two
                            Months back and repeated many times thereafter.


                            6.
                            The
                            Last and final 5% cost of the flat is to be paid “on possession of the flat” but thdcl states that the payment has
                            To be made first and the incomplete & defective flat will then be completed
                            Within 4 weeks to be handed over which is not happening. Apart from the above
                            Thdcl has started handing over incomplete and defective flats without handing
                            Over any possession papers and related documents but making sure to take a
                            Written receipt from the flat owners that the flat has been handed over in a
                            Defect free condition, without this letter the flat is not being handed over.


                            7.
                            5%
                            Balance payment and other charges have been jacked up with a threat that
                            Interest charges would be applicable w.E.F. 01 april 2014 for all delayed
                            Payments @18% pa.


                            8.
                            The
                            Maintenance charges have been manipulated and doubled, would be applicable
                            W.E.F. 01 april 2014, though there is no oc,
                            No water and the flats are defective & incomplete.


                            9.
                            Interest
                            On delayed payments of installments by the buyers has been levied @ 18% pa.


                            10.
                            Water
                            Meter and electric meter, which is as per actuals has been manipulated to a
                            Whopping rs120, 000.00 to rs170, 000.00 depending on the type of flat. Thdcl refuses to show the actual
                            Expenses and bills in spite of written requests through registered letters,
                            Meetings and umpteen reminders through mails to, thdcl pune office, senior officials
                            And the cmd.


                            11.
                            Charges/
                            Taxes towards betterment/ development of premises including amenities: (Thdcl
                            Officials brazenly clarify that these are third party charges/ bribes paid to
                            Various governmental agencies for getting clearances) are to be paid &
                            Borne by the buyers: rs 55, 000 to rs 75, 000 depending on the type of the flat,
                            Under the head “betterment & amenities” .


                            12.
                            Maintenance
                            Charges advance for 1 year has been doubled from rs 2.50 psf (As per agreement)
                            To rs 5.00 psf., though in pune the maintenance charges are well below rs 2.0
                            Psf. In similar projects.


                            13.
                            Maintenance charges deposit for 1 year @ inr
                            5.00 psf. To be handed over to the society as and when formed… is beyond the
                            Scope of the sale. There being 250 flats in the project, thdcl wishes to
                            Collect approx. 1.8 crores and polish it off while handing over the buildings
                            To the society as and when the society is formed… thdcl has left enough
                            Options/ loopholes to use these funds for supposedly development short falls
                            Etc. Handing over pittance to the society. This apart the interest charges on
                            This account would amount to rs 32 lacs pa.


                            14.
                            Stilt
                            Car parks have been haphazardly allotted across various buildings. You have a
                            Flat in one building and the car park in some other building. The stilt car
                            Parks have been paid for but thdcl now refuses to give the number of the car
                            Park allotted even though the full cost of the flat has been paid.


                            15.
                            In view of the delayed
                            Completion of project by thdcl(Still under completion), interest payable to
                            Buyers (Over 17 [protected]@18% pa, same as thdcl rate) : thdcl refuses to pay
                            Interest charges amounting to over rs 7.00 lacs as of 31/03/2014 and the flats
                            Are still incomplete and the interest dues continue to mount.


                            16.
                            The
                            Quality of fitments and the material used inside the flats is of third quality,
                            Substandard, commercial grade, second’s defective right from tiles to taps,
                            Electrical fittings, doors, locks, marble etc. The workmanship is of an
                            Extremely poor quality, a novice job. Demo flats shown and flats that are made
                            Are not even 15% of the demo flat in terms of quality and workmanship. At least
                            50% of the floor tiles are defective/ warped/ damaged or have been fitted
                            Unevenly which will have to be relayed. Extensive damaged fitments and tiles. Toilets have flimsy false ceiling with open
                            Sewage pvc pipeline of flat above, running directly above your head is
                            Nauseating, a design blunder/ failure, a major defect. Ceiling height varies
                            Due to defective centering of the slab. I invite ndtv team to visit inora park
                            And see the substandard and defective flats, which is an eye opener, it is for
                            Anybody and everybody to see and believe...


                            17.
                            Thdcl
                            Is now forcing the buyers to take possession of the flat without solving any of
                            The problems/ issues/ damages & defects, rectifications. Buyers taking over
                            Flats are forced to sign document that flat is handed over in a totally defect
                            Free condition.


                            18.
                            Information
                            On defects and the related issues & problems have been informed in person,
                            Over telecom, e mails & writing to thdcl pune office, mr. Rajiv ambekar,
                            Vice president, thdcl at mumbai, mr brotin banerjee, cmd, thdcl however nobody
                            In thdcl is ready to solve the issues and the problems, instead they are just
                            Brushing aside and sweeping the muck under the carpet, the usual delay tactics.
                            Copies of correspondence between me and thdcl, if required, could be provided.


                            19.
                            The
                            Entire 250 flat owners are facing the same issues & problems but have no
                            Option than to take over the defective flats’ paying unreasonable & unjustified,
                            Manipulated amounts demanded by tata.


                            20.
                            Thdcl
                            On enquiring/ request are not willing to give us the flat owner’s contacts list
                            So as to ensure that the buyers don’t get together to take up the issues
                            Jointly.


                            21.
                            Surprisingly
                            There are many tata group employees who were offered the flats at discounts,
                            Are totally dejected & feel that they have been cheated by the very company
                            They are working for. The only buying factor that fooled the buyer was the tata
                            Brand that caught the unsuspecting people off guard. Thdcl is ruining the brand
                            Tata name built over decades.


                            In view of the above, we request the
                            Channel to take up the issue with thdcl and also air it on the tv channel &
                            Ensure justice to 250 buyers of flats at tata inora park undri, pune, who
                            Otherwise have been cheated wholesale, high and dry by the tata’s, reading toi it could serve as a warning to general public not to fall a ploy for tata name and to avoid thdcl altogether.

                              1. As per advice from Tata Housing, we paid final instalment with pipeline charge and Society charge including service tax on 10.02.2014.
                              2. As advised in letter, the possession of the flat will be within 4 weeks from the date of final payment. So, The possession letter should be issued by Tata Housing in 2nd week of Mar'14.
                              3. When we did not hear about possession letter, we sent several reminder thru mail and also made complaint.
                              4. The reply of our mail received from TATA Care on 20.03.14 that Rs. 2171/- towards Service Tax is to be paid. We have immediately issued cheque of Rs.2171/- and couriered on 21.03.14.
                              5. We received mail on 22.03.14 that QUOTE " This is to inform you that we have initiated the possession process for your flat, we will try and handover the same within 1 week. Regret the inconvenience.
                              UNQUOTE
                              6. Till date no sign of possession letter from TATA Housing. We do not understand why there is an abnormal delay from TATA HOUSING such a renowned trustworthy company when customer has made all the payments. We request higher up to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                                Full payment including Society and Pipeline charges of the flat No. A5-A-09-003 TATA HAVEN BOISAR is made on 10.02.2014. I was informed thru e-mail 21.02.14 that the intimation of possession of the flat will be sent by 2nd week of March'14. When not received intimation, I have sent mail on 15.03.14 and reminders on 18 and 19th March'14. Even I tried customer care 66614500 and 66070707 but no response. Today afternoon I tried this no. and one gentleman came on the line who took all the information of the flat after that line disconnected. Till now
                                (19.03.14 1711 Hrs), no telephonic call nor the customer care is attending our call. It seems Customer care is tarnishing the image of TATA group the recognized gaint company of India.

                                  I spoke to Tanmoy Chakraborti on pre-launh booking. I have been given pre-launch pricing and promised to email details on the project. I waited for 2days, and then called him. He sent out the details. Surprisingly, the price band got changed. When I asked, no satisfactory answer given. I wanted to escalate, and got a response that the matter is passed to another senior from where no response received.Please help me, giving contact / process to escalate.                                   If you have not booked the flat, you are lucky. The incidence is just a trailer of mismanagement and customer unfriendliness. You could get a chance to see the climax at the end of the project. I have seen.

                                    Sir, I have booked a flat at your New Heaven Boisar. The project has been unduly delayed. The last payment for possession was to be paid on 13rh Feb. 2014 and possession of flat was to be given within 4 weeks of this payement. However, I did not receive a single call for possession. I have also informed your office of the wrong delayed interest amount claimed in final invoice, which they said they will look into. Despite several ph. calls, I am not getting proper response. I had to call up the customer care on 14th Mar. and also visited your office today on 18th March with all relevant papers. Ms. Joycee could not explain the interest amt. and only after I again called up customer care, did she call me (after 1.5 hour of wait) and admitted that there is no delayed interest pending from me. I request immediate possession and claim interest @18% p.a. from the company for the delay in giving me possession. This is the interest charged by company from customers. I visited the site on 16th. The pipes that will carry water to my flat are not in place, so there is no water supply. The electric fittings are there, but supply of electricity not started. Lift also has not started. When the company cannot keep its commitments, why do they want the customers to pay in a hurry. I am incurring interest on my Housing Loan account since last 3 years. Again I paid more than 4.5 lacs in february and I am paying interest on that amount and I have not been given possession. Is anyone listening???

For transfer of name in your record i have submitted all papers and cheque at your office in Mumbai on 01/03/2014. The name has not transfered.Due to this my loan is not cleared from bank.                                         I am an NRI and had visited your office in Fort when i read the 3 day discount offer in various project in India. I met Vishal Arora and made it very clear that if my wife does not approve of this project i will back out on 5 March. He told me clearly that if i do not wish to buy even though my name is shortlisted i can refuse the offer. He also confirmed that on refusal full amount of Rs 20, 000 will be refunded to me. Based on the information provided i readily agreed to pay Rs 20, 000 thru my credit card. When the receipt was printed and when i read the conditions it was totally different than what was told to me. It seems Rs 2, 000 will be deducted irrespective whether my name is shortlisted or not. I tend to lose the whole amount of Rs 20, 000 if i decline the offer. On reading this information i approached Rajeev Ambekar and told him the facts. On hearing this he said he will arrange to refund the full amount of Rs 20, 000 to me. Inspite of my repeated efforts on phone and email since last 3 days there is no responese from Rajeev and Vishal. I have lose the faith in the organisation whose business ethics are considered to be the best in the Country. The people are untrained and have no ethics, morale and courtesy to even reply to my mails or call me. I have no recourse but to file a complaint in consumer court and take legal advice on this matter. I am willing to settle this matter amicably if the full refund of Rs 20, 000 is made immediately. I have my flight to Toronto on 7 March and wish to close this matter before i depart. I hope somebody will look into this matter and resolve the same at the earliest.
