Dear team,

I have 2 complaint against taxi for sure.
One is of 15th April'16 in which I have charged twice.. On that day I have completed 2 rides with taxi for sure and I was charged 4 times.. Out of these I have received the amount back against one ride but the remaining second one is still pending..I was overcharged due to driver mistake because driver from taxi for sure start the ride without user approval.. They are just making the count of ride they to achieve bonus..

Second issue is of today.- Today I was overcharged. When I have called to customer support then they replied me a very shocking think that need to be highlighted.. They are saying you came late at your pick up location due to which you have overcharged but same thing has not been updated to company website.. When I have asked him to share him a mail regarding this then he denied me and disconnected the call.. So i request you to please highlight my isse to the higher authority because they are charging to customers against govt guidelines. They are not following guidelines decided by govt for taxis.

    Taxi was booked and current charges by ola and uber for this distance approx come to rs 450/- paid by me but your driver has charged rs 1300/- almost three times fare.

    Kindly justify, scan copy of your invoive is being mailed to dy commissioner of traffic police bangalore for further action.

      Koramangala to airport at 3:25 pm
      Date: 22/03/2016

      Driver and vehicle details received by me by sms.

      Had a conversation with driver. He asks for directions and nearest landmark. He then assures me that he will be on time.

      Shortly another driver calls me and asks directions, i say that i have spoken to the driver no.1 and am waiting for him. He says ok.

      20 mins passes and no sign of car/driver 1. His phone is switched off. The app on my smartphone freezes and does not respond.

      I frantically call the second driver in a hope that he will pick me up. He says 1st driver had "rejected" the ride and he has also "rejected" the ride and is busy in another ride.

      At wit's end, i use the services of another company and hail a ride on the spot. (Lots of head ache as i will be missing a flight and there are no more flights that day to my destination) (A family function which i mandatorily need to attend.)

      Apology mail received from taxiforsure ([protected]@taxiforsure.com) at 3:46 pm, response sent at 4:32 pm mentioning various points.

      Call from tfs apologising for the entire episode. I say apology accepted but compensation needed along with reimbursement of any additional expenses i had to incur. They asked me to send a copy of bill for the alternative travel arrangement that i had to make.

      Bill e-mailed by me at 5:37 pm

      Reply mail received at 6:07 pm with a generic " we are sorry and will rectify our services next time.
      I responded at 6:14 pm asking them to respond properly on mail along with compensation details and not provide a sugar coated response.

      Reminder mails sent on 26/03/2016, 05/04/2016 and 12/04/2016. No response whatsoever.

      Call made to [protected] on 05/04/2016 and was promised a call back in 24-48 hrs from customer relationship manager. No response/callback till 12/04/2016.

      Call made to [protected] on 12/04/2016 and was promised a callback from customer relationship manager in 2 hours. No response/callback till 13/04/2016.

      Call made on [protected] on 13/04/2016 at 2:45 pm and promised a callback in 1 hour by mr. Jagadish (Bangalore) from a customer delights team member (Mr. Sri harsha or mr. Shareen).
      Mr. Shareen calls me at 3:00 pm and says sorry and assures me that mr. Sriharsha/manager will call back by 3:45 pm.
      No response/call back.

      I want to file a complaint in the consumer forum seeking reimbursement of costs incurred along with rs.100, 000 damages for mental harassment unless they want to settle out of court.

        Travel date, 12th April '16, company: Taxi for Sure, the vechile bearing number, Tn05AQ, 0068, did not have the vechile stand to get in and step out of the vechile. The driver still operates the vechile without any repair work. Since I was getting late to work I was forced to travel with difficulty. All the more iam suffering due to back pain. The vechile should not ride and driver to be penalised for such slackness.

          I had booked a cab yesterday for my early morning airport trip scheduled to leave my residence at 315am. I also received a sms at 245am with driver and car details confirming the trip.When I called the driver, he just carelessly says that he is not coming. I immediately called taxiforsure customer care and they promised that they will be finding out some other available cab and confirm within 10 minutes. But they just sent an email regretting inconvenience caused due to the booking cancellation.I had to travel for an important business trip and such false promises lead to heavy financial losses and personal inconvenience and waste of time for me, my employer, my client and my family. Taxiforsure should be highly penalised for such false bookings or their prior booking services should be stopped. It is high time that stern action be taken against these companies which cause utter inconvenience to public wasting our time and money.

            My Booking number was TFS-PP-C68000247 for 10 April, The driver confirmed pickup & after about 5 Minutes without waiting for the call, We call the cab & enquire the pickup the driver is not even bothered to answer call or return call.Please do not entertain such Ridiculous driver who don`t know the value of service.

              Hello,
              I have booked for a cab at 4:30 pm today for railway station. I was provided with an ETA of 4:50pm. The train leaves the station at 5:40 so I thought I would reach there on time. But this stupid driver.. At first he wasn't able to understand the address. He was hardly 1km away from my place still took 35 mins to reach and came at my place at 5:05. There was no other cab available at that moment in my area. This stupid guy started n was driving so slow that even bicycles were going past us..I was repeatedly reminding him that I have a train to catch, but no use..he was driving at the speed of 20..max.. N it was 5:45 already and he would have taken another 20 mins to drop me to the station but I asked him to take a U turn instead n drop me home.. He charged me 433rs. just for a trip from home to station to home.. (My house is hardly 10kms from the station)
              On reaching home I immediately called the customer care n asked them to take some actions against such drivers..bt I guess it all went in vain.. I had lodged a complaint earlier also bt they had taken no action then too.. I swear I ll never use Taxiforsure again in my life nor would I recommend anybody else.. Ola provides much better service n they have good drivers too..
              Request to add a feature where we can add our urgency level n get good drivers.

                A TaxiForSure cab was booked at 4:30 and promptly Driver Rangaswamy was deputed to drive us to our destination. The high handedness of the driver in cancelling the booking after ascertaining the destination is not acceptable. How dare he cancel the booking and what right does he have to cancel the same on the client's behalf? Stern action against such drivers should be taken by cancelling their driving license and imposing a hefty fine.

                How does Taxi For Sure make amends for inconvenience to clients like... loss of time; stress; lost opportunities etc.? If TaxiForSure consider itself a provider who sets high standards for itself, act now.

                I am a person with a disability. And, people with disabilities rely on quality and reliable services. Give this complaint a fair and unbiased redressal. This is an inclusive world where discrimination should not be put up with let alone tolerated.

                I eagerly look forward to see how this complaint will be handled.

                  I had my worst cab ride ever on taxi for sure on 26th March 2016. This incident happened at 8:45 pm after directing the driver to use another route to avoid traffic. He started shouting and said we have to get out of the cab if there is no route where I directed, thereafter I told the driver to stop the cab, after paying him the amount, he told me to get lost from that area and later after telling him to show some respect he got down the car and assaulted me and then tried to hit me. After telling him that I would complain about his act he told me to do so to whomever i want to. I am expecting an immediate action towards the driver (RAMACHANDRA, Vehicle Number- KA 51 B 2096) as these kind of drivers are not competent to provide services for the public and it is also a threat for the public as what he has committed was a criminal offense.

                    The following drivers asked for pick-up and drop location, and later dint respond. They cancelled booking themselves, or forwarded to another driver. This repeated for around 20 times and finally no one turned up. The drivers spoke rude. Worst customer service by taxi for sure drivers.

                      1. Taken a ride of 13.5 km and bill was generated for 118 km (Rs 979)
                      2. Had to pay after the time since cab driver insisted
                      3. Did complaint by writing mail to [protected]@taxiforsure.com on 16th march, 2016 at 5:21 pm
                      4. Did number of calls to customer care[protected] between 21-march and 26-march and send mail reminder also.
                      5. Almost 10 days and didn't receive any response or any call back from their end (They claim to resolve complaint within 48 hours)

                      There is no one takes care of complaints. They do have a team who register them but not team to resolve them. Complaints are lying idle and no response. Once you call, they will say that they will get back to you but they will never. If you write a mail, forget about a formal reply, you will not even get any acknowledgement ever.
                      It is better to avoid it. Since there is no strong team to take care the issues, it is not safe. Girls should avoid it.

                        I have just travelled around 3.1 km (according to google map). They charged Rs 101 km. When I asked for a bill, they sent a bill for 7 km costing Rs 91. So they are doubly cheating (i) I travelled 3.1 km, not 7 km (ii) I paid Rs 101 (as I got such an sms) but they are giving invoice for Rs 91. I am uploading a google map of my starting and end point of the trip as well as the receipt the provided.

                          Reminder 2


                          I put complain two days back on 21st march 2016 regarding driver who took rs 120/- extra forcefully misguiding me.

                          I booked the taxi (Bikash kumar yadav
                          Wb04g0006) from howrah station at around 8.00 am and booked and arrived tollygunge around 9.10 am.

                          On arriving i got sms of fare amount rs 210/- but the driver didn't allow us to get out from the care without paying rs 330/- and when asking him why he is charging extra he said its order from taxi for sure regarding parking where as no parking fees has been paid or any bill generated by the driver to me.
                          He misbehaved and using slang he forcefully took the money from us .
                          I put the complain to taxi for sure and receive a call from taxi for sure on 21st march 2016 evening and the representative took the driver at the conference call where the driver admitted that he took the money extra intentionally and willingly .

                          Not only that the driver is so clever that he has mentioned in his trip that i travelled to "rabindra setu fairely place " so that he can escape from his mischief behavior.
                          I request taxi for sure to please recheck the matter and take necessary action other wise the driver will keep on doing this money laundering with passengers traveling in his taxi.

                          But as of now i have not received my money back nor any step has been taken against the driver misbehavior inspite of his self admission.


                          This is very pathetic to state that passengers are insecure while traveling for taxi for sure cabs.

                            Above driver misbehaved starting I boarded the cab.

                            We had 1 large sum case and 4 small bags.
                            He started foul language and demanding extra money for the luggage.

                            He also threatened to get us out of the cab in the middle of the road.

                            Even after multiple requests for not to argue, he still did not stop and continued abusive language and harassment to the passengers.

                              My daughter(Vaishali Sharma-[protected]) booked taxi from Bangalore airport Gangamutthanhali-58 kms and after getting the bill of Rs588/-for non AC Tata Indica the bill revised to Rs1307 bill no-TFS-PP-C63927589.
                              How it can be possible .Toll etc paid by us .
                              They are cheating to customer.
                              The screenshot of teriff is available and anyone can easily calculate the fare.As per your chart it should be Rs385(49+56*6)

                              I am going to upload ( two wrong bills sent to us) it on social media as well as going to make complaint against you .

                                    This Complaint is regarding the cab which i had booked on March 14 evening 7:01 p.m. The cab driver has a Ecco car and i had luggage with me, Driver Informed that I will have to pay extra 200 Rupes For luggage other than tracvel cnharges i denied paying this amount. Driver himself Cancelled the booking through his device stating that Customer is not responding.

                                    Strict Action should be taken else wat is the difference between app based car service and car services in taxi stand.

                                    And yes the customer service is so poor when you make a call at customer care.

                                      I have booked a Taxi on March 14 2014 around 8:30 am Trip no : TFS-PP-C62685029. After successful booking I have called the driver on +91-[protected].

                                      He told me he need full return fare plus Rs.50 extra for one way journey, otherwise he will not go.

                                      I have told him I have booked from the App. He started shouting and use so may slang word in Hindi (Mother *** app se book kiya to kya ashyan kiya and so and so ) (I think he is Drunk). I have disconnected the phone.

                                      Again he called me back and start shouting. Again I have disconnected the phone.

                                      After that he called me several times finally I blocked his Number


                                      Request you please check this issue.

                                        First the driver was too low at voice and sounded uninterested, he took lot of time to come at the pick up location and, and clearly denied that he doesn't know the landmark which he agreed to reach at on the first call. He was driving way too slow even when the road was empty and even after requesting him to be a bit faster as it was required he slowed down the car and the fare was Rs. 77 but he charged Rs. 80 and denied to show the phone when asked for as I couldn't check my phone due to poor internet connectivity. Very Very bad service. I want my money back ! How can the drivers charge on their own? and reply rudely to customers. i will never use taxi for sure again. It was my first and last.

                                        you are just cheap you are overcharged by 3 rs and u want money back hahah that why driver ask 80 rather than 77 because you delhi people so bhikari types
