i have booked a taxi morning for dropping at sec railway station pickup from hydernagar .ConfirmationNo:[protected]@pm.Until unless i have called up ur customer desk nobdy informed that that the cab is delayed. When i gave a call to them they started messaging me from that time. Is it not their responsibilty to give information prior one hr before if the cab is delayed.who will bare if my train is missed.if demand is more they will behave with customers like this.
they will send apololgy msg after the pickup time. is this the way ur giving service to the customers. very very bad sevice given by them

    Dear All, I have visited from Chattarpur to Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi by taxi for sure. My below experience was very Bad & I never recommend any one to use this service. 1. Driver came 1 hour before the booked time & pushing to start early, even my appointment was at 9.30 AM 2. Top of it, are new in Delhi but is it posible a driver do not know the route of RASHTRAPATI BHAVAN/INDIA GATE in delhi, which is very common. 3. Total Journey is 17 Kms but he charget for 27 Kms & make us fool by going all around delhi. 4. After reaching destination, he asked for extra money & not ready to switch off the meter. He afraid that If he switch off the meter I will get the correct Fare on my mobile. He asked for 500 Rs but when I forced the actual meter was 443 Rs. 5. He was not accepting the 50 Rs online booking waive off code, done during booking.Finally he does when I forced to switch off the meter. 6. Driver send one of his relative, as he was not free on that day. You can check the name from Parking of Rashtrapati bhavan also. I never recommend to use this CAB, if you do not know the place OR not available during the trip, if you have booked.     Dear Friends

    Still not resolved, I receievd a call from them that matter will be solved but still no one responding on this matter.

    This is cheap CAB no doubt but use only if youknow the way else they will charge good amount, even more than the required and NO ONE LISTEN TO YOU LATER.

    I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE OF TAXI FOR SURE AND ADVISE YOU ALSO NOT TO DO SAME !!

      Hi I am Deepa . I just called up the call center 60601010 and has registered the same with Ms.Smriti on Sept.15th. The passenger during this trip (my mother in law) was charged Rs.500 by the driver for the trip ref.TFS-PP-C3186615. As soon as the trip was complete i had a chat with the driver and he said the km is around 23 and hence he is charging 500. After he was paid, i received the bill of Rs.442 in my mail id. I called back the driver to ask the reason for charging more and he is startled and gives invalid reasons like his meter is not linked to the company properly and happens sometimes this way etc. This is second time i am facing the issue with taxiforsure, first time it was a petty amount of 12 rupees and I was fine with it. How many senior citizens might travel in taxi, and their ignorace technically should not be taken as advantage and c cheat them this way. I had written a mail for taxiforsure support same day after lodging complaint with customer care. I was assured a reply in 48 hours but no one has called me till today.         I had booked a cab for 3 consecutive days starting 08.09.2014 for drop from Kelambakkam to Royapettah. My mobile no. is [protected]. The charges for the first day was Rs.683/- whereas normally it is around Rs.550/- When I reported the issue, the next day, for the same route, the charges came to Rs. 563/-. I will be using their services today also. I request the excess charges to be refunded by way of discount in today's fare.

          I had 2 cab bookings in Chennai on 6 Sept 2014 from Perungudi to Kishkinta Water park and return cab from Kishkinta to Perungudi for 6 people. I can say it was my biggest mistake that I selected Taxi For Sure services for our day outing. I have a long list of problems/complaints and fraud activities done by Taxi for Sure with us. Lets start with morning cab experience: ABOUT YOUR SERVICE: I asked to send Xylo car at the time of booking and company agreed for the same. But at the time of pickup they sent a bloody garbage vehicle Tavera. This car was not proper, Gear box was faulty. Car got stuck in between traffic multiple times because of the gear box problem. It completely ruined our team outing fun. ABOUT DRIVER BEHAVIOR: The driver was very un-professional, un-trained and having no ethics. He shouted on us while one of team member opened the car door because AC was not running at that time. He was also shouting on the roadside peoples and on other vehicle drivers for his own mistakes. He was continuously shouting on us with the tagline, "This is my own car, this is not others property". I think that doesn't matter for us. For us it was only Taxi for sure's car, which we have hired for a good trip. He was not even allowing us to switch on AC or control AC speed. While my colleague touched AC controller he started shouting on him back. After completing the journey by that car we thanked to god because we were still alive. ABOUT THE TAXI FARE: That driver charged us 920.00 INR for 43 KMs. But the travelling distance was less then 30 KMs, which we have already confirmed with Taxi for Sure customer care service and Google Maps. We have already given a complaint for the same and it seems like there is no action been taken even after 50 hours of complaint raised. Now about evening returning cab: This time they sent Xylo, we were happy, everything was good. We finished our journey happily. But at the time of billing, driver calculated the bill manually and has charged 757.00 INR from us. At the time of booking I applied 50 INR discount coupon code and he didn't even give this discount. I didn't receive the original invoice from Taxi For Sure at that time (may be because of he haven't marked journey complete). When I received invoice after some time of completing the journey, it was very shocking. Total bill according to invoice was 562.00 INR. So where is my extra amount what I paid to that cab driver? We felt very cheated by Taxi For Sure. We are very thank full to Taxi For sure for cheating us and ruining our full day.

          I received call from taxi for sure customer service and they fix the issue. They promised to refund the extra fare charged. I hope it will not be repeated to any other customers.

            I was forced to leave the cab due to drivers mis-behavior. His name was Sagar Kumar Mandal and the vehicle number was DL-01-YD-5850 Yesterday at 8:15 PM I booked the taxi for 7:00 am today which is 11 hours prior to the pick-up. cab driver called me at 7:13 am as he was not able to find my home. I explained the route to him . I asked him to call me once he reaches my destination which he didn't. This was already 13 minute post the scheduled time. Since he wasn't very far from my place when he called me, I went down to check if he has arrived at 7:20 AM. I was waiting at the gate of my society with one of my friend where I asked him to reach. I was not able to find him upon which I called him at 7:24 AM. He said he went on the other side of the society. He came back after 2 minutes and asked me to pay late payment charges. My friend was already waiting at society gate who happened to see this driver coming just 2 minutes back. We both refused to pay the charges on which he threatened me that he will file a police complaint. I asked him he can do what ever he want and de-boarded the cab as I wasn't felling safe anymore. He asked me to pay him Rs 250 if I want to get down. He said to me that "dekhlo madam apne paise nahi diya to main apke saath kuch kar dunga". I do not deserve to listen this from a taxi driver I celled up call center at 7:32 AM. I spoke to Ajay and said to him that I am not feeling comfortable and I am going on my own which he agreed. I asked him if I need to make any payment to Taxi for sure and he clearly said no as it was purely drivers fault. I decided to take the near by metro at New Ashok Nagar and this driver was following me and my friend. I called up the call center and somehow I got Ajay again at 7:42AM. I asked him to stop this man from following me however he continued doing that. When we both got down at the Metro station he asked me to pay him Rs 300 or else I will have to face dire consequences. I have been commuting from last 9 years in Taxi and no one has ever done this. First your taxi driver was late, then he wanted me to pay for the late charges, kept following me and threatened me that I will have to face dire consequences. I was supposed to reach office at 8:30 AM today and ended up in office at 10:00 AM. Please can you help me understand what went wrong here. I am happy to pay the charges to you if there is anything that went wrong from my end but I need an answer.

              I recently hired a cab from Taxi for Sure for my travel needs in Delhi on Aug 10th, 2014. I booked a cab 48 hours in advance from Hazrat Nizammudin station to Ghaziabad, to meet me at 11:30 am. I was assured that a message with driver/cab information will be sent to me 30 mins prior to the booking time. On that day, there was NO sms from Taxi for Sure with driver information, there was no phone call from you people that a cab was ready etc. When I called ur number[protected], the number kept getting disconnected after 10 mins on the automated system. I BOOKED A CAB WELL IN ADVANCE YET YOU PEOPLE SCREWED ME.AND YOU WERE NOT EVEN PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH TO CALL ME AND TELL ME THAT A CAB WAS NOT AVAILABLE. I finally hired a local cab, and about 45 mins later I got a sms from you [censored]s that a cab is not available. If I wanted to take a local cab, I would not have hired your people at all in the first place. I HAVE POSTED THIS ON ALL ONLINE FORUMS FOR THE WORLD TO SEE. I HAVE ADVISED EVERYONE I KNOW, AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO, NOT TO USE YOUR SERVICES. I have resolved to stick to MERU cabs - their service is FAR, FAR better.               Hi Team,

              Despite having a bad experience on Feb 27th, I thought of taking your services again yesterday and today. Though it was a fair experience yesterday, today's was the WORST experience i have ever had.

              It started when I booked a cab by 7 am, and got a confirmation message saying Driver Umesh will come for pick up. I called up the driver and confirmed if he is really coming or just fooling around (which is common for TFS now) for which he responded saying he will pick me up in 5 mins. I received a call from SHRISHAILA. H. M saying he will be coming to pick me up now. I was surprised as I had just spoken to Umesh and he had confirmed and I dint want to receive threatening call (saying out of TFS experience) from the Umesh so I told the 2nd driver that Umesh has already confirmed and he is coming to pick me up. He dint tell me that Umesh had cancelled and he was supposed to pick me up on his behalf. And guess what "I was fooled again'.

              When I called back Umesh to confirm whether he is really coming to pick up or rather to confirm if i have been fooled again. He responded as expected 'he has cancelled the trip already'. I called back SHRISHAILA. H. M within 30 seconds and he says he has cancelled the trip already. I could still see the trip active in my mobile app so cancelled it and it asked for feedback. I gave my honest feedback out of the options that the app gave me. Driver refused to come or something.

              Out of desperation and embarrassment and I booked a cab again as I was getting late for Office and to my bad luck I got the same driver for the next trip. I called him to guide him for my pick up as I was getting late and obviously eager to know if I was going to be fooled again (which happened). The driver was only concerned about my honest feedback, options for which the App gave me and started shouting at me at the top of his voice asking 'WHY DID I GIVE THAT FEEDBACK'. And told me clearly that he is not coming to pick me up as i gave such feedback for him.

              Yet again out of desperation and embarrassment, I started to look for another cab (Obviously not TFS) and while I was booking another cab he called me which I could not pick, after which I got a message that Rs 54 has been debited from Ola Money. I was charged for a trip which I never took and the Driver himself refused to pick up.

              Now, I have had enough of your services and I only want the money which was robbed from my account to be refunded. I am not begging for the money but just wanted to let you know that you cant do that as a service provider and there are implications. So its really better to end this on a good note and refund the money. I have had enough of your apologies also and it not tolerable to me as a customer. There are dozens of professional service providers so its not gonna make any difference, and I mean any difference at all to me or to any customer. You are obviously not doing a favor to anybody so I dont really need to be fooled by you again and again.

                I had booked a taxi from TFS from Noida Sector-22 to Nizamuddin Railway Station on 13 August 2014. When I booked it online i got the confirmation message on my cell and I was told that fare details and driver details would be send before 30 mins. After that I got the call from driver and no fare details has been shared. Also they sent an EECO taxi and driver told me that meter is not working he showed me 0 reading on some other meter. He was aware of the route but told me that he don't know the way to N Railway Station and also misguided us. As per the fare details, Rs 225 should be charged for first 10 Kms and after that it is Rs 14/Km but he has charged 345 Rs from me apart from the toll taxes. I don't know why he has charged this much amount. I also send the query for the same to TFS but they didn't respond. I am very much disappointed with this. I booked this taxi first time from TFS but I think this was also the last time because I haven't seen anything that motivate me to do it next time. Also the taxi driver did not gave me the bill for the same. My order number is TFS-PP-C2599532

                I had booked a cab at 6.03 pm from Nirlon Complex, Goregaon East to Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri east - A distance of 7 Kms. However after deboarding the cab I got a bill of Rs. 260/- !! When checked the details of the invoice, I was charged for 19kms!! On checking with the driver, he said to check with the taxi operator and he do not know as it is system driven. I immediately gave a missed call to the no. I got via SMS after the trip got over but no revert. I even wrote to [protected]@taxiforsure.com twice but no revert there too even after 48 hrs of the trip. Still seeking revert.

                No taxi and wrong number of the driver given

                Booked a taxi on 19th march at 11:15pm from airport. But the taxi didnt arrive. Got a msg from TFS about driver details but they were false. Please say no taxi available if you dont have one rather than sticking to your name.

                  i was informed abt APP100 coupon to be applied while booking through mobile app. Once i had completed the booking, I called up the customer care executive to confirm abt the Rs. 100/- discount. The same was confirmed agin when the TFS customer care executive called me to confirm the booking. However, the driver did not give me the discount. I spoke to your Team Leader - Rinni Gaur, Inder and kartik. Ms. Rinni promised me a call back within 2 hrs which I have still nt received (its been 48 hrs). On top of that, Kartik now says that i was provided the wrong information by your customer care executive.

                        Hello Sir, I had booked a cab through “Taxi For Sure” to travel from my home (Nagavarapalaya, C V Raman Nagar, Bangalore) to Banaswadi Railway station, Bangalore on 10th of July 2014. Taxi for sure had confirmed the booking with booking number Trip#40 (TFS-PP-C2176538) at 7.15 PM on 10th July 2014 and promised that the driver's details will be sent to you 30mins prior to pick up time. It was booked to catch our train at 8.25 PM from Banaswadi railway station to Shoranur, Kerala. Unfortunately even after contacting 5 times starting from 6.50 Pm, Taxi for sure was not able to provide me the conformed cab. Each time when I contacted them, the reply was cab will reach at your pick up point in 15 minutes. Finally I got a call from[protected]claiming that the call is from Taxi for sure) at 8.23 PM asking for my address to send the cab. Since my train was at 8.25 PM, I had to cancel the trip. The train tickets was booked through Tatkal Quata for 2 people(myself and my wife) which was not refundable, also I had to cancel my return ticket.                         We are sorry for the delay, and had tried to reach out to a few times but were not able to get in touch. We shall have a call arranged ASAP and have this sorted out.
                        This is the second time with me that taxi did not come. Booked one cab yesterday and when taxi not arrived on time I contact the driver and he refused to come because he was far away from the pickup area. Pathetic service. How would you compensate for the trouble caused by you.

                          We had booked taxi yesterday for airport your vehicle KA-04- D5910 DRIVER NAME MOHAN KUMAR arrived on time when my father boarded the taxi he asked for extra toll fare, we go to airport often hence we knew that while going towards airport there is no toll fare hence we said if you are asking for toll we need receipt for that for which he said he will not provide any receipt. And told us to talk to TAXIFORSURE HEADOFFICE, when connected to them my father told about this situation there office also told driver to provide receipt but then also he did not agree and left my father stranded near hebbal, my father called me up told all the situation and I took him to airport. I don't under which company make there customer stranded in middle of the road. what would happened if my wife or my sister would be going somewhere alone. We had booked taxi a week before also with same package that time no one had asked for toll money. I shall also remind you that we were willing to provide extra money with proper receipt but denial of receipt is not acceptable by any company its a illegal offence. Note it's not about that extra money it's about ethics and commitment towards your clients. I want this mail should be shown to higher authority cause as for now you have lost my faith in your organisation.

                            I booked a cab for 10:30 am with taxi-for-sure around 5 hours in advance on June 9, 2014 with tracking id as taxiforsure_TFS-PP-C1858566. I called them back half an hour prior to our Rajdhani train's arrival since I had not received any sms of the driver details but just the plain confirmation over mail and sms. I was assured then that I will be getting the driver details 'anytime soon'. Well the train arrived right on time as is the case with Rajdhani, I still didn't have the driver details rather I got an sms stating the booking has been delayed by 15 mins. On calling them up they cited lame excuse that the allotted cab had a breakdown and a separate cab has been arranged and is already on its way. I was still ok with that. 15 further minutes later I got another sms stating the booking has been delayed further 15 mins. Since my wife was not well, I decided to wait at the exit instead of rushing out and searching for other alternative. And later 15 further more minutes, I did not any details yet or a call from them. I ran out of my patience, I called them up again and this time they made me wait for quite some time over the phone and then said they cannot arrange for any cab. I was infuriated at that point, I mean WTF, they made me wait for around an hour before refusal. And moreover my wife was unwell added to that the soaring temperature in Delhi recorded back then. Despising the situation, I somehow could manage a private cab available at the station at 11:30 with more than double the actual Meru price. I wish Meru should have been my first choice than the bull**** TaxiForSure. Other local cab services at least inform you 1 hour prior to refusal and they are at least humble in the regards, these guys made me wait for 1 hour in the scorching heat with oral assurance and later simply refused with no empathy at all. Learnt a bad lesson of not going for taxi for sure EVER in my life, their services are worse than other local and cheaper cab services available and further the customer care of theirs speak and ill of you. These guys should be shut down forcefully. With such pathetic services by taxi for sure, beware even thinking of booking with them.

                              TFS-PP-C1867019 from malviyanagr @ 9am June 10, 2014 was confirmed but cancelled 5 minutes before the arrival time. I booked a day in advanced(June 9, 2014) then also TFS ditched me on time. I had to go for an important meeting. I used to take TFS on daily basis but from last few days you have started taking booking lightly and started delaying my bookings. TFS you lost a loyal customer, now all you can earn is commodity not customer. I suggest all other customer who are watching this post please go for Easy or Meru Cab at least they inform you much prior in case of any modification in arrival timing. Regards Shilpa [protected]

                                Booking ID : TFS-RT-C 1490013 : Booked from Chetpet to Chennai Central for 24th April, 9:45pm.
                                On not receiving any update on the driver details or the cab number, I called the taxi firm. On asking whether the booking was confirmed, I was told that they can't arrange for a vehicle and that my booking was cancelled. The worst part is that neither did I receive any call nor an SMS from TaxiforSure about the cancellation of my booking. Only after I made the call for re-confirming my booking, I received an apology message from them at 9:20 p.m, when the cab booking was done for 9:45 pm. For a time critical requirement, I can never rely on Taxi For sure from now on. It just does not justify its name.

                                Yes, I faced the same issue when a booked a cab from Paschim Vihar to Airport and after 6 month did the same mistake that booked a taxi for paschim vihar to Railway station.In both the cases same problem that when I did not got the call before half an hour given a call to them and came to know that taxi is not available. In the first case even they said there is no booking when I resend the mail for confirmed booking than they apologize.
                                They are highly unprofessional and unplanned people and just giving the adds but if they allow me write on there testimonial page the truth will come from many mouths.
                                We should not leave them we should take them to consumer court and show them what we have gone through.

                                Highly unprofessional behavior by TFS. My booking ID was TFS-PP-C2141249. Cab was at 6pm for Majestic railway station. Cab hasn't arrived yet and its 6:30pm now. Spoke with driver. He said it would take 40mins and would reach by 7:15. Gave 6 calls to customer care between 5:30 and 6:15pm. Every time they mentioned that cab would come in 5mins. TFS sure would be solely responsible for our missing the train. Extremely upset with this unprofessional behaviour.
                                I have been using TFS services for almost a week now and I was satisfied, till today's incidence.

                                My booking reference is. TFS-PP-C5546244.
                                The taxi was booked to arrive at 8.15am, and it was for going to my office.

                                I received an SMS with the following details: driver Kankaiya, [protected], vehicle no. DL-01-RT-2707.

                                The time for departure was 8.15am and at 8.00am, the driver called saying that he is taking gas at a station and would take some 10-15 mins, which was fine by me.

                                However, at 8.20am, when I called the driver, he was still at the gas station que and said it would take more time for him to come. Since I had to rush to the office, I had no choice but to I ask the driver not to come and strangely, at that very moment, I received a beep message saying that the taxi had arrived, whereas, it had actually not arrived. Wonder what the driver did to do that!

                                I received a second shocking message upon reaching office, not by taxi for sure vehicle off course, was my bill of minimum INR 49 for 2 km distance.

                                I am wondering if the vehicle did not come to me, how can I get a bill. Either the driver is acting too smart or there is a flaw in TFS system.

                                I have since then been trying to find a no. to call TFS, but the nos. on just dial are incorrect and the one on TFS website is busy all the time.
                                Taxi for sure a worst company i have ever called to booked a cab.I got picked up from my home to office and after reaching driver sd ttl cost is rs620 when i know it is only rs573.I dinot argue on the same as was getting late so called them later adn rep sd will send a bill when asked he sd that the bill is for rs573 but he send an email for rs 620 with no discription of the cost in it.I will notify everyone that do not ever book a cab from these farud as it has been happening with my freinds as well.I was promised a call back from sup but till now have not reveived it.Ausome customer service guys!!!
                                yes its a cheating company and drivers are rogue and un professional and charge extra for no reason

                                  I booked a cab and went for shopping in forum value mall, Whitefield. While returning me and my friends kept our shopping bags at the back side of the car. We then stopped at a restuarant for our dinner for like an hour. When the taxi left us on our residence we took all of our bags and went inside. While checking on the bags, 1 shirt was missing, the driver took that. I called up the driver and asked him to come back to our drop point, and he was like i cant come now, i came so far away...I said i'll pay you for that you just come.He agreed. After 15 minutes i called up the driver again and he was like i've reached my home i cant come now..bla bla.. Then i called up the customer care in the midnight for this inconvenience, told them all about this scenario, and they are not able to solve my problem saying that driver hasn't done anything.. And its been 2 days they are not able to give me a proper answer.

                                    Booking id: TFS-AT-C625106 Details of Booking: I had booked my cab on Taxi for Sure through MakemyTrip on 11th October for my journey on 30th October. Pickup was to be from Temple Tree apartments, Cambridge Layout, Ulsoor to Bangalore Airport at 6 PM on 30th October. Pls. see the attached files for booking details and confirmation mails and booking voucher from MMT. The only reason for booking a taxi so early alongside booking my flight ticket was to make sure I get an assured taxi. 30th October being close to Diwali was expected to be a busy day for Taxis and I did not want to take a chance with booking late for Taxi. Sadly, my assumption that booking a taxi early on TAXIFORSURE would give me an assured Taxi on time turned out to be incorrect. I want to reemphasize that I had once again reconfirmed my Taxi on 30th at 6 PM by calling TAXIFORSURE on 29th October, and the Customer care executive had informed me that by taxi booking was confirmed and i need not worry. The number through which I called you was [protected] and time of call was 12:30 PM on 29th October. You can listen to the recording again. ON DATE OF JOURNEY 30th October was a working day from me and I quickly wrapped up my work in office and reached home at 5:20 PM. At 5:30 PM i.e. half and hour before the scheduled TAXI, as it usually happens, I did not check any SMS from TAXIFORSURE regarding my driver details, taxi number and driver contact details. I felt uneasy and immediately called up TAXIFORSURE but all your lines were busy and I could not get through. I kept calling again and again. You can check your call waiting record for the number [protected] on 30th October after 5:30 PM. Here, I want to add one more point, I was being charged by my operator for listening to your music all this time. The voice was melodious and kept singing[protected], nobody was picking up and I was being charged. Anyways, this is but a trivial irritant in my complete story. At 5:41 PM, I received a message from MEGACABS saying " Dear Customer, Thank you for choosing MegaCabs, your booking for Oct 30 2013 6:00 PM, Booking No: CAM257424 is confirmed. T and C Appllied. " I was surprised to see this message as I had never chose MEGACABS. had booked through TAXIFORSURE and not through MEGACABS I had never even heard about MEGACABS before this. The message did not have any contact number of MEGACABS for me to call and check. I felt angry and stupid at the same time. All this time, all the lines of TAXIFORSURE were busy and I could not reach any Call center person. I opened my laptop and searched for MEGACABS on internet and found out their contact number. I called them on [protected] on 5:41 pm and again on 5:59 pm. I gave them my booking ID and they assured me that taxi would reach on time at 6 PM and I would also get driver details on time. Please check their recordings too. I had called MEGACABS from my mobile number only i.e. [protected]. At 6:01 PM, I received the same message again from MEGACABS saying " Dear Customer, Thank you for choosing MegaCabs, your booking for Oct 30 2013 6:00 PM, Booking No: CAM257424 is confirmed. T and C Appllied. ". No mention of driver number was there. At 6:08 PM, i received another message from MEGACABS giving me the driver name as Manjunath and his cell no as [protected]. I immediately started calling the driver but now his number was coming busy. I must have given him 7-10 missed calls. At 6:12 the driver called me up, asked me for my address. The driver told me that he had just been informed by MEGACABS for my booking and he will take at least half an hour more as he was on MG road and there was heavy traffic. He told me that it was not his fault that he is going to be late as he has been only just informed by MEGACABS. Meanwhile, all lines for TAXIFORSURE were busy as usual. I again called up MEGACABS on 6:19 PM and 6:24 PM, and told them driver is saying he would be late and if so, I will miss my flight. I told them clearly I am getting very late and the driver should reach immediately. They kept telling me that the driver would reach on time. But it was already past the time. This exchange went on between me and the driver and MEGACABS for a long time till the driver reached at 6:45 PM. I and my mother were standing near the gate only. I have receipt of the cab stating journey starting time at 6:45 PM. The driver only dropped me at the Airport on 8:23 PM. I and my mother ran with our luggage to the counter. We reached the counter at 8:30 PM, but the Go Air airlines staff said it was closed now. I had taken his written remarks on my ticket. Attached is copy of the same. I checked for any replacement flight and alternate arrangement with GoAir only, but all the flights on that day and next day were already full because of Diwali time and they said sorry, , not possible. At this time, I finally managed to get through TAXIFORSURE's busy phonelines and talked to a Customer care person, explained him the whole issue and asked to talk with a manager. I finally got in touch with Mr. Amit, manager who understood my case. He suggested me to book an alternate early flight whichever possible, reach home and then claim for compensation. At Airport itself, I tried booking through JetAirways, but could not book as all flights to Delhi were now costing around 28-35k per passenger. I only had my debit card with me and with a debit card limit of 40K per day, could not book flights at the airport for 2 people. The only flight I could book on reaching home that still had 2 seats left during Diwali time was Air India at 13:10 on 31st October. It cost me Rs 57, 294 /- for two people. I finally took the AIR India flight on 31st and reached home. STATUS: I want complete reimbursement for this amount of Rs 57, 294 /- . Even here, I am not claiming any damages for my mental torture and the horrors of worst (non) journey of my life even though it was undoubtedly, one of my worst experiences ever.

                                      Taxiforsure in Bangalore is not good for pick up n drops, I had booked the cab well in advance like 8 hrs prior (approx) . I also called them like 1.5 hrs before my pick up to confirm and check if there are any other cabs for an early pick up , they said no but you will get your cab . I was ok with that but an hour before I get a call from taxi for sure saying that they will not be able to arrange the call . Well I was going to a friends wedding and they jeopardized it big time .i dont really give a damn abt any ones policy if it really hampers my plans . Immediately I called ola cabs they arranged the cab in 1 hr and it saved my day . From now on I am an ola user . Although they are a bit costly but I love their service , punctuality and attics.

                                      Booked a cab, confirmation number TFS-RT-C451972, but driver gave false info that he is on his way and after 30 min recvd sms booking is cancelled that to when i called on customer care number after calling driver for 4 times.
                                      I have similar experience .i booked cab yesterday and had promised to send a sedan as I had more luggage.I also received conformation that they will send sedan.Hiwever to our surprise we got an indica . They seem to be very unreliable Nd one should look at meru or ola if you are looking at comfort of better service.

                                        MY RECOMMENDATION TO ALL RADIO TAXI USERS. Do not use services of 'TAXI FOR SURE' and 'DF CABS". First the issue with DF Cabs. They confirmed the booking for airport transfer in the morning and the Taxi never turned up and neither was there any message informing that the booking has been cancelled. The outcome - I was unable to get another taxi at short notice and missed my flight.

                                        Now Let me get to the issue with Taxi for Sure. I have used the services atleast 10 times within last month. SInce many of these were on a different route it was difficult to assess or compare the bill charged. It happened that I used the taxi thrice on the same route within a short span - exact same pick up point and same destination. I was charged 490 and 435 on first two occassions (on 14th June and 17th June respectively). The first trip included night charge. However on 5th July for the same distance I was charged 625 by the driver. Clearly an overcharge of 200 Rs. I have the manual receipt from the driver.

                                        As soon as I deboarded the taxi I called Taxi for Sure reporting this discrepancy. I was assured that the issue will be discussed with concerned department and extra amount if acharged will be refunded. I used their taxi on 7th July (same distance) and was charged Rs 475. Since my reporting of the issue on 5th July at 6 am and untill toay (9 July, 2 pm) I have called Taxi for sure atleast 20 times to follow up and ask if there has been any resolution. Each time I am given a standard response that my request has been forwarded and I shall receive a call from their side with 10 minutes. Of course those 10 minutes have never happened and there has been no call from their end to even gather facts from me and to even pretend to investigate the issue. I asked for number of so called concerned department but am told that the policy does not allow. A complaint to that effect has been submitted also thorugh their online fomr but no response to that either. This only show that not only is that they are cheating customers by overcharging but more important they think they have the right to cheat custimners and that they do not owe any explanation to them.

                                        I am a consumer and have paid for their service and hence I have all teh right to demand an explanation for why I was charged 625 for the same distance.

                                        Only when custimers stop using services of such service providers will they mend their ways.
