On 14th Feb 2015 I took a ride with my friends from Sikandarpur Metro Station to Chattarpur. As per their Terms and Condition

Terms and Condition: (The taxi fare is payable by you, regardless of the method of payment, as displayed in the meter / as mentioned in SMS / E-mail for flat rates and other products, along with parking charges, additional night surcharge (where applicable) and any fee or levy presently payable or hereinafter imposed by the law or required to be paid for availing of the taxi services. The toll charges will be payable by you as applicable, when the cab availed crosses a toll post/border post while carrying you, except in the case of Bengaluru International Airport/Kempegowda International Airport (where the toll is charged on the return of the cab), such toll will be charged to you during the drop to Bengaluru International Airport/Kempegowda International Airport.)

As per their Terms and Condition I have to pay the Toll tax, but driver didn't asked from me to pay the Tool Tax, he passes the Tool Tax. When I reached at my residence, I received the Invoice of Rs 148, and now the driver asked Rs 100 extra for Toll tax.

My complaint is regarding hidden charges, why should I pay Rs 100, Neither the driver paid any such amount nor me. Now they are sending me the Total bill receipt of Rs 248, on my mail, in which they are only showing Extra charges. Extra Charge for what?
What kind of hidden charge is this.
Kindly take action against this activity being done by Taxi For Sure.

With reference to booking tfs-at-c5739558, I got driver details of Shivaji Mahajan, car no MH14 FC1660, phone no [protected] . When I called the driver before 15 mins of my schedule pick up, the driver spoke very rudely and refused to come for pick up. He repeatedly insisted me to cancel my booking which I had done 2 days prior choosing "ride later" . He also told me that it doesn't matter whether I do the booking 2 days back or 30 days back .
I imediatly cancelled the booking as I lost interest in pursuing my case .
I again booked another cab via "ride now" option and this time was given driver details of Balu Patil car no MH14 CX 8284 phone no [protected] and this time the phone was switched off .
Then unfortunately I had to book from another service provided which got confirmed at the first instant .
Please try to understand when we have to catch an early morning flight, such poor service is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE. This created a lot of STRESS, PANIC, CHAOS for both me and my husband .
I strongly request you to take action against the drivers and please avoid such poor service.
Please respond to our request until which we will not use "Taxi for sure" service and will recommend the same to friends, colleagues and family .

I booked a cab on their mobile application in pune city on 21st January 2016 in evening @ koregaon park. from their i went to pheonix mall, vim nagar and asked driver to wait outside the mall. i came outside after completing my work inside the mall, i couldn't find my cab driver. So i called him 10 on the number provided to me by the operator taxiforsure. he didn't pick the call. So i again called him and still no answer i called him 10-15 times but he didn't pick up the phone. It had been 20 mins by now for me waiting and looking for my cab driver, and now i started to think that i should call the police now as i had my luggage in the cab. After a while i got a call from an unknown no. saying "where are you, i have been waiting for you for half an hour now" in a very rude tone. Ofcourse it was my driver. i was waiting for him on the spot where i told him i will come. and during this while i got a call from his mobile number(which was provided by taxiforsure) on which the man says" bhaisahab apna phone ghar bhul kar gaye hai..main unto kehta hu ki aapko call kare" and then my cab driver appears and started behaving unethically. Rudely saying i have stopped your trip and used a slangs. I had booked him till the Pune Airport and already wasted half an hour here. it was less then 30 mins that i had to reach airport and this driver just stopped my trip without permission. and that too using slangs and being rude to the customer. i posted a complaint(twice) on their website as well. But there was not a single response from them.

I took a trip (TFS-AT-C[protected] from sector 17 to chandigargh Airport on 5-Feb-2016.
The driver took me the chandigargh airport, but to the old one which was closed!!!
When i asked him that it looks deserted, he said that it might be closed and was shifted to Mohali area. AND HE WONT BE TAKING ME THERE.
He simply told me to ask the security personnel there about it and then book another cab as he is not going to take the ride.

Now thats a good way to treat a visitor my friend, kudos to you.

Also i did call taxi for sure again to take me to the new airport, but the damn call center employee said that they do not provide service to that area and when asked then how did the driver dropped me off here, he was not willing to answer anything.

now i was simply deserted in a closed airport waiting to miss my flight.,

The security guy arranged me a ride to nearest auto stand from where i took an auto to the new airport and caught the flight. SO thanks to the security guy.

Now, i dont want a refund or anything cause i finally caught my flight with the help of the security person (although i had to shell out extra 360 Rs for auto), i would like to take action against the company for unethical behaviour as this might well have been resulted in missing the flight. And we dont want it to actually happen to someone before taking the compliant.

I have booked a tfs cab on[protected] at 5.10 PM from kothaguda to seunderabad. The cab arrived at 5.30PM with two drivers in it.
We were 3 people with 1 year baby along. We told them that it will be uncomfortable for us, but they did not spare us. They were speaking very rude.
It was so uncomfortable to adjust in the back seat, my baby was crying all over the journey. But what happened exactly is, one driver is training the other.One who is sitting in the left seat is instructing driver, how to drive, where to change gear, where to go towards left. How could you people do experiments with passengers without knowing driving and route. who would be responsible if we miss the train scheduled.
Atlast when we are near to secunderabad, one who is sitting in the left seat swapped with the driver and he drove to the station quickly.How can they play with the customers, we have felt very tensed that the train would be missed.
In the very last moment actual driver took hold of the car and drove.
Why did they play with the customers, . In the end, the driver really spoke very rude, he told, "YOU CAN COMPLAINT TO ANYONE, NO ONE CAN DO ME ANYTHING".
They were irresponsible drivers, in-spite of what ever might happen to customer, they have shown their sadism on us.


Please act on this with proper resolution.

Sir I want to use tfs credits in ola money and that phone number which is registered with tfs account is list and I wanted u to modify number and tell me how can I use it in ola tslfs credits of 248.

Today I had taken a ride from Ubale Nagar to Vadgaon Sheri and I have charged for 16 KM (Rs 174). For the same location I had taken ride on 25-Jan-16 and I had charged for 7 KM.
Regarding this I had raised a complain to TaxiForSure customer service but no response till now and also no timeline given for the issue.

TaxiForSure's Driver in Bangalore is very worst.

Point Number 1:
Today I have Booked Ride from Mylsandra to Bayyapanahalli.
via 1 person drop to Vijay Nagar / Deepanjali Nagar but Driver started to argue. Saying that I will not go via Vijaya Nagar so we said atleast stop to Deepanjali Nagar than again driver said "I will not go via Deepanjali Nagar.
Than we asked him "By which route you will drop us".
He was not saying any route just saying "I will go this side, I will go by this side"
But finally he came by same route which we requested him.

Point Number 2:
His Driving was very rash, by his ride we (Me & My Father & Mother) got body pain.
we requested him 3 times to drive slow but still he was acting like he didn't heard anything. so I shouted at him & said "Drive Slow Please". than he said "I want to reach soon soon & I will drop you people soon & take next drive'.

Point Number 3:
We enter into cab he started hurrying & saying "There is lot of Traffic so you will be charged Rs.400/-".
we said if there is traffic than definitely will pay. Then he said "actually you should travel after 8pm, but you people are fools travelling at this time". So tell me who the hell are fools.. TaxiForSure are fools for keeping such hopeless basted rascles drivers or we people ?

Point Number 4:
I was telling him to ride by Deepanjali Nagar, K R Market, Corporation, M G Road Halasur, Bayyappanahalli.
But he told ""What you people know route, I know route & I will take by my route If you want to come then sit silently else get down & catch another Cab""

Same way while going from bayyappanahalli to Mylsandra Driver took which we told the way & It Was ""67 Mins & 25kms & Fare was Rs.304"

But For this Hell Ride ""85Mins, 25kms & fare was Rs.333""

Point Number 5:
Before getting into cab he already started his Trip Ride in Smart-Phone.

I have had the worst experience with Taxi For Sure. ****tiest service and the worst drivers. You can pull out your records and count the number of times I have tried to book a taxi and the driver has cancelled on me. I travel to work (about 30 KMs) everyday and book a cab. There hasn't been a single day when I could use TFS for my travel. You are the very definition of INCONVENIENCE.
Your drivers out rightly reject any customer requests or if they can't, they make excuses like failed brakes or got caught by the police when I have caught them standing right in front of me lying on the phone. Why the hell are they even logged in if they don't want to take fares? Even if I try to cancel the booking using the option "The driver said he won't come", it shows the "all-popping" consistent message "oops something went wrong". I guess that "something" is the TFS itself.
Out of 10-15 times I tried to book, I can't remember one single booking that went through. Seriously, you're not in the cabbing business, you're in the "duping customers" business. I am going to write my feedback anywhere possible, so that people are aware of the monkey business that is going around.

This is how I was robbed off my money as I did not even see how his cab looks like, let alone take a ride. I contacted their customer care and wasted nearly 20Rs of my phone balance to no gain. Itmi8 look trivial for 55 Rs and some 20s but it is frustating to see someone just taking away your money, no matter how small the number is.

I have booked a taxi for sure to pick my mom at 6.15 am from thambaram west, Driver called her number at 5.45 am and asked for the location. then he cancelled the booking without notice.i called him regarding this, he told that, it is his wish to take the pick up.

Today I booked a cab from Old Delhi Railway Station to Gurgaon. with the ID : TFS-PP-C55296295. When i received a call from driver Ranjeet Singh ([protected]) . I generally asked the driver just to ensure if his car is clean. The driver got furious on me saying it is an stupid question and i should have asked this to him. And he said that he would cancel the booking. I told him how could he cancel in last moment when we were waiting. We had bit argument and then he started using abusing words n slang. We had to suffer because of his unethical behavior and your driver wasted our time. some how we managed from some other service provider. This is just to keep you noticed about this . I m going to take legal action against this.

dear readers this is advised not to book any car from TAXI for Sure. Else be ready to get harassed.

This is regading the ride which i booked on 23Jan2015 at 6:32pm in which the driver told me that he won't be able to come and so i booked another cab and took the same to my destination.
I got message for money deduction from my account for the ride which i haven't taken and i registered the complaint on same day.
Customer Care team is so irresponsible that they apologized and told me to wait till now no action has been taken.

I need you to investigate and refund my money for the cab i did not take.

Booked a cab and the driver used abusive language when i cancelled the ride after several minutes of waiting.
The words he spoke were really insulting & offensive(Some slangs in hindi)
This is not expected from any car rental service providers.

I request the authorities to take corrective action against the driver.

Hi I have booked a cab from TFS on 24/01/2016 but when i called the driver he said he is going home so he wanted me cancel the ride. Later i booked another cab, as the cab didnot turned up i called the cab driver couple of time but he didnot pick the call and after couple of mins I got a message on mobile that the ride is completed and i am charged with 63/-. again i booked cab for the 3rd time and the cab didnot come and even the driver didnot pick the call.

this is the worst service i have ever experienced.

Driver denied to come giving the reason that the place is far .. Ola is much better than you guys ..

Dear taxi for sure tell me if you guys are not interested in the business 4 time this has happened in just 12 hours when I have booked the cab and it wa cancelled or driver is saying we are going home today also you guys have waisted my 30 min. You guys have made me to book ola. I don't think so you guys will even reach to standards of ola cabs any ways

I have requested a Sedan Cab on 25th Jan 2016 at 7:30 PM at Rekha Gandhi Park, Shree Nagar Main Indore for my parents and Taxi for sure last moment provided Hatch back Cab without intimation. They have to catch a bus at 8:30, so they have to travel with same cab with no other option. Taxi for sure is least interested and saying that if you don't want to travel then we can cancel. How could a service provider will change there service without intimation. This is a clear case of cheating against services offered.

Taxi not provided on Train journy date even booking confirmed and got the booking confirmation message from Taxiforsure, hence we missed the Train and lost the full amount around 2, 500rs related to Train ticket, which was booked in Tatkal category .
