Hello, I would to highlight the issue that I have faced today. I have booked Taxi for Sure today, Booking ID: TFS-PP-C43212741 When I called the driver, he told that he is just going to log off, hence he cannot come. Hence i booked another cab in few mins[protected]. Paid Bill Rs. 226 After about 1 hr, I received a bill below, and also an SMS "You just used Rs. 94 from OLA money to shop with your partner Taxi for Sure. Your balance is 0. I seriously feel to have money in Ola cash is very dangerous because cab driver gets the cash without I board the cab. I urge to take appropriate action and reload money into my ola cash account

I had booked Sedan AC with TaxiforSure for transfer from Delhi Sarai Rohilla station to Airport. At the last minute, Sedan AC was changed to Hatchback. Even the Hatchback did not turn up and on calling the driver, he kept on giving some excuse or the other. The helpline number was of no use as they kept on giving false promises instead of arranging a alternative pick up. In a nutshell, TAXIFORSURE is a totally useless, unreliable, unfriendly service which should not be used.

First time booked a cab 12 hrs prior for pickup at 08:15am on 19Nov15. Got a call at 07:45am from driver asking for the destination. He refused to drive to delhi airport. On getting aggressive and asking him to inform taxiforsure about his inability to take request. At 07:57 got another call from 2nd driver who promised to be at origin by 08:10am. Till 08:40am no one turned up and calls were not picked by him either. In short, very UNRELIABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL service company. Suggestion not to rely on them blindly and keep backup plan.

My name is dharminder singh, november 13 @6:56 p.M, i have booked a cab from tfs, and i applied a code for 25% discount (acj25), but when we complete our trip, they don't give us discount, they overcharge us, i give telephonic complaint to mr.Kartik and mr hitender but they refuse to raise complaint, then after that ms.Anuradha raise my complaint, but today november 19, i didn't get any call back from tfs, my first worst experience with tfs

Driver Details : MD IMRAN WB04G2196 (Sedan) Booking ID TFS-PP-C42928303 Date : Nov 18th, 11.29 pm Money deducted (Rs.60) yesterday from my Paytm account without any travel. After booking the driver informed he is there at 1 hour distance so he won't be coming. But after a few minutes I have got a message that Rs. 60 is deducted from my Paytm account without any travel !! After that the driver did not receive my calls !! I was returning back from hospital with my ill husband and hence did not get time to complaint immediately. I tried calling the tfs number[protected] but it is disgusting that the only number provided also doesn't work This is ridiculous...Please refund the money immediately otherwise I shall approach the consumer forum. I booked taxi vide reference no TFS-PP-C42710549 in Chennai. Driver called me and said it will take him more than 1 hour to come. After 15 monutes, the Rs. 59/- was deducted from my account and shown as traveled 3 KM though taxi did not come to me. I was shocked. I tried to contact customer care twice but even after 8 minutes of wait on call, they were busy and did not respond. Worst experience.

Booking Id-TFS-PP-C41763347 I had emailed on their email Id's and still there is no reply. They have deducted ₹59 from my account for the trip which I had not travelled.I even talked to the cab driver and he said that he had picked up another person by mistake as said, but I was charged for that trip. So I would like to have my money back.

I like to share my worst experience with taxi for care, me and my wife were travelling arround 10 pm with taxi for sure cab we had faced very bad experience with the cab driver who drove very badly and threatened us we almost thought of calling police
we had a night mare travelling with this cab driver

This ride was booked with "KP25" coupon and that was applied successfully. But in bills i'm seeing that 25% discount is not applied. I have booked the cab from taxi for sure app on Sunday morning for Sunday night at 10:45 PM from Sarai Kale Khan, New Delhi to noida sector 73. I got the confirmation message on my mobile number[protected] and confirmation number is TFS-PP-C42103309. I also get the driver details before 15 minutes of my traveling time. but the driver number is switched off and when i called to customer care of taxi for sure, they took around 10 minutes for checking the issue and then told me that they can not provide the cab. It was actually created very big issue for me because i came from my home town gwalior with my parent and in late night i had faced a lot of issue in finding the cab.
Please take some action against these cab providers so that they will not cheat with us like this.

I had booked a taxi yesterday from my house in Vadodara to go to Vadodara railway station. My request was for taxi to report at 11 pm on 16 November. My request was acknowledged and confirmation was given. Subsequently, I received six sms messages on my mobile number [protected] (one after another) changing details of driver and taxi. When I contacted the driver whose name was received last, he refused to report citing reason that my house was far from his location at that point of time. I had reported the matter to your Vadodara number [protected], the reply received was terrible. Your executive said that he was unable to do anything in the matter. This had caused terrible inconvenience to me. I need explanation from "TAXI FOR SURE". I had booked taxiforsure cab with my ola app and I had money in my ola money. When the ride got over the driver asked me to 159 as it was not reflecting as 0 in drivers app and in my app, So I paid cash. After 5 min 159rs got deducted from my OLA money. I mailed regarding the same with my booking id to taxiforsure, the response said they are addressing the issue but I haven't received the refund yet. When I called them, they said this issue cannot be resolved as I have called after 15 days. Very illogical reasoning and totally irresponsible behavior. I have been a regular user of taxiforsure but now I believe I have to uninstall the app.

Dear All, I wanted to share my recent experience with Taxiforsure cab which was booked at Gurgaon through online by mobile phone. The booking details were as below. Booking ID – TFS-PP-C40853361 Date of travel – 6:00 AM, 9 Nov’15 (Booked on 8th Nov) Travel details- From Sec 23 Gurgaon to H. Nizamuddin railway station. Booking was confirmed by customer care person & message was received for same. While on 9th Nov, Driver details received 15 minute prior to travel time (5:45 AM) (Driver – Praveen Kumar, [protected], HR-63-B-9439). But when I called to driver, He refused for traveling at that time. Suddenly I called to Taxiforsure customer care for same info. Then they messaged me another drivers details after 15 Min. However another driver ( Abhilash Sharma, [protected], DL-01-YE-5686) was also denied for traveling in harsh way. Because of this drama/Scenario, 45 Minutes had been wastage & we need to pick-up the train by 7:45 AM from station. Thus I decided to go to station at 6:30 AM by using my personal car. I was around one hours drama & mentally torture before starting of festival I suggested to all of you that don’t use Taxiforsure car for any usage. It will blow your time, mind, money & holiday. Called up Customer Care to help me with rescheduling booking by 15 min and sending notification to alternate phone number.
Application showed booking cancellation and no booking confirmation was sent to any number. On calling customer care again they behave as if it is all obvious and expected process.
Again connected before 30min of scheduled booking as no SMS was received till then. Customer Care executive rather than helping, just read first line of booking address and declared I had booked for some other address than what I intended.
Horrible experience
Booking was actually for the right address and Cab did reach on time but Customer Care ruined complete experience. I will try avoiding TFS when ever there are alternate options

I took about 7 mins to come out he kept on calling and telling me to cancel because I was taking time. I cancelled, then he keeps on calling me and abusing me because I cancelled. I really don't know what sort of drivers you'll hire. I'm never using your service again. I will tell all my friends and family about this, you're sure to lose a good number of clients because of one driver who can't talk properly.

Today i booked a taxi for sure cab from maulana abul kalam azad road at around 5:56 pm it was a success and the booking details were send to me i.e.driver name-Umesh kumar yadav, car type-sedan, car number-WB-04-F-9075. When we called the driver he said that he will pick up us in few minutes. While we were waiting for him he called us and told us that the booking has been cancelled and he has got another booking we were surprised to hear this because in the mobile app it was still showing that we were on our trip and the booking was confirmed. A few minutes later i received a receipt of Rs.56 for the same trip on my mail id. I was shocked to see the invoice of the trip which i have not even availed. this was very surprising for us. This proves that taxi for sure services are very disappointing.

I experienced two fraudulent activities of TaxiforSure, one each on 13th and 14th November 2015. In a gist, the driver never contacted me to pick me up nor did he call me to know my whereabouts. Despite my never boarding the vehicle, I was appalled to receive the bill on my email id. I hired TFS cab on the day of Diwali. After reaching to my destination, driver asked me to pay almost double amount. I said it's not correct fare. I'll pay after receiving the bill thru msg or mail. I waited for 10 minutes but didn't receive the bill. Now, driver started fighting saying he wants money and behaved very inappropriately. I gave him money and as soon as he left, I got bill and it was very less than what he actually said. This was simply cheating. he hadn't stopped the journey that is why I didn't receive any msg before. When I called the driver he said go and complaint, he will not return the money. The thing is he was not afraid even when he got caught and was very sure that I can complaint, he doesn't care. Taxi for Sure driver 'Shivraj Akade' cheated us(inspite of having paid thru PAYTM and showing the email of the recepit, which clearly says that I do not have pay anything since the money was already deducted thru PAYTM) the driver threatened us stole the money and sped away.

I had booked taxi from taxi from sure on 13-Nov-2015, got a confirmation message that taxi has been booked and it would reach you by 11.30 am. Taxi driver called up around 11.10 asking for directions from Maurti factory to palam vihar and we gave the directions accordingly. At about 11.40 taxi had not reached and we started calling the driver on this number. To my surprise dirver was absconding after 11.40 am, his number was switched off most of the time. I called him for 20 times but no response as either he was not picking his fone or his number was switched off. We got the biggest shock when we got to know that the driver has raised a bill of Rs 255 on our name. No other taxi was available due to festive rush and we got late due to this incident. This is complete harassment by the driver and by taxi for sure. I have all the messages sent by taxi for sure and have records of GPS tracking, I will surely take taxi for sure to consumer court for causing this harassment. Please be ready.
