I have booked a taxi for sure cab on November 6 . I requested to provide a cab at 6:20 AM on November 7 . In the morning around 5:50 the driver called me as i was taking a bath, i called the driver after 5 minutes and he told that he cancelled my request. i have called the customer care and informed the same to them. They promised me that they will arrange another cab for me. I told them that i have a train at 7:25. the customer care guys promised me that they will be providing the cab. but up to 7 AM they didn't provide any cab and 7 AM they confirmed that they cannot provide any cab. I told them that i missed the train. They said someone from the corresponding department will call me to discuss the problem that i have faced. but as of now no one has contacted me. I have submitted a complaint in the taxi for sure complaint portal but for that also i didn't receive any response

    Had a pickup on 22-Nov-15 at 05:48pm hrs for airport transfer but got a confirmation call at 06:30 minutes before pick up that the cab has been cancelled citing no reason. Surely the govt. must do something about this and not allow anyone and everyone to run such services. I missed my train because of them.I have all the proof of the message sent by them. Sonu singh ([protected]) was the drive assigned to pick us. but at 06:30pm after several call he switched off his phone. I called several times to customer care for TAXI FOR SURE but no one responded properly. I asked for the callback, they committed call will be arranged in 24hrs, but they didn't. TAXI FOR SURE is bullsheet, never book a cab from TAXI FOR SURE. Rather all support me for closing the cab from Delhi & NCR. I have all the call report at my phone. I NEED COMPENSATION FROM TAXI FOR SURE FOR THAT PARTICULAR DAY. HELP ME FORWARDING THIS COMPLAINT TO SENIOR LEVEL. I have all proof at my cell phone. If required I can come to the court.       I booked a cab at 1.20 pm app shows it will be arrive at within 10 min . After I called 10 th time he arrived . With fully drunken .. With improper words it was a night he can't even drop til the home . He stopped before 500 metres he told walk n go like that . I banged a car walk. He told what u want u do like tat . Should punish the driver .

        My Name is Neha Gupta Dsouza and this complain is about my horrific experience with the specified car rental firm i requested for a cab service through the taxi for sure app where in for 4 times the drivers of the cabs denied the service i requested for, to be precise the first time i requested for a cab the driver confirmed the address and the location and i was almost set to leave for my official meet the driver tells me that he is out for lunch some where far from the address and will not be able to make it so these instances were repeated 4 times the latest once i remember were on 17th and 20th November 2015 on the latest incident after 3 bad instances i again ordered for the cab wherein first the driver gave me a confirmation call that he is at the gate and again when i left house for my official commitment i called the driver again and to my surprise the driver tells me he cannot make and he has left from my location and no reason for the same provided leaving me hunting for rickshaws and these happened for 4 times which is worse then hunting for autos and i am definitely looking out for compensation for this inconvenience as these trips were official and only i know what explanations i had to give for not making it on time and relying on Taxi for Sure i have already raised a alarm on their official website but i am not surprised that they have not reverted to it...i wonder what if this was a prepaid service with the same attitude.

            I booked a taxi on saturday ( 21/11/2015 ) to Noida from Taxiforsure but after certain time period when I checked with cab driver he said " No I will not go " then I made a call to customer care and they booked another cab but no avail, the cab driver said the same lines " No I will not go, you talk to taxiforsure" and he was so rude and ever customer care team too. No one was aware with fact and kept me on hold for several hours due to which I have missed the important work which I had to do on that day only. Now tell me who is responsible for this loss ? I would not sit quietly and move to next step if this will not sorted out soon.

              I have booked a taxi from Dayalpur to Airport on Tuesday(25/11/15), I have received the mail and SMS from taxi for sure your taxi is confirmed. Today(26/11/15), before the pick up time, taxi for sure send me a SMS for driver detail, when I called to driver he refused sir I am not available at your pick up time then I have call to Taxi for sure they simply tell me "sorry sir we have no taxi" right now. Finally I have missed my flight. I face this problem 3 times with Taxi for sure in past also.

                I have booked a cab with them in the morning at 5 .30 am, november 25(cab booked at 8.46 pm on 24 th nov, 2015) from dlf phase 4 in gurgaon to nizamuudin station for booking ID TFS-PP-C44193543, I have been allotted a cab with number HR66A9866 and have also received a confirmation of the same by sms to my number [protected]. The driver did not turnup and they couldnot even arrange for another cab despite talking to them on customer care ([protected]) (u can check call records from my number)...but in meantime I get a receipt that I have travelled in a car already which I felt very unsafe . and how can they do this, I have spoke to their supervisor but he did not had any proper solutions, I took another cab to railway station which costed me 3 times which was painful as well and extreme inconvenience as my pregnant wife was travelling along with me .kindly take strict action against their irresponsible behavior ...also I have booked another cab from railway station to golf course for a sedan (this cab was booked by supervisor for booking ID TFS-PP-C[protected]I was surprised to see I get a hatchback santro despite booking a sedan...this was quite painful ...

                  I have made four TFS bookings today. But such is your service none could materialize. Driver asked every time to cancel and the last booking driver himself cancelled after asking my wife to travel 2 km to travel to avail the cab on main road. TFS-PP-C44096417 TFS-PP-C44096942 TFS-PP-C44146448 TFS-PP-C44148644. This last guy asked me to speak in Kannada. Next, he asked my wife to come to main road from Manyata. Once my wife reached main road, he cancelled the trip.

                    Driver contact no-[protected] Driver name-doodh nath pickup loaction-botanical garden he locked me in the cab.he misbehaved with me like anything.I am going to escalate this matter in media as as well as to police.No action has been taken place from taxi for sure side.this was a complete harassment case.I want this cab to be closed on urgent basis.I am going to media as well.

                      This is to inform that I booked a cab today at 8 pm from Tambaram in Taxi For Sure bearing booking id TFS-PP-C43975786.The driver did not call me.I had to call him up and he denied coming and disconnected the call.Next time he did not pick up.

                      After 30 minutes it is found that my ola money has been deducted even after ride cancellation.I am extremely dissatisfied with the service.Even when I called the customer care you people did not pick up even after 20 minutes.

                      I want an action to be taken urgently.

                        I Dr jayanta paul booked a cab from taxi for sure by my no [protected] at 5.21pm for a pick up from yesvantpur railway station, Bangalore to windtunnel road, Bangalore my booking id TFS_PP_C4390 .My fare amount was 317 rs while I was paying my bill the driver named Raju, ph no [protected], cab no KA05AE4435 was busy talking with new customer ..he rushed with his cab and one of my luggage remained in the front seat of his cab .thought he admits the luggage is with him he denies to return it, even though I have told him I will pay him the fare to come back to my place and return it.

                          This is extremely sad and this is the second time it happened that i booked a taxi and it didnt come. i was in a wedding with my wife and kids in golden tulip farms in chatterpur and booked a taxi from taxi for sure on sunday 22nd November at 12:45AM. i got a message for confirmation. no one called me after that. at exactly 12:45AM when it was my time to leave, someone from call centre called me up and said that we cant send you a cab because of shortage. I was left alone with my family with no way to go home at that hour. took a lift with some of the guest in the party till i get a Auto. this is really shameful and heard from lot of other people that this usually happens with Taxi for sure. will never book a cab now from taxi for sure.

                            We have booked a cab in Taxi for Sure Chennai through internet, around 2 PM from Tondiarpet to Retteri on 12-Nov-2015 for 09:00 PM trip. We received the driver details around 30 mins before the start of the trip.When we call the driver said that he will not come for the pick up and insist us to cancel the trip. We said we will not cancel the trip because we booked the cab around 2 PM for 9 PM trip and we are having the child with us. But he said that do whatever you can able to do and I will not come. Even though he was in royapuram when we called him that is 2.5 Kms from the starting point. We have booked a taxi in Ola cabs and came to my home. We have received a SMS and mail from Taxi For Sure states that we have travelled and the bill amount is Rs.103 and we paid through cash. How come Taxi For Sure use the customer ID in a wrong way like that. We have not travelled and we got a travel receipt and bill. Complaints : 1. Taxi For Sure doesn't provide service for the pre-booked cab even when they can able to provide service because of the Drivers's wrong behaviour. 2. Prompting us to cancel the trip and using the words like do whatever you want to do and I know what I have to do. 3. Using the trip booked by a wrong way. He used the taxi for 5 kms and the bill was generated for client booking ID. 4. The biggest cause for concern is, if something went wrong (if the driver got in the police for any drugs or smuggling or any other illegal actions) then it will be under our name because the booking was under my name and the trip details and bills showing that we have travelled. Proofs attached: 1. Mail copy of the Bill from Taxi For Sure (Date / Time / Pick up and Drop Location / Amount and Mode of Payment) for we have not travelled in Taxi For Sure. 2. Mail copy of the Bill for Actual travel we have taken in OLA cabs during the same timings (Date / Time / Distance / Amount) I will raise a police complaint against this fraudulent activity and I will also register the fraudulent complaint with the bill copy in the consumer complaints. Severe action to be taken against the driver fraudulent activity and the misbehaviour and leaving the customer with a child without any clue at the night by not accepting the trip. I have raised the same issue in the complaint section of Taxi For Sure but we didn't got any response and they didn't even called and asked us about the details. We received a single SMS stating that sorry for the inconvenience caused. We don't know what action they have taken and no proper response given to the customer. So, Severe action to be taken against the Taxi For Sure for not taking the issue seriously and for their irresponsibleness.

                              I had booked a taxi for 22 Nov 6:00 am. Driver name - Sanjeev Kumar, taxi no. - HR55R4103. It had an exam in faridabad. At 6:10 I receive a call from taxiforsure that taxi could not come and asked me to modify the booking for 6:45. Since I had no choice I agreed. But that was also cancelled saying no cab available in my vicinity. Strongly recommend to take some action because someone's career may be at stake.

                                WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH TFS EVERYWHERE?
                                Seems like all the drivers are on leave when we book a cab.
                                WORST WORT service ever.
                                Tried not to compliant but their service is so FRIKIN that I couldn't help writing this.

                                TFS should terminate their operational services ASAP.

                                    I booked a cab on 21st Nov at 10.30 pm (booking id - C[protected] Driver name - Pappu Yadav. The driver accepted d duty and kept saying he had arrived at the pick up point when he had not and then said to cancel the ride as he was there but nit interested in going to the destination. When I called the call centre they kept me on wait for almost 30 mins and then finally when someone answered the call said they take the feedback. When I asked what action will be taken against the driver I was told they cannot tell me that nor can they give me a compliant number. When I requested to speak to their superior I was again kept on wait for 5 mins and then without any response they disconnected my call. Such drivers should not be employed by any company and the call centre staffs need to be better trained to handle compliants. Companies need to have a transparent approach in the way they handle client compliants as well as their processes

                                      DriverDetails: RAJESH V DESAI([protected]) Sedan AC GJ-18-AX-4001.
                                      Which Not Arrived. So I have to instant booked Trip :

                                      Booking TFS-AT-C40474216 Driver: KIRANKUMAR R PATEL- [protected] (Sedan, GJ-01-DX-1184).

                                      Exactly bill was 298,
                                      Paytm Linked Account: 238 Deducted.

                                      So I have to pay 60Rs.

                                      So, I asked driver.
                                      So Replied that 85Rs Airport Parking Fees,
                                      100Rs Luggage Fee !
                                      Still not over till that.

                                      He said I have cancelled Paytm Wallet.
                                      So, pay 298 +100+85 = 480.

                                      I paid . So total 298+85 = 383 Rs legal Trip was Effective @ 718Rs..

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have booked a Taxi for sure cab (AP10TV0839 and Driver Name: Mohd Abdul Raouf) on 20.11.2015 at 9.15 AM from Miyapur, Pragathi Enclave Colony and I have directed him to go to Road No.1, Banjara Hills in the main road i.e via Kukatpally. But he refused to go in that main road and he want to go in the Hitech City Road. I have immediately called customer care and informed the same and they have called driver and spoke to him. Then driver asked me to get down from the cab and he went in the middle and also I was penalized with Rs.74/-. As I was travelling very important meeting to be attended at 10:30 AM, Due to this incident I have not attend the meeting on time and I have taken an auto to go to that place.

                                        And also I have traveled around 350 Mtrs in that trip from my home, where I was charged for 3 KMS and also 10 Mins. I feel that there is a big fraud in billing of the Taxi For sure to Customers, I feel that this thing was happened in my earlier trips also where we dont know the exact kilometers what we have traveled because it is totally online or GPS. I have received a refund of Rs.14/- after talking to customer care executive. But I was surprised why I have to pay the amount of Rs.74/- when I was forced to get down from the cab.

                                        I would like to know the action taken by the company on the cab driver.
