I booked TFS cab through Ola, but booking was not visible in my rides, so I booked another taxi through ola and traveled through the same. TFS driver called and I told him to not to come as I booked another cab as his cab was not visible in my rides on ola app. But, then he came and started fighting and charged me Rs. 113 even without me travelling through TFS cab which got deducted from my ola money. tried calling TFS complaint no. but no response. Driver No. - DL01RT4751. Name - Shah Nawaz Hussain.

Today I had drove on taxi for sure. I had received the bill msg of 'Rs125 abit late after completion of the ride. the driver had charged me Rs. 250 saying that the bill was Rs. 225. plz search out the culprit and refund my surplus charged amount. my booking reference wasTFS-AT-C54303365 and the driver wasKARNAIL SINGH([protected])

Kindly note that the above booking is not fulfilled at your end. This is the second time, your concerned staffs ridiculed me. My booking was on 16 Jan 2016 at 1430 Hrs.Same day I, got a call from [protected] at 1300 hrs. I told my booking is at 1430hrs. He told then I can'not pick up. Immediately i was to hire a private Taxi by paying extra money to reach the destination. By booking with you, even after confirmation your organisation is cheated me. By which i have lost money, time, and unwanted mental torture. This is the second time it happened. Kindly check with the concerned personnel and do the needful. I am awaiting your reply, before my future action please.

Best cheaters of all time, Nowhere they mentioned about charges of trip time will be included, but after journey bill was generated mentioning the charges of trip time. Don't book Taxiforsure none of the drivers were loyal. All cheaters.

My cell phone is using on my room mades is also used to taxi for sure aaps in one my cell phone to my friends id is used.so my cell phone my booking is not conform to my divice so plzzzzz .I am not going to cab I am going to auto my number is not conform a booking.

Booking ID TFS-PP-C53794209 never happened and I was charged, earlier also I was charged for Booking ID TFS-PP-C49661715 which did not take place. Both these instances I have been waiting for the driver and after some time the money got deducted from my wallet and on calling the driver there was no response.

Booking TFS-PP-C53681854, Driver Ramraje Khawale [protected]. The driver misbehaved & also abused me & my younger brother when we asked him to take the route which we wanted (which btw is also a route suggested by google, it is not that we were asking him to go random places) In any case, isn't it the passenger's choice on which route he wants to travel? This is the route we wanted to take to nigdi (my office location) https://goo.gl/maps/itnH6oCggGv, because I wanted to drop my brother at the BRTS stop (city bus), which is on the way to my office, to which he refused saying that he will not stop to drop him & that he will not take us from that route, so we asked him to stop the cab. At first he did not stop the cab & threatened us by calling his local friends. Finally he stopped the cab right outside our society & again threatened to call his friends & gestured to beat us up by may be some weapon or tools from his car. This all happened in just the short distance of my apartment to the society main gate. I am also thinking of registering a formal complaint against the driver as I do not feel it safe for my family since he knows my home location & because of the fact that he was threatening us by calling his local friends. I booked a cab in TFS last night and for the payment part i selected ola money. but the driver faked for non payment through the app so I had to pay to him in cash as by that time money was not deducted from ola money. But later on i found my ola money was deducted. So I paid in both cash and Ola money form. That's really unfair. why will anybody book a cab whose drivers are fake and cheaters.

I booked cab through Taxiforsure app on 12th Jan 2016 for 14th Jan 2016. Confirmation number - TFS-PP-C52855903. On 14th Jan 2016 morning I got sms along with driver & car number (Ram [protected], DL01RT3437) at 8.41AM, post speaking to driver he confirmed he will come on booked time at 9.15AM, however at 9.12AM, I got another sms for a new driver and car number (Rahul Kumar, [protected]) and on speaking to the new driver he said he will come around 9.45AM. Avoiding more delay I myself called customer care and they had no solution to the problem and asked me to wait for 15 min in order to arrange another cab, which i refused. My concerns are 1. why only sms was sent when the driver and car was changed, instead a call should have been done to keep me informed about the changes. What if I don't check my sms in the age of whatsapp? 2. First driver (Ram) said, he is running out of CNG, is this the kind of services this company have..they don't check CNG or the cab before alligning to the customer? 3. The newly assigned driver(Rahul Kumar), have "odd number" car so he refused to take me as odd-even trial run is going on in Delhi. 4. Is this the services these company have? What all checks are done or standard operating procedures were made by the government before giving license to such operators. 5. What is the penalty for such bad experience with such operators. 6. My friend had the same experience with this service provider, however he go no response on his complaint yet.

Ibooked a ride tfs-pp-c53049354 today at 8.38 am driver name eshwar but he said it will take time around 20 min so i cancelled the ride & booked ola mini. But after few min when i was in ride with ola mini i got a msg that enjoy ur ride with taxiforsure after few min showing distance for 6 kms & trip time 26 mins rs 118.5 was deducted from my ola money.This same thing happened yesterday with ola but they refunded my money by yesterday night.

I booked a cab on taxiForSure on[protected] for pickup in morning of[protected]shadipur metro to domestic airport delhi) and get it confirmed through phone call and message. But in morning before half an hour of pickup time they send a message that they are not able to provide cab. It was very shocking as i was fully dependent on them and it was difficult to get conveyance in early morning. so I want a proper action should be taken against them for this mental and physical harrasment so that they donot do it with others in future.

TFS-AT-C52558885. Driver name Manikandan R ([protected]). I booked a TaxiForSure Cab from Ola Cabs app to drop my Fianceee to Airport from in Chennai early morning. The Driver asked if we had cash. I said yes and we started the journey. The moment we reached the airport the driver asked for Rs 400. I gave right away since I was in hurry, because my fiancee was already late for the flight. I totally forgot to even see the fare in his phone or in my phone. We were in hurry. This Driver made use of that opportunity and took 400 bucks and left. When I got down and my fiancee completed all the flight boarding formalities. She sent me the message which said that her Ola money of amount 214 is deducted. We felt so cheated. We paid him in the form Ola money and then in cash too. The Cash amount that he took from us was totally a fraud that i could not digest even now after 6 hours. I would like the reimbursement of the 400 bucks and also some sort of punishment for the Driver. These kind of drivers are the only reason I feel safe in my own vehicle.

My wife is pregnant and we have been using cabs for almost a month now daily. We tried various cab services and for a week we tried TaxiForSure. Problem with TaxiForSure is very few drivers are willing to come if the travel distance is greater than 5 Kms. It was strange to me initially because generally I have seen that cab drivers avoid short distance as the charge will be better for a long/medium distance. I once asked a TaxiForSure for the reason and he said that it is because their commission is directly proportional to the number of pick ups and not on the distance travelled. So they prefer to run many pick ups/drops and it is possible only with shorter distance ride. I think the problem is fundamentally in the TaxiForSure policy. I think cab driver commission should be based on the distance covered instead of number of pick up/drop.

Such a worst way of handling customers, my booking got shifted to 3 cab driver's without my knowledge. And these cab driver's doesn't car about customer urgency instead say that they are very far from my place. And taxi for sure doesn't care about these issues, they simply sent sorry msg. This driver said that he is also too far from my place (Velechery to perungudi), Even doesn't come to pickup me. And finally got SMS from taxiforsure (" We are extremely sorry for not serving you for booking TFS-PP-C51555855. Try booking after a while), and they removed my booking from the list. very bad experience, because of their mistake I lost my 2 hrs & missed my appointment. Let me propagate in social media and aware other to stop booking in taxiforsure.

I had booked a taxi for yesterday from ambattur the Jan 2nd at 8.15pm, however had cancelled the trip later as it was getting late and I had alternative mode of transport however the mobile app was very slow and it didn't show as cancelled ( the app is always dead slow) by then the driver had called and I had explicitly told him that the trip is cancelled, in spite of it I have been debited 72 rs from my paytm account, please ask them to reimburse my money as I I have not taken the the trip and please penalize the driver for this unnecessary hassle that I have to go through.

On Dec 31, 2015 I had travelled in Taxi For Sure hatchback service. The total distance was 5 Kms. Trip time was 46 minutes. After the trip the total amount charged was Rs.814. On asking this to the driver, he said he is helpless and he was also shocked to see this. Then after contacting to customer care, the driver said manually they will calculate and amount was revised to Rs. 250. But I had no confirmation on this. I was totally disappointed with TFS service. Please make sure this doesn't happen in future. I'm happy if they compensate for this and would wish to use their service in future only if they take necessary action on this. I am Rajiv from Gurgaon. I had taken Taxi from Taxi for sure company. Saurabh the driver from Taxi for sure picked up for journey to Gurgaon. The cab broke down in between and the driver told that you have to do new booking from Taxi for sure. I told the driver that you should arrange us the taxi as we are in mid of journey. But driver refused and misbehaved with us. I have asked Taxi for sure to take action against the Driver but no action has been taken. TFS-PP-C50170954

The driver confirmed if I would pay by cash or ola money and my drop location and came for pickup. After we had traveled for sometime, the gps got mysteriously disconnected and i got the online generated receipt. Since I had to reach urgently, I chose to go in this taxi as the driver said he would calculate the amount payable. The driver took some unknown route and finally we reached our destination, where he calculated a total of 22 kms and collected Rs 350 for the same, assuming travel and time fare and taxes. When I argued about taxes because this was not an officially recorded trip, he started speaking rudely. This is not the first time that a taxi for sure driver has done this to me. This way both the customer as well as the company are being cheated. I request immediate action against this driver.

Hi, Yesterday i made a booking from airport to my house at vasundhara enclave, taxi driver called me and said i won't go to that place and said "agar apko complaint karni h toh kar do, i don't care". He was very rude in his wordings. Following are the other details of the driver and his cab: Name- Zakir Ali Mobile- [protected] Car No.- DL01RT4668 Model- Hatchback. I want a serious action against this complaint otherwise i will take this matter to the court for sure.
