I booked taxi for sure for today. I was supposed to reach vadodara railway station by 4:45 am to catch my train. So I booked a car from taxi for sure at about 4:30 am. I was very hopefully regarding your service but i am sorry. I was wrong. Details of driver was given to me well before time. But when it came to pick me up, no one came to pickme up. I waited for another 10 mins in hope that someone will come but in reality no one came. I tried calling the driver but his phone was coming switch off. Due to your irresponsible service, i came in trouble. After this, when i tried calling driver after 5 am to know why he didn't came, in return he started abusing me and speaking bad words. Is this the service you provide to your customer.?? And finally to hide your mistakes you messaging me that because of my so called no reaponse you cancelled my order. Seriously, really dissappointed from your this service.

    Dear Forum members, I would request you to please take necessary action against Taxi for Sure Taxi Service Provider. As they are just playing with sentiments of Customers. They don't care how urgent Customer require the Service. They just wanted to earn that's their moto. Today on 27th of Dec 2015, I booked a Cab from Taxi for Sure which was confirmed and I received mail and SMS for that as well. Just after receiving the SMS, I called Driver. He said that he will reach at my Pickup point within 10 mins but when I called him again after 10 mins when I did not receive any call back from him. He said that Booking has been cancelled by him or Taxi for Sure ( I don't know why but they did). After it I called Customer care immediately and Informed him that I need to reach Airport till 7:15 PM and max by 7:30 else I will lose my Plane he replied that Cab is still booked but after taking 2 minutes he said that he is booking another Cab and that will reached at my Pickup Point within 10 mins. I asked him to provide Driver Number but he did not provide and assure me that I will get it thru SMS. After waiting another 10 mins, I called Customer and said that I did not receive any Call from Driver and even I am getting late So, he again assure me that I will Driver details within 10 mins. I again called Customer after waiting 10 mins CCE said that I will surely get a call back from Driver and I do not require to call Customer again but even after 15 mins, I did not received any call... finally when I called them at 6:59 PM Customer Care executive said no one can reach at my Pickup Point. That is too much, even this is not first time. I can serve many of evidence from my own. If they cannot provide Service which is committed by them then they should have to leave this business. Sir:- I request you to please be involved into this and take necessary action. So, that they can understand urgency of Commutator.

      I booked two taxis on 20/12/15 for morning 11:45 am and evening 4:30 pm. Both arrived early before the mentioned time and force us to board the cab or they will leave we better cancel the cab and book another one at the last minute. The morning cab driver turned on the meter 1/2 hour before the timing and when asked why, he began to argue and said board another cab. Since we were in a hurry had to board the cab and paid 100 Rs. extra for turning on the meter early, so did the customer care send me a message stating that this guy arrived at 11:20 but at that time my husband was still giving him directions to reach our destination. Then for the evening cab, same thing the driver arrived half an hour early and said board the cab cant wait or cancel the trip. And was very rude. Cancelled the cab and received the next cab at 5 pm. Altogether a bad experience and they cheat the customers.

        Very irresponsible co. in have ever seen in whole india they first confirmef my booking then when the time arrives they said no cab available . and at that time i was fully dependent on them . i am so sorry for this type of cab service available in our country that is irresponsible for this no one is answerable how backward we r even in this globalized society if this whould have been in any other country that co. has to suffer serious consequences

          This is to inform you my name Abhishek Shaw my mobile number [protected] am regular user of OLA application. As like my daily routine i book a TAXI FOR SURE hatchback from OLA application, we took ride from Behala through Chetla Bhowanipore then ends to my final destination Kasba. Before we start driver asked my destination i told the same . But when we reach Bhowanipore without informing me driver stop my ride & telling you have to booked another ride, because we (DRIVER) have a deal with TAXI FOR SURE we wont take ride more than 40 minutes, & when i start discussing regarding the same driver starts ABUSING me & telling me do what ever you want i (DRIVER) don't care anybody. My request to the team of TAXI FOR SURE you have to address this issue & take strict action against him (DRIVER) & make sure it won't happens with any o[censored]s.

            I am submitting this complaint after allowing them to give same excuses 7-8 times, so at the outset, dear taxi for sure guys, please read it seriously, 7-8 times cant be co-incidence.

            I live in Chinchbhuvan area on the outskirts of Nagpur (nearly 3-4 kms from Airport). I have this specific complaint about taxi for sure... If a customer books a cap from taxi for sure within city limits, its easily available.. but the moment I book a cab and pick up point is chinchbhuvan, the following childish excuses are given from taxi for sure :

            1) 'Ohh... it seems driver will get delayed... you may cancel the trip by giving missed call on **** number' - What non-sense you taxi for sure... its a clear deficiency in service and how it can be that whenever i give pick up from chichbhuvan, your driver gets delayed and while picking up from the city area, you are on time.

            Now to add to the agony, drive delay I may understand... but the problem is neither the driver comes whether you wait for 1-2 hours nor any call from customer care comes informing about the reasons.

            This is happened with me two days back, I booked a cab for my parents for the Chatrapati Square from Chinchbhuvan so that they can move comfortably to catch the bus... the same happened... we got a message at 5pm (for the cab booked for 5pm) that drive will get delayed... we waited for 15 minutes but no call/drive came... so I had to rush to make an alternate arrangements as bus was to leave at 5.45pm... You guys dont even have courtsy to call and inform.

            2) I get a call from customer care and they inform me that my booking is cancelled because I booked from internet whereas they accept bookings only through mobile.. - What you taxi for sure are into.. first you are presuming that every one on the planet uses an android phone... second what if an elderly person cant handle android phone but want to make a booking ??? and thirdly.. which world are you all cab operators living in... its a clear cut cartelisation that all cab companies are making it mandatory to book through mobile... why ??? because the margin is high... thats why...

            Its only a matter of time that either competition commission of India or any such esteemed consumer forums take conginzance and initiates action against you.

            3) I dont either get any sms or call... its just a suo motu cancellation from the taxi for sure gues on their own...

            I urge this consumer forum to please take this matter seriously as there must be many like me in other cities who are facing similar problems...

            These taxi cab waala are becoming as arrogant as auto drivers... we need to teach them a hard and permanent lesson...

            I hope my grievance reaches the concerned person at taxi for sure and they stop these non-sensical and unfriendly practices...

            we hire a taxi for comfort.. dont make it an irritation for us...

            by saying consumer is a king you wont achieve anything.. you have to treat us like one also...

              On 13th December 2015 I book a cab on taxiforsure mobile app for 7 :30 PM.At 7.08pm I received a sms with driver details (mobile # [protected], Vidhya Sagar ) thereafter I called him up 3 times and he didn’t pick It up. At 7:20 pm he picked my call and asked for the details (destination details, pick up location and time for pick up).He said “Sir I am at Rani Bagh and will take another 10 to 15 minutes to pick you up” then I said that first you didn’t pick it up my call and now you need another 15 minutes to pick us up anyway come as soon as possible” At 7:35 pm I again called him up to check the status like where he was but he didn’t pick it up. At 7:38 pm I called taxiforsure Customer care up and explained him everything that we are waiting for your driver and now he is not picking up the call. Customer care executive said that “Sir let me check and can I place your call on hold I said that yes then after a long hold (7 minutes) he said that “sir I am sorry cabs are not available”. I asked him that I have spoken to your driver, he said that he would be coming, and I have said no to other taxi also as he was coming. Now you are sorry what does it mean? Are you making fool out of me? If your driver doesn't want to go then either he or your company should have informed me earlier then I was told that “sir let me put your call on hold and ask my senior to talk to you. Again after long hold (5 minutes) he said sorry sir our management is busy but they will call you back in 5 minutes. That’s.That’s 5 minutes never come till today. On 14th December 2015 I register a complaint on taxiforsure website (under contact us) but till now they do not come back as if they don’t care

                Hi, This is relating to my travel with Taxi for sure (Ref - TFS-PP-C[protected] trip happened on 21-Dec-2015. Booked a taxi and boarded it in the evening at around 4:30 PM near SJR I PARK, Bangalore. Trip started and traveled only half a km (500M). Another van came and hit the cab in which i was traveling. With no proper notification to me, driver closed the trip and an amount of Rs.68/- got deducted from my online account. When asked the customer care team, they casually replied that the amount collected is correct. When the trip got ended within 500M and that too because of driver's fault of improper driving, how can the amount be deducted. Would need a proper resolution for this. Thanks, Kasiviswanathan

                  My parents had to move from Pune to Pune airport on 21st Dec @ 20:30. I made an advance booking in 'Taxi for Sure' around 17:40; and received a confirmation SMS. At 20:15 I got a call from 'Taxi for sure' customer care stating: they could not provide a desired vehicle (hatchback); so they offered me a sedan. I accepted and confirmation message with driver details was sms-ed to me (at around 20:17). When I called the driver; he said that he had cancelled the request; and that he could not come for pick up. When I tried to reach the 'customer center' again; they informed me that: the booking has been cancelled - "due to no response from you." I explained to them that I had received a confirmation status through sms (and call); just few mins back. But they just said "SORRY". They informed that I need to initiate a fresh booking again for another cab. This is ridicules. Finally We had to take alternate means to reach the airport. But this incident created deep hurt towards 'Taxi for Sure' service. We had done prior planning to reach some spot on-time; and a cancellation like this; affect the plan deeply. How could I get a call at 20:15 from same 'Taxi for sure'; and a rejection status in 3 mins. The worst part is: I have BSNL connection; and I was standing in BSNL office at that time-slot (I cannot believe that I missed your call). I have all the call time logs & sms logs to substantiate my complaint. Please strive hard to improve your service and customer confidence; and don't do such cancellation; without call confirmation (try few more calls; if you could not reach the customer).                     When i booked a taxi from taxiforsure, i called the driver to know where is he. But he told me to cancel the ride!!! Then i asked why? without giving any reply he just disconnected the call. At least he could tell the reason. Is it the general behaviour of your drivers? When your customers need you how can you behave like this? Next again I booked another taxi and he too told the same. He gave an excuse : its too far.!!! I was struggling to book a taxi standing in sun and this behaviour is quite depressing. I decided never ever to book taxiforsure and I will recommend all my friends and relatives not to use taxiforsure. WORST!

                      I was travelling with my family in TaxiForSure cab( Booking TFS-PP-C49029948, Cab number : KA01 AC6500 - Tata Indica, Driver Name : Muthu Raju MS) from J. P. Nagor 7th Phase to Munnekolala on 20th December 2015 at 8:36 PM. Suddenly after getting one phone call, Driver said that car is not working at 9:10 PM near Gopalon Mall, Jaydeva. He has stopped the application and asked me to pay Rs. 111. I've paid and booked another OLA cab. I was waiting for the OLA cab and noticed that the TaxiForSure cab take back and ran away with his cab. This type of service is not expected from TaxiForSure. You should take action on this driver, otherwise he will do same thing for other passenger that will affect your reputation. Waiting for your reply in [protected]@rediffmail.com.

                        I booked a cab from my number [protected](rishabh agrawal) at 10.55 pm on 19th Dec that is right now, and as soon I booked I called up the driver. The driver was yuraj kamble mob( [protected]).He tells me that he can't come and that he has cancelled the booking. When I told him you cannot do that, he started abusing me with all maa bhen saying "200 rupaye ka bhaada hota hai tumlog ka aur natak chod te ho " and studffs like that.when I said il complain against you he jus went on abusing me. This is the worst that you give to your customer. I want to register a complaint against that driver, I also want to know what action you take. If not I will post this instance in public media and make sure your company is defamed.

                          Every friday evenings in Pune - Hinjewadi area when we book a cab the drivers either cancel the booking after asking us where u wish to go else say that they are not able to find the address. Its become a routine. It happened today twice in half an hour with me from 5.30-6pm. Second cab passed in front of me but did not wait and had somebody else sitting with driver. First can driver after hearing the address stopped taking calls later and then i got message of booking cancelled by driver. If this repeats we will shift to uber which is more commited and have had good experience.

                            In the last one month, I have faced the severe inconvenience from Taxiforsure. First incident was on 16th Nov, 2015 when I have booked the taxi in advance for a pick up from my residence in Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. Did not receive the driver detail till last minute despite calling number of times. Then the driver called telling that he would be late. I had to rush to catch a auto which charged me heavily as i was getting late and I had no other option as I almost missed my train. Booking ID was TFS-PP-C41917364. Just sent a sorry message and case was closed. Second incident happened on 13th Dec, 2015 morning when again I have booked well in advance and got all confirmations. Suddenly received a call in early morning around 4 AM that no taxi is there when pick up time was 5:45 AM. I do not understand why they confirm bookings when they cannot arrange a taxi on time. Booking reference no. this time was TFS-PP-C46755255. No sorry message this time around. Their name should be changed to 'TaxiMightBe" instead of Taxiforsure. It is important to bring this is notice of everyone not to rely on the this company service. I would their senior management to take note of this.

                              Hi everybody, yesterday on 15th Dec..i booked taxi for sure for 4 30 am on 16th dec as my elderly parents had to leave early for the early flight in the morning. This guy named Deepak had called from the companies dispatch Dept at 3 o clock that taxi for sure is not 1.5 hrs before pick time that they are not able to provide cab though it was booked a day earlier and I have got a confirmation message for the same. After talking to this guy for 15 minutes he said he will try and give a call back. I was out of town I couldn't do anything instead of just waiting.. My parents were not allowed to board the flight because the reported late using some other cab services. Please do not trust taxi for sure because the are not sure if they can provide you services. Real bad customer service, real bad response system., they can leave you in roads Wang anything can happen to your near and dear ones.                                 I took the cab from domestic airport to noida. when i get down from the cab i got the message for deduction of Rs 157/- of total ride. The driver asked me to pay extra amount as his device was not working. I refused for the same and said you should check the same before attending the customer. He misbehaved but i didn't give him cash. Next day i got the mail from taxiforsure and they deducted Rs 420/- .When i wrote them back for the same they just send me Thank u mail. I need my money back. The problem is at their end so they can't charge extra. at that moment i got the bill and paid the same. But now they are charging for their mistake.

                                  This is to convey my extreme dissatisfaction regarding the service i received from your company during my ride Last Sunday (13th-December-2015) I booked one of your cabs via Ola cabs to attend an important family wedding. After the booking was confirmed I called up the driver and asked him how long will it take him to reach the pickup destination to which he replied 20 min. Indirectly he was convincing me to cancel the ride which i didn't. Instead he reached the pickup destination 5 min later which as a matter of fact proves that he was lying in the first place. During the trip he asked us to get down near Ganesh Talkies as his phone was not working or there was some kind of network problem. What kind of service is this?? When i asked him to go as per the rate he refused to it and said that obviously i cant carry you on my shoulders. He started misbehaving and was still unaffected when i said i will be complaining about him in customer care and was continuously asking me to get down. After long argument he pretended to call up at the customer care and said that the customer was misbehaving. Suddenly his phone started working and finally he agreed to continue the trip . However i would appreciate if some action is taken regarding this incident.                                     TFS-AT-C47466118. Booked SUV for 5 pax to go to Domestic Apt Mumbai. Booking done on 12Dec for travel on 15Dec. Taxi booked for 0615. No SMS recd so I called them at 0550. Then got SMS at 0558 saying no driver. I again called at 0605. Was told no SUV available. Was offered one Sedan. When I reminded 5 pax, they said cannot help and cancelled booking.

                                      Hi, I have booked the taxi for sure through the OLA app and I have called the TFS driver he asked me where we need to drop you. I told please dropped me in Medavakkam after 10 minutes there was no call from the driver and I called him, he told he is near sithalapakkam but heavy traffic so, unable to pickup me and he cancelled my ride. I never travelled in the car but the amount of rs.92 is debited from my OLA money. Fraud driver.. I have never travelled but I got an sms 'Your Fare: Rs.93 (incl. service tax). Paid from OLA money - Rs. 93.1. Kindly pay the driver Rs.0. (Distance-4kmn Trip time-14mins). Get your bill @http://tfs.my/4LI23B . Bill also sent [protected]@gmail.com. Thanks! -TaxiForSure' I really disappointed and I tried to contact the driver but his number is in switched off and his mobile number is: [protected]. Please check this case and refund my money. Worst car booking ever without travel how the customer wants to pay the money. Please check the case. I have already contacted the OLA and taxi for sure through the email, call but no one has resolved my issue and hope from the consumer complaints my issue will resolve.                                         I had prebooked a taxi from TFS app from Malleshwaram to Bengaluru airport on 11.12.15 for which I recieved a confirmation. Thanks! p2p booking TFS-PP-C47220380 @ 11 a.m., Dec. 11, 2015 is confirmed. But the driver never turned up even after I got this msg.Your new driver SANTHOSH M ([protected]), KA02AE7376 is on the way. on calling him he said he never got the details and told me to book again. I had to rebook other taxi at last minute. After sometime I got this msg.Your Fare: Rs.126 (incl. service tax). Kindly pay the driver Rs.126. (Distance-4kmn Trip time-19mins).
