A regular customer for tfs hired a taxi for pick up at Mitcon., balewadi to kalyani nagar. Complaint1: the Driver was abanding calls from the Customer Complaint 2: the Driver came to the destination after 20 min Complaint3: the Driver dropped the Customer in the middle of the destination. Complaint 4: the Driver took false pictures of the customer without her consent. Complaint 5 : the Driver misbehaved with the lady Customer by snatching her file. Complaint 6: when the Customer got off the vehicle. He forced her, talked in extremely bad tone and also tried manipulate fellow autorikshaw drivers nor to help me. TFS-ATC4472142 on 27th November, cancelled from TFS side, at the last min around 15 mins before the pick up time, and they were unable to send the another cab because of which i faced problem along with my friends to reach to airport. This is a very serious problem considering the scenario in chennai . i reached the airport very late i was being called as a final call. Disappointed and i have already written to the company twice and they are not replying.

We have booked taxiforsure from OLA app and my trip charge was 63 rs. We have paid to the driver in cash. And I found that my ola money of rs 64 has been deducted for the same trip. Please tak an immediate action and refund my ola money.

Hi, i booked my taxiforsure yesterday 10th December for 6.30pm. I got the sms and the driver was assigned. The driver was on its way for the pickup..but he didn't reach me and i didn't board the cab.as my account is connected via paytm..he started the trip on his own and ended and i got the sms abt my successful trip (which i never did)and was charged rs 87. Below is the sms for the same. Your Fare: Rs.87 (incl. service tax). Paid from Paytm - Rs.87.29. (Distance-3kmn Trip time-11mins). Get your bill @ http://tfs.my/QJA9MH . Bill also sent to [protected]@gmail.com. Thanks! -TaxiForSure I demand a compensation from taxiforsure and that driver should be questioned for his misdeed. I am a regular traveller wid taxiforsure and this incident has really put me in doubt for the future bookings.

Taxi for sure seems to care not about planning & doesnot care for their commitments. I had booked a Taxi for New Delhi Railway Station on 4th December 2015 at about 11:40PM. I received a confirmation message p2p booking TFS-PP-C46164811 @ 5:30 a.m., Dec. 5, 2015 stating that the booking is confirmed for my travel. I had to board a train to Amritsar at 7:00 A.M from the New Delhi Station. At 5:04 A.M, i receive a message for Car upgradation. Then, at the same time i receive a message with driver name Hardeep Singh, Sedan & Car No. HR56A9631 confirming the taxi details. I dont get any call from the driver. I call up the taxi for sure landline no. & get to know that the team was trying to contact me but i didn't take the call so, they have cancelled the booking. When i tell them that how can you cancel the booking without confirming me, they apologize over the phone & again re-assign me to the same driver. I call up the driver multiple times, he didnot pickup the phone. In the meanwhile i was on phone with the taxi for sure number where they say, they are sorry & cannot give me a cab. At 6:02 A.M, i receive a message from them apologizing for not living up to expectations. I need to understand what kind of service is this & what is the sanctity of confirmation if i dont get the cab. All the taxi service providers charge for cancellation so what is the consumer's right in case of their default. How do i know that they cannot provide a cab even for the confirmed bookings. What about the planning i had & the mental harassment & torture i went through at that time when i feared missing my train. I had to board the train with my small 3.5 years old daughter & husband & was not willing to take any risks that is why i booked in advance. What should i take it as, that confirmation doesn't mean anything. In that case it would mean i should book for more than 1 cab & then keep on paying cancellation charges just because of non-reliability of companies like Taxiforsure. Does a message apologizing for not living up to expectations suffices for all the troubles i faced that day.

Lat month, I received a random subscription mail from Taxi for sure under my email ID and name which was never made by me. I am now receiving travel bills from Taxi for sure under my name in my email account from Pune, Jalandhar etc, place I have never even visited! Some unknown person has registered themselves under my email ID and are availing their services in my name and I am extremely uncomfortable with this situation. Here are my concerns: 1. How can Taxi for sure allow users to register themselves, without verifying their emails? 2. I called on the customer care number of Taxi for sure and the staff was extremely rude and uncooperative. They don't register your complaint and lie to you about calling you back and getting in touch with you. 3. Its been over a month and even after countless repeated complaints, no step has been taken to delete this account. 4. I have been harassed by the Taxi for sure's staff in general. Even after noting down the customer care reps name you just talked to, I was not even once able to talk to them again to followup on this issue. I was told everytime, they are either unavailable or their shift ended and you have no choice but to repeat the complaint again and again in a never ending loop. 5.Everytime you call them they assure you to send another mail on top of your earlier complaint mails and that they will get back to you which they never do! They never get back to you with even an acknowledgement, let alone any resolution and when you try to follow up you discover that there is no tracking system to check your previous complaints and you are asked to repeat them from the scratch, everytime you call them. 6. All my complaints have been given a deaf ear and my concerns still remain unresolved. Please take legal actions on such apps/sites that allow your credentials to be exploited like this by allowing random registration without proper verifications and harass you like this.

I can't explain in words how I am disappointed with taxiforsure service. I had booked taxi for Sunday 5:15 but I got call of driver and he refused to go to destination because of deisel cab he had then I called ccare they given another diver no he said that he is too far from pickup place it will take 1 hr to reach. Then I called again ccare, they given another driver no, he also said that he is very far and 1 hr more to reach and the time was 5:40. Then I arrange taxi myself but it took 30 min more to arrange Due to this I missed my train. I reached railway station 15 min late. I faced a lot of issue during this time and missed train as well. I suffer a lot and huge loss of Rs. 10000/ as well. I haven't seen this kind of worst sevice in my whole life. Taxiforsure is world's most worst cab service I experience yet and not believe that any one can provide this king of worst service.

I booked two cabs today and one of the driver called me to get the address (tushal shaluke) while getting details he was very rude in talking and when i asked him to leave and decided to check for another one he started shouting. Later he called me and started threatening and abusing. He asked me to come to his place to fight. It was very annoyable and irritating. Pl resolve the case or ll go to consumer court.

Taxiforsure plays with people belief, time and plan. Almost 20 hours ahead of journey we booked for a cab from taxi for sure (TFS-PP-C[protected] booking id). 30 mins before the travel it shares driver details. 1 min after the sceduled time for ride, taxiforsure send a bill of Rs. 69 saying that the cab took us to the place as directed. It is ridiculous. Where will a person find a taxi now? all taxi providers are same.

In a week have booked taxi twice on 2/12/15 and 5/12/15 for pick up and drop. For 2nd I got cab 1 hour late and before as they keep assigning one after the other 5 drivers also before I could cab I received a bill of 100 rupees that we usually receive after the cab ride that was complained to them on which they said it is technical issue. For 5th I did not got the cab and again received a bill of 72 rupees for the ride that I have not taken. I called up twice they said they are sending but cab never reached, at last I booked another cab after an hour and half. however both the time I got the return cab to my surprise. but this delay had cost me reaching late on destination and then getting back late to home, which cause a late sleep as I do night shift and both the day I couldn't attend the office on time. cause issue at my work place and salary problem on it. I need a compensation as it is multiple time issue and taking customer very casually, also want these taxi services to let us know about services because even after booking 5 hours early, I couldn't get cab why?

Hello I am sujeet from Kolkata. I have booked taxi4sure from Kestopur Kolkata to Babughat Bus stnd Kolkata at around 06:26 pm. on dated 02/12/2015. Trip details: TFS-PP-C45741842 Vehicle no. is WB-04F / 8315 Vehicle type- SEDAN AC Billed amount was 229.59/- Driver has taken 230/- cash at that time. It was my biggest mistake to rely on you going by your name taxi for "SURE".

Rename it to "Taxi NOT AT ALL SURE"!

I had an international flight & had to go to the airport but I suffered due to your DISGUSTING & PATHETIC services.

Even though I got a confirmation message but I don't think you people mean anything by what dictionary says!

"Confirmation" is not a confirmation for you.

You changed the driver, then again. Then after waiting when I called the driver he told me that he's NOT WORKING.

Do you think customer is a fool? Or are you such big ?

I'm surely NOT ever going to recommend your ridiculous services to anyone.

You offer Rs 7/km. Instead of just focusing on prices this much atleast focus on reliability which is also a sensitive matter and results in cases like these.

I'm definitely gonna take some serious step about what scene you created in the morning.

Hi, I had used taxi for sure ride on the date Oct 21 2015, The driver name is Mr Naveen Kumar N G, His mobile number & vehicle number is [[protected]----KA01-AB1732]. That day i don't know how come our dinner dabb's got misplaced in car & immediately i called driver about confirmation. He gave me confirmation that dabb's are with him only & he will return it. But once I came back from my native, driver is giving hell lot of reasons to not returning my misplaced dabb's. I had not expected such kind of experience with taxi for sure drivers.

I had booked a cab for airport drop at 5:30 pm in Hyderabad on 2nd December 2015.I got the cab details but when i called the driver, he refused to turn up to the pick up point.Instead he asked me to come to his place of convenience.Then i called the office and a second cab was alloted but the same thing happened again.Somehow i could get a cab from another agency which dropped me at the airport in correct time. Booked cab for my aunt in Taxi for sure. It was raining . The driver stopped the ride before reaching the destination .I got a message to pay Rs76, remaining amount was deducted from pay tm . But driver demanded to pay Rs.300 Since my aunt was alone she couldn't argue with him in that situation. She paid the amount and left.

I have booked a Taxi for Sure by using Ola App as there was no availability of Ola Cabs. Anyway, I got an SMS Booking TFS -PP-C45282486, Driver Alok Ray, [protected], Car No. WB04F5201, I called the driver and he said he will reach in 10 minutes. At the time of booking I tracked the car is not very far to my place. I gave route direction to the driver and he said he will give me call when he will reach close to my place. After 15-20 minutes I kept on calling the driver 5-6 times but he didn't pick up my phone. It was such an harassment. I had some luggage with me as I was going to an official trip. Unable to find an way out I had to do some other arrangement and couldn't reach my destination in time. I have been hiring Taxi for Sure and Ola quite regularly but have never thought of such an incident. Driver Alok Ray is such an irresponsible person. He didn't even bothered to pick up my call...

I have booked taxi on 20.11.15 from Airport to my home vide No.TFS-AT-C43300166 for 29.11.15. When I made a call for driver detail on 29th at 1/2 hour before they said no staff available. I have to face big problem and have to pay double charge to another taxi. please take appropriate action for this behavior.

Taxi4sure ride num: TFS-AT-C43819445 My wife was att he chennai airport with my 3 yr old daughter. Booked the ride but the drivers just kept her waiting for 1 hour and kept transferring the ride to some other driver. After calling customer care 3 times, they assigned a 4th driver. That driver had a car with no Brakes. half way in the trip, he asked my wife to move to an auto rickshaw with all the luggage. Then at navallur junction he refused to go inside the lane saying taxi4sure rides only ply on main roads. Very severe harassment for ladies travelling alone and a major safety risk.

Trip number:: TFS PP - C43819445 Driver was just 5 mins from my place when booked the cab. I called him and he said coming soon. Then just got this bill. when asked he said, i dont take short distance trips and now i am at kelambakkam. Customer care didnt do anything. This was the 4th such incident by taxi4sure. Last time my wife and daughter were harrassed on the middle of the road.

Rs. 25(convenience charges)+ service tax. This is cancelled at last moment with a silly excuse that we tried informing you an hour before that we are cancelling your booking. I was on a flight and how am I suppose to pick up phone. Being a regular customer this is outrageous service
