poor services

Every time I book the cab, booking was confirmed but at the time of leaving they are not able to provide service, last three times it happens. If these guys are not capable of doing business and giving service at the right time, then please don't give fake assurance....

missed my flight and could not report to work

Had booked a cab nearly a month in advance. Cab was booked on 27th Jan morning 0400 hours. At 0330 received a confirmation of the driver details, on repeatedly calling there was no response. Never ever choose this company for cabs!

Bad service ruined my meeting

Incorrect information provided by customer care

Billed twice

The driver took cash from me for this ride and after sometime 49 rupees were deducted from my account. In short I was charged 98 rupees for this ride. Wallet money not credited / TFS denied
