Every time I book the cab, booking was confirmed but at the time of leaving they are not able to provide service, last three times it happens. If these guys are not capable of doing business and giving service at the right time, then please don't give fake assurance.

    Had booked a cab nearly a month in advance. Cab was booked on 27th Jan morning 0400 hours. At 0330 received a confirmation of the driver details, on repeatedly calling there was no response. On calling the call centre another driver was assigned that contact details as well was of the same fate. Called the call centre again, was promised a cab to reach by 0430 for sure. No response again from the driver or revert from call centre. My flight was on time and was taking off at 0555. At 0445 hrs received a call from the cab driver asking for directions and he was a decent 7 kms away, there was no point in boarding the cab as I have already missed the flight, so informed the same to driver and informed him not to come. Received a call from the call centre for the first time asking why the cab was cancelled post driver assignment, had to explain the whole story and had to give a justification from my side as to why I cancelled the booking but there was no sense empathy from the caller. The booking was done for a location in Bangalore

      Below is the conversation, because of these irresponsible attitude we lost almost more than 1, 00, 000.00 Lakh. I would like to file a case against TAXIFORSURE. It was very important meeting and to attend this I booked TAXI prior 1 week and I got the confirmation we well from TAXIFORSURE, because of their stupidity it had been cancelled. I raised the complaint with TAXIFORSURE guys but they didn't respond on my words. Below is the mail which I sent few days back. ... Hello Taxi Team, It was very stupidity what u done which can't be tolerable. I had done booking on 18th January, 2015 for 23rd January, 2015 drive and got booking confirmation code- 'TFS-IN-C8551073'. Booked It for an important meeting and it was had been planned from one year. For the same I spent more than 1, 00, 000.00(1 Lakh). But due to your irresponsible and stupidity the meeting was cancelled. Now I need the answer who will be the responsible for this idiocy? I want you guys to pay back my 1, 00, 000.00 money if not am ready to go ahead to file a case against you(TAXI FOR SURE). Many mistakes has been done by TAXIFORSURE and those can be monitored: I have made many calls even before the drive/ride time, you were very sure that will get taxi on the time which has specified on e-ticket. Drive time got overdue and keep on calling you but guys entertained with me by keeping my call on hold and said you will get for sure then dropped the call. After one hour I got call from one of executive's from you, she told 'Sir, due to insufficient taxi's we are unable to provide you the taxi', do you think that is it the answer that customer expects (It was long back booking, confirmed drive and it is already overdue for one hour). Later few minutes the same executive told sir will send two taxi's instead of 1 big which you booked but it will take another one hour. I agreed and had been waiting but even after one hour there is no call/message and I was not able to connect with any number even for customer care. After 1 hour I spoke with another executive (which was connected when I tried almost a 100th time), the executive was promised and told will get two taxi's in 20 minutes and driver details message in 5 minutes max(You can monitor recorded call). But I didn't get any, again called up to customer care ( tried more than 50 times) when it was connected the same executive was lied that sir you were cancelled the drive but never I did and it was really unacceptable behavior. Finally after three hours the executive told 'Sir, you have to raise one more drive/ride request and we can't do anything for previous booking/order/drive. There is no prior intimation and also not even responding to customers. There is no other go (No other number to contact them). Everything I experienced is never acceptable. I need the resolution for it asap. Thanks, Sathish

        Hi, I had complained regarding malpractices by drivers and your customer service desk. TaxiForSure Booking Confirmation - TFS-PP-C8039683 After investigation you guys agreed to refund the amount to my bank account. I had provided all the details of bank account, but there is no refund till date. Also you people did not even bother to reply the mail I sent for asking update on refund. Please look into the matter and let me know the update. If required I can forward you the mails. I am not going to use any of the service by Taxi for sure and I would suggest you people to stop your wallet payment service as cab drivers still ask for money in mid night when customer has no option.           I have chosen a Taxi from TFS. at the last moment I got to know that the booking is canceled. Missed the flight. This might not other a lot for a rich person but for an ordinary person its a lot! Mark my words...NEVER CHOOSE THIS BLOODY COMPANY FOR CABS.

            we have booked a 7 seater vehicle to Munnar at 10.30 pm on 23rd Jan and have been confirmed a booking via SMS that a cab will be available till 26th Jan, but without any intimation when we called taxi for sure at 11 pm that why the cab is not available we were told that the cab is not coming. Asking for a reason I did not get a positive response. In today's newspaper we saw cab services are recruiting people from IIT, but here is the service where we are ready to travel and not getting information that the cab is coming or not at due time. Upon calling we get to know that the cab is not coming... This is ridiculous and taxi for sure should not be availed by anybody because of absolute useless service and very very casual approach and unprofessional behaviour. SMS from taxi for sure 21, 35 pm 23rd jan 2015.

              Horrible Experience with Taxiforsure. No show twice in last 1 month even after confirmation I had booked a cab on 22nd Jan 2015 in the morning for travel in the evening at 7:15 p.m.(Booking ID TFS-PP-C8839673). I got the confirmation that taxi will be made available. But when I didn't get the sms even 20-25 min before the scheduled time, I called up the customer care number and I was informed that driver details will be sent in 2-3 min and cab will surely be available. New 15 min as well no sms was received. So I had to call again at 7:05 p.m.. Same response given by the customer care executive. Again false commitment that within 2 min sms will be received and cab will surely come. But again no sms or communication on the cab. I finally gave a call at 7:20 p.m. and still no driver details were given. The customer care executive was extremely unapologetic and said that it may take another 15-20 min but still didn't give the driver details. So 3 calls and everytime wrong commitment was give. I asked the call to be transferred to the senior but I was denied same as well. Eventually I had to mention that if I don't get a confirmation about cab on the call, I'll have to cancel the booking. Without taking my consent the customer care executive just cancelled the booking. I fail to understand, how come you guys give a confirmation or false commitment every time, when you don't have the fleet to serve the customer. I will certainly take this matter up at the right forums and if I don't get a satisfactory explanation, I'll drag this matter to the consumer court. It is because of such a pathetic customer service, that I was stuck for an hour on the road. The name taxiforsure should certainly be changed to: "Taxinotforsure", "customerservice notforsure"..

                Hello, Today i had booked a cab through Taxi for Sure at 8:30 pm. I received a confirmation from Taxi for Sure employee as well as a sms and email from Taxi for Sure confirming the booking. Till 8:30 pm, i didnt get any driver details so i called Taxi for Sure number where their representative said that the cab is not available. Because of lack of communication from Taxi for Sure end i got late in a very important meeting. This is unacceptable to me. There needs to be some form of communication. I need an apology for this and i am sure to never use Taxi for Sure service again and will make sure i let people around me know not to make a mistake like i did with booking Taxi for Sure cab.

                  I booked a cab on 20th January TFS-PP-C8712831 for 9:15am for 21st January. I have an SMS and a confirmation booking Email from this company. According to the SMS, the cab details should have been confirmed 15 minutes before. When I realized its 9:14am and there's no SMS, I called their customer care. Call #1: someone picked, kept me on hold for more than a minute and disconnected Call #2: someone picked, kept me on hold, no solution Call #3: someone picked, kept me on hold, says, no cab available, shall I forward the call to my senior, I disconnected Its 9:45am right now and I just got a call from a cab driver who said, I just got your details and Im coming to pick you. I have promptly said no to the cab as my wife who had to board the cab had to leave for her office at 9:27am, since the promised cab never arrived. I want punitive damages from Taxi For Sure. 1. A no show notice must be served to the company 2. My wife got delayed for her work due to TFS promised cab not being there 3. A strong monetary penalty, which will ensure that TFS does not take customers for a ride

                    Hi, I(Sanjay Singh) booked a taxi yesterday night(17th Jan) for this morning(18th Jan) 11am ad got the confirmation tfs-pp-c8512178. The cab came to me one and half hour late (12:30pm) after spending 45mins on call with taxi for sure customer service. I called thrice to them and finally asked for a supervisor who took 30 minutes on the call to look for a taxi. I missed a very important meeting which was schedule at 12:30PM and hope they understand that sometimes sorry is not enough to cover a loss, I lost my confidence on Taxi for sure and would request to return my balance from my e-wallet.                       The first time when I booked the taxi I asked the customer care that if any offers are running but they said no, I checked on the internet then I got to know that they have am offer as Wallet 50 running. I asked them how to book but no body was ready to share the correct information & processes . I somehow managed to refills account. And then I booked the taxi but then customer care told me that I haven't booked it through wallet 50 so I will not get not get any discount when I reached my destination they deducted the money from my wallet . How can they deduct without my information is once my ovule was switched off how will I receive the information. Very unprofessional ppl No integrity

                        Hi team, This mail is in regard to the below attached booking. I was charged 49/- Rs for this ride. The driver took cash from me for this ride and after sometime 49 rupees were deducted from my account. In short I was charged 98 rupees for this ride. I would like you to look into this matter and rectify this as soon as possible. P.S- I'm really saddened by such burglaries happening in your service. Regards, Priyam Awasthy

                        I booked fixed fare INR 900 taxi to Bangalore Airport. When I reached the destination, the driver said he does not know anything about Wallet service and demaned to be paid in full through cash. After I paid, I got the message that INR 800 has been debited from my Wallet and I just need to pay INR 100. This is cheating, when TFS rolled out a new service, why did it not ensure each and every driver knows about the services they are offering.

                        I want my INR 800 to be refunded back to my account. My trip code is TFS-AT-C8135473. I am going to need a Taxi back from Airport next week. I am sure I will take another cab service this time.

                        Non arrival of cab

                        We booked a cab on 29th Jan for pick up from airport at 10pm. We received details of cab but cab did not arrive.

                          I booked a taxi from Chennai Airport to Adambakkam on 13th January 2015 for 2.15 PM, I waited in the airport from 1.45 PM to 2.30 PM for the "Taxi for Sure" taxi, no use, no taxi cam there from them ... I called them to inform about this incident. Their Customer car executive put me on hold and disconnected the call in a while after i told them about the issue. The special thing about this issue is we took a outside taxi there near Chennai Airport and that was a "Taxi For Sure" Taxi running for more money. Bull **** Service

                            Dear Sir, This is the 3rd complaint I am making against Taxiforsure. This particular complaint is about three continuous days ie 10th 12th and 13th January, 2015. Taxiforsure has cheated me and not carried out the following orders 1.13th Jan 15 today - Order No. TFS -PP @ - 8131244 2.12th Jan 15 Yesterday -Order No. TFS -PP @ 8011059 3.10th Jan 15 Saturday -Order No. TFS -PP @ 7963215 All the above orders from P Selva Raj #909, 1st Cross, 1st Stage, Indiranagar near Gopi Garage. They have tortured a Senior Citizen. In all the above cases, drivers fixed for my trip REFUSED to come to my house saying " you contact the office I am busy now. The second driver to locate and come to my house takes more than 1 1/2 hours of my fixed time. This has happened continuously for the past three days including today. The last person who wants to send another taxi today was Mr.Bharath. Please take serious note of this complaint and correct your NET-WORK or else please DO-NOT ACCEPT orders.                               Hi, This is regarding my Taxi For Sure ride from Hotel Orchid, FC Road to Aundh in Pune. My total bill was 113/- but my driver charged me 50/- extra saying it was waiting charges. So I had to pay him 113 + 50 = 163/- But my total bill didn't reflect any extra amount. Nowadays, even auto rickshaws have waiting charges calculated through meter. Then why TaxiForSure is charging me extra amount which is not a part of my bill?                                 On 6th January, 2015 I was trying to recharge my TFS wallet, using mobile app from my HDFC Bank account. They were giving some offer which were valid till 7th Jan, 2015 only. I have done a total of 6 transactions of Rs. 1000, 500, 1000, 1000, 1000, 1000. (Totalling Rs. 5500). Now, the 1st two transaction got credited to my account immediately. But, the not the other four transactions of Rs. 4000. After raising an issue and calling customer care many times, they credited Rs. 3000 + promotion money to my wallet. And told me that rest Rs. 1000, I will get in 24 hours. But even after calling everyday, submitting bank page screenshot, bank's monthly statement they didn't credited the amount (Rs. 1000) to my wallet. Today, after 7 days when I again called customer care the person told me they will not give me Rs. 1000 as bank transaction got failed. They denied to give me the transaction ID of the failed transaction too out of all. As per my bank, all transactions were successful and credited to Vendor's account. Please, help me from this cheat taxi service.

                                  yesterday i had bkd the cab for my 2 guests from bombay from satellite to ahmedabad airport. the driver arrived on time. But after we loaded the luggage the driver disclosed conveniently that he is totally unaware of road routes in ahmedabad. he was totally new...!! my guests also did not know the route at all. i tried to explain the route but he was blank. last minute we rushed and took my neighbour's car, unloaded the luggage and rushed to the airport. And the best part was, i kept on calling their help line 60601010, but nobody piked up...!!! This is so very irresponsible...!! they should have asked while booking if the guests are aware of the roads. are they trying to say that only locals should use their taxis..!!!

                                    My name is Prakash. My registered mobile number with taxi for sure is [protected]. I booked a taxi for pick up at 9.00am on 09th Jan 2015. I booked a Sedan class taxi. I was told that I will get the drivers detail before 30 minutes of pick u time. However, I got a msg at 8.50 for an indica. I already told them while booking the taxi that I don't want indica at all. I was tols at 8.55 that I will get a sedan car at 9.15. When I called at 9.20am I was asked to call a driver called Madusudhan. Later I got to know that he is a driver for indica. I was ready to pick up indica. The tolds me that I will get indica by 9.35am. I had to board a train at Yaswantpur railway staton at 11.15 (duronto exp). We were 4 guys and 3 lugage. Later I booked 2 autos at rs750 each for yashwant pur railway station. (1500) total for 2. I reached yashwantpur railway station at 11.45. I missed my train and lost 1600. (total ticket cost was 3200, 50% refund) as 3 guys were about to board the train. Now, I want TAXI FOR SURE to pay me penalty of 8000 as I missed a train from howrah as well. Ticket charge for that was 1500. That was booked from HOWRAH to SAHIBGANJ. Please help me in getting the penalty. Please reach me at [protected]. I was completely harassed and was frustated as it was very urgent to reach Howrah. My brother in law had to reach Howrah any how by 10th jan. Flight ticket was too much duw to which we were not able to book the flight ticket. Please help.

                                    No one contacted me. Please call me at [protected]. Don't cheat. Like no call from your end and update your system as customer not picking up the call. SO PLEASE CALL AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE.
                                    I have still not received any call from anyone. If this service is not going to work, stop it. No need to give a hope to consumers.

                                      I had done a booking with Taxi for sure radio taxi on 3rd january15 for the entire next week starting 5th jan to 10jan twice a day.On 5th morning my cab was booked for 9am and till 8:50 no information was there i called them up they said in the next 15 mins.cab would arrive i again waited but no intimation finally i spoke to senior he said that cab is 1.5 kms away from my home and would reach me in the next 5 mins the cab driver called me and I got to know he;s at least 20 kms away from my place ;and more over i receive a message my taxi has arrived ..again i spoke to their senior who then said fine gv me time and for sure the cab would be availabe in exact 20 mins i again waited and called them up after 30 mins then they kept my call on hold for 15 mins and then a girl came on line and said no cab is available to which i got very irate and then after lots of hassle i finally received the cab at around 11 :00 and i had the booking for 9am.although i did not pay anything but in my office i was marked as half day absent .but since i had my other bookings also i called them again to know the status and should i continue further to this their senior convinced me that i should continue with my other bookings and he would take care of it, for 2 days it was ok but again on Wednesday Jan. 7th that too in the evening time I had my booking for 6:15 till 6pm no intimation from their end i called them up and their executive informed me that the cab has already been assigned to me but since there is a technical issue i have not received the message ;but the cab would surely be there in time i waited for 20 mins no cab and no further information from their end... i called them up and their floor manager straight away told me that there is no cab and if i want i can cancel all my bookings...this is the type of pathetic service taxi for sure has been providing...and finally i cancelled all my bookings with them...next day i again spoke to the same guy who had committed good service and he said that he cannot do any thing and their concerned department would get back to me.Now its been 2 days but still no one has got back to me ...

                                        Dear Sir, I booked a Taxi Cab from ”Taxi For Sure” for Vadodara – Ahmedabad with pickup at my residence in Vadodara at 5.30pm on 8th Dec’14 with Booking ID-TFS-IC-C5869659. The Taxi which was supposed to pick me at 5.30pm did not came till 6.45pm and so i kept calling driver and taxi for sure but they keep on telling lie that taxi will come in 5-10 min. I had to catch the flight from Ahmedabad at 9 pm but due to this delay, i couldnt catch the flight and had to pay Rs.12, 500/- more for other ticket from vadodara. Service of Taxi for sure is worst in all the app based travel companies in india . Due to them i faced monetary loss as well as mental stress of calling them and then cancelling my tickets and book another. They did not bother to compensate for this loss. Service of Taxi For Sure should be banned in India with immediate effect. Regards, Kamal
