I have booked the mobile app from their app and i received confirmation on the same from taxiforsure. Attached email communication on this. However we have been waiting for the cab and it didnt come, i called customer care and they mention no cabs available. When i asked for more clarification on why was confirmation message was sent, they dont have any answer and just telling we cannot serve the cab now. Result of this i have to pay double the money as it was urgent for me to travel destination.     One of the worst experiences with taxiforsure chennai. I had booked a cab in themorning for 5pm in the evening for aiport. i was told that the booking was confirmed. and till 5pm no sms about driver contact was sent. i called them and they just said sorry for the inconvenience. I told that guy to transfer to a senior executive which he didnt and said nothing is available tillnext half an hour. I had to book another cab and the fact that im going to the airport is more cause of concern as i could miss my flight. ive also been a supporter of taxiforsure. this time you lost a fan. very sad.

      booking reference no TFS-RT-C4845387 DT 19.11.2014 FOR CAB @4.00PM FROM 893, SEC-15, FARIDABAD TO RAILWAY STATION, GURGAON. 1. THE CAB REACHED PICK UP POINT LATE BY 30MINUTES. 2. THE DRIVER DID NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF DIRECTIONS TO THE DESTINATION FROM THE POINT OF ENTERING GURGAON AFTER GGN-FBD TOLL POINT. 3.         ref number TFS-PP-C441132 Cab never came. when i called customer care they said in 15 mins cab is coming. After that 5 mins later i got cancellation when i tracked it. i have already sent email regarding this. My train has been missed. I paid meru Rs 25/km upfront to reach as taxi for sure screwed big time. Customer care executive Gaurav didnt helped me. I paid meru plus also missed my train. who will compensate ????

          Hi, I have booked taxi in advance 3 days before from TaxiForSure Hyderabad and I have not received a call or message that there is Break Down and I came to know when I called up during the time I am waiting for the car to arrive that there is break down. Its very important for me to travel on time and there is no alternative for me during that early hours in the morning. Really very disappointed as I was with my Family and reach home and have to connect another flight for my office work. This service is very worst service ever and not evn responding to the customer to atleast inform more than 45 mins before so that I can book another taxi but no taxi service will provide in next one hour. Its very horrible situation and helpless situation if we are having this kind of Worthless and Worst Service ever given by these Service Providers. Pls take this Seriously as this affects everybody during their planned travels.

            I had booked a cab in Pune pickup 5.30 pm on 5th Nov 2014 however I did no got the cab at that time. Later I called their helpline and ask for cab details and they say your booking was not confirmed had just done an enquiry. Which was untrue as I had booked it through mobile app and got confirmation for the same with booking id tfs-pp-c4221403 and I got a message on 7th saying our cabs are not available T 5.30 PM Which is 2 days after journey date. Simply unreliable cab service.

              Hi, I am Bangalore and last night was one of the most horrible night I have ever experienced. I was sick and decided not to travel by bike and instead taught of booking a cab from TaxiForSure. It was 8 PM when I booked the cab and the website showed a message saying my cab will pick me up by 9:15. Around 9 pm I called up the customer care to ask if the cab has arrived and to my horror the customer care said that cab is delayed by 15 mins and I will be picked by 9:30. When asked about why I was not informed about this the customer service guy said that he had already sent a message to my mobile which was not the case. Anyways I believed these guys and I came out of my office and 9:30. Since I had not got any message as yet from the company I started to get little anxious and decided to the call the customer care again. This time whin i did call up the customer executive said that my booking has been cancelled since there were no cabs available. To my horror I was shocked and worried as I was really sick. After couple of minutes i get a message saying that a cab has been allocated and the driver called me up informing that he will pick me up by 9:30. I was slightly relieved since i got the cab details but again the story doesn't end. After 5 mins the cab driver calls me and informs me that the company has assigned him a different customer and that he will not pick me up unless I call the customer care and inform about my situation. I had really lost my cool and called up these amateur customer executive again and informed them about the exact situation. the customer care assured me that the cab is confirmed and they will talk to the cab driver to pick me up. It was close to 9:45 almost half an hour since all this started. The driver finally picks me up and we were about to leave when the driver informs me that the route details is not entered in his mobile and he will not start until the details are provided to him from the executive. I was really pissed by now and again called up these executives. the driver and the executive had a fight for almost half an hour. Since i had already paid for the cab through netbanking I had no option but to wait for this nonsense to stop. Close to 10:30 we finally start and the driver informs me that the company has provided me 100rs discount for the trouble that i have faced. As if that will solve all my problem and close to 1 hour that I wasted. Then at 11:30 I get dropped to my location, since I had already paid for the cab I just left, but after 10 mins i get a message from the company saying i have to pay another 187 rupees to the cab. NOt sure why. I was tiered and wanted all this nonsense to stop. I just paid the cab driver and decided never to use the service from TaxiForSure. I hope my issue gets resolved and just pray that no one goes through this kind of treatment.

                Hi, I have booked a Cab for pick up from New Delhi Railway station on 27th October and booking ID is (TFS-PP-C4054873). The booking was confirmed and I got the message for the same. I called up customer care one hour before the pick-up time to reconfirm as I was with family and they said that the cab will be there on time. But when I reached railway station cab was not there and I again called Customer care. This time they kept me on hold for 5 mins and then informed that cab cannot be arranged. They did not inform me at all that the cab is not arranged and I have to suffer. I could not reach office at time and missed important meeting. I asked customer care that why I was not informed and they answered that TFS will give you a call for that(which never came as expected). This is highly unprofessional and unethical behaviour.                 The service of these people are pathetic all over India it seems... Similar pathetic experience I have faced with this cheapo taxi service provider in Bangalore. I feel the the local cab and auto-walas are far more better than this service providers. consmercomplaints.in team- please guide and assist us to make this providers compensate for these unethical behaviour of such businesses and who are just blocking money from their customers with such awful and detrimental service.

                  Hi, On 3rd Nov I had booked a cab from this cab service provider in bangalore. They should be named as "Taxi So Unsure" but unfortunately they are known as Taxi for sure-hilarious! Booking ID was TPS-PP-C4212613. Booking was confirmed and they informed that cab details will be sent sometime prior to the booked time. I received 6 SMS with 6 different cab details and driver details, tried contacting the latest one and the driver phone was switched off. I kept on waiting and there was no revert from any of them. I finally had to make my own arrangement and reach my destination. How can anybody even believe these people anymore. The booking was very much within the city limits and from very accessible location (JP Nagar 1st phase). There has been a huge inconvenience. Prior to the day I had booked the cab, I had refilled the online wallet in their website thinking that I will use the amount the next day and also will be accustomed with the process of paying from the wallet. After this recent incident and few prior to that, I intend and advice anybody not to use their services and I am contacting them for the past 3-4 days to initiate a refund of that amount back to my bank account and everyday they are goofing me saying they will get back to me by the end of the day. I do not see a very clean intention here. I would seek the money back to my account and I do not want to use their services anymore because its a headache to rely on such providers who do not care and are ignorant towards the need of the customers- they are charging them and also harassing them. I would be obliged to the team here as I approach you for your assistance towards this matter. I am not sure if the panel here decides on compensations because such providers need to understand the value of imparting service and not been an inconvenience in the society.                     I did bulk booking for one month for 9:30 A.M to my office pickup. They confirmed my booking also.I called to the customer care at 9::00A.M about my cab, they said cab will surely reach at 9:30 A.M.I waited till 9:20A.M and called to the customer care, they said apolozies and promised me that cab will surely reach at 9:45 A.M, after that i received a S.M.S with cab number and cab driver details. I waited till 10:00A.M and called to the taxi driver, Driver told that he doesn't have any pickup at that time and no response from the customer care also. Really Taxi For Sure is a worst taxi service providers and no taxi for sure.

                      Hi All, I am staying in Bangalore and last week I had booked a cab from Taxi for sure company and I got an SMS saying the timing and the taxi is confirmed. The cab was booked at night 11.45 PM and I have given the trust to the company. I started waiting in the mentioned location from 11.330 and there was no follow up from the company. I trusted so much the company and told my friends they will call us at 11.45 atleast. Time passed and at 12.00 O Clock there was no follow up. I called up the customer care spending my money and they informed me that since its a busy day they cannot arrange the cab for me. I was stranded in the middle of no where for one hour until lucky I got a Auto, who took complete advantage of the time. This is one of the worst experience I had so far. If you don't have the cab atleast you should have ensured to let the customer know the situation so that I can look for alternatives. I thought once that Taxi for sure is such an awesome company but this time I really came to know the professionalism. I feel pity for the company. Just imagine if some one has booked the cab for some emergency reason and they got stranded like this. I will never ever use the cab service in my life. Pls. pass the message to every one about this. I have all the messages with me. We cannot have such kind of perverts service. This looks like we customers are fools. At they would have informed the customer about the un availability.                       Taxi for sure single mantra is to irritate their customers to an extent that they lose their patience. Booked a cab yesterday for today's morning flight at 7.30. Followed the general procedure of booking 3 hrs ahead and like anytime even got the drivers details. But the guy never picked up the ph, and this has been happening at least 5 th time. I called him up again and again but with no avail. His details here - Driver:Annegowda- [protected]. (Sedan AC, KA-03-AB-2335). Fare: Rs.850 (incl. Toll charges). -TaxiForSure

                      I spoke to customer care 4 times but they dint had the courtesy to tell me if I shld wait or if they are arranging for other cab as even they corny reach out to their driver. More than 45 minutes passed by and I was left in lurch totally helpless. This is the worse customer service eve from everyone across the team at taxi for sure. In no time they will be doomed and out of business.

                        No taxi for sure you book taxi much in advance but they never provide you one I booked it for mysore three days in advance but after confirmed booking they refused taxi half an hour before departure and no one ready to support or even reply on same when contacted so unprofessional unreliable and naive people never use to save your day.

                          I have booked a cab on 12th oct from new delhi railway station to mahipalpur.generated bill was 277/- but taxi driver has taken 590/- rupees.i have raised complain against that driver and also sent mail but nobody is replied on that and topup of that i am fillowing with customer care and they are responding me sir give me one more days and now they have taken 10 days but till i did not received any response on that.so really taxifor sure peoples are not showing responsibility and now i have lost my trust from them.

                            I recently hired a cab from Taxi for Sure for my travel needs in Delhi on Oct 16 2014. I booked a cab 8 hours in advance from my home i p extension to new delhi station to meet me at 6:30 am. I was assured that a message with driver/cab information will be sent to me 30 mins prior to the booking time. On that day, there was NO sms from Taxi for Sure with driver information, there was no phone call from you people that a cab was ready etc. When I called ur number[protected], the number kept getting disconnected after 10 mins one of the executive respond and promised to avail in 10 minutes10 with sorry etc on my second reminder I have recived 1 sms that booking modified and pick up time is 6:45 inspite of 6:30 have called up driver he said he just recived the booking and he is at Nizammudin station ..further you can understand ..have missed my Jaipur train and have lost my 10000 inr deposit for some business tender... I have BOOKED A CAB WELL IN ADVANCE YET YOU PEOPLE SCREWED ME.AND YOU WERE NOT EVEN PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH TO CALL ME AND TELL ME THAT A CAB WAS NOT AVAILABLE. If I wanted to take a local cab, I would not have hired your people at all in the first place. I HAVE POSTED THIS ON ALL ONLINE FORUMS FOR THE WORLD TO SEE. I HAVE ADVISED EVERYONE I KNOW, AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO, NOT TO USE YOUR SERVICES. I have resolved to stick to MERU cabs - their service is FAR, FAR better. I would advise that you people send your management to learn something from these people. AND, I want a reply on this asap.. I will bring this message in media too as these basturds didn't come back on my complaint on there feed back complaints sections too..                               STAY AWAY FROM TAXIFORSUE... I have sent the mail to taxiforsure on 12 oct 2014 but no reply till now... this is just a commission agent and taxiforsure not owned their cabs and cars and their drivers are also not in their control... believe or not but you can miss your flight or you can miss your meeting or you can be delay with worst cab service like taxiforsure... this is not a brand like OLA cabs or like Meru Cabs... everything happened with me is mention below, this is mail which I sent to taxiforsure... Dear Sir/Mam It was very important meeting for me today so booked a cab from taxi4sure.com and my booking id= TFS-IN-C3729426 Time= 01:00 PM 4 hours 40 km at 500 Rs plan and I got confirmation message by you at early morning at 06:40 AM First of all I got the cab at 01:45 pm... but its okay because I am regularly using your services any many customers also recommended by me so I can adjust... but the main story starts from here: Driver was informed wrongly by your company, he was not aware about the package provided to me, he was informed as drop only some where... Driver called at concerned department of your company but he did not got any satisfactory reply. Then I called to Taxi4sure customer care and talked with your executive mr Rajesh, he told me that he will arrange a call back immediately and still I am waiting your call... Afterward Driver called again and talked someone then told me "Sir, aap koi other taxi book kar lo, me nahi jaunga" Fine I came back to my home but no call by you... So now tell me, WHICH TYPE OF COMPANY YOU ARE...! After giving confirmation you are doing like this and hiring manner less drivers... I think you are not owned your cabs and taxis and just giving services on commission basis. It means you are a commission agent only... Do you know how much loss any individual can get due to delay or late... ...you are not aware... then you are giving services on probability basis only...ex if any one will go then you will get commission or if you will not get any cab then you will make it cancel on last moment... its all for 10 to 15% commission only... Tell me why I should continue your services and why I should not put reviews about your company... and today Its not only delay while I could not reached due to your company... Abhimanyu Singh

                                I booked a cab with TFS on Sep 25 2014 TFS-RT-C3366186. My booking was confirmed and the cab was suppose to come by 9.30. The cab didn't come till 10.15. My train was scheduled to depart from majestic by 11 pm. When i called the customer care each time, they were promising that the cab will come. If they would have confirmed that the cab will not come, then i would made teh alternative arrangement to reach the railway station. I waited till 10.15 and 10.15 and finally took an auto reach majestic. By that time i have missed my train. So i took KSRTC bus to reach my native place which made me to spend extra 800 Rs. Totally TFS spoiled my trip. I called customer care several times and dropped couple of emails, no response from TFS. Once the booking is confirmed it is the responsibility of TFS to send the cab. I urge TFS to compensate the extra charges paid by me. regards, ragahvendra Rao

                                  Just wanted to share one of the worst un-professional service provided by TFS. For long weekend 2-5 Oct, I booked a Innova Cab from TFS I was confirmed a Taxi for Sure. I made hotel booking for my family worth 50, 000 based on the same. On the travel day, I got a confirmation message with Driver name and number 30 min prior to travel. I spoke to driver and he said he will be on time. Then my nightmare started. The driver didn't report on time, his mobile number switched off. Calling TFS call center, they started making all sort of excuses saying the driver is reaching you, his mobile is broken, we can track his cab near your apartment. Finally after 2 hours, one Customer care lady Ramya accepted that driver is un-traceable and we are trying to arrange another cab will be there in 1 hour. This all went for good 5 hours with at-least numerous calls to customer care and every time 10 minutes of hold time and by 4:00 PM again it was told to me we will get you another cab and will call back. No call back came till date. As to travel Ooty, you have to pass through Bandipur forest which entry closes by 8:00 PM so even if they get me a cab, my whole day was wasted along with my hotel booking money worth 50, 000/-. All fun and joy we have planned was shattered. Our long weekend trip plans became long weekend curse as no other taxis were available from other providers. All tour operators said you should have booked in advanced and I told that's what I did but with wrong company. TFS people were so un-professional in this whole experience. First they didn't tell the truth in time, second they didn't arrange for alternate transport and third no compensation for my financial loss. The whole brand name itself becomes a mockery. Apart from financial loss, it was a whole mental harassment for which I am going to approach appropriate forum. But just wanted to let other users know and make them aware so they take learning from my experience.

                                    Dear sir/mam, Greeting for the day. I had to take train this morning at 6.45am(North east express) from Delhi to Patna. I booked a taxi by taxi for Sure app & got a confirmation for the same. But taxi didn't come after confirmation too. I missed the Train because of their delay. So, I therefore want to file a complaint against taxi for sure for this. 1. I couldn't get a cab On time & Missed the train. Even though it's very difficult to get ticket i booked the ticket 60 days back Of 2AC. This is wastage of money and my effort. 2. I couldn't meet my Parents on this festival of dussehra which is a bIg Hindu festival. 3. My holidays wasted. 4. I am mentally harassed because of them as they are not giving solution after regular complaint. I hope for a good decision in favour of consumer. Thanks

                                      I booked a taxi from delhi to noida. The driver dropped me in the middle saying he has to go for tax submission. I requested him to drop me first which he refused badly. He also misbehaved. I called customer care of taxi for sure however they didn't do anything.I asked driver to atleast drop me at a metro station which he again refused, the only option I had was to get down in the middle of the road. Very bad experience, no security at all.

                                        On 29-Sep-2014 there was a scheduled pick up at 4:45 AM from taxi for sure for trip id C3426913 . I got a confirmation message and call from driver at 3:40 AM that he will be at railway station at sharp 4:40 AM . I reached Bangalore along with my 3 months old daughter at 4:30 AM . After that more than 20 times I tried to reach driver on his phone but he didn't answer my call after some time he switched of his phone and again switched on. I felt completely cheated and helpless as my daughter was not comfortable at all. Meanwhile I tried to reach taxi for sure costumer care but no body turned up . Finally I gave up after all difficulties I hired another cab which I got at around 5:30 AM. At last cheater taxi for sure gave me another surprise by sending a invoice of trip (which never happened) at 10:40 AM. People we careful when ever you plan urgent trip with taxiforsure .
