Hi team, I would like to share my nightmare experience with your company today. My booking number is TFS-IN-C7849978 and I believe you can track my travel request easily through my booking number unless your system is as pathetic as your customer service. This morning I wanted to take my family to the Bannerghatta National Park as they had never been to Bangalore and I do not know when they will be in the town again, I had booked a taxi with your company believing your company is authentic but I was absolutely wrong and your atrocious customer service did not only spoil our day but also ruined our ecstasy. I received two messages from your company with driver details as Suresh.R([protected] Tata Indica KA-05-AE-5118) and Mahalinga([protected] Tata Indica KA-41-B-0033) but when I reached them at their respective mobile numbers none of them were actually scheduled for my route and request, therefore I was forced to reach out to your customer support from where I was told to wait for another cab which they would arrange shortly. Your company arranged me another cab and provided me with driver's number I had no choice but to liaise with him to guide him to come to pick up point. Driver asked us to sit in the cab but the same time he was fighting with one of your call centre executive in local language(Kannada) for why asking him for this pick up. They both were kept on fighting extremely savagely and eventually one of them disconnected the call and as a result your driver asked us to get down and said call taxi for sure for further assistance. I requested him brother I will pay you 200 INR more but please get us to Bannerghatta National Park, I even offered him a free delicious lunch as a reward but he was being rude and furious and forced us to get down stating note down his cab number and he does not care anything. I have been your loyal customer for more than 6 months and you can check the same at your end with my name Avinash Nautiyal. Now herewith I discontinue my patronage with your company for forever and for your information I have already complained about your company to Karnataka tourism board, Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation and other the relevant ministries. I will cascade this message further to all my friends across the country and abroad and I make sure henceforth none of my friends, relatives, employees and colleagues get trapped by your company and end up their dream vacation with a frustration like me.     I had booked a taxi from my home in Lajpat nagar New Delhi 110065 to Terminal 1 Airport at 3:30 am . I called the Taxi for Sure team and got it confirmed that Taxi will come but I received the driver number but Taxi didn't came when I called that Driver he told that he has given his Taxi to his brother and gave me another number but no one picked that number . Then I called Taxi for sure but were unable to book another taxi for, then I had to request the local taxi person at 3:30 am in morning and it is extremely chilled in Delhi, and that taxi person too 5 times the fare to drop me at airport which I had to pay. I have complaint many time to Delhi team but till date no one responded I am very very disappointed with your service . I will update this on my Facebook account that never to book Taxi for sure .       Please help in justifing the case Ashrani and sriharsh has been dealing my case and has been so irresponsible in resolving a small issue created by the taxi driver, the driver charged 19 kms where my wife travelled only for 5 kms and ash rani says that she will refund my money and will take 8 days or will give cupon for 200rs, but the driver had charged 250+ where the actual will be only about 55rs, this is disgracefull, i in fact asked be to come up with fair package to pick and drop at forum as my wife travel in bus and we are just foreign return, we could not adjust to the transport its very Squeeze, no one replies. I request you to please have some one higher from the team to contact and do the needful.. I have sent plenty of mails and no one replies back to me...

        We booked a cab today for 9.30 PM to sec'd railway station(mob no : [protected]). The driver was late by 15 mins. Still we didn't say anything. After boarding, we asked the driver to board to go via begumpet as we had another colleague to board at begumpet. The driver refused and created a mess. We called the customer care and after too much of struggle the customer care spoke to the driver but again the driver refused and created nonsense and didn't agree to go via begumpet. We had to again call customer care and this time its worse experience from the customer care too. They said they can't help at all. You can see our record how many times we travelled in taxiforsure and this is the last time we would be travelling in taxiforsure. The driver came 15 mins late but we didnt say anything. The driver didnt switch ON the AC, but we didnt say anything. But for our request to go via begumpet, they refused and created nonsense and asked us to get down the cab too and he used all the vulgar words. Are we not paying the money if we go via begumpet ? I donno why they created all this nonsense. Never ever I would suggest anyone to use taxiforsure. Worst service of all. Olacabs is the best. We booked taxiforsure just coz its 49/- for first 4 kms and would never use taxiforsure again. Olacabs service and everything is the best.

          Hi I booked a cab by company Taxi for sure by booking no TFS-RT-C7546007 ( DL-01-YD-5525) from New delhi Railway station to Nyay Khand-I Ghaziabad on 3rd Jan-15 in the morning 8 am and the booking is for 9am. When I reached outside the station and call the cab driver named Virender Jawahar ([protected]), he denied to come, Then I called up again to the taxi for sure customer care where the executive simply said sorry and informed that they arranging another cab for me within 15 minutes, but after 30 minutes no cab came than again I called up and again the customer executive assured me that another cab is coming and reaching to me within 15 minutes but again no one come and at last I booked a cab myself from the station and reached at home. I was kept waiting outside the station in open in the cold season. along with my wife and 5 month old baby with me. Due to which my baby got sick and I went her to the doctor on next day.             Dear Concerned, This is regarding the trip taken under the booking id TFS-PP-C7336093 from Ghaziabad to Sector 38, Noida. Once the cab reached the destination around 12:50 pm and the drive closed the trip, there was neither a message for the drive nor a message regarding the debit of my Wallet. The server seemed to be down and even the call center number was not working. As a result of it I was forced to pay the driver Rs. 400, the bill by cash. To my shock I got a SMS around 1:10 that Rs, 287 has got debited from my Wallet for a bill already paid. I raised the issue up with the call center at around 3:00 pm and have not even got a proper response till now after calling them for 6-7 times. Adding more agony, they cut the call smartly saying that they will transfer the call to the concerned team. It is a very simple issue to solve. If the driver is contacted, he is going to confirm that he received cash and the amount can be refunded. A 2 mins job has not been completed by them for almost three day now. Is this new way to loot money? How different TFS is from the rogue auto drives? They are rough on your face and loot money and TFS is doing the same thing in a different way?               It was one of the worst experience, ever with taxi for sure. I was very frustrated with the driver Was extremely satisfied with the taxi for sure till today morning but the cab driver Amul Mehta (GJ-05-BU-8760) was extremely rude and a big time lier was not knowing the route or as i think was intentionally taking the longer route but once i directed he took the route i suggested, neither was having any change with him and wasted my 10 minutes for the same ( i gave him 100 Rs but was not having 50 Rs to give me back my amount ), Taxi was not cleaned also was talking on phone while driving, and when i asked him to keep the phone he behaved rudely, neither he was wearing his uniform which is mandatory as per guidelines i was one of the regular customer of taxi for sure and you can track that from database but after todays incident, i don't think i will ever sit in a taxi for sure, I had to stop earlier to my stop and walk the rest of the distance as can't tolerate the idiotic and pathetic driver. As was continuosly on phone while driving

                This is the worst service ever I had received from a company. I had booked a cab on 17/11/2014 in which the driver charged me excess amount. In compensation to that, Taxi for sure had given me a coupon (BNG50) valid for 1 month. When I am using the coupon, its showing you cant use on this phone number, but the booking which I had booked earlier is the same number. I am unable to use this code. I had mailed to Taxi For sure regarding this, even I called so many times but they are supporting on my issue. Since I am a valuable customer of this company & I am using this company app & site since last 2-3 years, the company should give its best support service.

                  Hi, I had booked a taxi from TAXI FOR SURE services with the booking reference number Booking Confirmation - TFS-RT-C6860118, and the taxi was booked for 9.30 am on 24.12.2014 for Yeshwantpur Railway Station for a train at 11.30 am, when I received the driver details message at 9.06am, driver called and said he was not coming, I called up and spoke to the consumer care advisor for taxi for sure "Shilpa" at 9.11am who said I will be provided with another taxi, but there was no response till 9.45 am and I had to look for alternative service and no other taxi was ready at such a short notice, I took an auto but could-not reach the station on time, I missed my train and was forced to return home, while I returned home I got another message for alternate driver at 12.30, I called and spoke to a Line Manager "Irshad" who said he will take my complaint and get a call arranged for me by the concerned department but never got a call.                     Booking ID TFS-PP-C5480446 I am not happy with your level of service for the below reasons. 1. I booked the taxi for 2 pm to be at Airoli TTC Industrial Area for a meeting at 3:45 pm and was sent a confirmation SMS at 1:20 pm with the car and driver details. I was ready at 2 pm sharp however the car was nowhere in sight. I waited till 2:10 pm and then called up the driver. He said that the car had a flat tyre which was in the process of being replaced and he would be at my place in 10-15 minutes. When the car did not arrive till 2:20 pm, I called up your call center to check. Your rep placed me on hold for 3 minutes, came back and said another car was being sent and would take 10-15 minutes to reach me. I asked him how this could be as the pick up was scheduled at 2 pm and nobody even called me to inform about the delay and now after I call up twice, I am told that the car would reach me by 2:40 pm. Absurdly, he hung up the call. I have never seen such callous customer service before. He did not even bother to call back. 2. I received an SMS at 2:25 pm saying the car had arrived, I do not know why your rep said it would take 10-15 minutes. Where did he get that info from? I finally boarded the cab at 2:28 pm. The driver was apologetic and I said it was okay but I should have been informed. The fault lay with taxiforsure as it was their duty to inform the customer in case of delay. If I was informed on time, I could have taken an Ola cab as I booked one as backup but cancelled it at 1 pm as you confirmed my 2 pm pickup. 3. The driver did not know the exact location of my drop but only knew the Thane-Belapur road. Once we reached the Thane-Belapur road, I had to ask at least 4 people for directions. We travelled 1 km ahead of my destination as he did not know the place and finally reached my destination point at 3:50 pm, a full 20 minutes after my expected arrival time. I had to rush inside for my meeting and was late by 15 minutes. 4. Taxiforsure sent me an SMS saying that my car had been upgraded for this trip as I was a first time customer. The car that came was the original hatchback - No upgrade. Not that I am complaining but why did you promise something which you could not deliver on? Is this not a false assurance? All these hitches have left a very sour taste in my mouth. I will definitely think multiple times before availing of your taxi service again.

                      TFS-PP-C6853734 We had booked a taxi on TUE the 23-DEC-14 to go to Bandlaguda, Hyderabad. Mr. Shashavali, the driver of AP-09-TV-5386 (Cell No.[protected] was supposed to pick up us at 8 p.m. on THU 25-DEC-14. We called[protected] two times and spoke to the operators Mr. Anup and Mr. Pravin. Both of them said the taxi is on the way, but up till now i.e. 8:45 p.m. the taxi hasn't arrived. We are getting delayed. How much time should we wait for the taxi. We called the driver several times, but he never answered the phone. This is very bad. Still we are waiting for the taxi.                         i had refill my wallet on 17-dec-2014 As i have many travel booking.dated 18-12-14 and i dont want to keep cash for taxi service but when i travel on 18th each time i have to pay by cash total 4 taxi rides when i call customer care of taxi for sure they said it some technical error so i tried for book a cab on 23rd dec but all day my cab was not book. now they are not booking my cab ride and nor they are returning my money its just not about money but the pathetic services they give should i put police complain about cheating ?

DISTANCE WAS 34 KM IN LOGAN AND 39 KMS IN INNOVA. FAIL TO UNDERSTAND WHY INNOVA TOOK A LONGER ROUTE IN FACT IT TOOK WORLI SEA LINK ROUTE WHICH WAS NOT REQD WHICH RESULTED IN FURTHUR PYMNT OF EXCESS 55 RS.TOWARDS TOLL TAX.PASSENGERS WERE NOT AWARE WITH MUMBAI ROADS.                             Received the booking confirmation TFS-PP-C6739464 and driver details from TaxiForSure. Driver did not even call to know the pick up point and not responding to the calls. I booked the taxi to go to railway station. Driver phone turned to not reachable. Even customer care was not able to find the driver whereabouts. I had to take an auto in the last moment with triple fare and finally caught the train. Surprisingly I received a soft copy of bill from TaxiForSure. An important note I got from the mail as follows... "This bill is issued by the cab driver and not by Taxiforsure. Taxiforsure acts only as an intermediary for arranging the cab services"

                              Yesterday I had booked a cab through taxi for sure for which i received the confirconfirmation msg as: VISHAL MANI [protected];Hatchback DL-01-RT-3677.Rs49.00(4km)+Rs14.00/extra km+waiting, toll, prkg, MCD & Interstate Tax extra. Track Taxi: http://tfs.my/BFM98F . -TaxiForSure This cab was used by me to drive from my residence at cr park, new delhi to rajrajhans appt, opposite aditya mall, Indirapuram, ghaziabad where my sis went and kept her cacab and returned within 5 minutes. From there we drove to Pacific mall, opposite vaishali metro station, near delhi ghaziabad border. The driver said that the total billing amounts to Rs 600/-. As i didnt receivereceive any bill from him and was in hurry, i paid him and left for mall. Later i received the following sms from taxi for sure: Fare: Rs.553.0. . Kindly pay the driver Rs.553.0. Dist-40km. Inter-state Tax / MCD charges Rs.50.00, Waiting, Toll, Prkg extra. Get your bill @ http://tfs.my/103YL6 . Bill also sent to [protected]@gmail.com. Get our app @ www.tfs.my/app. Thanks! -TaxiForSure I fail to understand how could they bill me for a distance that should not have been more than 30km. They charged me for 40 kms. Even the driver had assured me that for a halt of 5 minutes at rajhanrajhans appt we eould not be charged and in the billing too the same was not there. When i called up the company today, they failed to justify tje basis of billing, were making various addition combinations to reach a figure of Rs 603/- which they charged me. Later on they even put my call on even indefinite hold and then on re-dialling then disconnected my phone. Please advise what can be done now. I really do not want people to fall preprey to such agencies who do fraud billing.

                                I have my booking from Ghaziabad railway station(booked taxi earlier) at 10 PM on 21 dec-14, having booking confirmation no. TFS-RT-C6718907, till 10, i didn't receive the driver details so i called up for status and they said they will be arranging the taxi in 15 minutes and after 15 min, they are saying they are not able to provide any taxi, not even after 15-30 min . I am really dissappointed with taxi for sure and in future, i will not do any booking from taxi for sure and i advise to all .. pls dont book the taxi they can cancel your booking at end time ...when you are not left with any other option...

                                  I had a booking for 20/12/2014 8 hours 80 km package which was booked on 19/12/2014 afternoon. Trip#5 TFS-IN-C6567385 I got confirmation email and SMS. On the day of travelling, I did not receive any taxi details, I called them several times, they pickup and disconnect without saying hello. Finally they picked up and said taxi is coming in 15 mins. Then I called them again after 20 mins. They said taxi is given to advance booking, however my booking was also advance one day prior and it was confirmed. They spoil my day, such taxi services should BANNED.

                                    We booked a taxi to go to the station. At the requested time as the cab hadn't arrived we called and they claimed that the driver called and since he couldn't get through he didn't bother coming. We patiently requested them to send another car. They agreed. We waited for over half an hour. Finally when we called they said that they forgot and that there was no car available taxiforsire is the worst company.

                                      I had booked a Taxi from the App for 11:30 am a sedan class.Till 11:45 the driver didn't call.I called up the driver he said he will take 45 mins more.I called the customer care which held me kept waiting for 20mins just to talk to the driver.This is the first and the last time I was booking a taxi from Taxi for sure.A real bad experience. Bye.Amen.

                                        Taxi for sure Waste of time and money. I had booked cab for 5:45 pm on Dec 14, 2014 from Jalahalli cross to Kengri, I received the sms around 5:35 pm about driver details. When I called the driver, he told he is not coming to pick. I called the customer care 3 or 4 times call was busy. It was already 6.15 and still waiting in road for 30 mins with my senior citizen parents and small baby. Finally customer care rep picked up the call, she told usual word "Sorry" and she told she will let me know the status and put the call on hold for 10 mins and cut the call. No body bothered to call back even the diver nor customer care rep.I took auto and let the point. At around 7.00 pm I got the sms and call from driver.Where is the punctuality? No emergency contact number?No proper response?. I have asked 10 times will booking will the call be on time, they responded 100% cab will be on time. It was delay for 1.15 minutes. It was pain calling the customer care. Since it was pick time I could get the auto and reach bus station & catch out station bus on time, if not it would had been worst.If they can not provide the service they should not take the booking
