After so many problems with taxi booking and their usage in criminal activities, TaxiForSure is one of the companies who doesn't even bothers about verifying the contact details before making bookings. Someone registered with the company with my number online and have been booking taxis since a month now. I complaint about it several times with the company but all they do is transfer my call from one person to another. time they assure me that my number is black listed and that person will not be able to use it now for booking taxis, but to no avail. He is still using it and the company doesn't even bothers about it. I m frustrated with all the calls of drivers waiting with taxis and the confirmation messages delivered on my number. I hope this will do something about it. TaxiForSure is a worthless company who does not even bothered to follow government norms. Nor they are interested in rectifying their mistakes.

    Hi I booked a cab today for 5.45am. Got a message at 5.40 that it is running late by 10-15 mins which was fine. Got driver details at 6. Driver was rude and said i am not sure i will come. Called office and they started lying that you booked for 6.15. Nothing happened till 6.30. Got info that car has been changed. You think we can ask the train to wait for all this . You should be named taxi for unsure. Instead of getting into gazimo services like apps, etc. improve your basic services.

      Hello sir, Pune customer care is not providing services to drivers. Drives call customer care to give dutys but they are taking seriousness so what is going on sir ? Local cities taxi4sure offices demanding money from drivers for getting contineous booking..simple to tell you that here is corruption. Please sir take action against customer care ..

        Hi!, I booked the taxi for 10am, 9th March 2015. 9:45am: Just before 15 mins from the pickup time (9:45am) I received a message saying the cab might get delayed. So, I called servie center to know by how much time the cab is delayed. They told that it will come by 10:10am and you will receive driver details just after the call. 10:10am: I did not receive any message regarding the driver details nor the cab arrived. I called again, they told the same thing that your cab will arrive within 10mins and you will receive the driver details just after the call. 10:20am: I did not receive any message regarding the driver details nor the cab arrived. I called again, and again they told the same thing that your cab will arrive within 10mins and you will receive the driver details just after the call. Finally I received the driver details. Called the driver, not picking up the phone. 10:25am: Again called service center, they told cab will come by 10:40 and they will reduce my final bill amount by Rs50 for keeping me waiting for past 30mins. 10:35am: Finally cab arrived. 11:00am: Reached my destination, driver disagreed for the Rs50 concession. So, I called the service center again for the fifth time. After arguing for 20 mins on the phone, their final reply was that "We are unable to convince the driver for the concession and we have registered your complain, you will receive a call within 24 hours regarding the complain. Pay full amount to the driver". Till date I have not received any calls regarding the complain. The total conclusion was, I wasted my 35mins just waiting for the cab (was unable to attend my meeting because of the same), wasted more than 50 bucks in just calling the service center and complaining and not even got the Rs50 concession that the company committed.         Hi!,
        I got a call on 23rd March, 2015 regarding the complain, saying that they are going to give some kind of compensation email for the inconvenience caused. I got the email on 26th March 2015, having a coupon in it, that I can redeem only before 31st March, 2015, that is I got only 4 days (WOW GREAT!!! :( LOL) to redeem it.
        If you are giving any compensation atleast give 15 days to redeem it. Respond quickly to the consumer complains, I got your first response after 20 days from the day I filed the complaint. Do what you say and not back out from it afterwards, you are a cab provider company and not a political party. If you do the same thing in future you will surely loose customers and get bank corrupt soon.

          This company has cheated me because of these guys I was unable to reach the destination. I have booked a cab from this company on 14/3/2015 using there apps.They have given me assurance that cab will be reaching to your destination at 6 P.M but the cab was not there I have called them many times but they did not pick the phone once they pick the phone they say that driver will be there in next 2 mins and 3 mins they continuously giving false commitment and driver was not picking the call the result was that I missed the flight. And they dont bother to say sorry for there services.Fake people fake company my suggestion to everyone not to use there services.             I booked a cab yesterday for 5.30pm, driver calls me around 5.15 asking me the address for pickup, I gave him the details, he said he's going to reach within 5 minutes and he was near the pickup point. Around 5.30 I try to call the driver he doesn't answer my calls. Finally the takes my call and says I left for some other place as I didn't get any details about the pickup from taxi for sure team. I called the call centre telling them the incident they simply didn't take any ownership, such losers. When you can charge 100/- for cancellation of any bookings from customers, what about such incidents where you cause such kind of inconvenience to the customers. Never ever booking again from taxi for sure.Poor service!

              ticket number TFS-PP-C12073698 i have booked a cab from nibm to pune railway station. the driver called us from unknown number, so we didnt picked up the call.he called at 3.45pm and we called him at 3.50 then he mentioned his name is avinash and he is a driver.we told him you can come before 4.30 as we were not in a hurry, the cab was booked for 4.00pm, and he said it would take 15 minutes to reach our home. he came at 4.15 and he called us and we took the cab at 4.17. we reached railway station and it was total 7km. first of all he asked us RS.150 when i asked him how, he said its 150 only. then he called someone and that person told me to give him rs.92 as it was 7 km and since i had rs, 50 in my wallet, so the person told me i need to pay him RS.40. but then the driver started arguing with us, no we have to pay rs, 90, and he told us that tell company not to deduct rs, 50 from my wallet and he needs money for his family, and all that. his behaviour was really rude and we faced so much problems with taxi for sure. we paid him rs, 90 and taxi for sure has deduced rs.50 from my wallet as well. so we actually paid RS.150 to taxi for sure and lateron when the driver found he has to face problems in future, he told us that its waiting charge. we have not made him wait even for 5 minutes. he was saying he was calling from 1.30pm we have all the proofs and phone record as well. and i think the driver was drunk too. i am going to take legal actions against taxi for sure for its rude behaviour and unpleasant journey ever. i am taking this issue on social media and print media as well, as the customer care representative even took side of driver when the driver was arguing with him. the driver also misbehaved with my sister and humiliated us, so now i am going to take some serious actions against you.

                I am complaining since 4th March regarding the money deducted from my Taxiforsure wallet and I paid cash as well to the driver on 4th and 7th March 2015. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com and through this they will be able to track my details.I am complaining since 4th March for the same and everytime I just get a response that they will call me back and disconnect the phone. I am tried of chasing these thieves and frauds as they have done a double transaction and now not ready to return the money in my wallet.Kindly register a consumer complaint against them and sort this for me

                  This is with ref to a booking made be me from Hauz Khas New Delhi to sector 39 Gurgaon for my wife and this is the third time that the driver has overcharged almost 100 rupees giving an excuse that the company software is faulty and the bill is not being generated...after he takes rs430/= and leaves, we get a sms bill for 338/= . i called the driver and said that this was not ok and he replied that its the company have a faulty software. on top of it he says Dhons deni hai to kisi aur ko dena...abuses exchanged..                     For my booking reference number TFS-PP-C11933458 with Taxi For Sure cab services, I had a horrible experience today. I have booked the taxi for the pickup from Chennai Central Railway station to Neelankarai which is 19 kms. But the bill I received showed 31kms and I have been charged for 31 kms.Moreover on the way, police men caught the driver because he was talking on mobile phone and have to spend almost 30 mins waiting. The waiting charge is also added to my bill for no fault of mine. So today, I had almost paid Rs.700/- wherein the actual cost for this travel would be around Rs.400/-

                    Kindly look into this and do the needful.

                      Hello, In Chennai, my wife and I happened to board a taxi from 'Taxi for sure' on 06-Mar-2015 at 6.45pm. It was on road pick-up. I travelled from NGO-Colony Adambakkam (Near Mahalaxmi apartments) to Thiruvanmiyur RTO office. The driver did not switch on the taxi meter and when reminded replied that it is not in working condition. Instead he switched on the small digital meter that records the Kilometers and said we can calculate accordingly.The meter showed 11KM and the driver asked us to pay Rs.383/- (Non-AC travel) When asked for the actual taxi tariff he refused to say that and started shouting at us. I threatened to call 'Taxi for sure' customer care, he got wild and alighted from the taxi and started shouting at us. The following are the details of the Taxi. Tata Indica White TN22 CH 0851 Please look into this complaint and respond to me at the earliest.                         I had made my booking on the 7th of march for a taxi with taxi for sure, where in the taxi was booked for 5:30 am on the 8th of march .. no message o information of the driver wad given to me, when i called for help at 5:16 in the morning i got the drivers number through phone call. in spite of constant call, the driver has not picked up my call . ii had a train to catch at 6:10 in the morning .

                          I booked a cab at 11.30am today morning 3rd March-15 and i got the details through SMS -TFS-PP-C[protected] Driver Name- Sheik Mohammed A- [protected], Driver havent called me for 5 min then i itself called the driver and he told he is near Airport at 11.35am and from there my house is less than 2kms and i guided him how to come since he is not aware how to come and that it is very easy route near kathipara but still i guided him clearly and he said i am on the but way will call in 5 min since i will reach in 5 min but till 11.56am no call so again i called his number was not reachable and i tried 5 times, since i booked the cab for my parents to Central Railway station, but this guy not even bothered to call finally after 40min i got him over the phone he said that he is not coming he assigned another person to pick but there is no one called me or not received any SMS from Taxi for Sure and more over driver is rash and while i am talking he is disconnecting the call. VERY WORST BEHAVIOUR drivers in Taxi for Sure and this is not the first time almost 7 times i had the same kind of pathetic service from Taxi for sure, everytime i use to think by now you people will be take care thats why given 7 chances but still no steps taken and VERY VERY WORST SERVICE, hence today i am writing this complaint and frustrated to the core and i am going to write the same in blogs and in the sites to avoid my friends face these kind of worst situation if we think to book this cab from Taxi for Sure

                            I had booked a taxi for 8.45PM, as my parents had to catch their bus from Majestic. But the taxi did not come itself, the customer care did not bother to find another taxi by the said time, they send a taxi which was 10 kms away at mentioned time!! How an anyone be sure of getting taxi if they serve so bad? They should change their name to TAXI for UNSURE!! My parents suffered a lot to reach the bus station because of this Taxi for UNSURE guys, would not recommend anyone for this stupid service...

                              Yesterday i have travelled from hadapsar to magarpatta and the distance is approx 6KM. first of all its showing me 12KM in app and driver ask me to pay for 12kms i.e 161. but when i called the customer care and have explained them the scenario then they agreed and have asked me to pay 130 for 6KM when i asked why they told me for first 4km its 99 but there add of 49 for first 4km is still there. please check the below link http://www.taxiforsure.com/taxi-at-49/ This kind of application issue is not good for customers that showing double amount and double KM. please fix that in your app and second if you have changed the price please update on your site.                                 Originally this Co started with Rs49 for first 4kns and the Rs15 for the extra kms. Now they have raised to Rs99 in peak hours. It is observed that TFS always charged higher KMs and they round off even a part of the KM to highter KM. Also they loot by way of waiting in traffic. Even when there is no wait, it is charged, Yesterday I traqvelled from my home to Mylapore, which is only less than 5kms. I was asked to pay Rs83 for 6kms and wait charges. I complained to the co but it was not heard. Pl help to expose this type of cos from cheating Public This bill is issued by the cab driver and not by Taxiforsure.                                     Hi All, I was using taxiforsure regularly past 3 months on daily basis, and today they have shown what they are... They have deducted excess of money from my wallet on 25Feb'15 for the trip that i have booked and I had to settle the driver from my pocket. Its better not to refill our account with cash since they deduct cash with out our knowledge and now when we reach their so called customer service, they will put the blame on us. They don't have the manners how to speak with clients, and astonishing thing is that they shut the phone on our face, really awesome experience. My sincere thanks to Ms Adlin for not understanding my issue and speaking rudely to me and Mr Vimal for making me wait for a long time and promising a callback with in 48 hours. Superb...                                       Dear Ma'am/ sir, I had a terrible experience from your company on 07 Feb 15, when I had booked a cab from Bangalore airport to Harlur road at 4 PM.; Reference - TFS-AT-C10046156 The taxi picked me up at the correct time from the airport. At the toll plaza the driver asked me to pay the toll tax amount, which I refused and also showed the text message received from the company that indicated the same. The driver started using foul language in Kannada and claimed that with the AC running, the the amount received by him was inadequate. He became agitated and that's when I felt unsafe and requested him to stop the car for disembarking. After repeated requests when he refused to stop the car and clearly started threatening me I dialled 100. With the help of traffic police and a biker overtaking from my side I managed to get the taxi stopped at Koguli cross. It may be noted that it was only possible to stop the taxy in the SECOND attempt wherein the driver ditched the traffic cop in the first attempt. This had confirmed my fears of the driver's criminal intent. At the Koguli junction, the driver was clearly undeterred by the presence of traffic cop despite the cop trying to pacify him and giving warning for using abusive language. Since the taxy was now held up at the signal, I wanted to resume my journey safely in another taxy. The driver however refused to give my luggage kept in the car boot and demanded 850 rupees in exchange. He also made up a story of currency change problem at the toll plaza for the traffic cop in order to downplay it. At the Koguli cross after TWO hours of delay, I managed to board another taxy with my luggage and reached destination. I need to highlight understated aspects:- 1. In view of recent criminal cases related to taxy drivers in Delhi, the concerned driver if allowed to continue would the cause history to repeat itself, but in Bangalore, under the "taxi for Sure' tag. 2. Response of your call centre employees was far from acceptable. In reply to my distressed call (while the driver was not stopping the taxy) I was told that a CALL BACK is being arranged??? 3. Finally, since your company has not taken due cognisance of this incident, I intend to share this experience with fellow colleagues, friends and relatives especially ladies, to discontinue this service for their own safety and avoid becoming a statistic. The terrible experience is attributable to reckless recruiting of drivers without a background check and lack of emergency measures for safety of passengers. P.S. Taking lessons from recent Delhi case with 'Uber' I have documented this complaint for future requirement that is sure to be there, given the lackadaisical attitude displayed in handling the case by your company.

                                        Booking No : TFS-AT-C9796792 : Booked cab to go to airport . 15 minutes before the pickup teh driver number was provided which was actually switched off.Around 45 minutes later another driver was proided, by that time i had already booked taxi.I could have missed my flight easily as i stay far from airport.

                                        Secondly, i have already put 600 /- in teh prepaid wallet which i am not able to use.If I try to book taxi though the app it never works.Even if it shows the taxi as avalaible on trying to book it says sorry not able to confirm. I have tried booking even for a later date which gets refused. I am clueless as to how to use my money.

                                        Even my request to transfer the money back is not entertained
