I booked a cab from taxi for sure on February 07, 2015 for 10.30 hrs. for my family from railway station to Laxmi Nagar. First they confirmed my booking for 11.00 hrs but the cab didn’t reach to pick me up on time. I was waiting outside the railway station for the cab with wife and two years old son. When I called their customer care executive, they assured me that cab will reach at 11.30 hrs. Keeping in mind the situation of Delhi, I thought the “taxi for sure” will a better option but I was proved completely wrong when cab didn’t reach even by 11.45. I was waiting on the road with my family and no one was responding even at their customer care centre. Finally when got connected, they again assured me that can will reach by 12.00 hrs. I was just waiting for them till 12.45 hrs and then walked down to road and took a roadside auto after 2.30 hours of waiting on the road with family. I didnt even got a call from them till evening. Lateron, I came to know that they don’t have evn proper GPS systems and managing the entire affairs through mobile phone only. They are highly unsafe and non-professional service providers in Delhi. I request not to avail their services.

      Worst cab service in the city. Terrible mobile application, Terrible call center executives, Terrible Twitter handle, Terrible cab drivers. they are BIG CHEATS. NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN TOO. they have ARROGANT MANNERLESS EMPLOYEES, FROM TOP TO BOTTOM OF THIS FIRM. These ppl have record of Never sending taxi on time. Their call center ppl just keep on sending the driver details, but no driver vl come to ur place. DON'T go for TAXI FOR SURE, even they give u free ride. Just Google taxi for sure review .

        we have been hiring Taxi for sure cabs for commuting to office for the past 4 months. Earlier it used to show the distance as 10.9 or 11 Kms. Now for the past 10 days it is showing as 12 Kms. More over the bill also does not seem to be correct. Please do not deceive customers

          Worst ever experience with Taxi For Sure.. Would not recommend to anybody. I booked two cabs in Jaipur at 20.31 on 15th Feb 2015 and booking time was 22.30. Booking was confirmed by the Taxi For Sure. It was 22.15 and i did not receive any information of driver. I got in touch with Customer care and they told me that there would be delay of 1 hour. This was the point when i got frustrated but as there was no other mode of transport available around that area so i agreed to wait for another 1 hour but Taxi for Sure had something more to torture me. Again till 23.30 i did not receive any information of driver and finally i had to arrange auto. Worst customer service provided by Taxi For Sure and would not opt for the cab in future from Taxi for Sure. Unreliable services, worst customer care support.

          Taxiforsure — Unwarranted deduction of money from tfs wallet

          Tfs has made unwarranted deductions from wallet and are not refunding the money. I am filing police complaint.

            Dear, I have booked 2 sedan taxi last night from Hazrat Nizammuddin to Brij Vihar GZB for today 1030 AM. Both the taxi came on time to pick my guest and without waiting them my guest left in the taxi towards Brij Vihar. First taxi was leading while other one was following the same. After arrival to the destination both Taxi asked to pay 455/ and 505/ respectively. Which my guest paid and asked for receipt but driver denied for receipt. Later on, I received 2 SMS to pay 529/ for traveling 34Km for 1 taxi. and 289.0/ for another taxi to travel 19km. Both the taxi were running together. Both taxi were not kept on waiting at any point. but then also both charged more than what is near to actual and what has been given in SMS. Please let me know following things 1. I had traveled on same path on 1st Feb in Sedan, I have been charged only 289.0/ ( booking done from [protected] or [protected]). then why today it has been charged 455/ and 505/ 2. How the taxi no.1 traveled 34Km? while second taxi was following the same. 3. Why payment slips were denied by drivers? 4. On calling your CCO, executive started to add "n" number of charges, i.e 50/ for going Railway station, 50/ for peak hour, 50/ for MCD bla bla, while taxi had traveled from station to colony gate, no parking, no MCD fee applicable. 5. I need scan copy of toll, as toll has not been paid by drivers. Further, I am very disappointed with your CCO and poor quality that what is told on phone is just different what I received on SMS and what driver asked me to actually pay. I need remaining money back other than 289/- 289/ for each taxi. Regards Tarun

              Hi, On 14th Feb, at 10 Pm I booked a cab online from Taxi for sure. the booking time is 6 AM. Till the time i filed a complaint (8:00 AM) i didnt receive a cab. We need to attend sisters marraige and because of these people, I was not able to reach there on time. the mental tension i and my family faced is unexplainable. This is not the first time we are facing this. every time i call the driver, they say either the booking is cancelled or they are coming and not taking the call later. I called the customer care and talked to Alex and Deepak who are the floor supervisors. They say they are arrainging the cab and later the same story is repeated. I want these people to be dragged to court. Thanks, Kiran

                hi team i am ankit use taxi for sure ride and use mobile application to pay an amount through wallet money. since last 10 days i am facing an issue of money laundering from my wallet account. i am chasing taxi for sure since then and nobody did take any action. This is serious concern and i have not received any resolution my credit card details are at stake in taxi for sure mobile app.

                  Hi Team, Thanxs for making my day into worst day ever. I talk to your executives on phone for approx 80 mins between 6:50 to 9:30 pm and still not get satisfactory response. Even the executives and supervisor both disconnects my phone several times. I sincerely feel that words cannot express how truly I frustated right now.I think I need to file case for inconvenience that has been caused because of you. I waste my 80 calls that mean 80 mins your team mentally harrase me. Please find below the call duration from my phone:- Time Duration of call 9:31. 5 min 59 sec 9:13. 6 min 38 sec 8:53. 4 min 18 sec 8:19. 13 min 7:42. 17 min 24 sec 7:34. 6 min 49 sec 7:23. 10 min 59 sec 7:15. 7 min 45 sec 6:54. 4 min 32 sec 6:50. 3 min 33 sec Your executives even floor supervisors are not educated. I think they all are frustated and need holiday so I request you to leave them and hired some educated and sincere staff. Who know how to deal. Mention below staff who picked, put my call on hold and disconnect it. Ashraf(twice) Mahinder Kamaljeet Manoj Aakash Karan(twice) And above all the floor supervisor MAHESH. At first I called and executive transfer my call to MAHESH he listen me and said he will take necessary action and mail me. Second time the executive told MAHESH is not on floor.Third time executive replied MAHESH will call you but no call coming. And at last when I told my name to executive after putting me hold he said that MAHESH left for the day. If your supervisor is not good how we think your management and your executives are good. Its a 3rd time when I face this horriable situation first two are mention below:- On 27 nov and then 21 jan. Your driver's ph not reachable, your executive disconnect calls, your supervisor don't want to talk. Then my dear shut your business.                     Dear Taxiforsure, I'm regular custome of Taxiforsure, I always use your service for outstation and Delhi transportation. I used to book through mobile app using mobile no.[protected], or by calling your customer care by using my mobile no. [protected]. But in my last booking which was done through mobile app using no. [protected], I had face such a bad experience, I'm afraid to use Taxiforsure in future. I have booked taxi from airport to Burari, booking confirmation no. TFS-AT-C10357464, for pick up at 9:45 from Terminal 1D. My booking was confirmed, enclosed your e-mail for reference. On not receiving any update on the driver details or the cab number, I called the taxi firm. On asking whether the booking was confirmed, they provide me driver no. I called driver so many time through my personal no which was used for booking as well from my other no but he didn't picked phone. Then I called customer care and informed the current situation then they assure to resolve in 5 minutes but i didn't any feedback from customer care as well as driver. I have waited more than 45 minutes and after no response from your side. Ihave taken private taxi available from airport for which i had to pay extra money.Then after 30 minutes, i got a call from driver around 11PM, I informed him about booking time at 9:45PM and he was calling after 1:15 minutes. He was making excuses.Somehow it was bad night, i went home and try to forget all thing. Next day I received massage from taxiforsure that they have deducted Rs.49.00 from my wallet account. I was surprised and shocked to receive such message. I called customer care and complaint regarding the same. He asked me to hold down and he was transferring my call to his senior. They put me hold for more than 6 minutes but no one respond from other side. It was so bad experience that I afraid to use taxiforsure in future and also not going to recommend to any friend & relative and for my corporate tie-up. I'm also planning to put a complain in consumer court. I want a Compensation for this ride, AS YOUR COMPANY HAS CHEATED/BETRAYED in providing the TAXI at the Last moment, bad customer care experience and I waited for more than 45 minutes at Airport and even you deducted Rs.49 from my wallet.You can contact me to resolve the matter.                       I had booked an taxi with taxi for sure for an railway station ref num Thanks! TFS-PP-C9918513 @ 11 p.M., Feb. 6, 2015 is confirmed. Taxi is not arrived till 11.15 pm I called driver he told you he is not able to come and due this I had faced lot of problem with my family.

                        Hi Taxi4Sure Manegement Team.

                        This is an escalation email against Taxi4Sure.I would request you bring to the picture of your Senior Management.

                        It is happened multiple times with me, when the inspite of Driver Confirmation on my mobile, taxi did not arrive at my pickup point- and both being AIRPORT Drops.

                        I would like to bring to your notice these 2 cases.

                        1. TFS-AT-C9217591: I received driver details half hour before pickup. When tried calling driver, he didnt pick the phone. And then phone was switched off. After that, no details on my taxi was available.

                        2. TFS-AT-C8112498: I called 4 times to get driver details, and Call Centre Executive confirmed Taxi will arrive on time, and message will be coming shortly. Then just at the time of pickup, I receive sms- No Taxi in your area.

                        Also, There have been multiple times for City travel, when I book the taxi, and no one accepts the booking. Or after accepting, when they get to know my drop point, they say will take long time to come, so please cancel the booking.

                        Please Dont use these FAKE Names as TAXI4SURE, because the kind o[censored]NRELIABLE services you provide, YOU CANNOT JUSTIFY YOUR NAME WITH THE CUSTOMERS.

                        I want a Compensation for these 2 rides, AS YOUR COMPANY HAS CHEATED/BETRAYED in providing the TAXI at the Last moment, and I ALMOST HAD MISSED MY FLIGHT THE LAST TIME, if did not arrange for some urgent alternative to reach airport.

I have booked a cab through Taxi for Sure at Mysore on 3rd Feb 2015 much in advance for 5:00 PM pick up and the booking was confirmed on call with SMS received. 2. Since I didn't receive a call from Santhosh D S ([protected]) till 4:50 PM, I called him atleast 8 times, but there is no response. 3. I called up Taxi for Sure again and I receive a message that my ride is upgraded at the same rates with Manoj D M ([protected]) / Seden. Even this guy didn't call me, So I called up 4 times and finally at 5:15 PM he picks up the call and says I have to pay Rs.200 min and only then he'll pick us up. He also claimed that he is still at Siddhartha Nagar and not near by our place. 4. I called up Taxi for Sure once again and been confirmed that within 10 mins they will arrange a cab. To add to my frustration they once again assigned the first cab driver Santhosh D S ([protected]). I kept on calling this guy and there is no reply. 5. Till 5:30 PM, there was no cab and our family has to stand on the road from 5:00 PM waiting for the cab. My wife was part of a Karnatic music concert and she could not participate because of Taxi for Sure recklessness. What do you mean by sending SMS that the booking is confirmed? Why do you send fake messages that the cab is upgraded when the driver is not ready? Why did you recklessly assign the first driver again who was not responding at all? I have lodged a complaint on call several times, through website and email on 3rd Feb 2015 and 4th Feb 2015 at Mysore. Also requested to settle my wallet Amount of Rs. 423/-, but till now nobody responded.

                            I am using TFS services for a while now, with a mixture of good & bad experiences. But a shocking thing happened today. I booked a taxi on 9/feb/2015, with the reference TFS-PP-C10244923. This was for a taxi at 8.00am on 10/feb/2015. I received a SMS & email confirmation for this booking. However, to my surprise, neither did I get the driver details, nor a taxi. can i know, why did i get a confirmation, when no taxi was suppose to come to me.

                              Hi There, I recharge Taxi for sure wallet with Rs.4K in November for some function in my house.So that relatives who are coming they can utilize the cab's easily. But I feel its a Biggest Mistake I did, on 23 november 2014 .I Booked 4 cabs from that only 1 turned up and the one which came, for that also cab driver was not ready to give my luggage after finishing a ride .Stating He wants money.He don't know any Wallet refilling and all.Afte 2 hours discussion in front of all guest he aagreed, It was very disappointing Situation i faced. And after that whenever i tried to book my cab (i.e after november) I never got a cab.I booked a cab almost more then 20 times.Most of the time i get response no Cabs or if by mistake Cab is booked then driver calld me most of the times to cancel the cab.(The recent details of booking is: TFS-PP-C[protected] This is how Taxi for Sure provide service, Is it my mistake that I refilld a wallet. OR they don't entertain people once there wallet is full or they don't provide service. Is this there strategy? I requested team to return my wallet amount which is more then 3K, But they deny.I want my amount to be back.Because i tried more then 10 times after refilling and never got cab.SO know i cant trust Taxi for sure.

                                I BOOKED THE TAXI FROM AHMEDABAD (KALUPUR) RAILWAY STATION FROM 7.30 IN THE MORNING, FROM KALUPUR TO NARANPURA AND THE TRAIN GOT LATE BY HALF HOUR, FOR WHICH I WAS READY TO PAY WAITING CHARGES AND I INFORMED THE SAME TO DRIVER KANUBHAI DESAI, BUT WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE STATION HE WENT TO TAKE THE OTHER PASSENGER WITHOUT INFORMING ME AND I HAVE TO COME THROUGH AUTO RICSHAW. I CONSIDER TAXI FOR SURE AS HOPELESS AND WORST SERVICE. NOT RECOMMENDED.izei

                                  Today[protected] booked a taxi from mata chanan devi hospital to nagli dairy. booking reference no TFS-PP-C9930597 @5.30 PM. Your company has provide me taxi DL-01-YD-9818 Driver name- Shiv Kumar (M:[protected]). As per details I received total distance is 12KM and fare is Rs. 211. but as per our previous booking details total distance b/w mata chanan devi hospital to nagli dairy is 9KM. Please check these booking ID : TFS-PP-C9258433, C9420777, C8693525. I have started using your Taxi from last 2 month and all the times we received the details of distance 9KM and paid as per the details. This time i do not know how the distance is going 12KM and driver has take the fare as per this details. I called to your Customer Service but they do not provide any solution and all the times they disconnected the phone. Please resolve the issue ASAP. Regards Anand Gaurav [protected]

                                    Booked the Taxi by 3.30 for 4 pm today feb 5th 2015. Customer care gave Govindappa driver no. Called up the driver, driver is telling" i dont have information from taxiforSure". Then called back to Taxiforsure. Again the customer care person told. govinda ppa will come in 15 min. called up Govindappa. Not ready to come at all. then called Taxiforsure & got Manujanth driver no. Manjunath not ready to come. Again called up taxi for sure. customer care person told Mahadevswamy driver will come. Got a message from taxi for sure" BeepBeep, ur cab is waiting" Stupid message to make people stupid. Called up Mahadevswamy driver. He was talking rude & inform to Scold Taxi for sure for not informing & NOT ready to come. By this time, It is 5.15 pm. I am wasting my 1 hr 15 min only in calling drivers & taxifor sure sutomer care centre. HELL with Customer service of TAXiforSure. I have literlly told Team leader, that i am legally compaliing agginst you guys. IF they can't take confirmation from driver to pick, why they are sending Driver detail to Customer. Fooling Cutomer and trying to play fool game in the market. This is not the first time i expereinced. Last week, same thing happned. Try to book at 3.30, ended up with 3 driver rejection & finally sending the cab at 6.30 pm and i reached home by 8.30 pm night. I think. TAXI for sure company should be seized theire registeratraion & not to trouble Customers & waste money & time both. Sumati [protected].

                                      DEAR SIR i have booked taxi from taxi for sure on[protected] from kirti nagar jaipur to narayan singh circle bas stant jaipur with mobile no [protected]. my travelled distance was 5 KM & fare is 59 rupee.i have again booked taxi on[protected] from same place kirti nagar jaipur to narayan singh circle bas stand jaipur but now travelled distance is 8KM fare is 89 rupee. i have both bill of journey . Starting & destination point was same for both booking but how distance . actual distance is 5 km. i want to refund my money .

                                        Two incidents happened with me:- 1) Booking Id:TFS-RT-C5118025- On 25th Nov. 2014; I booked cab from Secunderabad Railway Stn. to Bachupally, taxi came on time but driver denied to take the luggage, he was telling that they don't allow so much luggage, I told that I have already informed, but he was not agreeing & told that pay Rs.100 extra for luggage then he will keep the luggage.Therefore I cancelled the taxi & behaviour of driver was also not good. 2) Booking Id:TFS-PP-C8170580-On 13th Jan. 2015; I booked a cab from Madhura Nagar, Nizampeth to Secunderabad Railway Station, at 05:00 am, but at 04:30 am I got a call from Customer Care that they will not be able to provide me cab, it was shocking for me, my train was at 06:30 am, but anyhow immediately I arranged another cab from a different cab service provider, it was my luck & thanks to that cab service provider, otherwise I would have missed my train whose booking was done two months before. NEVER RELY ON TAXI FOR SURE, THEY ARE THE WORST CAB SERVICE PROVIDERS.
