i booked taxiforsure for today morning at 08.15am from Malleswaram to Singnayakanhalli. I got the driver details as Vijaya Kumar .S Tata Indica AC KA-46-3832 at 07.35 am but his number was not reachable i tried customer care but nobody took my call. if they can not provide the service they should not take the booking.

    I had made a booking on 12th dec 2014. While booking I made sure and told the customer executive six times that I will be in a class n won't be able to attend driver's call..and that they should tell the driver the same and make sure he reaches on time. Driver was supposed to reach at 7.15PM. When I called him he said he would take another 20mins to reach. Then when I called customer care they told me to wait for 15 mins in a careless chalta hai manner. I waited n in the meantime I called the driver who said he got a msg that booking has been cancelled. So again I called customer care they said the same driver would come. Again called driver he hung up the phone on me. Customer care said they would send another driver from nearby location n told me to wait 15mins. The same driver called me n said he would reach in 10mins. Customer care being oblivious never arranged another driver n this driver never came. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours on the road there was no sign of the driver n being a female I had no option other than to leave. I called so many times. But was stranded there. Neither the customer care nor the driver bothered to call. No decency. Poor customer service. Time and again there have some or other issues with taxi for sure. Waste of time and money.       Today morning I booked a cab from Taxi for Sure. I got booking confirmation message as well as the driver detail messages. When we tried to contact the driver. The driver is giving reasons saving he is in Electronic city and he cannot come. How can they refuse to provide service when our booking was confirmed.

        Hello, Today I used the TFS service (TFS-PP-C6074863) for the 1st time for my wife. She books OLA Cabs 2 times every day for her office commute to Cummins, Balewadi from Bhatewara Nagar, Hinjewadi and return. The distance varies between 6.6km to 6.9km everyday in Ola Cabs' meter. I can send you all the OLA Cabs' bills of last 2 weeks at-least if you want any proof for the same. Today, the TFS driver reported 20-25 mins prior to our journey and in the app it shows he is just in front of our building. We were very happy and said she will board the cab in 10 mins which is before booked time. But, suddenly in the tracking options in your App I found that the cab is going away from my point to some other area which was 1km+. Not sure if he went for diesel refilling or something else. Finally he came back by 9:10am and she completed the ride by the same usual route everyday. But, to our surprise the road distance suddenly increased to 9km !!! Is that because today is little more warm than other days and the road expanded due to heating or is it because someone was cheating on us? I am leaving the answer part for you.           I booked Taxiforsure for 10.12.14 from Mantri Mall, Malleswaram to Singnayakanhalli, Doddaballapur road at 08.15 AM in morning. I received the cab details (KA-25-D-3803)and driver details by 07.35 am. but when i called to driver his number was switched off then i tried customer care. They told that vehicle will come on time they will try to speak to driver and will get back to me. till 08.40 i continuously tried customer care but nobody was lifting. they didnt inform also that there vehicle will not come. 08.43 they sent fake message that vehicle has arrived without any cad or driver details. i didnt get the cab. atleast they should have talked to driver before assigning to us whether they are coming or not. Eveing also my confirmed booking was there at 05.45pm from singnayakanhalli to Malleswaram. i got driver and cab detail at 05.00pm but that driver told he will not come and u talk to customer care. Again i tried customer care and repeatedly they were telling that we have assigned another cab for you and it is only 08min away. till 05.45 i didnt get any details of new driver and after that when i talked to customer care they told that it will take another half an hour but how i could trust on them as they were telling lie since 05.00pm. finally i cancelled the booking.. why these people are telling lie again and again. if they can not provide the cab they should not take the booking. these kind of ridiculous service should be banned

            Dear Concerned, This is regarding the trip taken under the booking id TFS-PP-C5970751 from Jeevanahalli, Maruthi Seva Nagar to HSR Lay out. Once the cab reached the destination around 8:10 am and the drive closed the trip, there was neither a message for the drive nor a message regarding the debit of my Wallet. The server seemed to be down and even the call center number was not working. As a result of it I was forced to pay the driver Rs. 145, the actual bill by cash. To my shock I got a SMS around 11:30 that Rs, 145 has got debited from my Wallet for a bill already paid. I raised the issue up with the call center around 12 pm and have not even got a proper response till now after calling them for 6-7 times from yesterday. Adding more agony, they cut the call smartly saying that they will transfer the call to the concerned team. It is a very simple issue to solve. If the driver is contacted, he is going to confirm that he received cash and the amount can be refunded. A 2 mins job has not been completed by them for almost a day now. Is this new way to loot money? How different TFS is from the rogue auto drives? They are rough on your face and loot money and TFS is doing the same thing in a different way?               To the concerned, This is with regard to the driver of taxi number KA-41 A-8179, and whose name, as per the message received was Suresh B. The taxi was booked by my colleague via the app. The pickup point was the Fedex Hub near the Nelamangala Himalaya Drugs factory. The driver was supposed to come at 4:30 PM but reached at about 5:00PM. We got into the cab and started the journey. After driving for about 5 mins the driver asks us Rs. 40 for the toll. Since we had already used "taxi for sure" cabs on the previous day we knew that we were supposed to pay only Rs. 20 for the toll for one way. So we told him about this and then the aggression started. Finally we thought its not a big deal so we decided to pay him for the daily pass Rs.30. But after that the driver started getting more aggressive and started saying we shouldn't make a big deal about 10rs. After repeating the same, numerous times, I told him it wasn't about the money. We got into an argument and the driver abruptly stopped the car on the road and told us that he wasn't going to drop us home. I told him to at least drop us to a place where we would be able to get some other transport. The driver then found an auto stand near Taj Vivanta and asked us to exit the vehicle. As we were doing so he started accusing me of telling him that I wasn't going to pay him. He then exited the vehicle and tried to call the auto drivers present there to make a scene and intimidate us. Luckily the auto driver noticed the incoherence in the taxi drivers dialogue and didn't side him. My colleague and I decided to call up "taxi for sure" and report this. A woman answered and on narrating what had happened, she apathetically asked me to hold the line. Meanwhile the taxi driver kept nudging me with an intent to start a fight if I didn't pay him right at that moment.Finally I paid the man after talking to the "taxi for sure" customer care lady who said she would send another cab. When he noticed I was going to click a picture of the vehicle he arrogantly styled his hair and decided to pose. I will attach the picture. The driver was driving very rash through the time we were in it and his mouth reeked of a strange smell ( alcohol masked with pan or some sort of chewing tobacco). The driver was so intoxicated that he even kept changing the cost we had to pay because he couldn't remember the actual amount on the bill. As per the bill we paid him 217Rs for 16km(I doubt it would be 16km from himalaya drugs factory on nelamangala road till taj vivanta, yeshwantpur) and the 30Rs for the daily pass which he had already picked up. Also my colleague with me was a female and was supposed to go alone with this man after I would have been dropped off at RT Nagar. The situation could've been a lot worse if that had happened. If this issue is not dealt with at the earliest I will resort to a more public way to seek justice. Also on the website I couldn't find a complaint email and hence had to write here.                 TFS-PP-C6005003 I booked a cab for 5:15 pm (10th Dec) from olympia tech park. I didn't receive any call from driver. When I called him @5.15 pm, I was informed that I should call back to the office and he won't be coming. I again called the customer support and I was informed that I will get a can in 21 mins. I didn't get cab on time again. When I called back again I was informed that I will have to wait for another 15 mins. I asked for an escalation. Then they engaged a lady who apoligised and she told that she is looking for the nearest cab. She told that she is filing a complaint on the driver and the customer care support person for their negligence. She asked me to stay on hold. In the mean while, I received a call from the driver stating that he is on the way and he is in velachery right now. I asked him not to come. when this lady finallly came online after hold, I informed her that I need a driver who is nearby and reach asap. And i informed about the call from the driver who is from Velachery. She informed she is looking for the nearest cab and informed that I will get a cab in 15 mins. Finally when i called the driver after waiting for 10 mins, I was informed that I asked him not to come. Thats why he didnt come. So finally they have booked the same driver for me, who is far. After waiting for 1.5 hours. I didn't get cab at all. Later I called the customer care support and informed that I want to talk to the escalation support immediately. I was informed that I can't talk and they are so busy on other calls. Does that mean taxi for sure has more escalations? He also informed that I will receive the call back. When I asked him to give the time within which I will receive the call back, I didn't get any definite other than "you will get a call back". When I demanded to let me know the deadline, the call was cut by the representative. Is this the support they provide? Poor Management!! Poor Customer Support!!! When we cancel the cab after the arrives, we will have to pay fine. Will I get paid now for wasting my time? Will they pay my phone bills atleast? What will be the compensation?

                  Booked a cab on dec 09 2014, 4 hr 40 km package, for dec 20 9.15 pick up.from HAL...spoke To driver raghuchandra KA-04-c-5243 and gave him directions...he did not call back ..when i called Him to check where he was...he says yes i m coming to cmh road...when i tell him i told you to come to HAL he says " no i cannot come there u will get another cab n puts down the phone..after trying to reach taxi for sure for one hour they say we r sorry the drivers vehicle is broken..but the truth is driver has accepted another booking and was going to that puck up loaction...they did not arrange another cab neither resolved the issue... I missed my important interview and due to short notice i could not get another cab nor auto since the distance was long..i missed an important opportunity in my life because of this irresponsible people... Today i suffered tomorrow it might be anyone and may be a greater opportunity than mine will get missed...This is the third time i had issue with taxi for sure...i came back to them hoping that they had improved their service...but no they have become worst... My day cannot be bought back but i would want to bring this to notice with hope that action will be taken on taxi for sure so that no one going forward will suffer

                    Booked a 4hr 40 km package on Dec 09, 2014. for pick from New Tippasandra, Bangalore at 9.15 am. The booking was confirmed received drivers details Driver Raghuchandra R (Ph [protected]) KA-04-C-5243, Spoke to driver gave him directions, he did not call back, when i called he did not attend my calls, neither called back, reached him after some 4-5 calls, he says " i cannot come, some else will come they will contact you", Tried to reach taxi for sure, no response, after trying many times someone from customer care answers and says " we are sorry the car might be broken thats why driver could not come' but in reality the truth is driver has accepted another booking. I could not get another cab in short notice, i missed my interview which is so important for my career, It is really unfair, unethical and absolutely unprofessional to put the customer in such a hopeless situation, they did not even bother to get back to me on this, such a painful experience, not the first time but for the third time, but this time i am writing because i lost a career opportunity. I do not want any kind of explanation from taxi for sure, they cannot bring back my day, but this kind of events should be taken seriously, because today its me, tomorrow it might be someone else and for something more important than my interview may be missed, why should we spare such service providers who do not take the responsibility.. if they cant manage it, they should communicate it well in advance, such short notices will just ruin everything,

                      Hi, I booked a cab from TaxiForSure in the morning. I wanted the taxi to be at the source (Old Airport Road) by 7:30 pm so that I reach my destination(Anand Rao Circle) by 9:30 pm. But the taxi driver calls me at 8:15 pm and says that he is still in Banashankri and will require 30 mins to reach the source. This is the kind of hopeless service "TaxiForSure" is providing. I called the customer care 3 times to know the status of my complaint and also know the reason for such service. For the first 2 times they said that they will transfer my call to some executive but there was no answer for almost 10 mins. The second representative name was "Divya". Please consider this complaint and take necessary action. Thanks, Mahesh

                        MY FAMILY AND I FACED SEVIOUR PROBLEM IN REACHING BACK HOME AT MIDNIGH WITH 3 MONTHS OLD KID, MY BOOKING WAS CONFIRMED ALMOST 5.30HRS BEFORE SCHEDULED PICK BUT THEY STATS NO CABS AT THE LAST MOVEMENT NO ONE CALLED BACK AFTER THE LONG CONVERSATIO N WITH CALL CENTER EXE.                           Booked taxi for sure a day before.Day on which I have to use the service I called them they said they are coming in ten mins.After that I waited for 15-20 mins and on calling back they said they are not able to arrange the cab and are sorry for that.I missed my Volvo because of them had to suffer a lot. If you cant provide this has to be acknowledge atleast 4 -5 hours before.Never use taxi for sure as they are not reliable and worst of worst

                            I made 3 bookinggs on Taxi for Sure for travel in Chennai on Nov 28/29. However, in the very first one the driver called me 10 min before scheduled pick-up time to say that he would be one hour late. When I protested, he was rude aand cut the call. I immediately cancelled the other 2 bookings and will never use Taxi for Sure. Better rely on FastTrack or if you want really clean cabs and courteous drivers go for Bala Tourist cabs.

                              TaxiNOTTTForSure...Booking ID- TFS-AT-C5750922 -Booking done at 5:30 P.M for a pick up at 11:00 P.M from the Airport...At 10:45 you tell me you are sending driver details and then at 10:50, there you have no drivers available near Airport...Totally disappointed ..will never ever have a ride with you people..And will spread the word among my friends and the Corporate circle as well...Highly unprofessional service!!!

                                I had booked a cab from ardee city, gurgaon to kashmiri gate, new delhi and the driver asked me to 730 while the actual amount was for 530 but since i received the actual amount message little late I paid him Rs 730 but again called him to return back Rs 200 which he agreed to return but for the past two days he is making a fool out of me and is not returning back my amount. His contact number is: +91-[protected], plus he definitely belongs to Bihar and resides near sector 56 in gurgaon itself. My first experience with taxi for sure that too a bitter one.

                                  I book a Taxi in advance for 8:45 am for my office.But at 8:25 am the driver called me and told me that he will reach at pickup point by 9:30 am and when I asked why there is no any answer from his side and call was cut.Then I call the customer care they told me that your taxi will reach by your pickup point on time . After 2 mins cab driver again call me and told me very rudely that I told you to book another taxi already then why are complaining me, I told you that I will not come do what ever you want to do and book another one. After 2 min another Taxi driver call me that he will reach at my pickup point at 9:15 am if you want. So, I asked him to come but same thing, he doesn't come. So, I suggest you all that if want to reach your destination on time DONT GO FOR TAXI FOR SURE...

                                    I had a ride with taxi for sure cab today 24 November 2014 10.30 am from hulimavu to satya sai hospital Bangalore. The total amount charged was Rs.357. I also had an amount of 500 in taxi for sure wallet. The driver told me to pay cash as he doesn't know about wallet. I tried calling 10 times to customer care but there was no response at that moment. I had to pay the driver cash 360 and also the same amount was deducted from wallet.                                       I was asked to pay by cash even after the amount got deducted from my account wallet! I asked the driver that cash is paid buy wallet but he insisted me to pay by cash (As per him that is the only option). I travelled 6.5 KMs according Google Maps but their meter showed me 7Kms. Amount deducted from wallet 91Rs. Amount charged by the driver 100Rs (As he was not having the change to return).

                                        Even after calling 4 times in the past week my complaint has not been resolved. I also had a conversation with the supervisor on phone and he promised me a speedy resolution of the issue but nothing has happened since then. Every time i get different responses like No complaint has been raised from my side or You will get a call back within next 48 hours etc. Please look into the issue and try to resolve it ASAP. Its a simple problem. I did not want to pay cash to the driver so i recharged my wallet but at the end of the trip amount did not get deducted from my wallet and hence i ended up paying cash. Since the sole motive of recharging to wallet was to enjoy a cashless ride/trip, i would like my amount to be refunded back to my credit card ASAP. Kindly Do look into the issue and revert back to me with a resolution. The booking id is TFS-IC-C4150417. Booked on 15th Nov from Chennai to Pondicherry.
