Ladies please dont travel alone in this Taxi for sure. today morning 8.am 21/04/2015 i booked taxi from kilpauk to nungambakkam. i called driver and routed him for my pickup and he says wll come with in 20 mins, i said ok and rushing to get ready .by the time he arrived my place and called me, i dint pickup since iam taking my bags and went out to car.immediately driver mr sures he shouted me for not picingup his call., i said sir i came out of my door to car .he immediatly reaction is dont tell reason for not picking my call .literally very high in tone to fight .and i said plss dont talk to like this, immd he droped me in centre on the road where 4 roads signal opp to pachapass college. sure will file a police compliant today aganist taxiforsure and this driver suresh. taxifor sure is not for decent people or office going ...

    Hi this is my reference no TFS-PP-C14784429.I have travelled with ttaxiforsure cab from bangalore metro to jayanagar. i have missed my carry bag in this cab. within 10 mins we called the driver and driver said i am statying in rbi layout while coming to that side i will give. we have waited upto 9 pm. after that whenever i called the driver, he wont pick the call. i have tried from different no. once he picked i have asked about yesterday carry bag immediately he disconnect the call. i have informed these things to taxiforsure cab customer care. he wont consider about that. will give the resolution in 24 hrs. driver will call you back like that. now almost 48 hrs gone driver didnt call me back. if i am asking about driver address they wont give. actually for my birthday i have purchased things arund 5500 rupees. becoz of this i didnt went to office. really i am very upsetting with this incident. please do the needful

    Thanks for reply. your customer care team said will give the resolution in 48 hours. but now almost crossed 80 hrs. whenever i called customer care they said we have forwarded the your queries to concerned department. i asked your team to give driver address, but yout team is not ready to give the address.i said take the driver conference, that also your team is not readyd to do. you people are taking care for driver, not for customer. Just think about customer also. After getdown from cab withinn 10 mins we called him. He said i am in near by jeyadeva, going for pickup. i am staying RBI Layout. while coming i will give. after that he didnt pick the call. Just cross check with that driver next trip after my booking and check the address also.i am waiting for your Positive response.
    Not yet i didn't get any reply from Taxi for sure team. I have lost my carry bag on Apr 19, 2015. Today is Apr 24, 2015. So you are waiting for driver appointment or what? . How much time it will take to call the driver? Tomorrow i am planning to go for police complaint. This is just information. Because Driver also not responding, your customer care team also not responding. I will wait up to tomorrow( Apr 25, 2015) 4PM. Before that update the final status. Otherwise i will file a complaint against the driver. Now i am giving 24 hrs time to your team.But i am not like your team(committed 48 hrs), definitely i will give a complaint tomorrow 5 PM.

      I, Chandan Kumar, Bannerghata Road, Bangalore, [protected], have booked Taxi using Taxi For Sure site on 16-Apr-2015 using Internet and booking got confirmed.I got email for confirmation. The schedule time was 6.30 AM on 17-Apr-2015. Morning got message Taxi arrived, but I tried to call the Driver number but he did not picked up the phone. Again I checked with they help line [protected] and they confirmed another taxi will come in another 10 minutes and got a message for driver. I called driver but he told he is not coming he was at remote place (Bangelore Airport). Again I called helpline, again they were promissing another Taxi driver will arrive in 10 minutes. I almost lost the time and decided to go with my vehicle only but I missed the train. I am helpless and do not know how to proceed. I lost my money, my kid's summer vacation plan, evrything got spoiled. I have all the messages saved in my mobile: [protected] also call details. Please suggest me how to sue taxiForSure.

      I have booked Taxi using Taxi For Sure site on 16-Apr-2015 using
      Internet and booking got confirmed. I kept 1 hour 15 minutes as buffer
      time.Start: Kalena Agrahara, Bannerghata Road, BangaloreEnd: Yeshwantpur Railway station.I
      got email for confirmation. The schedule time was 6.30 AM on

      minutes. They told me driver Gurumurthy will come, and I got message
      with his number. I called gurumurthy, he told he is not coming as he was
      at Bangalore Airport. Again I called helpline, again they were
      promising another Taxi driver will arrive in 10 minutes. I almost lost
      the time and decided to go with my vehicle only when my buffer time
      lost. I missed the train.I am helpless and do not know how to
      proceed. I lost my money Rs.7000 and more than that my kid's summer

I have received a confirmation also .but till this minute neither the drivercalledme .wheni I contacted customer care they promised to send another taxi. .But the contact number of that driver also. Found unreachable. I do not know what to do. The result is the lady passenger is stranded . That is the caliber of taxi for sure

        I Booked a Cab from Taxi For Sure on 14th April 2015 Evening to travel at 5:15 am on 15th April 2015. Got an email confirmation ref TFS-PP-C14355007 and a message for the booking. I also called on the number provided on the website to confirm the booking. Got a message at 5 am saying the cab driver might be late so they are trying to get me another taxi and if i cant wait i can get it cancelled by giving a missed call on [protected], this is the number of the driver which i received as a message at the same time.When i called the driver he totally Lied to me by saying that he just just spoke to me and i told him that i am going on my own so i don't need a cab!! When i got irate he said he is coming in 5 min.When i called the TFS call centre they told me that they are trying to arrange another cab in 5 min but when i called after 5 min they said they cant provide the cab!!They wasted my whole one hour and i missed by train because of the mess up created by them.In the evening they sent me a message by offering a 100% discount on my next ride.why would i like to take another ride on this good for nothing taxi service.I would like to complain against Taxi for sure for Ditching the customer at the last moment and causing harassment and loss.           I had an horrendous experience with Taxi for Sure on last Tuesday (14th April 2015). I booked a cab for going to Yeshwanthpur railway station, Bangalore from my place for 9:15 AM. Booking id: TFS-PP-C14322895. To my horror, even before the start of the journey (9:15 am), the driver completed the trip on his own and deducted Rs. 192 from online wallet, even though the trip was not started at all!! The driver details: Nagaraju KA-01-AA-6609 (Sedan). What kind of servicing is this? I hereby ask TaxiforSure to return my money at the earliest and take severe action against the driver. Otherwise, I will escalate it to highest level.

          Even though I got the deducted money back by TaxiForSure, I want proper compensation. Due to non-arrival of the driver, my parents were left stranded. There-after, they had to pay much higher amount to Autowala. They were also about to miss the train. So, there must be proper compensation to take care of horrendous situation my parents faced because of the callousness of TaxiForSure driver.

          Also, let me know about the kind of action being taken against the driver.

          Though I got the deducted money back, I want proper compensation. Because of non-arrival of the TaxiForSure cab, my parents were left stranded and then they had to pay much higher amount to Autowala for reaching the station. So, there must be proper compensation for the kind of suffering my parents had because of callousness on the part of TaxiForSure driver.

          Also, let me know what kind of action is being taken against the offending driver.

            I booked a cab on 14th of April 2015 (Booking No TFS-AT-C[protected]. My pickup was from DLF Phase 3 Block S to Terminal 3. But unfortunately I haven't received any cab at the said time. Besides that I haven't received any call from the Driver Jagbir to confirm my pickup point. I tried calling the driver again and again but he dint bothered to reply neither a call back. This is very unfortunately that I trust Taxi for Sure as I am a regular customer But this experience fade that trust on you. I again call customer care to confirm about the taxi and the driver but there also, I haven't got any satisfactory response as they said that they will arrange an another cab. They again sent me the message for new driver. But he dint picked up my call again!! That is shameful.

              This is regarding not providing me with the TaxiForSure cab for 13 april 2015 at 08 30 am. Although I got the confirmation message for this same booking at 8 am on 13 april 2015. The driver details are as follows:- Driver name:- Kanthappa Mob no.:- [protected] Car no. :- KA-04-D-9942 But after all this I didn’t get the taxi for the same timing. First of all the driver didn’t call me for asking the pickup point. I called the driver several times he did not receive my call, nor reverted me back and I got the message confirmation of completion of trip message. This is height of irresponsibility from the company’s side and practice of providing worst service to the customer. This is the first time I have experienced this kind of irresponsible service provided by a company. Its really very annoying from the customer’s perspective. Due to this I have been late for the work which I was initiated for and it was the worst experience which I have come across till date. If I compare your service with your competitors service you stand nowhere in the market for growth with providing such an irresponsible and horrible service to the customers. I want to know one thing how come without me travelling in your taxi for sure it was confirmed that my trip was complete? I will make sure that I will drag this matter to higher authority and inform my friends, family and society members not to board any TaxiForSure for any sort of travelling purposes. The name “TaxiForSure” does not relate with the services rendered by you to the customers instead the name should have been “NOTAXIFORSURE”. Request to take a very strict action against the driver.                 We booked TaxiForSure cab a day before for the Bangalore Airport. In the morning there was a confirmation and the driver called me that he would be at my place in 15 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes, the customer care re-confirmed another cab in 15 minutes. The big mistake was that I believed what they said and finally missed the flight. I am now looking for a help in consumer court so that I can file a litigation.

                  I had availed a taxi from India gate to IGI airport on 15 Feb 15 for which I was charged 483/-. The actual charges were only 270/- . Since the machine was malfunctioning, the driver told me that we will refund the amount within two working days. Its two months now, I have called up Taxi for sure 100 times. Now tired of the same, I would like to lodge a complaint and if I do not get a response, I would like to go to the consumer forum for redressing my problem This is the last time I am availing your services.                     I had booked a taxi from TaxiForSure from Janakpuri, Delhi to Gurgaon through booking number TFS-IN-C14261350 on 13/April/2015 for the same day for pickup @ 9:45 am. I asked customer care executive twice for the confirmation of taxi while booking taxi on call & also received the message on my mobile number that your booking is confirmed and drivers and vehicle details will be sent to me 15 mins prior to my departure. At 9.55 am, when I didn't received any call or details of driver & vehicle from taxi for sure, I called them up on the number[protected] and inquired about my booking, I was shocked when they told me that your booking is cancelled due to non-availability of taxi. I really felt cheated & disappointed from the service of Taxi for sure and it was very difficult for me to arrange alternate taxi within a short period. They tell you every single charge like waiting charges, service tax, toll tax etc but they don't tell what one should do in case they themselves cancel customers taxi request without informing him prior cancellation. It was a very bad experience for me booking taxi from such a unreliable company. I am also going to report this matter to different platforms. Also, It was my first booking with TaxiforSure & I won't recommend & suggest it to any of my colleague or friends ever. They should change their name to "TAXI FOR UNSURE OR TAXI FOR NOTSURE".

                        Dear Sir, I booked a taxi from Zakir Nagar, New Delhi to New Delhi Railway Station at 5:00 A.M on Dated April 9th against booking number C13933179. In spite of several calls to your customer I could not avail your taxi till 5:35 A.M. My train departure timings was 6:15 A.M, after that due to pathetic & unreliable services from your end I lastly catch a three wheeler & reached the station on Eleventh hour. At 5:56 A.M I received a call from your driver Arun Kumar Shukla who was enquires about my home location at 6:56 A.M.                           THE DRIVERS OF TAXI FOR SURE THESE DAYS ARE ACTING VERY WEIRD these days 5 OF THEM CANCELLED BY AIRPORT TRIP AND I MISSED THE FLIGHT REBOUGHT FROM ANOTHER AIRLINES ... THE TICKETS AND IT COSTED MY 26000 THE DRIVERS WHO CANCELLED SHOULD BE JAILED OR SHUD REIMBURSE MY LOSS

                            Hi Team Greetings of the day Please look into my grievances : 1) TFS PP C12074741 : Booked on 12th March for next day trip . Prior to 15 minutes you say that the driver will be late .As a result had to cancel it 2) TFS PP C14158203 : Booked yesterday for today's trip. Again you say that driver will be late. Alternate driver given from your side . Sunil 2 ([protected]). After calling him we get to know that he will take 40 minutes more to reach after the time of booking. Why is it happening again and again. Either you stop taking the orders for which you can't fulfill or at least you inform in advance that your driver can't reach. Very disappointing from your end. Just try to understand both were an early morning bookings just before 15 minutes you say driver will be late and even if you arrange an alternative driver says he will reach 40 minutes late. Its very disappointing to know that there is no proper grievance channel to address this problem because the whole preparation goes in vain and this is a type of harassment . Please not that in both the orders we got the confirmation that the driver arrangement has been made Hoping for a positive response Regards

                              Hi, Myself Nandini, we had very bad experienced with Taxi for sure. they are very irresponsible, every time when we booked taxi with an App they will take booking and send us booking confirmation also, after waiting for 1 hour they will driver details then if we call to that driver number so easily he will tell that 'No madam i've not received any intimation from my office so i can't come now. Yesterday we have booked taxi at 7 o clock pm, they sent booking confirmation to my mobile and waiting time is 1 hour. Then we have received driver details at 7.50, we called to that number that guy told me that no madam i've not received any intimation so i will check with my office then i'll get back to you. but he didn't call back for 15 min, so i called to taxi for sure office and asked them about that he check and he told so we will send another driver wait for 15 min. after waiting 15 min i called to that new driver number he was also telling the same thing which old driver said. again i called to office at 8.30 and scrolled them but again they said same wait for another 15 min we will send another driver, but again same problem i have faced. I got received almost 5 driver number all are telling same thing that sorry we have no intimation. like this we had waited for 2 and half hours (till 9.30 pm) that time we were having 2 small kids with us both are below 4 years, they crying a lot also we are only 2 ladies, it was really very worst time experienced with taxi for sure. then in that time we took some other taxi at 10 pm. so Plssssssssss take some action on them, if they unable to give service it is better not to take bookings. Really we very fed up with them that too in that time only 2 ladies with small kids. Kindly take some action on them, its my humble request because this is second time we are experiencing this.                                 I booked a cab on 10th april 1:45a.m. When i reached at the location, the driver was sleeping. I had to wait for 15-20 minutes to wakeup the driver. After that during my way to home, the driver was still sleeping while driving because of which we just survived of a major accident with a truck.I asked him to not sleep while driving, his reply was that he has been driving more than 15 hours a day. Plus to this, when i reached my location he asked to pay 150 Rs, i asked him to give me bill. He told me that bill will be mailed to me. After paying Rs150, he left. After 15-20 minutes after reaching my home I got a message on my mobile saying that i have to pay Rs92 for my trip. Than why was i charged Rs150 by the driver?

                                  Dfr over Rajeev Kumar Sharma a well behaved driver but driving very bad at every gear change the taxi used give a kick( Jhatka due to his releasing. The clutch very fast. 2 Eco Taxi no.t suitable for Senior Citizens two high to get in the car. 3 the bill on SMS Rs 1462 which was wrong .Actual bill 445 .No corrected sms and email received . You said you have upgraded the car is Eco an upgraded car. The original car allocated not come and anew car was sent which delayed us bu 15 Minutes. Overall very bad experience.                                     Date: 8/4/2015 I had booked a cab from jalahalli east bangalore on 6 Apr 2015 and your driver called me and said am too far am canceling the booking. Am I fool sitting here I booked my cab 2 night before and your driver is saying this to me ???? This is my first booking from TAXI FOR SURE and i had a coupon code(APP100) but surprisingly the driver did not cancel the booking instead of that he confirmed the booking as completed and because of this my COUPON also gone. Later when I booked one more taxi and while going suddenly booking got cancel and then again I spoke to costumer care and after long time the same taxi got booked. Then I spoke to costumer care again and there is no reponse from customer care. I spent 50rs balance on talking to consumer care. And You call your company as Taxi For sure what is sure in this ???? I had spent more money then fare charges. I would like to talk to your manger else I will make sure this thing will go on to the high level. Why should I go for Taxi for sure when there is no confirmed bookings. Daily I have to do up and down with my 20 friends and I thought Taxi for sure will be good for it. You solve my problem else I will make sure non of the cab will be booked by us from your company and This report will go to next level. I had attached the billl details its says i had taken the ride but its not TRUE. Please do something.                                       This with reference to the above subject, please be informed that i had availed the Taxi for sure serives on 14th of March & 4thof April, as per agreements i have paid the rental of 850 each side but as promised by your team they dint provide the bill, when i asked them they said that the bill will be sent to an email but i keep on checking still the bill not received However i have sent so many emails to them but there is not response yet

                                      Hence could you please investigate and let me know why they have not provided the bill yet

                                        I booked a cab first time from taxi for sure app using promo code APP100 according to which i was supposed to get a discount of Rs100. Not only driver gave me that discount even after speaking with customer care but also used abusive language and and had threaten me that that he lives nearby and will cause harm to me in future. I have paid Rs336 which the driver demanded. Driver name was Saurabh Krishan Murari driving taxi with ending no 1972. I expect to file threathing charged against the company who keep such drivers and be-fools the customer by putting discount schemes and then not fulfilling the same. My mobile no from which i booked is [protected].
