Taxiforsure — Power bank left in the cab!!!! | |||||
On 6th May, 2016 we ordered a cab from taxi for sure. Driver name: Deepak Ghadi. Booking I'd: DIPAK GHADI- [protected] (Hatchback, MH50424. Booking TFS-PP-C73572416 confirmed for May 6, 2016, 7:16 p.m. But the driver came in indica vista(last digit of car number is MH###192; Indica Vista. He explains that the mentioned car had an accident so I am coming in this car. We agreed!! Unfortunately I left my power bank in the cab. And after being dropped off at my destination in Kandivali east, I immediately called the driver (name mentioned above), he accepted that the HP power bank is left in the back seat and he will keep it with him and return. Upon calling him consistently and n number of times, there is no response from his side, instead just excuses were made. We are regular customers of taxi for sure and this kind of behaviour from the driver is just not acceptable. It defamed the Taxi for sure as a company. We want our HP power bank back ..soon.
