Attention TCL customers,
I am also one of the aggrieved persons who bought TCL TV through online which developed major problem with in the warranty period due to manufacturing defect. Upon complaining to the TCL customer care they sent a representative from Chennai by name: Mr. Mahesh (Ph :[protected]) who took the TV on 23 March 2019 promising that he could repair it within 7 working days. To my dismay even after 80 days there is no response from the customer care.The representative is not even picking up-the call, prompting me to file a consumer complaint as well as cheating complaint.

I solicit all the aggrieved persons who submitted the complaint like me in the consumer complaints website to co-operate in filing a case as a group, so that we can bring the fraudulent activities of TCL into light.
