Tencent Pubg — purchase failure | |
I bought the 660 uc pack worth rs 799 today on march 9, 2019 on pubg mobile by tencent. Payment was deducted from my band account but didn't receive the uc. Please resolve it as soon possible as this is a decent amount of money. I am sending a screenshot of my transaction attached. I need a refund urgently or i need my purchase. problme sort out i get refunf after 224hour
I made a purchase of rs79 for 60 UC and money deducted bit purchased failed.. Didn't get UC i want refund... I always face this problem... And i wish pubg fix this issue
