One o[censored] r sales executive mr. Shubham chaudhary [byju's emp. Id[protected]] visit to my place and give impressive demo about product for my ward studying in class 7th. And further elaborated us the class room learning center is different from other tuition center as through practical & presentation student grasp fast also the study center do not force their students for mug up & gives very less homework, all 80% learning done at study center onky. After finishing demo he insisted i should immediately make paymnet for product around 70000 rupees (Including transportation fee) as this is very good discount. After discussion with mr. Sayed dwarka dean head the shubham given bifircation of my paid 70, 000 which are as below:

So we purchased the course for 7th std in emi from bajaj finserv for 70000 inr. Mr. Shubham promised us that we can return the product within 15 days if we dont like. Through day one we got lots of transport problem & safety issues which center head mr. Karandeep (Dwarka center) assured us to streamline but still fighting. Regarding studies, center giving lots of homework & forced students to mugup which is again surprised us, due to this my ward got immense of mental torcher & remarkly score down at his school. I had shared with dwarka center operation head mr. Karan deep & mentor deeptanshu from which i am not able to get any positive response. They keep telling that the matter will be resolved but nothing seems to be happening. It has been a thoroughly disgusting experience with byjus. This study center is full business motive, which is again like class room session that too just for 5 hrs per week, there is again nothing teached only prepared student for mugup. Early, when my ward joined center classes for 7th standard the student were 14no's. & now the no's. Further down to 8, this is also very questionable however the center only through their centrum on parents & students about their performance.
After many change of whatsapp messages with dwarka center staff we came to conclusion not continue as my word is scoring less marks in school as well center he has been loosing his confidence. And the faculties is also saying he wil not improve therefore we concluded & taken very hard decision not to go further asscociat with byju's as here kid will only loose his confidence. We have been continusly in touch with your sales person (Shubham choudhary) he knows what heat we have faced from day one.
However this is not a end we got shocked when we asked for refund of our fee the calculations which mr. Karandeep (Dwarka operation head) did surprised us. And offered us to return only 25000/- out of 70, 000/-. We would like to quit only after after 15days but that time they begged further extended time to show their performance, now everything fall on us, getting feeling of cheated. Would request you to refund my whole hard earned money (Class fee & transport fee approx. 50, 000) as we are not anywhere on fault.
Hope byju's show it's customerisation & refund my hard earned money.
