Today I have made a purchase in Freefire game of Rs.190, amount was deducted from my account due to internet issues I couldn't get my offer. This transaction was not recorded in Google Play transaction. When can I get this amount refunded.

Purchase made and money debited but nothing in Purchase History
Today I Purchased ETERNAL BLESSING for $14.99 from "GODDESS OF GENESIS" and I alsready paid the required amount and I even got msg THAT " 1299 Rupees is debited from my a/c to Times of money limited @ 15:28pm ... but after that I contacted the game developers. And they said to check on Google payments centre and give them a screenshot of payment.. But when I checked their is nothing about this payment and I didn't even got confirmation email. I will attach the msg that I received and also ref no is also their and my statement.. Please reply

I hade payment through Google.my was debited from my bank account.i didn't receive confirmation mail from Google Play. The money was sent to times of money. I need my money back this is the reference number for payment Ref#IGAJURCLE4

Made an purchase from in app purchase and then adddd my bank then payment confirm got money debited SMS through INB times of money limited. When navigated to purchase history couldn't find the purchase made. No confirmation email or so from playstore or any kind.

I purchased gold pass in coc on 5 th nov . Today 8 th Nov still I not receive it. But mony deducted from my bank acc. Gold pass cost 449 rupees I bought it with 389 rupees cose I use 60 rupees Google Play credit. Pls solv the matter fast give me gold pass or refund my mony .
