On 25th August 2015 I have placed an order at www.everydayorganics.in for supply of certain food items and the payment of Rs. 500/- as per this order was also made through Netbanking to INB TIMES OF MONEY LIMITED under my bank reference No. [protected]IG0AOVQAK2. However, till today the items have not been supplied by the supplier nor they have assured me to supply the items in spite of my repeated request to their email ID. Hence, the amount of Rs. 500/- my kindly be refunded to my bank account at the earliest. A. THIYAGARAJAN
I purchased a course from Udemy and apparently Rs 800 has been deducted from my account but I could not locate any course in my Udemy account, and the money was successfully transfered to INB Times of Money Limited
I was purchasing in game cash( UC )from PUBG Mobile for upgrading my Royale pass everything went alright the amount was also deducted from my bank account but I didn't get the in game cash ( UC ).

    I tried to purchase one grfated mango plant from syed garden on 20th July, 2015 at around 1pm. I used SBI atm cum debit card for the transcation via times of money. Amount is Rs 350/ and trascation number is[protected]. But syed garden said they didnot received the payment. I need my money back.

                    I USED THE SERVICES OF REMIT 2 INDIA TO AFFECT A REMITTANCE TO MY ACCOUNT IN INDIA ON THE 7TH OF JUNE. AS PER THE PROCEDURE PROVIDED ON THEIR WEBSITE I COMPLETED ALL FORMALITIES / UPLOADED ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION FOR THE TRANSACTION AND THEREAFTER TRANSFERRED FUNDS TO THEIR LOCAL BANK IN SINGAPORE AND UPLOADED THE DETAILS OF THE TRASACTION ON THEIR WEBSITE.. THIS TRANSACTION WAS CARRIED OUT BY ME ON THE 7TH AFTERNOON AND THE FUNDS WOULD HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED WITHIN THREE WORKING DAYS I.E BY 11TH OF JUNE ASSUMING THAT THE DAY OF THE TRANSACTION WAS NOT COUNTED.
                    AS OF TODAY I.E THE 14TH OF JUNE THE STATUS TRACKER FRO MY TRANSACTION ON THEIR WEB SITE STILL INDICATES - MONEY AWAITED. THIS IS AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS TO THEIR TOLL FREE CUSTOMER CARE NUMER (SINGAPORE NO.[protected] AND EVEN FORWARDING OF THE TRANFER AND PAYEE DETAILS AS REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER CARE TO TRACK THE TRANSFER . FURTHER NO REASONING FOR DELAY HAS BEEN PROVIDED AND JUSTIFICATION FOR THE REQUEST FOR THE STATEMENT INSPITE OF THE DETAILS OF THE TRANSFER INCLUDING ACCOUNT NO. BEING ENTERED ON THEIR WEB SITE HAS BEEN PROVIDED.
                    THE TOLL FREE NUMBER PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY ALSO SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN MANIPULATED WHEREBY ONE IS NEVER ABLE TO GET THROUGH TO A CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE IF ONE CHOSES THE OPTION OF BEING AN EXISTING CUSTOMER. HOWEVER IF ONE EXERCISES THE OPTION OF BEING A NEW CUSTOMER WISHING TO MAKE A FRESH TRASACTION THE CALL IS CONNECTED IMMEDIATELY.
                    THE ACTIONS OF THE COMPANY PROVIDE AMPLE EVIDENCE OF FRAUDULANT BENIFIT FROM WITHHOLDING REMITTANCE FUNDS UNTIL THE EXCHANGE RATE IS FAVOURABLE TO THEM (THE SGD TO INR HAS CHANGES BY OVER 2% SINCE THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS).

                        Sir,
                        An amount of Rs.99/- only stand deducted on 26.02.2012 from my SBI Account [protected] for ONLINE SHOPING, but due to technical error of the concerned service provider TRXN has not been completed but Rs 99 deducted from by a/c inspite of the fact that nothing has been purchased . Till now I haven't got refund.
                        Please look into the matter so that my amount will be refunded to my account at the earliest.

                          The complaint against www.100bestbuy.com C/O Suksh Technology pvt Ltd, Salarpuria Hallmark, 15/[protected]@16, 4th floor, Kadubeesanahalli, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore - 560087, INDIA.

                          I had participated in a lucky draw contest on www.100bestbuy.com for Apple iPhone 4S in Rs. 444/- on 28th Feb 2012.

                          On the same day I had try to pay the amount of Rs. 444 for one product but by mistake they have charged me Rs. 2220 for five products and immediately the amount has debited from my account. After that immediately I called to customer care[protected] of 100bestbuy. They told me the extra amount of Rs. 1780 will be refund to my account within 5 to 6 working days.

                          But till date I haven’t received any refund in my account and I’m still follow up with them every alter three days.

                              An amount of Rs.249/- (Two hundred forty nine) only stand deducted on 31.08.2011 from my SBI Account for recharge, but due to technical error of the concerned service provider in Karnataka the recharge has not been completed and I was told via email that the amount will be refunded within a week's time, but the same has not been refunded so for.                                         Dear Sir,

                                        I have played zapak contest and got many vouchers of window2india site. I redeemed all those. First they accept our order with the additional amount which I paid through my debit card. Secondly they adviced me to select the products from the zapak catalogue only and assured me to refund the amount which I paid through card. I did that also. But till day, they not even send any products, nor even refund my amount of Rs.950/-. What steps should I take to recovery my money? Please advice.
