TimesofMoney — Did not get purchase after 48 hours

I purchased gold pass in Clash of Clans at 11:56 pm on 4 January, 2021.
My money was deducted from my account but I didn't get gold pass till today. It has been two days. Please solve the problem and help me to get the gold pass.
I attached the proof of my statement.
