I Ordered 4 tshirts and 1 Pyjama from Tkameez and Paid Online. However, I received 1 shirt and 1 Joggers.

They arent replying to me on email.Also there is no contact no. On which I can call.

Extremely disappointed from Tkameez.

I have made a purchase on tkameez with order no. 1278112. I have paid the money online after that I got message regarding cancel of order. But still I am waiting for my money and no message has been conveyed so far. Kindly help.

I ordered 4 tshirts and 2 shirts by paying online payment. After 7days I checked but the status show is just plased. Then I cancel it but but after a week they do not refund me. Even they not reply of my emails.

Hi i had placed 2 orders of Rs.787 each on 5th of November. I still haven't received the order nor the order has still been shipped! I need the refund or my package to be delivered at the earliest time possible.

I had placed my order (Order No[protected] on TKAMEEZ on 8th Nov 2020 and after 10 days on 18th Nov 2020 i received a message from TKAMEEZ about cancellation of my order. They cancelled my order without my knowledge and concern and they have not refund my money.
I urge the consumer complain officer to take strict action against this company. The company seems totally fraud and they are not responding on email service. Neither they have provided any working customer care number.

I order 4 tee and delivered item are completely different including size. Email does not work and company seems to be doing this to most customers.

I bought four tshirts via tis site and they had an offer to pay via online to get an additional discount ..i did tht and i was delivered wrong products, not the one i ordered, which is very cheap quality and of no use ..and i couldnt contact them..return the products no refund also..i paid around 800 rs..if this complaint is of help i intend to make other people aware about this online fraud

I have ordered tshirts on tkameez on[protected]. Payment taken from the bank and still they are not confirming order showing no orders from my sides on the website.

Ordered some 4 t-shirt from the site, got random t-shirts than that, no support from their end, whole money wasted.

Dear sir I am really disappointed by your service despite of writing mails no one is concern from your end .
I have recieved wrong orders with wrong sizes bt no one is taking any action (from tkameez)

A couple of months ago, i had ordered online a couple of tshirts from ludhiana-based Apparel company T-Kameez...But what i got was completely different from what i had ordered and paid for.
They never replied to my requests to ship me the same tshirts i had ordered . Even the phone number they have listed is defunct. This was their phone number provided by them :[protected]
( Now, they have removed their fb page also.)

After waiting endlessly to hear from them, when i had last checked their facebook page thoroughly, i saw many others posting the same complaint of them not receiving the same tshirts they had ordered from T-Kameez.

It is a clear case of fraud and dishonest trade practice from T-Kameez.

Please take strict action against them.
Please let me know how the aforementioned company can be punished for cheating customers like this again and again.
(P.S.i am ready to provide the details of my transaction with online apparel company T-Kameez if you need...)

I cancelled an order which was already paid for because there were discounts for pre paid orders. I cancelled the order, sent them a mail and still haven't been refunded nor have they replied to the emails that i sent them regarding this issue.

I ordered 4 tshirts from tkameez and was delivered complete totally wrong products and cannot contact their customer service and not getting and reply from the email support and website also not allowing return. Would like and refund on those products.

I placed three orders from tkameez.com on 20 October they were supposed to change there order status and to be shipped within 5 days but I have changed my mind and cancelled my order so no refund was initiated as well as no status change has been done yet when I tried contacting there customer support on every platform like email, insta, Facebook contact number, I found that none of them were active this is an online fraud my total amount which I paid was 2300 rs .

Sir I have ordered 5 t-shirts. But I have received wrong product. There is no option for return. I mailed then no response. I called them they asking card number ccv expiration date everything. Please register it. And make them return my money sir. It will be huge help for me.

I have ordered 2 cotton jogger received 2 pajamas earlier i have ordered 4 tees but not received the same...

Order cancellation is done but that site did not show when I get refund my order money and will pay a 787 rupee through Paytm upi but I cannot get get my refund money. This site provide a support email and I should mail one or two mail but that side did not reply

Hi Team,

I ordered joggers from tkameez and they have delivered tshirts which are not my size and they are not responding to the msgs and mails and they are doing it intentionally . They are just going fraud with us. Kindly look into this .
