T-Kameez Complaints & Reviews

Hi I'm Karthik, I've placed an order on Tkameeze, Order no TK1266053, 14th August. After my friends suggestion that theor worst service and mix up in order delivery, I had to cancel my order. Ideally I should have received my refund rigt away however I haven't received any notification regarding my refund yet. What's worse I've contacted them through all of their social media platforms and mobile, I still haven't received any response yet....

I ordered 4 t-shirts and paid online for that something like 800 around
And i get 1 shorts and 1 something like wardrobe i don't know what is called it is totally fraud they are not contacting me
My money wasted please give me my money back...

This was my second order from this site, prior to this I had ordered 2 tee shirts which really fitted me well, This time I had my trust with them so I ordered 4 teeshirts for one location and another 4 for another location, So a total of 8 teeshirts. But when my order arrived there was a cardigan and a rugged pajama both of which were in very poor quality moreover it doesn't even fit, I thought it was by mistake, but my other parcel also...

Waited for 1 week for the tshirts and when received, its not my ordered product.

Have received a tracksuit jacket and a third class shrug... Would have kept it but its not worth it... Take the product back and give me my 4 ordered t-shirts.
Is this a fraud company then shut it down guys....

I ordered 4 different types of t shirt from t kameez and I get two jackets that was not that i ordered...

The product that has been delivered to me is not the one which I ordered. A different product has been delivered to me. The return policy of tkameez is not up to the mark, I couldn't work with the website. Their isn't any way to return my product after researching all through the website....

I had placed an order of 4 t. Shirts and 3 tanks however the products that i received is somethings else (1 full t. Shirt, 1 half t. Shirt and 1 black jacket) and of lesser value.

I tried reaching out to them on call but their contact number is not working, even their website doesn’t have any proper support team.

Please don”t place any order or buy anything from this website....

I have ordered 4 t-shirts from Tkameez website on 15th august 2020 and what received are 2 completely wrong products on 20th august 2020. when i try to contact their customer care they are not taking any calls and they are not even replying to any mails. From website return order option is not working anymore. My order number is this TK1266249.

I want my money back or the product i have placed.

I odered 4 tishirt from T-kameez site. And i found very cheap quality 1 lower in my courier, cartumer care number is not working, company mail box are full, I don't found any option to return, i want my refund ...plz take a action about this company

I recently ordered two t-shirts from this site and i was very excited for my order, but today when i received my parcel it was totally a different product. i try to to contact then through the phone number they provided in their site but it was unavailable. after that I try to file a return request but a pop-up message appeared that this option is not available right now. They are not replying to my mails either....

I have ordered the following t-shirts from tkameez website on 27.07.2020 vide order no tk1260340.

1. Infinity cycle military tee
2. Basic white half tee

However, their company has delivered totally different t-shirts. I don't like the delivered product and want with either exchange or return of the product. Presently, return of product is not allowed on your website.

I have ordered 7tshirts but received none of them infact I received one sando and one sweatshirt which I never ordered and those clothes are without tag and it smells like its used one. I ordered 7 t-shirts on this app but I did not receive my order, I received wrong order and with no tag on it and I think that's used clothes. I have received one sando and one sweatshirt which is without tag and used. I want my money back I will not accept this order refund me my money oresle send me the order of 7 t-shirts that I placed. Worng products received, there is no such option as given by them edit/view..help as soon as possible...

Ordered 2 Tshirts and received one shirt. Tried calling the customer care number but it does not exists. Also, the email id is non- responsive. This is a fraud company. Kindly restrain from placing any orders from this company. Another scam to make money....

I've ordered 4 tshirts from tkameez but they have delivered wrong parcel..
They are doing online fraud with customers. They should have been charged for this and such kind of frauds online companies should be banned and punished....

I had ordered from there website for 4 t-shirts with online payment for the same and thwy have sent me some random hoodey and a shirt (Photos of what i have ordered and what i have been delivered attached)...
