I have ordered 3 products and did online payment but when i receive the parcel i got only one product that is also not the one which i order. So i thought they did some mistake the first thing it comes to my mind to call the customer care but the num they mention in their portal was wrong then i email them and i do sent follow up email everyday but i dont get any response, then i sent msgs in insta and facebook from their as well i didnt get any response

So it means they are simply doing fraud with customer by sending wrong product which was low in cost.

So i suggest dont do go for shòpping from tkameez as they attract you by giving good offer but atlast you wont get the correct order which u have ordered.

        I have ordered 4 tshirts and paid by online method that is upi. Tbe payment is completed and razorpay had transferred the payment to tkameez. Even then i have not recieved any order confirmation and no orders are shown in my orders section

            4days backs i ordered 4tshirts on grab04 offer.. But since i don’t have much trust in this site by paying online, i ordered the product for cod. And today morning i recieved the product, where it’s was completely different from what i ordered. 4tshirts i ordered & i recieved one sweat shirt and 1jogger (Girl) pant.
            I have paid 1088 rupees. I definitely need a refund.

                  I ordered four t-shirt in the offer of grab04 in rs of 787, but i got only two t-shirt which are different than i ordered, i completed my process to return the product but they are send email in that they said the return or exchange policy is stopped from march but they cannot mentioned this at the time of i order the order, so is my kindly request that i want my original product as early as possible or i want my full payment otherwise i will complaint file against tkameez in police station and as well as report a case in court...

                      I ordered 4 shirts at the offer of GRAB04 on 2nd September and order delivered on 8 September. my awb is[protected]. Instead of 4 t shirts got tracksuit. and on the parcel they billed t shirt amount still they send tracksuit.and no customer care contact available .i mailed on [protected]@tkameez.com but no response. there is no return or exchange option available.

                          I have received the wrong product and till now after 3 weeks didn't receive any of their reply refunds or reorder
                          first, they told me soon to reach me reorder and for small compensation...
                          and all that was fake... it was my fault to trust these guys..

                                  The company seems to be fake. Their contact number is not valid.. They do not respond to emails or social media messages. They was posted false advertisements on facebook and instagram.

                                  I placed 2 orders and in both orders they delivered used and wrong items.in their website my order has correct item as per my choice but the delivered items are completely rubbish. I have added photos of the items that were delivered to me and also screen shot of my orders placed on their website

                                  I want completed refund of my money and please take back your delivered items

                                    I selected 4 t-shirts and got a total of 787 and i also did the payment by razor pay from my google pay upi. Now they have snatched away the money and didn't even place the order. Also no support is there and i am fed up of reaching to them. Please help. I am adding my payment receipt here underneath. Why don't you take strict legal actions against such fake people? Please help.
