My order no is 177606. I ordered my lower from this site and they said that the product is refundable with money return. Firstly it took me 1 week to contact the officials. Nobody picks the phone with provided customer number. They don't even reply to email on time. And after they accepted my reurn order now they are giving me points or coupons and not the money. As the site does not have something worth the money they ask i want my money...

I have ordered a leather jacket of rs1570, and pay through debit card, when i call for tracking my product, they told me your order has been cancelled, plzz forward your email which was u get from us, i forwarded this and after that they told me that your prdct was ordered and reached u at time. I had purchased a product from this company in feb. 2017. I was not satisfied so i returned and they gave me coupon code and they told me that whenever you want to purchase tell us we will give you new coupon because this code came with expiry date. T-shirts size is very large the height of the t-shirts is very big i want small m size plss bring small t-shirts. The colour of the t-shirts is white and grey it is nice t-shirts but size is too large and i am 17 years old. So it is too big suggest me small tshirts. I booked 2 bb joggers and 1 bb melange dry fit thumbhole tees. The material of both is not suitable for me as i got affected with skin disease. The return policy is still valid for me as 10 days are not over. I want refund as soon as possible. Even the doctor recommended me the same. I request you to refund me as soon as possible. Bad experience from this site.first they said that we will return your money i[censored] will be unsatisfied from our product then they said we will send you code we cant refund you money.And when they send me code its expiry was after 10 days, my money get wasted.Even there product quality is 0, Size issue so i suggested you to plz dont waste your money...

I clearly mentioned the shipping address as "bengaluru (Banglore)"
And you guys send me this to nagpur.
I spent 120/- rs for sending this to banglore by speed post and you also took 49/- rs as shipping charges.
I want refund for the charges taken from me and money that i spent too.

So i bought a lower from tkameez whose cloth was not at par so i booked a return for it.i got it returned and when they mailed me the coupon code and i tried to use it but the site that the coupon code has expired. I mailed them the issue they did not reply. I called thier customer care no. They did not answer some recorded voice says "our people will call you again or so. Please take some action so that i can get my money returned.
