I order 4 tishirts from tkameez site in 751 rupes on 15 August 2020 . but there are not showing any order in my id . i can't track my order .i pay online for this .i try contact castumer care by mail but mail box is full, castumer care number out of network. Order number :-TK1266311

    I have ordered different full sleeve t-shirts by paying online but I have received half t-shirt of different colour which makes me very disturbed and when I mailed there is no response or call can't be connected. Please help

        I had placed placed order for 4 tshirt on this site and made online payment for that. I received my parcel on 15th of august but the parcel didn’t contain the things i ordered. I mailed them for return but there is no response from there side. Please help me out asap

            I ordered 9 tshirts from their website, but i received 2 sweatshirts, 1 tshirt and 1 lower which i never ordered. I tried to reach out to customer care through e-mails but they did not respond.
            They are just frauds making fool out of people and stealing their money

                I order 2 full Sleeve Tee
                1. Basic Mustard full sleeve tee
                2. Basic Military Full Sleeves tee

                But i received one "Grey full sleeve tee" and one "tank tee". i emailed you so many time but did not get any response from company. its looks like this company doesn't care about customer service, and its very shameful for them. if they are not able to return/refund order then why are they accepted orders, Why they don't show "We don't accepted return or refund" on order time. its looks like they are making fools of customers. Please refund my money or exchange my order as soon as possible.

                  On 06/08/2020, i ordered 4 t-shirts from tkameez.com and on 10/08/2020, i received the products. But the products i ordered and products i received were different. Not even a single t-shirt was same which i ordered.

                  We all are been told or asked to give a chance to small brands to make them bigger. But after this t-kameez.com incident, i don't think i will any give chance to small brands in future. This is sad.

                  My order-id is tk1263696 and order date is 06/08/2020.

                  Lastly, i will only say that don't cheat anybody even for single buck.

                      I have order t-shirts from https://www.tkameez.com. i received a delivery 5-6 days later, which was not what i ordered. They were totally different products. The bill on the courier was showing what I actually ordered. I immediately informed them on their support email [protected]@tkameez.com. they responded saying they cannot do anything and that i should just use what they have sent me. Later, even after sending repeated mails to them, they did not respond. They have social media accounts on most platforms and lure people with advertising with cheap prices. I trusted their website, but ended up getting cheated.

                        I ordered 4 T-shirts, however I have received one plain t-shirt and a hoodie.

                        I have seen this has happened to other customers too. They have given offers on orders online and are clearing the pending stock only. They are refusing to return the orders and are not even reverting to emails.

                              I paid money via Google pay with the ccvenue server.they deduct the money and they sen me a order and bill mail, but the app didn't updated.my order is still incomplete.kindly place my order or refund the amount I paid

                                    Sir my order no is :-tk1262662, i ordered 4 tshirt from a site name tkameez.com but they delivered 1tshirt and 1 hoodie, sir i belong from poor family i ordered some tshirt after long time but those tshirt also i received wrong, i send a mail to tkameez but they told me to keep package with me after lockdown over in all parts of india than they start reverse pickup and than send me my money, and some 37 rs they credit in my tkameez wallet, sir my mother is tauchering me every day, please do somthing sir please, i am very upset because of this.
