Tnurbanepay.tn.gov.in — payment not reflected in my account

I made a payment on 11/03/2020 for my property tax through UPI and the payment is successful, even the amount had been debited from the bank. But some error occurred and the payment is not reflecting in my account registered with the Tnurbanepay portal. I have also enclosed my payment details. As I don't find any contact/help desk to support the users in the portal, I'm logging my complaint here. Kindly help me to resolve the issue.

Sir i made two payments of property tax for Tambaram municipal corporation.in tnurbanepay site.

Amount debited from my bank account but, the payment is not reflecting in the online portal.
Please check and do the needful.
