I have asked for returning LED floodlight bud no one have come to collect u people never responded to my problem once u call centre executive call up n said to send the photo of LED floodlight n cover n cancel cheque for refund.n they said they will forward phone number to send information bud up to my disbelief tolexo have never send me phone number nor respond back n never expect from tolexo to sell such low quality products in the market ..

        There was the bulk order for 1500 shoes and I have ordered for 2 pair of shoes as sample. You have said that there will be ISI Mark certicate for your shoes and your website also displayed the same but there was no ISI mark on the shoes and no such certificate also. Therefore i want to return the shoes because it was rejected by the company for whom i have bought as there was no ISI mark. Please take your shoes back otherwise i will take some strict action against you.

          Dear Sir,

          Company supplied me a faulty drilling rod, which broke on its second use. When I asked for replacement, they say it over the replacement day. Which is more than 15 days.

          When I explained them as this drilling machine should be lasting one and not to break on its second use, they have given me discount of 150 rupees. this is of no use to me now.

          Please suggest how should take issue forward.

            I had ordered two numbers of aae 30 w powerful led flood light on tolexo and the merchant had sent aae 10w led flood lights. I did raise complaint with tolexo and returned the items & got refund after sometime. They did ask for feedback on the product and i did rate it low (1 star) & submitted feedback on their website saying "merchant is cheating. Supplying 10w light instead of 30w". Now when i view the reviews on the item listed on tolexo website, my review isn't listed on the item! It only shows one five star rating of someone else!
            It looks like they censor reviews on items & show only positive reviews fooling customers!

            Sir i was asked for screw opening drill machine before two days but now i got delivery of product that is drill machine .i have drill machine already so what can i do with the same please replase it as soon as possible
            I reach delivery of product now but i was asked for screw opening drill machine and i reach drill machine which i already have.
            So please correct it and place me actual product instead of that.

              I placed order 8 nos boiler suit in different sizes on dt 21.11.16 with full payment. I regret to inform you that no body from tolexo or their logistic dept are giving right information about the delivery of my consignment.

              Further, i want to draw your kind attention that they had promised me to delivery my goods within 4 to 5 days from the date of placing order and i had given order and payment on 21 nov.16. But sorry to inform you that i have not received till date. And spoke to customer care of tolexo on today and they gave a telephone number of delhibery courier and told me to follow up with them about status my consignment as they have no news of shipment after 24th nov.16. After this i spoke to delhibery courier, but could not get any status of my consignment.

              This type of behavior and communication towards customers by tolexo is hurt me and delay of receiving created a huge loss.

              Therefore, i request you kindly look into this matter and take necessary action against him.

                I have paid Rs 21, 674 for 18 extinguishers on 07/11/16 through NEFT, the order was taken by your executive Miss Ritu Thakur, later she informs me that the items which i ordered were unavailable and gave a list of fire extinguishers with higher price.I refused and asked my money back.                     when i had a chat with one of there online chat representative Miss teena she told me that its MRP is 1260. I sent her the pic of the printed label on product i received which i have attached with this complaint also. They took cash from me and now they will refund it to my bank account. When the delivery arrived i asked the delivery person also to open and show the product before making the payment but he refused to open the product.                       I have ordered jackly screwdriver set 31 in 1. Quantity 12 pcs. I have ordered it on 28 august 2016 (Order id tod[protected] and recieved my order on 30 august 2016. I found that the i had got wrong product and the product quality was very cheap. I called them and explained the issue. They said that we have arranged for reverse pickup and we will refund the amount to you.. The returned products reached them on 6th septemper 2016. You will be shocked to hear that i recieved a call from them and they said we have recieved slippers instead of the item which i had sent them and they told me that we will neither return my item or refund my money. Plz someone help me

                        I have ordered a tool box with order number - TOD[protected] on 15th August with pre payment through my debit card.

                        This has been shipped on 16th August with tracking number - S[protected].

                        But courier company not delivering the product, but sending false notification of non delivery due person not present since 22nd August. I have sent a mail complainy with Tolexo on 23rd August having ticket number - 550912. But till 25th August same case occurs and no response has been given tolexo over mail or via telephonic conversation .

                        This is wrong to take the money and harras customer with wrong reason . If they cannot fulfill order they should close their operations. Please help resolve same.

                          I had purchased a pair of safety shoes from tolexo.com but now i regret that. They keep calling my mobile every single day. I have requested them not to call me a hundred times, but they do not listen. Please make them stop.
                          Each time on call, the customer care executive says no more calls will be made from their side but they keep calling again and again.
                          This company is not complying with TRAI guidelines of marketing purpose calls.

                            I have written this to Dinesh Agrawal, but also wanted to complain here on the portal.

                            I purchased a LED bulb from Tolexo for the first and the product is very low quality, many bulbs burned out soon and also bulb brightness was not at all good.

                            So due to this reason I called up Tolexo customer care to inform the same and look for a resolution, but the response given by the customer care executive was not at all satisfactory. Hence I asked him to transfer the call to some one senior, but the executive told me there is no one senior available on the floor, without thinking how customer will feel. I did request many time, but the answer was same.

                            I am very disappointed with the service and the product and cannot escalate, as I didn't got a chance to talk to any senior. So I thought let me bring this to your notice. I would like to continue shopping but now I feel if this is the service then it's not to continue any more. I took the name of the executive and his manager, but don't want to reveal.

                              I have purchased yiking 109 tool set.
                              Along with drill machine all drill bit has come but rcc drill bits r non o[censored]se. It even couldn't make drill in a wall. It does not satisfy the purpose i have purchased for. It coudnt be used for home purpose also. Now it has become useless. Hope of co operation.
                              I have two times talked with persons from tolexo on phone but the problem remained unsolved.
                              Drill bits n machine has become useless.
                              I want to replace the drill bit set as well drill machine.
                              Plz do needful.

                                I had purchase 3 nos celing fan compton greaves decorative 70 watt
                                From tolexo site from their listed seller prem enterprises on 10.06.16
                                By using debit card under order id tod[protected] and provided the shipping address for delivery. It is surprise to note as on today the seller or the tolexo has not take any initiative to to dispatch the item after passing 11 days.
                                As on today i did not receive any communication from telexo regarding the delay in delivering the item.
                                This is total irresponsible act of the the company for non delivering the item or not providing any relevant information for delay.

                                If the item is not get delivered within 7 days further course of action will be initiated through consumer forum.

                                  I had ordered 2 pair of shoes on 5th june 2016, after daily follow up i received my delivery i. E., only 1 pair of shoes in a box on 14th june 2016. After paying the amount i found that they short supplied the product. Immediately contacted the tolexo customer care who's settlement responded on 18th june that they agreed their incapability to supply the balance shoes. I dont think they will be able to return my money and more over who will cover the time lost. Anyhow don't trust tolexo at any cost this people using our money to gain interest by giving loans.

                                      I have search on tolexo .com and found that solar lantern are good in use and handling, I show that sahar solar lantern are one pack in two quantity and other two lantern I have order and confirm order no TOD[protected] dispatch to us and other two by order ID: TOD[protected] dispatch for delivery by carrier service of Express bees, first dispatch 15 days late and one quantity less( only one Lantern of sahara)I have correspond with responcible person but they have refuse and email it that it istyping mistake only lantern to sold . one thing is that in correspond they have ask image of cover, invoice and others, witch I have kept with me to produce before you, Email also kept by me. Please do needful against cheating on line shopping.

                                        Order id tod[protected] friends full fowler bed (Full payment - paid) is still not delivered. Address and contact details are given correctly. It was requested for medical emergency. To discharge a patient from hospital and take care of him from home. Customer care - [protected] has been contacted multiple time and received the reply that escalation team is working on the request. Through e-mail contacts (Customer support [protected]@tolexo.com or call us at +[protected] created tickets each time - ticket #503154 & ticket #505420 and received the response of 36 hours to 72 hours of resolution for 1st ticket and 24 hours of resolution for 2nd ticket. Enclosed the product purchase details and confirmation from tolexo about the product delivery. The time line has already past and there is no further communication or update about the product delivery.

                                        Confirmed by seller - expected dispatch date[protected]
                                        Contacted customer care multiple times after 30th may 2016. Till date[protected] there is no resolution.

                                        Need a quick action and dispatch of order at the earliest to the designated address for which product was requested.
