      I have received damage goods on 3rd June 2015 and i sent the mail regarding the issue and i talk to customer care they told to send the image of inner product so i sent the image for several times. In the customer support they not update the feedback of the customer query. Today also customer support person told to send the image again.What they are doing i don't no whether you cheating the people by sending the damage product or by getting the money from the people for fund flow. This is the last mail i send to the customer support and we see it on consumer court. K.Rajkumar

        Dear Sir, i had placed an order on www.tolexo.com on 5th June 2015 Order no is TOD[protected], before transferring Payment i was called on[protected] for confirmation of product availability and delivery time, they told me product is in stock and will delivered within 3 days and suggest me for quick payment transfer, after transferred payment, i called them on 7 June 2015 and i asked him about delivery product which is not received yet. Please find the attached product information

          I had placed two transparent L folder (One FS & One A4) and the product I received was two A4 and the price mentioned in original package is 105. However the webpage had stated higher listing price. And they offered a discount by cheating the customers with false price tag. Poor customer service with zero response on time. I suggest the customer in India not to place any order with Tolexo. Regards, Karthik.S

            I first ordered - BLAC Black Knight TPU Ankle Safety Shoe, S3, Steel Toe Order ID - TOD[protected] on 6th May 2015 and opted for COD on payment mode. Material was delivered on 25 May 2015 Invoice Number - TOLX/MAH00029/15-16/000073 to area PIN Code 411016. whereas Tolexo says material will be delivered on 7 working days.Material delivered was - BLAC Black Knight TPU Low Safety Shoe, S3, Steel Toe which I have not ordered. Spoke to Customer car executive on[protected] and they asked to mail on [protected]@tolexo.com. I mailed Invoice copy along with Shoes photographs REF ID - [#143810] . After 5 days TOLEXO made reverse pickup of delivered item and created a replacement request and new ORDER ID for the same was - TOD[protected]. Material under new Order ID was delivered on 09 June 2015 by Delhivery Courier against Invoice number TOLXMAH[protected]. When Opened the parcel found that the same, material has been delivered again i.e. BLAC Black Knight TPU Low Safety Shoe, S3, Steel Toe which I have not ordered. Request to provide the actual material which I have ordered as Tolexo Support/care team seems to be careless and non-supportive to decent consumers.

              tolexo is behaving like froud company.no one there to follow up the order while we are calling costumer care what happen about my order its take approx. half hour to check and hold... getting some froud replies every time such as your order is completed, your product is ready for dispacteh today itself, u will get ur product in 3-4 days and i asked for refunding my money before 10 days still today i didnt get it dear friends its request not to buy from this tolexo.com its very bad experience your money get blocked here.they also dont give any confirmation of refunding money because they dont know when his bank will refunding give replies we have to check with our bank that got refund from tolexo i already wasted nearly 300 rs on calling tolexo its bad and worst experience with tolexo

                I bought combos of toolkit, tow cable and blind spot mirror.. And another product "ace car MP3 fm modulator with Ian and memory card slots and aid cable" I was able to find that the product is of poor quality and it is not working in my car.. Usb reader or the card reader fails to read the respective devices. And I also bought a set of 4 sun shades with tore when I tried to insert the clip and the usb charger which came along with it was very different from the product I ordered

                    Ordered 3 nos fire extinguishers from TOLEXO Order Number TOD[protected] After many many calls product got delivered after 22 days. Company kept blaming the vendor and then the shipping agency. When product arrived box looked damaged. Before taking delivery I opened box in front of shipping company to see box is torn/broken, has water damage, poorly packed and one of the fire extinguishers was DISCHARGED. Can you believe this, one of the fire extinguishers was empty and its handle broken and hose pipe missing. I decided to not accept delivery. Call TOLEXO and they asked me to email pictures of damage. After this TOLEXO said I will get refund in 24 hrs. After that my trouble started. I got 3 emails asking me to send pics again. I got 4 call asking if I had received product. Basically their system shows product in transit and back end team just pushes my case from one guy to other who starts at begining (i think they just want to tire me out). Then they tell me this issue has no ticket number. Finally I got a call after 3 days of this issue that they will refund my money in 10 days. Still waiting for past 15 days for this "10 DAYS" to take place. Bunch of theives and liars TOLEXO is.

                        I purchased a product from Tolex Online Pvt. Ltd. At first the delivery of the product took a lot of time and then the product i received was broken and had a few bits missing in it. Because of the missing bits and broken glass, the product can never be used. It has to be refunded. I purchased Jackly 32 in 1 magnetic scredriver set, having order no. TOD[protected]K. The company never gave me a cash memo neither did i get the warranty details for the product. The product was suppose to be cash on delivery and after opening the packing, it was found that the glass of the box was cracked. When i asked for a refund, the executives told me that the refund would take place within 48 hrs. After that there has been no communication with the comapany. Its been more than 7 days and nobody is replying to the query and no refund took place. Nobody is replying to my e-mails which i have been sending from the last 7 days daily. the product was sent to my address: 11, Ekamra Villa, IRC Village, Bhubaneswar-751015. The product costed Rs. 237/- and i want a refund as it cannot be used.

                          Dear Tolexo team, Order No. No. Is[protected] Artical No. - Alko Plus APS 1091 costing Rs 970 as mentioned in invoice, but I have received wrong product that is Alko plus shoes of printed MRP Rs 449/-. I am feeling cheated by TOLEXO, Today on 01 May 2015 the issue is still not resolved. The wrong product was reverse picked up by blue dart on 16 April but yesterday on 30 Apr 2015 it was redelivered to me and still with the same wrong product. The amount to be refunded is still not done. Tolexo is playing with customers. I am sorry to write that I am feeling like cheated by TOlEXO and it is very disappointing. Sanjay Bhaduria

                            Hello my name is Kiran Aurora and i'am from Mumbai. Recently i made an online purchase at Tolexo.com for a product. I made the payment online through Paytm.com, I also got a confirmation email from tolexo.com stating that they have received the payment and the order is confirmed. I made this purchase on 17 April 2015. I still haven't received the product. I contacted the customer care several times through phone and emails and every time I got the same reply saying that the product is packed and will be dispatched today but that doesn't happen. I also have their emails stating the same. I think these people are fooling me and this company is a fraud. Since the past 2 weeks they are saying it will reach me within 3-4 working days but that is not happening. I require your help in this case.                                 before the purchase of solar water heater tolexo said the item will be delivered within 10 days free of delivery cost even send me a" zero shipping charge invoice' after i paid tolexo, tolexo asked road permit which i do not have and tolexo never asked any kind of document before the payment i kindly asked them to cancel my order but they refused to do daily tolexo sent email and calls telling me to send a road permit as the transporter required after running around i finally manage to arrange a transporter and told tolexo they have to pay the transport fee . now tolexo telling they are in heavy loss and cannot pay the transport fee . sending me expenses statement of 1.7 lakhs and asking if i am willing to pay 1.7 lakhs than only tolexo will pay the transport fees

                                  Tolexo has done reverse pickup process, But still they are not giving refund to the customer. I have talked with customer support team, They all are giving same answer thet " Let me check in our system and then they are saying that refund process has been initiated on 14th April, 2015 ". But still there is no amount credited in myaccount. Please stay away from TOLEXO. They are cheaters.

                                    HI, I have placed an order (Speedwav 3D Black Car Floor / Foot Mats - City 2002 Type 2, 29622) in tolexo. I have done all checkout process and the amount has been debited from my account and also got a message on my phone. ( TOD[protected]. But when i check my previous orders in the website it says no pending orders.They don't even have a valid phone number to contact them and no Email support only they keep generating token numbers but no response . Kindly please look in the matter .Help other people not to fall in to such fraudulent online shopping company's. Please help me to get my Rs. 973.63 back. regards, karthik

It has been over 2 months, I don't know what they are doing.I have contacted customer care at least 4 times over a period of 1 week, & they say, Sorry sir we have some net problem we are unable to locate ur order, What these people are trying to do ? making fool o[censored]s, really big frauds, cheaters.not even responding to emails.If they can't fulfill the order atleast refund the amount.

                                        I have ordered one product from Tolexo.com, They have delivered damaged product . I posted request for refund or replacement of product but support team always gave me the same answer that " Process will be start within 24 hours." I have waiting for the process for 10 days but still there is no process initiated from company. Yesterday, I got the mail from support team that Dear Customer, We totally understand your concern. However, we would like to inform you that this is a very minute error and can be rectified easily. We will provide you a discount coupon on your next purchase. Here is my order details and request details Order No : TOD[protected] Complain Ticket No : #79886 ( Created at 24th March, 2015 ).
