I purchased a product from Tolex Online Pvt. Ltd. At first the delivery of the product took a lot of time and then the product i received was broken and had a few bits missing in it. Because of the missing bits and broken glass, the product can never be used. It has to be refunded. I purchased Jackly 32 in 1 magnetic scredriver set, having order no. TOD[protected]K.
The company never gave me a cash memo neither did i get the warranty details for the product. The product was suppose to be cash on delivery and after opening the packing, it was found that the glass of the box was cracked. When i asked for a refund, the executives told me that the refund would take place within 48 hrs.
After that there has been no communication with the comapany. Its been more than 7 days and nobody is replying to the query and no refund took place. Nobody is replying to my e-mails which i have been sending from the last 7 days daily. the product was sent to my address: 11, Ekamra Villa, IRC Village, Bhubaneswar-751015.
The product costed Rs. 237/- and i want a refund as it cannot be used.
