        Worst online shipping website or you can say a fraud site. Waited for more then a month to process my order but it never happened. Customer team always say false info about order status and ask for patience to wait rather then refunding. I don't think these people have any stuffs for sale, they just want your money to keep and gain interest of it and then refund your money if your lucky but after long time. This website should be banned by Cybercrime.

        They finally refunded my money after lots of follow up emails and calls, stating the order cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues but to do this they took more then a month.

        Fraud Website... Don't ever buy.. These people will collect money and run away...They even care to answer.
        I agree with you. Unlike Flipkart or Amazon, they won't say if they stock the item, or a 3rd party. The delays become particularly acute when there is quarter end, or financial year close. This suggests to me that they attempt to manipulate books, i.e., book profits this quarter - but delay shipment to next. This inflates performance numbers for current quarter/year.

        Seemed like a company with promise that would fulfil a business need. But they have dashed our hopes, and hurt the make in India initiative.

        I presently have an order pending for 11 days, and each time they say that they will ship in 48 hours. Looks like that have been tutored to parrot the same lie over and over again. In reality, the support staff DOESN'T EVER HAVE A CLUE. I wonder if the responses are robotic - will run the text through a semantic check. Most humans make grammatical or spelling mistakes in spontaneous communication - robots don't.
        Tolexo is fraud by my opinion. They have sent me different cheaper model of shoes. After they dont allow my feedback although im asked to give one. They publish only good feedback on their site..

            from November to January i have ordered 7 items from tolexo first order was delivered about a mount later then i order for 2 items they canceled it after repeated phone calls and emails no tod10012no TOD[protected] order date jan 26 and again i ordered 4 items No TOD[protected] order date 22 feb i received only one item after many phone calls and emails they say you will get it in 4 to 5 working days the one item i received also from local courier in a damaged package till i could not track my package which was despatched to book my pocket courier please help me and others from tolexo

            I have done 2 purchase with tolex,

            First order was TOD[protected] placed on Jan 25, 2015 5:32:47 AM. till today tolex show order status as processing.
            i did called to support and exchanged few mails also. it looks like automated response.

            I thought tolex being new in e commerce i thought to give a second chance .
            send order was TOD[protected] placed on 3/4/2015. after 5 days tolex cancelled my order.

            Tolex just show/sell what ever products available on earth without checking actual stock available with sellers. if you are buying any thing from here, good luck to you.

Even the seller stop replying my e-mails.                         I ordered Fog lamp rims for my renault duster through tolexo.com to save few rupees( a big mistake), though these items are available in other reliable websites like ebay, snapdeal etc. My order number is TOD[protected]. When I received the item it was different from the one shown on the website. When I called the so called customer care, it took 15mins to get the line, after getting the line I had to wait for another 15mins in the process I lost 25 rupees for the phone bill. The customer care guy said that the issue will be solved in 24hrs(ticket no 56461), but no one turned up even after 10 days. I suddenly got a mail saying that the issue is resolved.Strange, they close complaint without any resolution. My request is that don't buy through this site to save few bucks, If you get the item you lucky else there is no shoulder to cry on.

                            I placed an order on Tolexo's website on 11th December under GOSF offers (Order # TOD[protected]. It's been almost 3 months and they haven't shipped my orders yet. Also, the current status of my order is showing as Cancelled, without informing or updating me. Also, I am not being credited with my order fees paid during GOSF 2014 sale. Their customer representative would always say that they would take another 15-20 days to ship the order. God knows, does it take 3 months to ship simple tool kits within India? They just fooled the customers during GOSF sale. I would never recommend them to any one. Please let me when my order would be delivered to me Thanks & Regards, Sweta Revankar

                              I have placed an order on tolex.com - TOD[protected] on 20th Feb 2015. While placing order the website claims the product will be delivered in 3-5 days, I contacted the customer support representative, she assures the product will be delivered by 27th Feb. On 2nd March I sent an email to this company and still the product is not delivered nor I get any response to my email. On 4th March I call the customer care again to enquire about the product the lady say she can not tell me the status of my product shipment. I request her to cancel the order and refund my money, she say she can not do that. Either deliver my order or refund my money...!! please do not steal our money.

                                  I had ordered a pair of ankle length shoes with air max sole sometime during January 2015 as the pictures of the product displayed on their website were really good. Despite follow up, they took more than a month to deliver my order no. TOD[protected], which was delivered on February 27, 2015. When I opened the parcel, I was shocked to see the product because it didn't look like the one displayed on their website from any angle and was of extremely inferior quality. The sole of the shoes are made of hard plastic and they are over all shabbily looking shoes. I immediately sent a mail to their support and return sections and got an auto reply that I shall be contacted by a support staff within 24 hours. However, no one contacted me till now and when I called up their helpline no one responded to my calls five times out of six calls. Each time I Was made to hold for more than half an hour. This one time the girl on helpline number told me to attach the pictures of the product and send, which I did on the same day itself. It seems I've lost my money.                                     My orderno TOD[protected], ordered Bosch professional impact 13re tool kit on 7 th Jan paid through mobikwik cash.. It took sweet time of 5 days to confirm my order. There after dispatched to delivery courier on 11 and from there they dispatched on 12th. On 13th morning when I am tracking my shipment it showed in transit to Visakhapatnam...but same day evening it showed ordered return in progress without my cancellation..when I talked to customer care she told me some crap story and money will be returned after some days..fully cheated by tolexo...I strongly advice every one don't fall prey to tolexo..if I won't get my money or item by this weekend I'm moving to consumer court as I myself a lawyer in high court

                                      I have ordered an item on 17th Feb, 2015. My order ID TOD[protected] So for No calls answered no mails replied. After seeing the other complaints here I am afraid will I get the material or not. Please others beware of Tolexo. They are very new to this its better to stay with well known online websites. At-least their customer care staff will replying to our problems. eventhough the seller is not good.

                                      I think someone has to take a serious legal action on them. It looks like they a professional online fraud

                                        Hi, I have placed my order (#TOD[protected] on Tolexo's website on 19th Jan 2015 and the shipping was with in 7days as per the website. Which would have been delivered to me in 2 weeks time when not delivered i checked the status of the order on the website. Which was "processing" from the day i ordered the stuff. On 1st Feb i called Tolexo's Customer care and asked for them "where is my stuff?", On which the customer care executive said it got delayed due to delay from supplier side and will be deliver in next 20 days time, on which i said her to cancel that order and refund me my money but she said that she will expedite the process and the order will be delivered to me by 15th feb and requested me to wait till then. On 16th Feb i called there customer care to know about the commitment they made but till today i am trying to connect with them as there automated answering machine says all the customer care executives are busy. On 20th Feb i wrote to their customer care email ask about my stuff and got a automated acknowledgement that they have register my request and a Ticket number id 46077. The mail said that "A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response within next 24 hours" Its been 96hrs now and there is no communication from tolexo. Its seems to be a fraud company as the products should have been deliver to an indian address from and indian address in at least in 1 month time or money should have been refunded.
