      They are selling non tested poor quality product ( led Bulb ) due to same some my house wiring damages and now they are not ready to refund the amount or return product . moreover cheating customer by giving false commitments they are not giving warranty or replacement but no such information shared while selling this product .Now when i called on helpline num they refused to refund the amount asi am reporting after issue 33 Days . i want refund the same product can case life loss or damage other items . in 30 days our of 10, 6 Bulb got faulty and sparking it's poor quality product i even had .

        I had placed order with TOLEXO for 2 items: 1.) Bosch Small Angle Grinders, GWS 6-100, 670 W, 11000 rpm (SKU No. T06BOS0011-79) 2.) Snap N Grip Multipurpose Wrench (SKU No. T04NPN0001-79) Order No.: TOD[protected] Order placed on 28th December 2015 The committed dispatch was within 24 hours Today, on 1st Jan when i enquire about the products, I am informed that item no. 2 (which is a low value item) has been dispatch and the order for item no. 1 was cancelled on 31st December 2015 without informing or consulting me. They again placed the order for the same item (again without my knowledge) on 31st December 2015 (order no. TOD[protected]R-1) and on follow-up from my side, I am informed (by a lady named Shivani) that it will take 6-8 working days for the product to be dispatched !!! How can any company do all this without informing / consulting us ???

            It's been almost a month and they haven't shipped my orders yet.
            They say it shiping within 2 dys but one month they not shping not reverced amount my account

              I had ordered "Bremed Aneroid Sphygmomanometer, BD 2500 (Pack of 1)" on 17th Nov-2015. After getting that product I notice that the seller didn't send me the same product which I have seen in the time of purchase. So I returned back the product on 26th Nov - 2015. Tolexo promised me, they refund my money within 5-6 working days. But today already 20 days over, still I didn't get my money back.

                  On[protected] I placed an order for supply of 3 nos. of Hindware two piece closet -20065 and paid Rs.8189.04 through credit card. They accepted the order and intimated me by mail that the materials will be shipped on[protected]. Till date it has not been shipped. When I tracked my order No: TOD[protected] I was shocked to see that it has not been updated after[protected]. They have not sent any communication so far. I would like to the fate of my order.

                    Order ID TOD[protected] & TOD[protected] I had purchased a costly glue gun and a packet of AA batteries from Tolexo. This was my 1st purchase from this website. As they were unable to provide the products, the orders were cancelled. The glue gun which they sent was not the one i had ordered so it was reverse picked up by Tolexo around 1 week back. Much time has gone by and i have talked to them several times BUT they are not issuing me a refund! Yesterday they told me to send a scanned copy of the return receipt which i sent them. Still they did not issue me the refund. Tolexo is a SHAM website. I will never buy from it again. Anybody who does not want to loose money PLEASE DONT BUY from TOLEXO. As a last resort I am planning to lodge FIR against them to take them to task.

                        I had purchased a costly glue gun from Tolexo. This was my 1st purchase from this website. The gun was costly because it had LOW-HIGH temperature function. To my great disappointment the gun which was sent to me did not have this feature and was an oridnary glue gun.

                        Tolexo has mentioned further that the gun will come with 2 free glue sticks. NO such such glue stick was there.

                        I sent them email but they did not respond. They gave flimsy excuses. Finally they sheepishly agreed to refund the product.

                        Guys TOLEXO is a SHAM site. Please beware. They can write all sort of descriptions of products but there is NO guarantee that you will get the product which YOU had ordered.

                        Please ignore this website.

                          I ordered something and you Tolexo delivered something else. There is no return option on their website. I want to return the order and need refund but there is no mechanism. Their image on website is with the Tool Box with multiple Kits but they just sent a drilling machine. Sent them email but no response. Their contact number is useless.

                            I've placed an order # TOD[protected] on 12-Nov and paid in full. Though the site claims they will dispatch order in 5 days, they haven't initiated shipping even after 12 working days. When I called customer service, they blamed the vendor for the delay. Tolexo has no control over the order we place and are misleading the customers by providing false promise in their site. Sundaram.

                              I placed an order on tolexo.com (#TOD[protected] on 11th December 2014, but these cheaters told me that product is not in stock so I have to wait 1 month. I waited and contacted them, but they told me to wait for 15 more days, then I waited till February 2015 but then they told me that my order is canceled and I will get a refund within 15 days. But till date I have not received any refund from them even after contacting them 10s of time. Please do something, it's nearly an year.

                                I have purchased 7 EGK 12watt led bulb from tolexo pvt.ltd at the price 711.90. i have already paid the money through money transfer. After several days customer executive are saying that they have not received any money. i have already submitted the transaction proof also with them and now they are not responding to my complaints any more. This is the most disgusting and hopeless site i have ever encounter with.

                                  1) unsubscribe link does not work! 2) response to spam phonecalls to remove me from the call list are not obeyed 3) sms unsubscribe is auto-acknowledged, but sms continues!!! Moreover, the telecallers understand/speak no English, and call repeatedly selling the same thing.

                                      The Tolexo online pvt ltd company is cheating consumers. They Not sent product & Not Refunded Amount. But they will say the REFUND process will be completed with in 4-5 working days. Payment done through Debit card. But the amount of ₹524/- not refund to my account till date.

                                        An online order was placed on 25 September 2015 16:30 for 8 bulbs, Shipment was deliver on Tue, 6 Oct at 12:55 PM which contains multiple bulb that are faulty and when asked to replace Tolexo team does not provide any response from there end nor they have provided any replacement till date despite of multiple reminders.
