I had placed order with TOLEXO for 2 items:
1.) Bosch Small Angle Grinders, GWS 6-100, 670 W, 11000 rpm (SKU No. T06BOS0011-79)
2.) Snap N Grip Multipurpose Wrench (SKU No. T04NPN0001-79)
Order No.: TOD[protected]
Order placed on 28th December 2015
The committed dispatch was within 24 hours
Today, on 1st Jan when i enquire about the products, I am informed that item no. 2 (which is a low value item) has been dispatch and the order for item no. 1 was cancelled on 31st December 2015 without informing or consulting me.
They again placed the order for the same item (again without my knowledge) on 31st December 2015 (order no. TOD[protected]R-1) and on follow-up from my side, I am informed (by a lady named Shivani) that it will take 6-8 working days for the product to be dispatched !!!
How can any company do all this without informing / consulting us ???
