Order Booked online order ID TOD[protected] But not delivered because as per executive they are getting more courier charges but company claim above 500 all over India free The company is fraud. Kindly do not take any product from this company . Ranjan Kumar Excutive is very rude. After many times call they told they will refund the money but they will not provide the dilivary of product. Hey, very nice site. I came across this on Google, and I am stoked that I did. I will definitely be coming back here more often. Wish I could add to the conversation and bring a bit more to the table, but am just taking in as much info as I can at the moment. Thanks for sharing.

    Dear CC Team, Many thanks for you help to the people suffering from online fraud and cheating . I need your help once again to spread my issue to the Online world so that they could be aware of the dishonest companies practicing fraud and violating rules and harassing people like me. On 16 Aug 2015, I was searching for few products online and I found one website having these products www.tolexo.com I liked the site, it impressed me a lot, I placed 2 orders and paid money online. I got sms confirmation and email for successful payment of orders. today six days have been passed, i have no information regarding the delivery of my order no TOD[protected]. There is no tracking functionality to track status of order and information like expected date of delivery.They are not transparent with shipping policy. customer services so pathetic... I have called them several times and written many emails but no help from their side, they have no update regarding shipment of my order. I am feeling like harassed. I want to suggest people to dont place order if they need delivery in hurry within week and dont make advance payment online. Many thanks, Nitin Gupta [protected]

    Got my product delivered within week after posting my complaint. thanks to Tolexo senior mgmt team and this forum.
    After so many complaint they provided me a fake shipment ID, which does not work on courier company site.
    AWB No:[protected] Shipping Provider: XPRESSBEES Really very disgusting...
    Tolexo cheating people.
    Today 15 days have been passed, item not delivered yet. :-(

      Myself Tanmoy Bhattacharjee from Shyamnagar, North 24 parganas, W.B. Cheated / Harassed by Tolexo Online Pvt. Ltd. I purchased 3 safety shoes from Tolexo.com & before purchase I made a call / mail them for their return policy for shoe size fitting issue. Executive Subham Gupta replied after one more time mail. If shoe size not suitable then Tolexo will replace it & will create return from their end. As they confirmed I placed order on 10th july 2015 for 3 safety shoes on COD. Order No TOD[protected] 1) Hillson 7 star boots size 8 2) K-safe safety shoes size 8 3) Hillson Tyson shoes size 8 They delivered those shoes on 16/07/2015 & I paid rs 1158.00 to delivery person. I found all shoes in ok condition & as size 8 loose fitted on my legs I request them for a replacement on 17/07/2015 for size no 7 for all of three shoes. HILLSON 7 STAR BOOTS NO 7 T07HLS0135 K SAFE SAFETY SHOES NO 7 T07KSA0016 HILLSON TYSON SHOES NO 7 T07HLS0087 As I called [protected] number they told me to send product & packing images [protected]@tolexo.com. I sent all those images of box & shoes which they delivered to me. One ticket generated for this return #176392 After three days on 20th july 2015 Monday they sent mail to confirm “reverse pick will be done in next3/4 days. And to share their warehouse address (Delhivery fulfilment Center Plot No – 319, Village Bharthal Dwarka, Sector 26 New Delhi - 110077) to reverse pickup person.” I packed all those shoes next day but no pickup person contacted me in next 3 days for collection. Harassment starting this way, when I called Tolexo CC I got to know that reverse pick up will not be done from their end as its out of courier partner service area. They suggest me to send all those shoes to them from my end they will refund the courier/ postal charges upto rs 200.00 but they never informed me from their end in mail as a reply that I asked earlier. When I called [protected] some male executive disconnect my call after hearing my name / ticket no. I sent a registered parcel via INDIAPOST from Shyamnagar P.O ( Tracking No CW[protected]IN) as their mentioned warehouse address Delhivery fulfilment Center Plot No – 319, Village Bharthal Dwarka, Sector 26 New Delhi – 110077 I rechecked with P.O for updated status. They confirmed that delivery was made on 04/08/2015. I mailed [protected]@tolexo.com with updated status but no response came from them. When I called them some CC person disconnect the call as I mentioned above. I mailed/ called them couple of time on last mail but they all are in silent mode. Whenever I chatted with the executive they always said to wait another 24/48 hrs they will confirm. But no reply came from their end. In-between I got few calles from Tolexo they are creating ticket/ processing in next 24 hours but their 24 hours not yet over. 15 days passed but their mentined 3 / 4 days not yet come for replacement. In a month they changed their customer care no [protected] to [protected] but whenever I called new no line its automatically disconnected & charged for a STD Call. In this entire process I connected with SANTOSHI/ ABHISEKH/ NIHARIKA/ ASHISH/ RANJAN/ ANSHIKA/ SHIVANI. Everybody completely knows the issue but all are silent. That’s the way to grab customer’s hard earned money. They not returned the replacement shoes of no 7 & not refunded reverse sending postal charges of rs 164.00 that I paid. Every time I made call, had to tell them the entire story from beginning after generated ticket no #176392. After hearing all details they told me to wait another 24 hours to wait as usual. But problem remain unsolved. I just wasted a lot of money by STD call on Tolexo. I had a last talk with Tolexo Executive Santoshi around 8 min on 13/08/2015 then two times she called me to confirm the correct shoe size no on the same date that I required. As she & Abhisekh both of them generated the wrong order with size no 8 again 7 again. As Santoshi confirmed me on last 13th august but still no progress yet. They grabbed the product money & delivery charges this way. All executive are same & they trained to give some false satisfaction as they worked to customers. After final mail I got ticket no #198915. I have all the required documents/proof from beginning to end & have some voice recording audios to proof Tolexo.com as liar & cheater. I just need a platform to proof as I have strong proofs against them. As I searched google.com & here found lots of complains against Tolexo, most of the time they creat issus during replacement.       I received Hillson 7 star boots size 7 by 22/082015 around 5pm.
      2 shoes replacement ( K safe shoe & Hillson Tyson) are still pending & Reverse Sending postal charges not yet refunded by Tolexo.
      Remaining replacement of shoes & money refund are still pending. No updates from Tolexo.

        I had ordered (5/8/15)& pay about 5000rs against following order no Tod[protected] &Tod[protected] then they are not dispatched these items till now also they are provided a dtdc courier tracking no's by mail but I cant track that no's and I called dtdc customer care and he told me the no is fake this is india's biggest online cheating compony take necessary action pls

At the time of Delivery, I recieved --- when i opened my order the shoes are different which is i booked. am already mailed to TOLEXO online supporting team but there in any response from last 7 days .

              TOD[protected] with refer to the Order ID mentioned ID, I would like to take this further to ombudsman. I am tried of irresponsible customer service who say that I have receive the product. But I havent received the product and have mailed tolexo all the screen shots of the Gati Service delivered copy too.I have all the email communication to submit to the ombudsman.

                I am form Mumbai, I purchased 3 pair of Shoes form Tolexo online in June first week Order ID: TOD[protected] Got delivery after ~8 days, found the boz very old, torn and shoes were old and unfinished as if form rejection with other issues. I placed replacement email and had to call several times around 15-18 days after which it was picked up for replacement. Since then I am still following up regularly on email ( they never reply) and on calls it our money we call and hear all their stories (even they have no ideas of earlier communication or issue itself) just trained to say SORRY and promise of doing it - NOTHING DONE. Again the whole thing is repeated when you call again. After 45 days of buying from them, and following for replacement height is their person calls up to ask that your order is not placed .. are you facing any problems ? I would request your intervention so that other companies Donot fall prey to these companies and waste their time and hard earned money ..

                  Tolexo Order ID #TOD[protected] returned on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 as wrong product was delivered. But till date july 17th the money is still not refunded. It seems Tolexo most probably fraud and Cheter online company. Consumers should be aware. Will proceed to file a case of cheating, fraud and harassment charges against Tolexo. Its been one month and money still not refunded though in mail and as per refund policy they say 3-4 days refund will be processed.                     Tolexo Order ID #TOD[protected]; haven't received the replacement product as they had sent wrong size safety shoes. When I trackednthe consignment in gati website it shows It's delivered in delhi. Furious! Customer service such a shabby thing both emails and calls. Please help me to get the money back as I don't want more arguments with this rubbish company.

                      I had placed an order for Eveready CFL bulbs on Tolexo on 11.07.2015 and had made a payment through Net Banking with transaction ref. no.[protected]IG0AIEKBT5 and amt transferred to [protected]. Since then I have not received any order confirmation communication from Tolexo. When I call and speak to the customer care they say there has been no such transaction taken place. When I ask them to look into the matter and help resolve the same when I have provided them the transaction details, the phone line goes mute.

                        Order placed on 21/05/2015 Order number TOD[protected] product was displayed nicely . Product was available so they are displaying on their website. Product order cancelled four times & order ID created & cancelled & they buy time to attract more more into their account from different account. When talking to senior they promise to refund the amount but they never refund it for the last almost 2 month. Be cautious all customer who are buying product from them. A very poor company ans self claim as India top seller. They are India's top Cheater company. Pls take neccesary action againt this company & check the detail of the owner profile & staff details. A big network of cheater compnay into the Internet market.

                          The worst online services and refund policy I have seen. There's lies the difference with other vendors like Flipkart and Amazon. Will file a legal complain and everyone should be aware how Tolexo deals with customers. If my money is not returned within 24hours will file a legal complain and flood the consumer forums and Webcomplains. 17th June product is returned and today its 14th July. its 27days and counting and still money is not refunded. They are Real cheaters. All consumers should be aware of Tolexo.

                            Following is my order NO- Order NO - TOD[protected] The above order was placed on July 4th. It have two different orders in it. One of the above order was received to me few days back. The quality of received product is very poor. The mentioned product was not sent. The pending order is yet not received. I was sent many mails to their customer care but they are not responding. I am demanding my refund for the balance order as they are unable to send the same even after 10 days gone.

                            This is definitely a fraud company & should be published this every where.

                              My order details are: Order ID # TOD[protected] Order Item: Wortec 63001 safety shoes I placed the order on 18.05.2015. I was informed through email that the item was dispatched for delivery on 06.06.2015. Yet it is to be delivered. Its been more than 20 days now the item has not been delivered. I used to enquire about shipment delivery through email, the costomer service representatives then reply against my enquiry that "complaint has been register and customer service representative will contact shortly" but nobody from customer service dept. replies regarding shipment delivery. Further, I send enquiry fore the same and they register complaint but no further action is taken from their side. This has happened for many times. Even, I asked through email that "should I cancel my order.?" even then nobody replied. My item is not yet delivered. What should I do now.?? Is it faud or what.?

                                      Tolexo is a fraud. They will take your order, bank your money but will not deliver the product. They will also not send you an order status, etc, etc. Writing to them is like banging your head against a wall, you will not receive any response. I should have read the reviews here before placing an order. Avoid these (Tolexo) cheats. Would recommend all online shoppers to read reviews before placing orders. Have learnt a lesson a hard way

                                        Will like to advise all that Tolexo is one of the worst e-commerce sites for any customer. No customer care, no willingness to keep any promises, no ethic, simply, hopeless. PLEASE STAY AWAY. NEVER PLACE A PREPAID ORDER. I had placed one order Order #TOD[protected] on 14 MAY 2015 for two items. One was received but the another one (costlier of the two, "Su-Kam 16 AMP Power Guard Stabilizer, Red" ) is showing as “shipped” with shipment reference #[protected] but with no tracking no. since more than a month. Several mails have been exchanged and also talked three times to their customer care (haaa!) executives, but they have standard answer, first communicated vide their mail dat. 22 MAY 2015 - "This is to inform you that in your Order #TOD[protected], " Su-Kam 16 AMP Power Guard Stabilizer, Red " is created in the warehouse and will be delivered to you in next 6-7 working days." Their response to mails is also "standard", without referring to what they themselves have communicated earlier. Even in case of one COD order, they had sent an item which was totally different from the listing, even after confirming that I will be receiving what I had ordered. Even the mails sent to their senior executive (meenakshi.[protected]@tole...om) remain unanswered.
