Order No[protected] I am writing email to [protected]@tolexo.com & [protected]@tolexo.com on daily basis since 6th Oct 15 and no response will date Following issues are not getting addressed: 1. Short Supply - Instead of supplying missing items, customer care after several calls and emails offered Rs 100 coupon 2. Invoice has mistakes and Tolexo is not ready to rectify, they said once generated invoice can't be rectified

    I had ordered this product 10 days back . I called there customer care number . Initially they said it will take another 3- 4 days after which they claimed vendor has been changed and would take 7-8 days. On follow up, some time they system is not working and other times disconnect the call. I had never had such a bad experience

      Hi, Order No : TOD[protected] We have ordered "UM PF Night Splint, D-08" on Sep 29, 2015 for my mother as she is having severe foot pain. When i check the order status it says that " Order Confirmed by Seller" but have not being dispatched yet. I have mailed multiple times to your support team([protected]@tolexo.com) and have got no satisfactory response. Have also telephoned multiple times but before they could respond(always response takes 7-10 mins for them to analyze the situation) call always get disconnected(don't know whether it is done purposely). Therefore have not got any satisfactory response since 2 weeks. Please kindly help. We need the product as soon as possible as it will help my mother leg problem. Therefore either give a proper response otherwise kindly refund the money. Thanks and regards, Manu

        Sir, maine order no.TOD[protected]R book kiya tha, mujhe product mila jo tottely unuseble & very bad quality ka tha.many time complaint krne pr bhi koi satisftery answer nhi mila.product ki image send krne k baad bhi product ko change/back nhi kiya.complaint ko koi bhi serios nhi leta. i purchased first time.but expeariance is very bad about service of m/s tolexo naresh sharma [protected]

          I have placed an order for 2 set of EGK 15W LED Bulbs for a total value of RS 1258/- on 19/sep/2015 we received the order by making the payment of RS 1258/-. After receiving the order we checked that the packet contains only on pack of 5 Bulbs and not two packets of 5 bulbs each. I immediately contacted the customer care and m/s Jyothi advice me to send a scanned copy of the invoice along with a photo graph of the packet received. To [protected]@tolexo.com i did the same but have not received any response from their side. It is a clear case of cheating the customer please beware of such companies.

          Neither deliver nor refund even after 20 Days of placing the Order.

          My Order No. TOD[protected] Dated 02/22/2015 is still pending and customer care stop replying against my mails. I am going to file a complain with the District Consumer Court against Mr. Brijesh Agarwal, CEO, Tolexo.com by tomorrow.

            Purchased-1.9WLED bulbs china made&was not informed before placing the order&delivered in damaged condition, and also without any technical information.2.Car air compressor and vacuum cleaner- air compressor wire gets heated on connecting to the car holder.On inquiry the company neither agreed to replace or refund and servicing not available.

              I had ordered through credit card a hp 900 black print cartridge in the first week of sep 2015. the product has not been received for over ten days. no msg, order history, etc is received by me. the company website gives no information i went to the internet and found that numerous cases wherre products were not dispatched and money also not refunded.

                I had ordered the above cartridge on 07 09 2015 FROM TOLEXO .COM THROUGH CREDIT CARD NO [protected] IN MY NAME, VINAY KALA. THE CREDIT CARD AC WAS DEBITED ON 07.09.2015 i did not get any message on email or mobile no [protected] for acceptance of the money and the date by which i shall received the cartridge. the product is not yet delivered. vinay kala sep 23, 2015

                    From 17 august 2015 i'm waiting for my order tod[protected]. So many followups but useless tolexo. I made a mistake paying it earlier. I get only mail for my order is shipped but one month passed.

                      Refer Order ID: TOD[protected] with tolex.com for a pruner. On 11.9.15, I have ordered a pruner with Telexo.com for the supply of a pruner and fully paid Rs.296.50. They have informed to deliver the same within 3 days. When tracked it reports ' Your order not yet dispatched'. Either they have to send the goods or refund me. Pl. check up.

                        I have placed subject order.on 5th august Since then I am getting only stories. First there were assurances with courier number that product has been dispatched and then a regret and compensation email stating that my money will be refunded and I will be provided a Rs 500 coupon to compensate for the discount in the order However till now no news Can someone tell me how to proceed further...!!

                          The company had sent me LED bulbs which I had ordered online. However as they were too big in size I called them to arrange for a reverse pickup. The courier company sent somebody for the same but the person refused to take it as the box was too big according to him. He told me that they would arrange a separate pickup for this. However when no one came for a whole week, I called up the Tolexo customer care number and On enquiry was told that they had cancelled the pickup as 5 attempts had been made from their side. I told them that only one attempt had been made but they refused to listen to me and hung up my call abruptly. I tried to call them back but they kept disconnecting the moment I gave them my name. This kinda of rude behaviour is totally uncalled for and I want the others to know that this is a fraud company.

                            I had ordered LED bulbs from this company and after the delivery was made I saw that they a were the wrong size. Hence I called them and asked for a reverse pickup. However the courier came on one occasion and refused to take it saying that the box was too big and a separate courier would come for this. When there was no pickup done for 2 weeks I called the company and was told that my complaint was cancelled as 5 attempts had been made for the same. I tried to tell them that only one attempt was made but they disconnected my call abruptly and didn't pick up my calls thereafter. This kind a of behaviour is very frustrating and I have totally lost faith in this company. Just want all to know so they can learn from my experience. Subsequent attempts have been made but to no avail. I am sue they Have no intention of refunding the amount charged either.

                              I placed an order (order id TOD[protected]for stainless steel rulers of various sizes on 14th of Aug. i was told that it will be shipped within 4 days. I called them many times after 20th aug. everytime they ask that order is ready and will be dispatched in 24- 48 hrs. They did not dispatched till 26 so i finally cancelled the order and asked for refund. They told me that refund would be done in 4 working days. But today on 3rd when i called them they are asking for another 5 working days. They are cheating me and dont want to refund money. They are fake website And people. Please save yourself from them.

                                    I have ordered 2 items from TOLEXO on 17 August 2015 and paid through online [Order #TOD[protected]]. I got mail on 19th they have shipped the item by DTDC doc no[protected] but till date i have received my order. I didn't see so many complaints for TOLEXO otherwise i would have not ordered any item from TOLEXO. Somebody should take serious action on them.

                                    Today 14th September and don't think it will be delivery. So many orders i do from other online sites but this time and it takes just 4 days max to deliver. I made a huge mistake by ordering the product from TOLEXO and that too paid before.
                                    Fifth day from my last complaint If your not interested delivering my item refund my money and forward your BOSS No.

                                    TOLEXO IS FRAUD SITE. NEVER BUY ANY ITEM FROM THEM.

                                    LIKE THE MODI GOVERNMENT GIVING FRAUD FRIEND FILLING THEIR SWISS BANK ACCOUNT.

                                    SELLING FAKE ITEMS ON TELIVISION AND CANT BAN THEM. COS CHANNELS PROMOTE THEM AS ADVERTISMENT.
                                    ADVERTISING PAN MASALA ADVT BUT ACTUALLY THEY ARE ADVERTISING GUDKA.
                                    ADVERTISING MINERAL WATER, SODA ADVERTISE BUT ACTUALLY THEY ARE ADVERTISING LIQUOR.

                                    INDIA WILL NEVER BECOME SMART Mr MODI.
                                    NOW THE FRAUD CALLER WILL CALL ME FOR MY DEBITE CARD DETAILS.

                                      I had gave the order at tolexo.Com one month before and they just gave me the shipping details very recently.When i check the courier website for tracking my order, it shows the tracking no. Is old for more than 45 days and its not valid.I would suggest people, dont go with tolexo.Com as they are very bad with customer service and will loose your money for sure.My order id:tod[protected]r shipment id:tolx132188 tracking no.[protected]

                                        Tolexo is actually a fraud site selling rejected safety shoes. I bought a safety shoe vide order no. - TOD[protected] delivered on time, but I got left pair defective. I made them aware about the defective piece & they respond me immediately, asked me to send the shoe to the mentioned address & they will borne the cost of courier charges rs 200/- paid by me at the time. But they refused the parcel, and send me a SMS confirming delivery of my order.
