I have placed an order for v-square car magnetic curtain, etios on 12th of may 2016. The courier gati came to me with a wrong package/wrong item, which i refused to accept and the courier person took it back. I complained with tolexo customer service and they said they will resolve the issue in 24 to 48 hrs. Now they are telling that the item is delivered on june 3rd and some signature they have as a proof of delivery. But i haven't received the item and since it is a prepaid item, it looks like i even lost the money. It is going to be a month since i placed the order.

        I had placed an order for s r engineering esd antistatic non slippery t[protected] through tolexo order no. Tod[protected] on 21 april 2016 fro rs 1157.63. I received their order confirmation and expected delivery date of 26 april 2016, but the material was never delivered. Their online tracking link showed no updates. I also received non favorable response from their customer care, who could only say that they are looking into the matter and will contact me shortly. I then finally confirmed cancellation of order on 10 may 2016 and asked tolexo to refund my money, to which i received a response that "refund is being initiated and will be credited within 4-5 days". The money till date has not been refunded. Every time i try to contact them, one of their customer care executive gives non-favorable response and add another 3-4 days to refunding the amount. They have not even contacted me confirming bank details for refund. Please help me get my money back.

          I advanced for two machine through bank transfer on 16.5.16.
          But on 25.5.16 i gat a packet through gatti courier. On opening it i found only one machine. I made a complain at once on 25.5.16. Today a mail from tolexo sought serious of clarifications from me along with photographs. I have sent.
          But i am afraid whether my problem will be resolved or not by tolexo. So far my experience is concerned the dealing of tolexo has deteriorated a lot.
          I want a solution from your end.

            Please see my order as above.
            At first you told that the item has become out of stock and you are trying to arrange it from other stockist.
            Thereafter you told that the item has reached go-down and you are shifting.
            Today you are saying that it has been shifted to a wrong place and you are cancelling my order with refund of money
            Within 24 hours. The present price has increased by rs. 1000. Who will bear it? All dealings appears to me suspicious. Since yesterday i have sent two mails. "but no answer has been received except to acknowledgement numbers where in it has been stated that i team will visit you"

            Please refer my previous complain to this effect on 25.5.16 regarding non delivery of a Cordless Drill driver . I made payment on 10.5.2016. The item has not been received by me till 25.5.16. Yesterday some one from Tolexo called me over phone and assured me to refund my advance within 24 hours. But they have not maintained their commitment.

              I recieved the subject bulbs. But on opening the packet, i found that two bulbs were damaged. These were not damaged during shipment, but were clearly sent as damaged pieces. The socket parts were loose and they are of no use to me. Hence it is requested that either the amount of two bulbs be refunded or else fresh pieces be sent.                 I had purchased a pair of safety shoes from tolexo, after some days these people keep calling me again and again on my numbers about some lucrative offers, which are not relevant to me in any manner. After every call i requested them not to call me again, but every time they disappointed me. Now they have started texting me on numbers about some bull and all. Guys i don't wanna receive any of your calls and sms on any of my numbers, so kindly get it noted. My numbers are [protected] & [protected].
                If this happens again in future i will file complaint about all of this in the concerned department.

                  We had booked 2 commercial weighing scale, 1 stealodeal 7 kg and another 100 kg from gravity paltform scale vide thro tolexo website for which we made payment by credit card but we received order confirmation for stealodeal only and not 100 kg gravity platform weighing scale.
                  We had been calling on the contact nos 82828282 but to no avail as we have still not received any satisfactory answer till now.
                  We are looking to receive the order confirmation for our another order for gravity platform weighing scale but we are still facing problem,
                  There has been no correspondence whatsoever from tolexo as why the delay is to receive order confirmation nor reply on phone.

                    I have had purchased few safety shoes from tolexo.com but now i regret that. They keep calling my mobile every single day. They are unbelievable!! I have told them thousands of times not to call me but they do not listen. Please make them stop. Each time on call, the customer care executive says no more calls will be made from their side but they keep calling again and again. I am really tired of this. They also keep texting on my phone all the time. This company is not complying with trai guidelines of marketing purpose calls.

                    Tolexo Online Pvt Ltd — Selling fake and low quality products in name of branded.

                      Company took the money in for purchase of micro switch and for one month do not process any thing and after frequent calling I have been told that tolexo is not capable of process of order so they they want to refund the money after using it for one month, I am agree for same
                      after 5 days when i called for refund i have been told the money is refund 2 days back with some transaction number . When I en-quire to bank for same . Bank official told no such things there .

                          I have ordered one of the product from tolexo site they provided used product after that i raised the request for reverse pickup. They did not provide proper response till now last four days i am waiting for reverse pickup .Please help me on this because the customer paid the amount without open the box then they should take immediate action rite.But it's not happening now.

                            Worst Customer service i ever seen, in site it was mentioned product will be dispatched in 2 days, but almost a week still not yet dispatched.

                            Order Id: TOD[protected]...ordered on 4th April, promised to dispatch in 2 days, still not yet dispatched...when ever call customer, they simply reply within 24 hours it will dispatch...and one more order id: TOD[protected], still no update on the both orders.
                            Tolexo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                              I orderd a item on telexo. (Order no - tod[protected] next day i got a mail, your order shipped. They provided a wrong courier doket no (Awb[protected]. Daily i called and mails but same reply i got "we come back you soon withi in 24 hrs". They mailed a link to track order. When io checked,, daily shiiping date changed. After 5 days no any satisfactory reply by concern team.
                              Item not delivered nor any status updated after 8 days.

                                      I had ordered 2 nos. Of dr. Morepen gluco meters with 50 strips vide order no. Tod[protected] but only strips were supplied on 18.03.2016. When the short supply was informed to tolexo, they refused to supply meters or compensate and demanded reverse pick up. Now they are causing problem in reverse pick up.

                                        But i'm really unsatisfied with the size and the shoes fitting.

                                        My first thought was to get it exchanged but tolex is unsuccessful in providing the option of exchange. And the option of return is not responding .
                                        Please revert back asap with efficient option of return so that the transaction can take place within correct time period.
