Subjected item is complain .
This is second time complain and mail given for bill but the lady said I shall share on Whatspp but till time not get bill and online payment also not possible now. Help me out

There has been power cut in devang estate near solid waste dump site in narol since 2 days no one has came to solve this issue I have complaint 50 times and 12 company has find these issue in our side and these all had complain several times .we also complaint many times but no response came till now the same problem was found in last area in our site.1year had gone then also this issue is not solved .now meter box had touched to ground and because of this meter fault had occur due to rain water as it is touched to ground level and many people are facing this issue ..I request to you separate my service.we are suffering these problem for last 3 years .So I request you to have glance in these issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

I paid my bill through their app. And their payment gateway patm wallet. Payment is successful. Still they says it is not acceptable. U have to pay again for resume ur connection. And they are very rude . As that power supply for my shop been two days my shop is closed. Because of that I'm facing lot of losses, even my goods got damaged. They didn't give me any notification or physical bills

Dear sir we have inject the copper rod in underground at my home but your underground cable is damage for my work so so you are people is coming and repair this work and we have talking to me Mr Govind Bhai Suthar your cost is 3000 to 3500.
So so please all detail provide for your costing example labour charge material charge and service charge. And please describe this charge is variable for fix.

And our complain is we have talking to your supervisor we have not pay this money so your supervisor is action to torrent electricity is disconnect so why are you this step quickly...

I am complaining from last night 12 o clock for my wire which is broken bcz of tree fall.. 2 executives came and told will send man to doit... its 6 pm nxt day no one is here

I wanted to know how much time take to resolve this. My consumer number is[protected]. I had given complaint in the morning near about 9.30 am as I didn't get any response from your side. I called 4 to 5 times the are saying 2-3 days take to resolve the complaint. Don't have sense how to talk with the customers they are roodly answering the things. I wanted to know when it will get resolve. If such kind of services you are giving. Then government companies are much better than you.

मैं आपको सूचित करना चाहता हूँ । सपनबाग कोलोनी, दयालबाग़ आगरा-282005 में बिना किसी डर के यहां बिजली चोरी की जा रही है|

इस कॉलोनी के प्रवेश पर ही सार्वजनिक पार्क है जिस में एक मंदिर का निर्माण कर लिए गया है एवं एक अवैध बिजली कनेक्शन है जिसका प्रयोग मंदिर के नाम पर आस पास की दुकानों को अस्थायी बिजली देकर पैसे लेने के लिए किआ जाता है | इस अवैध कनेक्शन का प्रयोग निम्न प्रकार से किआ जा रहा है -
- आस पास की दूकान को अस्थायी तार डाल कर बिजली दी जाती है
- पास की ही वेल्डिंग की दूकान का काफी काम इसी पार्क में किआ जाता है
- पार्क में मंदिर की आड़ में सामाजिक व धार्मिक कार्यक्रमों में भी इस का प्रयोग होता है
- इस पार्क में लगी सब्मर्सिबल से आस पास की दुकानों को पानी मुहैय्या कराया जाता है जो की इसी बिजली के मीटर से चलती हैं और बदले से उनसे हर माह पैसे लिए जाते हैं |
- इस कॉलोनी के चौकीदार का कमरा भी इसी बिजली मीटर से चलता है जिस में निरंतर हीटर, पंखा व अन्य उपकरण चलते रहते हैं

यह सब बिजली चोरी "श्री राजीव जैसवाल निवासी 5 सपनबाग कॉलोनी दयालबाग आगरा" के इशारे पर की जाती है| इस बिजली के बदले में आस पास की दुकानों से आने वाले पैसे वही रखते हैं

पार्क का पता - सपनबाग कॉलोनी, दयालबाग आगरा -282005 (निकट बीरी सिंह इंटर कॉलेज)

बिजली चोरी का जिम्मेदार व्यक्ति - श्री राजीव जैसवाल निवासी 5 सपनबाग कॉलोनी दयालबाग आगरा

इस तरह की बिजली चोरी से आस पास के घर जो ईमानदारी से अपना बिल जमा करते हैं, उनमें काफी रोष उत्पन्न होता है|

कृपिया इसका संज्ञान लें एवं इस कनेक्शन को या तो ख़त्म करें या उपरोक्त व्यक्ति से नियमानुसार बिल का भुगतान कराएं |
