I ordered Micromax canvas_3D a115 / a116 oem replacement battery 3.7v 3000mAh For micromax a155 /A116 on 07-May-2014 and still on 12-May-2014 the product is not sent by seller worldest West Delhi, Delhi. Tradus.com is not good don't buy products from here and they don't give direct contact number. The customer support is very bad . we get sms and email but the problem is not solved.

I ordered for a wrangler straight fit jeans from tradus. But when it was delivered at my door and I checked it was a narrow slim fit jeans. On the pant's tag a duplicate tag is also sticked for wrong. When I contacted the company Rubicon it was told to return the goods via courier at my own courier expense which is Rs.115/-. I think this is the mistake done by company and I am the sufferer. Hence I request the company to arrange for courier from company side and resolve the issue. My contact No. is [protected]

I have ordered for two products (Mobile Phone and Flap Case) 5 days ago. So far I have not received any sort of communication and also product not delivered. Not even from the product seller. The only communication I received is "Order Confirmation" immediately after payment is made. No customer care number. Unable to send emails from Tradus.com website. i have received a product that is led bracelet watch but my product which i have selected contains 2 watches for 500rs but tradus has dispatched product by blue dart contains only single watch and took 500rs from me i want my another watch immediately

After contacting sales person he said DAT he will contact its superior boss he will detail me
And he told that u will reciev ur second susunglass in 2working day

sir, i purchased "OEM replacement for Micromax A110, 3.7 volt, 3000mah battery" from tradus.com. on receipt of battery i found that the battery was for some other model (A116) and when checked from market it was also found that it was a duplicate battery (bearing same serial number as other batteries available in market, photograph attached) when i contacted tradus.com, they said that the item can be sent back to the vendor at my cost and they can give me the gift vouchers for maximum of Rs.200/-that means i have to pay Rs.200 for a refund of Rs. 290/- and that too in terms of gift vouchers. the wrong battery supplied didn't only let me feel embarrassed among my family and friends, i was also made to face embarrassment among my colleagues as due to mobile phone switched off i didn't get important messages from my office. when contacted over phone, tradus.com's rep simply said that we can't do anything, while purchasing you ccepted all tems and conditions of the company. here, i wish to ask the company that are they authorised to sell duplicate items under the name "OEM replacement" and they can only return hard earned money of customers in terms of gift vouchers that means they have to buy other products from company.

Actually, I ordered an Imported Casio edifice watch of actual price 13995/- which was available to me at a price of 2599/- on 18th Apr 2014. My order ID was 12911341_01. I also paid the 2599/- through my debit card. But on 28th Apr 2014 i got a message from you guys stating that my order has bee cancelled and my money will be refunded.But i haven't got my money till now. And now that watch is available at your website at a price of 3899/- . This kind of behavior is intolerable. Thank You!

This is something a very bad customer experience and a worst shopping experience. I have been shopping in many of the other online shopping sites and this is one of worst experiences I have had. I ordered a product for my sister who has to go for a function on 24th Apr 2014. This was ordered on 15th Apr 2014.I was expecting the order to be in my home maximum in 3 days(This was promised by TRADUS.COM).The status was awaiting dispatch till 22nd Apr 2014 and then it got cancelled stating the reason as "Refund Reason -Cancelled - due to delay in shipment". I would right now have no option but to wait for my refund to get processed and then buy a new product. I would have been happy if there were no fake promises by saying that it would get delivered in maximum of 3 days. Otherwise i would have ordered in some other site which keep up to their promises. Moreover there is no proper customer support. Everything needs to be done via mail and this takes a long time to get the response back. ALL THESE FRUSTRATES A CUSTOMER. This is not just me. I have read a lot of negative comments about TRADUS.COM. My bad luck is i got to know all these after i order the product and i dont think TRADUS.COM can retain their customer in this way.

i am very disappointed and I would never recommend about tradus to any one.

Kind of services they are providing to their customer is not at all appreciable.

I ordered Micromax A77 Canvas Juice Mobile Phone (White, Wi-Fi, 3G, 4GB, Dual Camera, Dual Camera, 1.3GHz Dual Core, 1GB RAM) against sub-order id : 12584823_01.

Guess what happened they delivered an box with charger and head phone no handset (phone). The actual product is missing. They take years together to resolve the issue. My issue is still not resolved.

as per specification the ordered material is suitable for all. that is for waist line between 69 cm to 120 Cm We have received the material from SD Enterprises and not from Orange plus as stated in your mail. The received material is got damaged in more places in the trial it self. According to the purchase I was supposed to get a black power bank for my phone . They had sent me a white cover of the same product and I thought o[censored]sing it even though the color was not as per promised but then even the product does not work properly it looses charge without charging my phone. They had also mentioned about a charging cable which will be sent among the power bank even that was missing. I have tried sending a mail to tradus but they never reply and dont care at all about the product . Almost 15 days have passed but no reply has been received yet. I want my money back and would want a strict action against their response.

The courier has delivered to me yesterday but me and my family members are not satisfied with the quality and the look of the product as this has some fullof rust on it and even the quality of the product not good. We would like to return the product and want refund back if possible. Please please do the needful as soon as possiable. I even tried to complaint online but failed.
