I missed call to number [protected] Mentioned in SMS but no update from your side. My order number 12444934 and sub Order number is 12444934_01.kindly look into it ASAP.

    Hello friends, ...please dont not buys any products from tradus since the provide goods of poor quality and faulty products ( some thing like rejected peaces from company) and they deals with only cheap vendors for direct delivery. They will ask for shipping fee but if you check the packing and shipping charges it will not be really worth. Please check with other online sites before you place order since other does not charge any shipping fee but comes on time with good quality. i have used there services for the last 4 yrs they are not really worthful company.       Hi...friends i ama tradus customer for the last two years...they always sells cheak quality products with fake logos...i have recently purchased a kid watch i asked for spiderman an they gave me ben-10 that too its not working .They charged me a shipping fee of 50rs but its very bad packing quality. then i purchased a salware set with faulty material, when i asked them they said will give a coupon but now they are not replacing the product and no coupon my money is gone...

      PLS DONT BUY FROM TRADUS...

        I ordered a product from tradus.in via order ID as 12358770_01 on 16/2/2014 with 3-4 days delivery time but it was actually dispatched after 3 days and I recieved an email stating that the product will be delivered on or before 24/2/2014 and if not let us know. I didnot get the product on the said date and when I logged into my tradus account to let them know, it showed that the order has been cancelled. I emailed them and asked them why and who cancelled the order after the delivery date is over and they replied that refund is in process. I don't need refund. I waited for ten days for the product and i need the same

            I had purchased Mobile MTS Buzz X121 against sub-order ID 12276395_01from Tradus on 08.02.14 for Rs. 1652/-. however the product i received was with open sealbox. I informed about this to seller (on 12.02.14) as well as to Tradus (on 13.02.14) and asked them to replace my set with new one. . My complaint was registered vide complaint no. [#1451736]Defective Product. I was assured that my complaint will be addressed soon within 24/48 hrs. However despite of writing twice more through mail on 16.02.14 and 20.02.14 and registering twice my complaint through mobile, my complaint is not being addressed and i am only getting assurances from Tradus . Moreover after 17.02.14. i am not even getting any reply from Tradus. I have not used the product till now as advised by Tradus vide their mail. Please do the the needful to get my complaint addressed.

              I have ordered manual dough kneader, Order no. 12341326 with tradus.in on 14.02.2014 received product today i.e. on 20.02.2014 and the product received is is broken. The measuring cup is broken and the whole product was packed very badly. The kneader machine is not looking brand new. There are marks on blade too. Kindly replace my product

                Hi, I was trying to place an order on 29th of Jan for Samsung Galaxy Core I8262 Mobile Phone (White) (Sub Order Id[protected]_01/12170513_01/ 12170550_01). Money (12, 278/-) got debited from my account but order did not get placed. When I raised ticket for the same I was promised that the refund has been initiated. After 2/3 days when I asked about the status of the refund i.e whether it is processed from tradus side or not, I got the same generic kind of answer. Then I escalated the same to the tradus management. Immediately I got a call. I was stunned to hear the reply. They said that there is no debit record found from there side. Remember as per their earlier mail refund was initiated. When I said that but money is debited from my account they said I need to provide the latest bank statement to take them any action. I did the same. Then I got a response as they have shared the statement with the finance team and I should be getting an response in 2 days. After that I waited for 6 days for a response. Finally when I did not get any I myself asked them for an update. After 2 reminders I got response that "we would like to inform you that as per our finance team the amount has not been debited from our end." I am now clueless what to do next. It seems to me I am not going to get my 12k back anymore. I request your help in this regards to get my hard earned money back. I am attaching the screenshot of my transaction details from my bank account. I have highlighted the one that debited against VIN/IBIBO WEB P/[protected]/0

                While making the payment there could be a payment gateway error will happen.kindly check with your bank whether the amount has been credited to the tradus account. if not some times the same amount will be reversed to your account by bank.

                  Hi, I have ordered Imported Casio Edifice EF 539D Chronograph Watch - 5 Color Options EF539DC and order ID is 12118375_01 from tradus. com, on 24th jan 2014, I have received two out of them and rest two are still awaiting dispatch, they do not have any customer care number one number is there with is electronically answered and doesn't help in any sense. I wrote them many mails and raised many queries no replay for my mails.I checked with the seller he is telling he is not received payment from tradus so is not sending any products which is order placed from tradus.this is very irritating situation by tradus and requested for cancellation of order for this also there is no replay.

                      mobile problem i ordered a moble micromax x-45 from tradus 2days back it was delivered to me, now i got a complaint in display, as i opened the seal it was a snapdeal sealed pack, i think you buyed from snapdeal and sent me a scrap product which is not properly working if dont resond my complaint i will go consumer court againt ur tradus shopping .as i called the number given on the bill they are simply escaping that we are not responsible for the product...so i request to respond immediately ...

                        I had purchased a tab iball Q0703 from tradus and immediately i cancelled the order. later after the item was delivered, i requested for the product to be returned as they have a buyer protection guarantee but despite several communications, for the last 15 days they have not taken any action. on calling the seller, the seller confirmed that he/she was not notified about my concerns and they would not be able to do any thing about the same. Rather they quizzed me that when i received the product on 20th I should have complained within 7 days. Different reference numbers were generated for my queries, with 1417625 being the one for which i got a response. My order id with tradus is 12047025_01 and the seller is sharad electronics from jaipur please educate me on the options available to me

                          My product didn't get delivered at all after online payment. I got messages and emails from them mentioning that product has been delivered. I informed them about the matter with getting a reply as whether I'll accept a gift voucher or not without any mention of the product I ordered.Then I got message saying issue has been resolved and requesting my buyer experience. Now they are contacting me over the phone and email accusing me that I have received the product but lying to them. Since I haven't recorded any telephonic conversation, I am attaching clicks of conversations via email.

                            I placed a request for Ray Ban Aviator (Black Glass & Black Framed) RB3025 Sub OrderId: 12052667_01 Order Placed :[protected]:57:09 Order Accepted By Seller :[protected]:59:03 Order Packed By Seller :[protected]:14:55 Order Dispatched By Seller :[protected] Delivery Date :[protected] Courier : Bluedart AWB :[protected] The same day i have escalated to Tradus within 3 hours of receiving the product. I attached the images also. For 2 days they havent taken any action. They wanted me to send the images over and over again stating the image was not clear. Now they claim that they cannot do anything about it as it was reported after 2days. Please help. I would also like to highlight that the add did not indicate that the Ray Ban was a replica.

                              I ordered a reebok watch. I received the watch with delight but was shocked that : 1. The watch was fake...any body can make out. 2. The wrist pin were not there..totally absent. 3. Damaged packing. My order no. : SubOrder ID: 12075768_01 (Reebok Classic Watch At Lowest Price - 997727) This is not expected from Tradus. Terrible experience!!

                                Hi, I have ordered 4 items from tradus.com, on 14th jan 2014, I have received two out of them and rest two are still awaiting dispatch, they do not have any customer care number one number is there with is electronically answered and doesn't help in any sense. I wrote them many mails and raised many queries but every time I receive the standard reply that my orders are awaiting dispatch and I will be informed about the courier details once seller initiate the dispatch. I have already paid them through my debit card, I would like them to call me on my cell number [protected] and clarify the status of deliveryor refund my money immediately. the order numbers are mentioned below: SubOrder ID: 12028218_01 and SubOrder ID: 12028218_02

                                  I order mobile i tradus.co in an EMI option, but the option comes on single payment mode, whats this., this is cheating, fraud company, all the buyer dont buy in tradus.com, this is fraud, cheating company, and i complaint to the site, but still now no more reply from there, , fraud, fraud, fraud, , dont buy any products

                                        Yesterday I received my bacca bucci shoes combo from tradus with Sub-Order ID: 11996654_01 and i am not happy with the order because I order the shoes with size 8 & recieved the shoes with size 7 as shown in attached images . Its my first purchase on tradus.com and I am feeling very bad to shop on tradus.com and seller is cheated with me these shoes are not of mine use because they don't fit into my foots also they are made from cheap kind of plastic material and make sound while walking like cheap kind of product purchase from palika bazaar such kind of products are also available at the cost of 250 to 300 RS per pair mean that both combo cost around 500 RS TO 600 RS and I pay 856 RS for such kind of cheap product I am really unsatisfied from tradus service and money back guaranty I want only the refund of my money I already submit the complaint about this order but till not getting any response from your side everytime I get auto generated mail response first seller send me wrong size product and second it is made up of cheap kind of plastic material make sound while walking, their is no company mark on the soul as shown is attached image no size is mentioned on shoes it is a duplicate product PLS SIR I REQUESTED YOU TO REFUND MY BALANCE NAD TAKE AN ACTION AGAINST THE SELLER
