The most horrible experience after buying products from Tradus. Companies Like TRADUS Is cheating with people by keeping cheap quality product & promoting them by keeping very low prices for their product compae to market. I had ordered 4Port 2.0 Usb Hub Good Quality For Laptop PC on[protected] & seeing the seller rating given by Tradus I am pretty assured that the seller has good reputation & the product will be of genuine Quality. After regular mailing I received the product & I can say the worst product of my life. When I inserted USB port of my Segate 2.0 hard drive to the USB HUB which I got from TRADUS the light of my external hard disk doesn't blink which means it was not supported by USB HUB. I thought may be some laptop port issue but when I had inserted my hard disk port directly into laptop jack it started blinking. It means the USB HUB doesn’t support 2.0 Harddisk. But in Tradus website in product features section it was mentioned that it is completely supported. After 10-15 minutes I got smell of some wire burning when I lift the USB HUB to my surprise it was that very much hot that I can’t hold it for second I immediately plug out all my devices. But within those minutes the cheap quality product done his work my 1 TB hardisk got affected & it got crash all my data has been lost. Now I am running to Nehru place for my data recovery & how much it will cost to me I don't have any idea. The best thing TRADUS has done that they haven’t mentioned any helpline number or customer care number to their website where a consumer can complain for that cheap quality product they are offering in their website. As these people know the fraud they were doing with their loyal customers. I had sent many mails but in reply I got auto generated mail assuring that some executive will soon talk to me but even after a week nobody has turned up. I request all people who buy product from Tradus or similar kind of website where they don’t have any helpline numbers or they are offering product very less than that of market rate never buy any product from these website otherwise it will cost you more than the actual price of the product . I need complete compensation from Tradus for my hard disk & rollback for that cheap quality USB HUB they sent to me.

    Hello Team, On 22nd of August, I have ordered a T shirt from tradus online portal. And on 24th August the site is no operational.I don't know whether i will get my money back or not. Please take some strict action on those who are running this fake site. Its my Advice to the people of India to not to buy anything from WWW.TRADUS.COM no matter how cheap the rates are.       This is to bring into your notice that I have ordered a mobile (HTC ONE X 32 GB with 1.5 GHz Quad core processor) from Tradus.com via seller Bumper_Sales on 24th July 2013. Tradus Order no.: 10096563 and sub_order no. 10096563_01. But I received a different mobile (HTC ONE XL with 1.5 GHz dual core processor) that too in a packet of HTC ONE X on 2nd August 2013. But the issue lies here, when I returned the product back to the seller as per his advice, then even after more than 2 weeks of the receipt of the product back, the seller has not dispatched the correct order. The product is received by seller on 7th August. Following are shipping status updates of return shipment by me : Waybill Number : [protected] [protected][protected]----- Pickup Date : 07 August 2013 From : BHUBANESWAR To : MUMBAI Status : SHIPMENT DELIVERED Date of Delivery : 09 August 2013 Time of Delivery : 12:43 Recipient : CO STAMP I am trying to follow up by sending more than a dozen mails to tradus since then but am getting no valid update. I am now fed up of following up with the tradus team, but no one is giving me any update on to when I would get my refund as they are not able to send the product.

        ordered a mobile phone , Samsung galaxy grand quattro through tradus on 4th august. I received a mail saying the order will be dispatched as soon as possible. The packing of produtc was done on 8th August as per the site display. When i mailed them again, on 12th to know the status, i was told it has been handed over to courier and i would recieve a tracking number in 24 hours. On 13th i never got the tracking number. I again mailed them and then on 14th the reply was that they will dispatch it on 14th . I stayed calm, and since there was no tracking number of the courier by now, i again mailed them on 16th to which they told me that they have dispatched it on 16th itself with bluedart number [protected]. I checked with bluedart on friday (16th) and saturday(17th) but they told me that the product is still not dispatched.The ecommerce vendors can generate these tracking numbers by them selves. I even wrote to the mangement team , but no reply from side side as well. I wrote to them to call me on monday, but still there is no response neither from the site , nor from the vendor ITN mall Jaipur. Moreover i also tried calling them multiple times, but no one answers the call. Please help. I tried calling them 3 times and inspite of many mails On 13th there

        you should dispute with credit card and ask them to hold payment. Ideally credit card settles every 15 days.

          I have order a Karbonn Mobile Titanium S5 on Aug 0,2013 towards order id 10274013_01 but till today i dint recieve any consignment from them. When i enquired from them they have sent a false courier reply stating that order in delivered to my place on 10.08.2013 and the same i enquired with first flight courier they simply answered that they dint receive any consignment and the online tracking was mistakenly posted. Tradus is least bothered about consumers where i have wasted 9500 even there is no phone number where we can speak to customer care executive. Simply we can say tradus is cheating. Kindly do the needful or if consumer complaint forum is least bothered about i will defienetely take action by filing a criminal case on Tradus and First Flight Courier.             I had placed an order through Tradus.com with order number 10069742_01 for Rs.541.00 (inclusive of shipping charges). Received the product also. However the color of the T- shirts looked so different from what was shown on the advertisement. Hence opted for replacement of it immediately. In this process the received products were given back to tradus through Aramex. It has been more than 15 days now, so far, there has been no revert or update about the replacement order. They are cheating the customers like this wherein online deals are fradulent. Please look into this and action ASAP.

                Recently ordered two watches from the website and found them to be fake replicas. However they refunded me when I made a complaint, they have made no efforts to stop sale of such fake products from their website. Since I have already seen/own those watch models I was able to figure it out but it will not be same for other innocent fellows. Please do something about this and stop this cheaters/frauds.                   Kindly never purchase any item from tradus website. They are 100% fraud on money dealing. I tried to place a order for nearly 5 times using my IOB bank internet banking & even HDFC IB, all the times my money has been debited from account and the order wont place.But they will simply say ur money is safe with us. There is even no contact number to call and ask.

                  They are having poor admin and IT structure. Dont loose your money for their experiments.

                  I ordered a toy-helicopter and it was not delivered. Customer service cancelled the order without asking me but they did not return the money back, instead they offered gift certificate. Although it was failure of service of times-online-shopping because they could not deliver the product, still times-online-shopping company is not returning the money and the gift certificate that the company is giving means that I have to buy some useless thing from times-online-shopping. Ironically although times-online-shopping could not deliver this toy-helicopter to me but on its website they are still selling it. Using this gift certificate i ordered the same toy-helicopter again but so far I have nor recieved it yet and customer care is not replying emails. It seems that times-online-shopping is a fraud company and unless you go to consumer court you can not get money-back or the product

                  I have recently got a victim of Cyber Fraud.I have placed an order to this website micro-sd.biz and paid him online via moneybookers and he also gave me the invoice and bill,however when i requested for the shipping details he switched off his cell phone.The order was for approx. Rs 25000 which I paid via ICICI bank credit card.i have got the emails containing his invoice and payment confirmation.I request you to help me in this case and help me to find this fraud person.

                      These people are just making fools.

                      I ordered Micromax A116 Canvas HD Mobile Phone (Black) on 29th July 13

                      Order ID: 10170238_01
                      Seller Name: bestreliablebuy

                      I got an email from Tradus after booked my order. Below is the email:

                      " Seller bestreliablebuy shall ship out your Suborder id 10170238_01 latest by 01/08/2013. You will receive an email within the next 3 working days on updates for this item.

                      Item shall be Delivered latest by: 06/08/2013. (Delivery time depends on your pincode. It typically takes 2 - 5 working days to deliver from ship out date. In some remote areas it takes 7 or more working days)"

                      Today on 1st August 2013 i got an email from Tradus and i was wondered:

                      "Hi Bhoopesh Patel,

                      <B>Seller bestreliablebuy has cancelled your Sub-Order 10170238_01.</B>

                      We will initiate the refund process within 24 hrs and will update the same to you through an email. "

                      How is it possible?

                      How can seller cancel my order without my intimation.
                      I was expecting my Mobile phone within 4 to 5 working days.

                      Well if seller has cancelled my order then it is the responsibility of tradus.com to arrange the same product from different seller. But these guys are sending me mail that my order is cancelled by seller. Why you guys are doing this business if not able to manage?

                      Finally the moral is <B>"Never buy anything on Tradus.com"</B>

                          Tradus.com is worst online shopping site I have very bad experience with it.I m really very disappointed.I have orderd a dress and made payment via credit card. They said I ll receive my dress in 7 days.I have waited fir 20 days and my order status showing pending dispatch all the time.when I tried to contact seller he didn't replied. Then I d sent mail to tradus customer support .they making people fool I received mail that we ll contact u in 2 -3 working days.but they didn't gave any update then I hv send 2 mails they didn't replied .in 4 th mail I requested to cancel my order after one day they replied refund will be processed in 24 hours .but I didn't get any refund.they send me second mail that they going to refund my money in 3 days but I haven't received my money yet.its still showing cancillation in process.and they dnt have any customer care contact number.
                          I purchased certain products from tradus and was to receive refund but its been more than 30 days of receiving the refund mail and no refund received

                          I am shocked by my recent experience with tradus.
                          They are cheating me for rs.100... UNBELIEVABLE !!

                          I placed one order for which part payment was made through gift voucher. They canceled the order but failed to refund my gift voucher till now. They have just
                          wasted my time again and again since last 20 days by telling me to use the same voucher code which never works as it says voucher has been used before. There technical department themselves tried to use that voucher after I gave them my accounts password but they also failed. Now they don't even reply back my mails.
                          I am shocked to see that tradus is cheating for petty Rs.100

                          Beware of this fraud site which has turned to SCAM now.
                          THEY CALLED ME TODAY AND ASKED TO USE THE VOUCHER AGAIN WHICH FAILED AGAIN.

                          100% PURE SCAM AND FRAUD SITE IS TRADUS NOW

"ORDER ID 9748964_01 ITEM NAME Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos S6802 Mobile Phone (White) SENDER'S NAME luckyenterprise omcomputers COURIER SERVICE DTDC AWB NO. v12784621", but i have not received the mobile till today. i sent so many emails to tradus helpline and luckyenterprises. calls to sender, but no result.
                              please help me and register my complaint and do the needfull.

                                As the order was cancelled by tradus.com. my order number is 9843396_01. it got canceled on dt.08.07.13. but till date tradus.com has not refunded my amount of Rs. 235.00 to my bank account. this is so embarrassing to shop with tradus.com. i already sent one email to the management regarding the issue after that one executive replied to my mail that they have initiated a refund of Rs.235/- on dt.[protected]. It may take upto 3 working days to complete the refund, but till date its remained only in words . So i am praying again to the management team to please refund my money because i know that i have done a great mistake by shopping with tradus.com. I mailde this mail to their higher authorities but till date 15 jul 2013 they are silence . I apeal to the consumer forum to bann the site from doing online transactions beacause this site makes scam from almost everyone and increasing their bak balance.

                                Plot Money not refunded — No Refund

                                I am unsuccesful applicant on RPS-01 shceme for 162 sqm meter but still my deposit money is not processed. Anybody can guide me in this regard.

                                  Dear All, This is to bring to your kind notice that i want to cancel the Order – 9977366 placed by me on[protected] due to some personal problem on Tradus.com website. I dont want to buy this order. I had requested via link “CANCELLATION / MODIFICATIO” for this order on numerous occassions but have not receive any updates on the same. I had placed the request for cancellation on the same day i ordered i.e. well before dispatch. Yesterday i had received the mail from the company stating that my order is authorized and may dispatch in 5-6 days which i dont want it to happen as i opted for order cancellation. Since there no way to contact them i.e np number nothing except mail through their website which i have tried on numerous occassions but no replies whatsoever. Also there was one option under my account in Tradus.com i.e “Cancellation/Modification” and placed my request for the cancellation on numerous ocassions as well but as usual no response from the seller. Hope you understand my concerns and help me on the same. Also i am attaching the mails i forwarded for cancellations.

                                    I bought 3 different product from tradus.in through online shopping and paid in advance, 2 of them delivered on time but the 3rd one delayed so long. It was written that the product will be delivered by 6th July but till 10th it was not delivered. I cancelled the product on 10th July and now today on 11th July the mailed me that your cancellation has been rolled back and product will be delivered by 11th July. My question is why it was so delayed and when I cancelled why it was rolled back. Consumer can't think of his/her preferences. I bought this product for some reason which was not fulfilled due to their delay.
                                    Tradus is a Fraud online shopping company.

                                      i had ordered online for books from tradus .com. i havent recieved it after passing of 1 month. moreover these people dont pick up the customer care number and dont even answer to my emails. i think i have lost my money.i am sad because i have my exam after 3 days and til now i havent recieved the book

                                      Tradus.com — No reply from the customer care

                                      I bought a puma sandal from tradus.com but i got a defective product. when i saw the seller's site for returning the product i saw a 7 days return policy there and i filed complain so many times but no reply from the seller site. When i call the customer care no one answered me. Now what can i do?

                                      Tradus.com — No revert even after 2 months

                                      No one from tradus is responding. I am sending a reminder complaint. Complaint : I redeemed 200 xTrabucks from my account in Dec, 2013. But till date I have not recd the gift voucher. Even there is no reply / revert from tradus team. Seems that they are not bothered about customers

                                      Ordered a smartphone and received a damaged, used one. Seal was open, two seals one over other on one side, no customer care number for the website, no response for innumerous emails. only if I mention about legal action, I just get a copy pasted template as response. its over 3 weeks.

                                        I order a " Black Sony Experia E mobile phone" on www.tradus.com. The said product was priced at Rs 8540. I placed the order and after using a discount coupon of 10% I made an online payment through my SBI debit card of Rs 7688 only.

                                        The company acknowledged my payment and sent me a mail stating that their sub dealer "ONLYDEAL" had dispacted my product and my order no is 9850836_01 They also give me the tracking id [protected] of bluedart to track the product.

                                        The complain is that the given id when tracked on bluedart shows that the given traking id is incorrect. when i made this fact aware to the dealer, the dealer replied that the pincode(834003), which is the pincode of Ranchi , mentioned in the address is not serviceable by blue dart and the product reached back.

                                        My concern is
                                        1.that the 834003 is pincode of ranchi, capital city of jharkhand, and how the courier company like bluedart does not service ranchi even though it has a office in ranchi.
                                        2.even though the pincode is not serviceable why the tracking id [protected] is mentioned in correct on bluedart website.
                                        3. www,tradus.com states that the pincode 834003 is a servicable area.

                                        Sir/madam I request you to please take nessary action to help me to get either the full refund or the product.
