I ordered a mobile phone Sony xperia sp on 18th October through tradus when i checked my order details everything looked fine but it was not.ON 22nd october the seller handed the product for shipping and since then i am not able to contact tradus about the delivery time or the shipping number.When i tried to contact them they cut my phone in one second every time, even sent them email on asking about the status of my product still no response from them.This is getting very frustrating as i do not know whether they have shipped or not the product i ordered since no shipping or courier details are provide in my order page.I was out of town and my friend made the purchase for me using his debit card and id on tradus(ordered from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh)

      I purchased Reebok Shoes from Tradus.com on 11 October. This product was delivered damaged and as per their terms, we have to pay in either case. Also, they take money back guarantee and so but what will I do when I have no use of shoes at a later stage? I filed several complaints against their delivery and did not got any response from their end. When I posted on thier social networking pages and so, then they looked into the issue and scheduled for a pickup for package. I was promised this on today (19th October 13) between 3 to 6 pm, I had many urgent pieces of work but I left them all to return this. But nobody turned home for the pickup of the parcel. Now, After all the discomforts I want them to suffer and go through the same scenario as I had been. Kindly help

        HI,

        I would like to bring it to notice the cheating of online shopping of TRADUS.COM. They dont deliver the item as shown in the website. I ordered a samsung galaxy grand duos phone( white ) through them. The website showed that this phone will come along with sennheiser headset worth Rs.2290/- as free. When I compared with other websites for this phone, this deal was good enough as it comes with free sennheiser headset and hence I placed an order. Otherwise, only for phone, this price is not worth it as other sites had a better deal. When i received the parcel, there was only phone inside and no sennheiser headset. I wrote back to the customer service many times but till date no response. I got the phone delivered on August 30, 2013. After that this is almost one and half months over and till date they are not even bothered to reply. The irritating part is neither the TRADUS.COM nor the supplier DBM INDIA, GURGAON has responded to my mails to them through their portal.


        The attitude of this website TRADUS.COM and their customer service shows that they are not bothered about customers. They make false advertisements on website and cheat the customers. The TRADUS management can shut this business rather than earning money shamelessly like this by cheating people.

          I Placed a online order with TRADUS.COM online shoping on 19/081/3 the order no.[protected]a casio watch) but I received a damaged product(Dent at dial of watch at 9 o'clock position ). the return process was started but form tradus, no body came and take reverse back the product. i want to return the damaged product and refund my money .I am facing too many difficulty in returning the damaged the product.Kindly take this issue seriously and help me oblige.

          I place a online order no[protected] on 19/08/13 for ''Imported Casio Edifice EF-539D-1AVDF (ED369) Chronograph Watch for Men - 3 Options(white)'' with TRADUS.C0M which i received on 26/08/13.The watch was defective.There was a dent in the dial of watch (close to mark 80)therefore I want to return the watch.But after 30 reminder to CEO, HEAD AND COSTUMER CARE of TRADUS to take back the item/watch form my home and refund my money to my account. NO body come to my home, no response from TRADUS .Kindly help me in retaining the damaged product and oblige.

          faulty product not replacing

          I purchased watch from tradeus.com. but it is not working well. So I raised this Issue to them but got response that I had to raise issue within 48 hours but I informed them in 3rd day only. This policy is not at all good.

            I Asit Tripathy had ordered a mobile i.e G-TEL Dual Sim Mobile Phone with order id 10505368 on tradus.com.
            the mobile was delivered to me and i also used it for a week only and suddenly i faced so many problems writting below.

            it is a totaly defective product...
            its battery was also duplicate...
            oneday when i charged the mobile for 1 hour and then suddenly i found the mobile very hot and the battery had increased to big in size and was squeezed roughly my two sim cards as u can see the photos of my two sim cards...
            my sim cards are not functioning now and the battery was also crashed by hot and mobile is dead now...
            it may caused a very big accident on that day and the duplicate battery may also caused to explose and my life was also in danger..
            then i complained it to tradus to take return of their defective mobile and refund my money but they refused totaly to take return their defective mobile.
            sir i have been complaining it from around one month. but they are avoiding to me sir and now they are not responding to me.

            so please take step against tradus sir and please do the justice. i have also provided photos of my crashed sim as proof sir...

              Hi, I have bought "49 PCs Multi Storage Container Set - Spin N Store" from Tradus.com But the product delivered is damaged and also of very poor quality. I raised this concern to tradus team, they asked for the photographs of damaged product. I have uploaded the photos for the same. But after uploading the photos, I did not see any response from the tradus team. I raised the concern again to them, but no response from them. They don't have any numbers to call.. they communicate only through mail. Since more than a two days, I am not seeing any response from them.               Yes.. tradus arranged for reverse pick up of the damaged product and they have also settled back the amount to my account.. Tradus is prompt and excellent
              I tries today also to reach them..
              But no response..

                Recently I placed an order with Tradus.com and it havn't delivered my order and they have raised a request for cancelation for the order. This incident happened twice. Even after complaining to their CEO there is no proper response from them. I would request you to please look into the matter and do the needfull.                   my dissatisfaction is regarding a few orders which i placed on tradus and i am actually regretting now that why did i place those on tradus when there are so many other sites with a wonderful customer support

                  your site stated that it was monte carlo jacket, and to my surprise it was some cheap roadside jacket with absolutely no mention of the brand as such. i have returned the product via blue dart a few days back but haven't received any feedback form tradus as usual.

                    I had ordered a cover with circle stand . I received a cover with heart shaped stand . I complaint to tradus about this. They arranged for a reverse pickup . I shared my reference number with tradus . They told me that I had to give some bank account details . I dont have a bank account . I am telling tradus this from 1 week and I told them to please send me cash or the cover with circle stand . Please tell tradus to reply as soon as possible . Thank you

                      Hi, I ordered for Titan Analog wrist watch for Rs.1800 on[protected] and got a 3 ladies tracks after 4 days. I returned the wrong product to the bluedart courier by myself with promise of Rs100 refunds per their guidance to return the wrong product. Now even after 11 days I still didn't get my actual product nor they haven't mentioned about the name of the actual product( Titan wrist watch) in the communication mails between us cunningly.I have called and mailed them several times and now they are not receiving my calls. I see no improvement in the process. I'm highly irritated by their stupid and irresponsible service. Altogether tradus.com is completely a scam. If I had a choice I would have rated them minus 100 stars. Worst communication and service. Never believe this website. Thanks, Madhusudanan SG

                          still not got my refund...
                          We purchase Multi Storage Shoe Organiser Closet Rack for 12 Pairs sub-order ID 10409516_02....from tradus...but the quality of the product was not satisfactory for me....so i complaint for that product to tradus ..so they mailed me to return the product on this address:-> StorejiCom E 96A, Punjan National Bank Road Next to Skyline tuturiolsNear P njab National Bank Shastri Nagar 110035 Newdelhi. Akshita:[protected], ...so i returned the product through courier on 6th-sep,13...& i also mailed to tradus(Raja Singh<[protected]@tradus.com>) regarding all details of courier....and storeji also received my product on 7th-sep,13.....but i did'nt get any response from tradus regarding the product receive or refund....as the tradus has the policy for refund...but i mailed so many times & its a week go in this matter... so plz make my refund back as soon as possible....even they did'nt call me for this issue....                             I had ordered Toyota non slip mat car dashboard from seller globalbazaar, as I have Toyota car. The order ID for which is #10908809_01. But they delivered me a mat with BMW logo, which is different product. They also sent the item by cutting its original packing to make it fit into a small box for shipping. By this way they sent me item in unsealed condition. This act is very unprofessional. I posted a product review regarding this whole incident. But they people did not make it public. There is still written on website that there is no product review. They deleted my review, in which I gave the seller only one star rating. It seems that they are saving their bad supplier or even the supplier is doing this with their consent. This is giving a message that the company is not trust worthy.

                            tradus.com has delivered a defective product- alcatel cordless landline e100 and they are not replying to my complaint...moreover the list of service centres they have provided are not accepting(receiving) the product...

                              I have ordered 2 units of 'Vibra Sauna Heat Slimming Belt' and a packet is despatched through First Flight (LO2094336) against COD for Rs.1019/- being the cost of one unit is Rs.439/- and surprised to note when the parcel/packet is opened the seller, M/s.Pearl Technologies have sent only one product instead of two products as ordered and paid.                                 Hi Team, I have ordered a Casio ED439 Edifice EF-558SG-1AVDF and my Sub-Order ID: 10918609_01 which they have mentioned that there is 2 years warranty but I have not received the warranty card and also am not able to change the date and time. In manual they have mentioned to pull the center key to change the time and date but is too much jam that am unable to pull it am very much disappoint with your service and product you people cheated me.                                   I made a several Purchase on Tradus.com website. Thrice I got my ordere being cancelled. Sellers often post their goods, which they do not have in their warehouse. Once after I purchase, They never respond for my call, never reply back for the email. They never send the purchased Goods. They take my money, make me to wait for long time, then they reply me that, your order was cancelled. I often make enquiry and submit my order. but, they never respond. It is fair that, they return the money. But the money reached my account only after 10 days. Till that, time I was running out of money and I was helpless, I could not able to purchase the same goods from other website also. Tradus, do not have proper rules for Sellers. They mere ..::CHEAT::.. the customers. If they are not able to be do anything, they should not commit. They are mere Cheaters and they are not ..::RELIABLE::.. I tried to make the complain to Tradus management, Mr. Mudit Koshala <[protected]@tradus.com>. But, even he never reacted to the situation. I want you people, never trust this site and do not feel bad later. You may loose dignity towards your family and friends, as what I faced. I prefer to make a complain to "CONSUMER PROTECTION AND NATIONAL CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION". If some one else has faced the same problem or complaied here, please help me out.                                     havent recived my order booked on 6th sep 2013 sub order[protected]_01, product-Pro-Biker Size-XL -Motorcycle/Bike Racing Riding Gloves(Black Colour), they are saying that SHOPPER_PLANET has shipped out your Sub-Order 10719842_01. and the tracking number they have provided is also wrong. and now thet are not even replying to my request.

                                        Hi

                                        The Courier person had come with only one quantity of the product for which their was a bill for 2 quantities on the package (Order ID: 10879798_01) so did not receive the courier and sent it back, kindly check and revert as soon as possible, did try to contact the seller but was not ready to give any response, and also wanted to inform that tradus being such a big online shoping site should have a customer support number for immediate response.
