Defective shoes delivered and till date not picked by them for exchange

defective and dangerous product given

I Asit Tripathy had ordered a mobile i.e G-TEL Dual Sim Mobile Phone with order id 10505368 on tradus.com.
the mobile was delivered to me and i also used it for a week only and suddenly i faced so many problems writting below.

it is a totaly defective product...
its battery was also duplicate...
oneday when i charged the mobile for 1 hour and then suddenly i found the mobile very hot...
