My datawind mobile model PS5 having charging problem within 05 Days of delivery but when I visited to service centre they refused to repair under warranty stating that the seal of the product is broken.There is no customer support from tradus.Pls help me

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I had ordered a HP backpack from tradus on 16/6/2014 but after the order is placed, accepted and packed by seller, but i have received a message by DM-TRADUS saying that seller is sleeping and my order is cancelled. I have also uploaded image of the order process with seller acceptance and i have not cancelled the order. The placed order also has same day dispatch delivery. Since it's COD i have agreed to pay the amount through COD and have placed order.

    Kindly re-initiate the process and deliver my product as soon as possible as there is no faults from my side.

      I ordered a sandisk 8 GB pen drive.After that i saw it with someone.It wasn't nice so I requested to cancel my order.A mail came saying that the seller has prepared for the dispatch and it cannot be cancelled.I told them to give the contact number of the seller to me but then my mail was ignored

        I had ordered a karboon a4+ on 21/2/14 . after delivery the i got the phone and in this have problem may be in charging or in battery or may be in charging slot .after that i called surya tech then he gave me the address or near by my home service center then i went to that center and they said that it have a motherboard problem.then they advice me to change the phone ...he Maked the d.o.a for my phone and i had returned that phone to softek surya (vikas sir). so, please mam/sir Plz give me my Refund money...i Had returned your damaged product..if You want to confirm the call Vikas sir in softek surya..on date 07/06/2014

              I ordered set of four BHPC deodrants from tradus.When i get the delivery the product wasn't sealed.Bottle seems half empty. I returned it to the courier guy tho had to fight to give him back.Then got the threatening call from aramex(courier service) lol😁 Order no[protected] Long story short-TRADUS SUCKS aramex courier too😁😁

                During the online shopping they have committed 1 year manufacture warranty for the product Blackberry Z10 .I have booked the order based on that manufacture warranty the reference order number is Sub-Order: 13281392_01.

                But during the delivery, I got shocked as I haven’t received any warranty information that was committed during the purchase. This really really made me worried a lot.

                Then I thought the tradus has miss- communicated and provided the fake information to the customer and customer like me trusted the information and got cheated .

                So whomever it may be. Please do the needful to get my warranty to my purchase .

                  Recd today an unsolicited SMS from yr end stating that an order bearing Sl.No : 13311275_01 for an unknown matl has been placed from my end for which the despatch is being arranged. Pl note that there has never been any contact with Tradus whatsoever at any point of time and there is no question of any order placement and no material or liability shall be accepted for which you may take steps. You may also note that for any consequences Tradus shall remain responsible and if the situation warrants FIR shall be lodged for unnecessary harrassment and false dealings

                    I purchased a product from Tradus.com that was supposed to be on a massive discount on May 12 2014.
                    Not only did I get the product MUCH after the date it was suppose to be delivered, for which I was given the royal run-around, but it was a fake (knock of) of the product advertised.
                    After countless emails back and forth and rejected responses from their "apparent" managers email addresses listed on the site, I was supposed to get a refund from the site - which states that "your money is safe with tradus".
                    I received a mail on the 24th of the month saying the money was refunded but it would take about 10 days depending on the bank.
                    The product, in it’s ridiculous packaging was sent returned and received at their end.
                    I waited patiently for 10 days and still saw no sign of the refund.
                    After contacting my bank I was informed that there has been no intimation from Tradus about a refund and because the transaction was successful the first time and consequently "canceled" after my request, they had no idea I was supposed to get a refund. I was told to contact the site which is a tedious process as it is. I have got no responses to my emails.
                    Tradus does not respond to emails sent in but I had to instead contact them via chat on Facebook.
                    Most of their set up for Customer grievances on the site are too specific and not helpful at all. Their escalation process is a sham.
                    Now I'm stuck, not only did I get ripped off with a fake product but I see no visible sign of my money.Pathetic.

                      I HAVE purchased A product from
                      www.TRADUS.COM before 20 days ago.I have given wrong address by mistake.After 7 days from purchase I received a call from a courier complaint & they told me that they are unable to find my address.So, I told them the right one & they said that they will send it in some days.After 3 days I call back on the number but he didn't pick the call.I tried for at least 3 days but he didn't respond.So I tried from an unknown no. & he picked the call. I told him about me & he cancelled the call.
                      Now don't know What to do.
                      I m very tired of all this.I want u to help me.

                        i have one order for strontium 16 GB micro SD Card with order No.13203361_61 on dated 21st May'2014 through online & payment made by credit card but till date i have not received my product after that contact to tradus customer care on their homepage complaint registered but not taken any action on this regards & did not cancel the product .

                        Every time status showing in transit.

                        so it very cheap & fraud company they did not provide customer care cell no. also.

                                Tradus is not a good website to buy product, This is the 3rd mail have to write against this product, I got the Product which i have ordered, but its in wrong size.                                     I have purchased a karbonn a52 mobile (Rs 3000/-) from this site on 11.05.14. Then I wont got any info about my product..whether it was dispatched or when it delivered etc. After 5 days it appears that the ordered has been calcelled. Even I dont know who have cancelled the order. Now I am waiting for my money back. The response of tradus is horrible. It like computer generated mails or sms. Requesting all of you not to buy anything from tradus (a fraud company). Now I can pray only to refund my money back.
