[Resolved]  Paytm (Bus - Ticket Department) — REGARDING BUS-TICKET FRAUD

Sir/Ma'am,
wanted to bring a very big issue to ur notice.

I am writing to you sir becuase I didn't get any response from your CS team.

I am a regular user of paytm (recharge) and have good experience all times but booked bus ticked first time and it was very bad experience.

Booked ticket for journey from delhi to kanpur on 25th march 2013.

Paytm Ticket ID- MK5LQY

Booked seat in the bus.
Came to know a very big fraudulent activity is done by bus operator.In my bus, there was no stop mentioned at anand vihar.so , I booked from Ram krishna metro station. when I reached at metro station ,some person from travel agency R.S.Yadav travels was there. many passengers were there for different buses of same agency(R S yadav travels) but only 1 bus was there. he said this bus is just a pickup service and told all to sit in that bus (it was just sitting bus, not luxury class hispano)... and told all that buses will depart from anand vihar.then bus departed for anand vihar and that person gone.
after reaching anand vihar , no specific buses were there. they told to sit in that bus only (if ticket is in seating)... I told mine ticket is in hispano... there was no proper response from their side regarding hispano bus... they told all to sit wherever they get seat...
I made to sit in a very bad quality (no hispano bus , not luxury ) bus.
so question is :
1.If they are doing this, then what is the need of booking online and selecting seat as per my choice (remember it is not an emergency issue,they do it daily) ?
2.I didn't get the promised bus and my promised seat.

All people were disturbed there. tried to contact the travel agency , they didn't respond properly.

As per business laws act of our constitution, R S travels made an open offer through third party (paytm) in which we have to pay some fixed money and in consideration,they will give us a seat of our choice in bus of our choice. but in actual, bus and seat both were not provided as per our choice.
You are doing business , so I assume you must be aware of business laws. so in this case , I was not provided what travel agency provided me to pay. and you must be knowing , I can file case against third party and agent both in this case.

It also means that the said "hispano a/c luxury" wasn't present anywhere and travel agency didn't say anything about hispano bus... , so the information given was fake. they had just few buses and they adjusted all passengers anyhow in them..
This is a very big fraudulent activity and I want my money back , only I know how I reached kanpur..and i am sure i am not the only 1 who complained about this issue...

I want you contact the seller and I want a callback from some of your senior person as well as travel agency on my no. [protected]/[protected] , If I don't get a call from your end and travel agency within next 3 days , I will take necessary legal action and bring this issue to public via public forums as well..
Hoping for a call from your end or be prepared for my action against you both.. I can go to any extent to get this issue solved so that no people in future have to face problem and become part of this fraudulent activity being done by travel agency and you both.

I also suggest to offer booking only for verified/high rated travel agencies. You can verify the seller service (atleast in delhi-ncr) as Justdial does (JD verified).
It would be better if you make proper communication with agency regarding the issue and don't offer bookings for it in future so that atleast people who trust you now will trust on you in future rather than stop using your services.

Sir I am booked my Scooter from Pune Jn to Bangalore city on 02 Nov 2010 Central Railway Parcel way Bill No PD 189823 . The Scooter not dispatched by the pune parcel officials due to I'm not paying some extra money to them. Completely fraud. Travels agents are not responding for the Paytm ticket. I have booked a ticket in Paytm from Eluru to Hyderabad on 6th april, SVKDT travels. I went to bus stop and made a phone call to travels and they said there is no bus today from eluru to hyderabad. Even they are not responding properly. Don't book tickets from paytm, because they are not giving contact number also for any queries. If you check in redbus or any other travels website they will give contact numbers for customer care. I have attached my ticket check it.
