I & my sister recently checked in to "The Retreat Hotel & Convention Centre’ at Madh Island Marve Road, Mumbai (11th Oct’16).
We made an online booking for one night, but kept the option open for an extended stay, incase we had a good time off at the hotel premises.
What followed had us appalled, dejected, furious & stressed for the rest of our stay.

I booked one room at hotel galaxy on 29-02-16 through this site but due due misguided location representation on google maps, i had to cancel this booking.

Though i cancelled this booking on same day but they did not refunded any amount but this type of policy does not persist with other site.

I need to know how is it possible after making 100% advance payment a booking is cancel/ ignored from any travel...

Never ever book hotels through travel guru if you don't want your holidays to get spoiled.
